今天看到车友又出事故了，根据两年前自己的那场车祸总结出来的经验，写了这篇文章，文章里的方法对于汽车和摩托车都适用。
开车都要证件保险齐全，不喝酒，这是底线，无牌无证或者酒驾的就不要往下看了。 出事故后，第1要立即打122向交警队报警，如果有人重伤要立即打120急救电话，同时向保险公司报告，保险公司都要到现场检查的，保险公司电话在强制保险标志上都有的。 如果在偏僻的农村撞死了人或对方重伤，在交警到来之前，你可能会被对方家属打死，或者扣留勒索。只要你还能动，就一定要想办法逃走，在逃走的同时报警、报急救并向保险公司报告，这样不算逃逸。如果自己也受伤，就先去医院，再去交警队自首。如果没受伤或只是小伤，可以立即去当地交警队自首。
撞了人，只要有人伤，交警都要扣车扣证，这是交警队的规定。
证被扣后，原则上交警作完登记就放证，如果交警不放证，其实我也没办法，我等了半年交警才放证。
到了交警队，交警会录口供，这时一定要注意了，说错一句话都有可能对事故负全部责任：
1、 交警会问你当时开多快？回答时一律说底于时速60，如果是限速路段，比如限速40就说底于40。

第一眼看到对方的距离？回答时一律说50米外就看见了，因为行车的安全距离是有规定的，如果是高速路上就说200米外就看见了。
3、
采取了什么措施？一律回答立即刹车减速，不刹也要说刹了。

你撞到对方哪个部位？一律回答对方先撞你
这4点非常重要，只要有一点不符合，都可以判你负主要责任以上。其他的如实说就行了。 车被扣后，取回车有4种方法：

让对方在放车协议上签字。
2、
向交警队交足够的压金。但是如果对方不来交警队处理，无法结案，压金就永远取不出来。
3、
按交警队的正规程序走，就是事故认定书出来后，交警会去验车，验完车5天内必须放车。事故认定书正常要1个月才出来，我那次事故等了4个月才出来。
4、
用钱去贿赂交警，或者关系硬的走关系。
摩托车都有保险的，就是强制保险。撞死或撞残了人，保险最高帮你赔11万，医疗费最高帮你出1万，剩下的由你自己出。
以下2要注意了，这是很多出事故的车友上当吃亏的根本原因。
第1是把伤者拉到医院后，把对方名字、性别、年龄写错了，这样的话，保险公司一分钱都不会帮你出。
第2是医药费自己全部先垫。比如说骨折要动手术，要5万元，对方家属威胁你几句，你就砸锅卖铁给了人家5万，等交警队的责任认定书出来了，发现自己不是全责，你再去和对方要钱时就巨麻烦，特别是外地人，找都找不见，钱就更别想要了，而且此时你去找保险公司报销，也巨麻烦，光各类单据票据，就够你头疼的。
法律并没有规定肇事者要先垫医药费，也就是你不垫医药费不犯法，出于人道你可以先垫付几百块钱，重伤需要抢救费的可以按自己的能力适当先垫点抢救费，之后你就可以走了。至于医药费，就一个字“拖”，让对方先出钱，等责任认定书出来后，再按认定书上的责任比例赔偿。这样虽然不太合情理，但是不犯法，能让你不吃亏不上当。
对于撞死撞残这些严重的事故，或者对方和医院同流合污制造巨额医药费的，一定要坚持走正规法律途径，也就是通过法院解决，法院对赔偿的审核是非常严格的，坚决不能私了，私了只会让对方狮子大开口，恨不得让你赔个100万。
车友们普遍害怕上法院，觉得要花很多钱请律师，其实完全不用怕，只要你有保险，对方起诉你到法院后，会自动把保险公司列为第二被告，你人都不用出庭，法院见你不出庭也会审判，律师保险公司会自己安排，你连律师费都不用出，判决出来后，该赔多少就赔多少。 最后还有几个大家关心的问题，没钱赔怎么办？会不会坐牢？坐几年牢？
先说第1个问题，没钱赔的话，法院会来扣压你名下的财产，比如你的房子、车子等，然后拍卖，多出来的会返还给你。如果你名下没有财产或你已经转移到他人名下，法院也对你没有办法。而你亲人名下的财产，法院是不会动的，比如你父母的名下的财产。 第2个问题，会不会坐牢。赔偿的钱超过30万，而且你没有能力赔偿，这时确实要坐牢。 第3个问题，坐几年牢。法院会根据交警队出的责任认定书来定，撞死了人又逃逸的要判7年以上，没出人命但逃逸的判3到7年，其他的会判3年以下。

在飞行器方面，高速度是导致鸟击的重要原因，高速度使得绝大多数鸟类无法躲避飞行中的飞机；另外喷气式飞机进气口强大的气流常会将飞过的鸟类吸入发动机，造成鸟击事件。
鸟击的破坏
绝大多数鸟类都有体形小、质量轻的特征，因而鸟击的破坏主要来自飞行器的速度而非鸟类本身的质量。随着航空技术的发展，人造飞行器的速度不断提高，一些战斗机的速度可以达到十数倍音速，根据动量定理，一只0.45公斤的鸟与时速80公里的飞机相撞，会产生1500牛顿的力，与时速960公里的飞机相撞，会产生21.6万牛顿的力，高速运动使得鸟击的破坏力达到惊人的程度。鸟击对飞行器的破坏与撞击的位置有着密切的关系，导致严重破坏的撞击多集中在导航系统和动力系统两方面。
飞行器的导航系统大多位于前部，包括机载雷达、电子导航设备、通讯设备等，此外驾驶员面前的风挡玻璃对于引导飞机的起降也起到非常重要的作用。由于导航的需要，这些设备的防护罩包括风挡玻璃机械强度大多较其他部位更差，更容易在受到鸟击后损坏，导致飞行器失去导航系统的指引，在起降过程中发生失事事故。
鸟击对飞行器动力系统的破坏造成的后果更为直接。对于螺旋桨飞机，鸟击会导致桨叶变形乃至折断，使得飞机动力下降；对于喷气式飞机，飞鸟常常会被吸入进气口，将涡轮发动机的扇叶变形，或者卡住发动机，使发动机停机乃至起火。对飞行器动力系统的破坏常常是致命的，会直接导致飞机失速坠毁。
除了导航系统和动力系统，鸟击还会对飞行器的其他部件造成破坏，如机翼、尾舵、表面喷漆等，有报道认为，发现号航天飞机在发射时受到鸟击是造成其表面隔热材料脱落的主要原因，但是这些部件的破坏最终导致严重事故的几率不大。
鸟击防治
防治鸟击对航空安全起着非常重要的作用，防治的主要思路是减少鸟类活动与飞行器起降的重叠。
被动的鸟击防治主要是观察鸟情。在机场建设之初就需要对所在地的生态环境作出评估，尽量避免在鸟类栖息地和迁徙补给地附近建设机场；机场塔台和空中交通管制部门须随时观测机场地面和上空的鸟类活动状况，遇到大量鸟类聚集和活动时，及时关闭跑道、停止飞机起降、要求飞机拉升高度，从而减少发生鸟击的几率。现在观察鸟情主要依靠目视和雷达侦测，在一些国家和地区的机场在自动终端情报服务中加有鸟情通报，以指导飞行员规避鸟类活动区域。机组人员在起降过程中也须注意观察鸟情，在低空飞行时控制飞行速度，以减少撞击的破坏力。
主动的鸟击防治主要是驱赶鸟类离开机场空域，驱赶的方式主要是恐吓、破坏栖息环境和迁移栖息地。
恐吓是最简单和最直接的驱赶鸟类方式。比较流行的有煤气炮、恐怖眼、录音驱鸟、猎杀、豢养猛禽等方法。煤气炮在许多机场都有配备，是一种以煤气为燃料的爆炸装置，机场地面工作人员定时燃放煤气炮，发出巨大声响，以驱走鸟类，但是长期使用煤气炮会使得鸟类对其声响产生耐受，影响驱赶效果；恐怖眼是绘制有巨大眼睛图案的气球，由于鸟类对眼睛图案比较敏感，随风飘舞的恐怖眼会起到很好的驱赶效果，但是长期使用恐怖眼同样会面临耐受问题；录音驱鸟使用配有高音喇叭的汽车播放猛禽的鸣叫或鸟类受到虐待时凄厉叫声的录音，活动于机场的鸟类受到录音的刺激会很快逃离，这种驱鸟方式受到地域的限制，必须使用本地鸟类的录音才会有较好的驱赶效果；猎杀是最原始的驱鸟方式，但是非常有效，长期的猎杀会有效控制鸟类数量，但是这种方式由于伦理和生态保护的原因遭到较多的反对，豢养猛禽是一种以鸟治鸟的方式，在机场人工驯化和饲养一定数量的猛禽，定时放飞，形成较高的密度，令野生鸟类感受到威胁，从而离开机场，豢养较大形的猛禽不仅可以驱赶鸟类，还能够捕杀生活在机场的哺乳动物，减少食物的供应同样能够驱使鸟类离开机场，在欧洲、北美、俄罗斯的一些机场，豢养猛禽驱赶鸟类都取得了极大的成功。
破坏栖息环境是另一种避免鸟击的方式，妥善处理机场及附近社区产生的生活垃圾，投放鼠药和捕鼠器，选择本地鸟类不喜欢的草种树种进行机场的绿化，及时处理机场草坪令鸟类无法藏身，清理机场附近的湿地、树林等适宜鸟类栖息的环境，以及使用鸟类厌恶但对环境没有影响的化学制剂，都会令鸟类放弃机场及附近地区作为栖息地 从而减少在机场附近的活动，降低发生鸟击的几率。
迁移栖息地是比较困难的方式，在远离机场的区域针对造成机场鸟击事故的主要鸟种建立有针对性的保护区，建设栖息地，吸引机场附近的鸟类。在上海，九段沙湿地保护区的建立就成功地吸引了原本栖息在浦东国际机场附近栖息的鸟类，减少了该机场的鸟击事故发生率。
鸟击防治需要综合各种方式，任何一种方式单独使用都将面对鸟类的耐受，在使用一段时间后失效。同时，进行鸟击防治必须深入研究本地鸟类的生物学和行为特征，有针对性地进行防治。
