2012—2013学年第一学期第二周周记

依然清晰地记得两年前的这个时候，曾悻悻的找到导员老师问了一些很遥远的问题。当时导员老师一听，很是不解：想那么多干嘛，你这才大学刚开始，还有四年呢！这一句话像给我吃了一颗定心丸，使悬着时间的久远。“时间如梭”、玩的！听说过爱因斯坦给过的一个理论：每个人都应该感到的一种现象，

比如说考个证什么的，一年以后是考研还是就业等等。人入大三，维方式。进入大三，课程一下子少了许多，还有点怀疑这是不是大三，一周才七八节课。可是我们忽略了一点，进入大三我们需要更多的专业性意识。这回是真刀真枪的干了，没有了公共课，清一色的专业课，并 - 1 -

且有一定的学习难度。这一方面需要我们要有专一的心态来学习这些课程，另一方面也培养了我们的专业文化意识。生活就是这样的，什么都想得到的结果有可能就是什么也得不到。大三的上课除了更多的专业课之外，没什么特别的。总有一部分人喜欢坐在第一排，兢兢业业，孜孜

实习的第一个星期

实习的第一周，并没有像我们想象的那样，立即投入实际生产中。每天上午由车间王副总给我们培训在实际生产过程中应注意的一些问题；一些突发问题的处理方法和这个行业背景及发展前景，这让我们更深刻的了解我们将在实习中接触的这个行业。这为我们在接下来的实际操作中打下了良好的基础，例如在操作中出现的一些问题能够知道问题的原因以及处理一些问题的方法，这方便了我们在接下来的实习中的顺利进行。下午则是在车间里轮流每个岗位操作，让我们更深入的熟悉车间的整个生产工艺流程以及能及时的巩固上午培训的内容。

走出学校，面临社会，才发现自己存在的不足。公司不比学校，想休息不是随自己的意愿，说不去就不去的，要有一定的请假流程。以前在读书的时候总是眼高手低，现在必须去除这个缺点，完善自己，相信在以后的时间里不断改进，努力加油！相信自己！

实习的第二个星期

经过一周的培训和现场实际操作，对车间的运作流程也有了一些了解，在接触到新的事务不再不知所措，学会了如何去处理一些突发事件。比如在成型挤出工位上，产品在挤出过程中出现了贯通，如何进行一个简单处理等等。而且从工作地过程中明白了主动出击的重要性，在你可以选择的时候，就要把主动权握在自己手中。跟车间的老工人多多交流，有时就会发现你在不经意的聊天中得到一些重要的知识，这些都是你在培训中以及自己操作中所不能领悟到的。相信大家刚开始实习的时候，干“杂活”是必修课，因为刚开始对于公司的工作内容、流程还不真正的了解掌握，所以做“杂活”成了实习工作必做的工作。整理仓库、搬运废料、打扫卫生，虽然工作比较脏、累但是从中也学到不少的东西。所以说事情是不分大小，只要积极学习积极办事，做好份内事，勤学、勤问、勤做，就会有意想不到的收获，这些都将会成为自己人生中一笔宝贵的财富，受益无穷！2012年11月29日

实习的第三个星期

经历了一周的轮岗实习，对车间的各个工段再次深入、全面的熟悉了解。在混炼工段，刚开始组长让我们跟着他先熟悉具体操作流程，从领料到卸料一步一步熟悉，跟组长操作了一次后，就让我自己开一台混炼机，自己独自加料，独自检测每步泥料的PH、水分，还有在每步的时候泥料达不到工艺要求，通知中控室加多少水、氨水；在过滤时，要注意何时该更换过滤网，而且更换时还可以发现在混炼过程中的一些杂质；成型挤出工段从投料到包装，每步都是关键在挤出时要注意产品是否出现贯通，如有发现要及时停止机器，检查模具是否有出现堵孔，应及时清理，包装时应保证产品的密封性，防止在下一道工序中导致产品开裂；所有工序中一级干燥是重中之重，干燥时如果发生开裂，那就是废品，只能粉碎回锅，这就要求保证干燥间的温度、湿度；窑炉用的是新型的网带窑，在学校里学习了窑炉的相关知识，对其不算陌生，其温度是重点需要我们定时清理风机、硫胺以确保其温度曲线的稳定；端头切割及硬化是保证产品的强度、硬度，使产品在使用过程中不会因为烟气的冲击力而破坏产品。在轮岗过程中，感觉自己对各工艺有了进一步的加深了解，使自己对这个行业了解进一步加深了。

实习的第四个星期

这周车间经理给我们定岗了，我被分到一级干燥。一级干燥组长跟我们差不多大，年轻人在一起就感觉有话聊，他给我补充了许多关于一级干燥的相关知识以及该注意的一些问题。一级干燥其重点就是在于前期的干燥间温湿度的保持，当产品干燥到一定的时间后，有了一定的硬度，其湿度应逐渐降低，产品达到一定的减重率，这时候产品就说明可以推出干燥间了，我们一级干燥的使命也就算完成了。一级干燥的早晨是一天最忙的时候，要及时了解到有哪些空的干燥间，然后在干燥间里洒水确保其成型挤出的产品能及时的推进，接着就是由组长写指令单通知中控室；接下来我们就是计算哪间干燥间的减重率达到要求，及时通知下一道工序人员将产品推出，确保各个工序的连贯性。这些做好后就是进干燥间检测产品了，从干燥间抬出具有代表性的称其重量，计算其减重率、是否有开裂等等！干完这一系列的事情后，接下来的工作就很轻松了。有空的干燥间的话就洒洒水，写写指令单，因为一级干燥是与成型相连接，没事的话我就去成型挤出那学习学习，这也让我了解到许多关于成型挤出方面的知识，比如挤出模具的四角速度、挤出产品的切割钢丝规格及包装好的产品的堆放等等。这周让我深刻体会到想要学到东西就只有自己积极主动，这样才会有属于自己收获。

实习的第五个星期

时间飞逝而过，转眼间已经实习一个多月了。回首过去的几个星期，学到了很多，虽然中间有些小小的抱怨，但是功夫不负有心人，总算是没有白白浪费过去的光阴。这要感谢一级干燥的组长及各组员，让我获得了属于自己的经验。在他们的帮助下，我学到了很多课本上所没有知识，相信这会是我今后生活工作中的一块宝藏。

有了这一个多月的接触，感觉在工作上也比较上手了，也比较容易调整好心态了。根据每个月的工作任务，开始给自己制定周计划，开始按章执行，对于自己的每一步都做出了一个明确的规划。看似简单的工作计划，却涵盖了很多内容，一个工作计划必须是可实施的，每一个工作目标不是空话，必须是可实现的，这不仅仅是做给上级看的，更是做给自己看的，只有在实现了一个个目标之后，工作才会更有动力。

对于我工作的肯定，组长也渐渐放心的将一些事让我自己代替他处理。谢谢组长给我的机会，让我接触掌握一些重要的东西，我会更加努力加油的！

实习的第六个星期

这个周一上午，组长接了一个电话改变了我现在工作。我自然被车间经理叫了过去，经理给了一个对于我是属于震撼的消息：我被调到中控室了！中控室车间的核心，同时控制着混炼、一级干燥和窑炉。第二天我就成为了中控室的一员。记得刚进去的时候啥都不懂，我那班组的组长说我熟悉一级干燥那就先从一级干燥的相关控制学起，从干燥间的相关的准备到启动后一些阀门的调节。接着我又熟悉了窑炉的相关知识，当窑炉的曲线出现异常时怎样调节阀门去保持其曲线的稳定等等。最后轮到混炼了，从配料到卸料，中间的一步步关键，组长都耐心交给我，不懂得地方问他都讲解的很详细，这些无意中又给我填充了一些在成产线上疑惑的空白。

在做足功课后，最重要的也就是实战的演练，因为只有通过不断地演练才有可能有一个进步，要不就只是简单的纸上谈兵了。当自己操作的时候，出错那是避免不了的，然而组长却对我说：“他刚开始的时候也出过错误，但同一个错误不要出现第二次就行了”。然后他又教了我一些处理问题的方法！虽说社会与学校相差大，但组长没有在我出错时第一时间就给我打击，感谢组长，谢谢！

2012年12月26日 实习的第七个星期

经过这几周的锻炼，发现自己进步还挺快的，这一周仍然是注意干燥间和窑炉的调节，自己也开始尝试自己调节阀门，不会的时候就请教组长，这些也使得我渐渐熟练起来！

由于自己向来比较内敛的缘故，首次调节干燥间的时候显得比较紧张，怕自己弄错了阀门，不过有了一次经历之后，进步了不少，再加上组长的鼓励，自己尝试大胆的去应付一些突发状况，慢慢的好了许多。不再会怕自己弄错了阀门了，也渐渐熟悉了其操做流程：从干燥间的准备到最后产品的推出，中间参数的设置以及要怎样达到目标值。

人往往都是这样，没有经历过的话，永远都不知道事情到底是怎么一个样子，是真的那么难，还是并非如此，所以，不管怎么样，即使是自己完全陌生的事情，只要有机会，都一定要去尝试，努力去做好。因为没有经验，那么就需要做更多的准备工作。另外就是不要害怕失败，只要用心去做就可以了。等到熟练了，那么成功将是水到渠成的事情。只有通过不断的努力，不断的尝试，不断的积累经验，才能够发现自己的不足，然后在弥补不足的时候，我们便实实在在的提高了自己。所以，不管怎样，努力去做吧，告诉自己，只要用心，就能做得更好！2013年1月3日

实习的第八个星期

在公司里和在学校里是完全不一样了，每天紧张的工作状态，完全没有时间考虑其它事情。于是不知不觉的，就发现原来我短暂的2个月的事情就快要过去了。学到的了不少的东西，比如如何快速的适应公司的环境，融入企业的团体，如何更好的跟同事沟通，更好的完成既定的任务。这些都不是信手拈来的。都需要一个逐步的从点到面的认识。实习真的是一种经历，一种磨练，只有亲身体验才知其中滋味。课本上学的知识都是最基本的知识，不管现实情况怎样变化，抓住了最基本的就可以以不变应万变。该写的不该写的都写了，在学校时听“过来人”说过，还是在学校好啊，到了社会上就明白在学校的好处了。现在我也终于体会到这句话的真谛：在学校迟到是要扣分的，可在公司迟到是真扣钱啊！

实习的第九个星期

通过这次的实习，我对自己的专业有了更为详尽而深刻的了解，并且把它结合实际的经济生活中。面对许多非常棘手又无奈的问题，通过过去大学里所积累知识的，是远远不够的，因为那只是理论而已，我体会到了实际的工作与所学知识是有一定距离的，与应用知识的距离就更为遥远。今后需要针对处于实际环境进一步学习相关的知识。特别关注现在的趋势，也许别人机会当作陷阱，但是自己一定要理智。。我感到对自己感触最深的是，提高自己交际能力，跟别人合作。一支真正的团队是一个能够真正为他人付出汗水的而不是虚伪在表面上做功夫。交

往的目的是得到他们的认可与他们的信任。如何做到呢？这些完全取决于自己的言行之中需不偏不倚，需以身作则，需修身养性。因此待人要真诚，时时为人着想，处处为人行事。能够把自己溶入群体，而不耻向工人群众学习。要想立于不败之地，要吸收新的思想与知识，不断更新观念，趋于完善。这样才有利于思想与实际行动真正地结合，只有在思想演练，才能在最短的时间里把自己要从事的行业中处于领先的地位进而起着不可替代的作用，因为我将会为它比其他人付出更多创造更多价值。我也应该得到我应得到的报酬与珍贵的经验。

实习的第十个星期

回顾这十周以来所经历的点点滴滴，发觉实习真的是一种经历，只有亲身体验才知其中滋味。实习之前还对学校的安排抱有成见，但实习过去我能深深体会学校的良苦用心了。我知道了课本上学的知识都是最基本的知识，不管现实情况怎样变化，抓住了最基本的就能以不便应万变。这次实习，时间虽然很短，但我学到的却是大学中从未学到的。比如，如何与同事，与领导相处。人际关系是刚踏入社会的大学生需要学习的重要一课，在实习时，我经常会留心周围的同事是如何相处的，也尽量虚心请教，与同事们相处，不但可以放松神经，也学了不少为人知道。

过此次实习，不仅培养了我的实际动手能力，增加了实际的操作经验，缩短了抽象的课本知识与实际工作的距离，对实际的工作的有了一个新的开始。而且充分认识到自己的不足，以前在学校没有真正的好好学习，掌握的知识也不牢靠。现在后悔也于事无补，所以那就好好的把握现在吧！

If we are brave enough to love, strong enough to forgive, generous enough to rejoice in another‟s happine, and wise enough to know there is enough love to go around for us all, then we can achieve a fulfillment that no other living creature will ever know.Paage 9 Workplace Friendships A study into workplace relationships has found having a close friend at work can be a major distraction.

Respondents cited exceive chatting, having too much fun and an inability to separate work from play as contributing to a lack of focus.

“When faced with a work-related problem many people will prioritize their friendship over their responsibilities to their organization, which businees may find concerning,” said psychologist and Auckland University of Technology lecturer, Dr.Rachel Morrison.“Workplace friendships are like a double-edged sword.The benefits of a friendly workplace can be really positive, but organizations should be aware of the potential difficulties and how to manage friendships at work.”

According to the study, many people were concerned about going “softer” with their friends and being expected to treat them with special privileges.

今天是我实习的第二天，对于刚刚来的新员工，公司肯定不可能让我们接触淘宝客服最核心的管理部分。

所以就简单说说今天所做哪些皮毛事情吧。早上过来公司，首先就是登上旺旺，进入淘宝后台，看看早上的交易量和未发货的数量。接下来就是用旺旺同顾客聊天，回答客户提出的问题，引导顾客购买，促成交易，同时也要处理顾客对我们产品和服务的不满，例如售前客服的态度和退款退货问题等等。

即使受了委屈也需要不停地给顾客道歉和解释，尽管导致顾客不满的原因不在于我，但是仍然要拿出十分的耐心和最真诚的态度为每个顾客解答。也许有些顾客很刁钻，很难处理，不过也要记得，微笑说话，尽量为他们提供好的解决方案。提出的解决方案一方面不能违背老板给的权限，另一方面要站在客户角度想问题（现实与理想的冲突）。不过，也有值得很开心的事，帮助客户解决问题，得到客户的认同和支持后，感到非常很开心，觉得自己是有价值的。

第二篇

我是和同事们住在宿舍里。公司只管住不管吃，在宿舍里我们自己作饭。一共有四个女生，大家轮流做饭一天。做饭其实真的很麻烦，要买菜、摘菜、洗碗、每个星期最不愿意过的就是做饭这天，以前一直没体会到母亲每天都做饭是如此的辛苦。

现在我觉得实践动手能力不仅体现在学习和工作中，更应该注重到实际生活中。毕业以后我们到外面工作，生活中很多事情都是要我们完成。吃饭、洗衣收拾家具这些看似简

单的事，其实做起来也是很不容易的，尤其是我们以前根本不做，现在什么都要自己亲力亲为就更是如此了！如果我们连自己的生活都安排不了，那么怎么能把工作做得很好呢。不是有句古语这样说：“一屋不扫，何以扫天下。”所以，在生活和工作中要注重培养自己的动手能力很重要。

第三篇

这是实习的第五周，一个月的时间，说短不断，在周里我学习到了东西，其中当然包括作为淘宝客服的基本职责。

第一，通过阿里旺旺和客户沟通，解答客户提出的各种问题，达成交易。

第二，负责收集客户信息，了解并分析客户需求，规划客户服务方案，负责进行有效的客户管理和沟通。

第三，负责建立客户服务团队以及培训客户代表等相关人员，定期或不定期

第四，负责发展维护良好的客户关系，组织公司产品的售后服务工作

第五，建立客户档案、质量跟踪记录等售后服务信息管理系统。

第六，负责及时跟踪货品发货动向，及时与用户沟通，避免用户不满意。

时间真是过的很快，悄无声息，转眼间都第七周了。感觉自己的棱角平了很多，不像以前那么扎人了！出来工作，的确很磨练人，以前我脾气不好，也没有什么耐心。但是在工作中，无论你是心情不好。还是你不想说话，都必须收拾好自己的情绪，思考怎样跟不同的客人交谈，给客户做回访时该怎么说才不会被拒绝，等等。可能真的是在和客人打交道的时候，自己的耐心才慢慢被训练出来的！

其实以前在没接触这些的时候，真的从来都不去想会什么样，可是一接触才发现，这其中有太多要学的东西了，技巧很多．感触很多，但是，无论多苦，多难，我都会继续用心的学下去，坚持好好把实习完成。

而且我相信，付出了总是有回报的！

第五篇

工作的第九周，每天除了应该工作中的问题之外，在工作中与同事领导打交道也是不可避免的，尤其是与同事很多时候我们要在一起研究该如何去做，让客户对我们的服务更加满意，使工作效率提到最高。

刚开始还不是很适应，因为在学校都是自己学自己的，很少和同学一起讨论研究。而现在就不同了，每天我们都有自己的任务。并且现在的工作都是相应联系和影响的，如果有一个人的工作做的不好，下一个环节就会出现差错，将导致整套工作出现错误，不仅浪费你一个人的时间，很多人的工作都白费了。大家还得去寻找总是出现漏洞的地方。有时候顾客着急，就会离开选择到别的店。

所以我，在现实的工作中明白了合作协调能力是如此的重要。今后在学校一定多与同学、老师在一起研究学习。

时间过的真快！这就第三个月了！在实习单位里，我的工作依旧是客服，, 还是每天不段的解决客户的问题，顾客问什么，就要以最快的速度给到顾客满意的答复。很多问题并不在自己认识的范畴里，但是也必须给顾客一个满意的回答！正是因为客人的要求，让我知道自己有那么多的不足！也正是因为顾客的要求，才会让我想要不断学习，不断拓展自己的知识面，充实自己！ 我想，我的成长，很大一部分是来自于顾客，不管是顾客对我的认同，或是刁难！有时顾客一句称赞的话，可以让我开心很久很久。。。可能这就是人们所说的有满足感，成就感吧！

时间过得飞快。悄无声息，我已经实习了四周， 在这四周里我学到最关键的一个能力，就是沟通。 实习是在一个大的环境里生活。要懂得跟周围人沟通，学习，不可以在任性。

得在学校时，虽然在书本上学到了那些理论知识，可真到了实践中还真是差的很远呢，所以我意识到了自己的交际能力还是差的太远了。所以我决定回学校要好好锻炼自己。当然现在我也在努力的改变自己。真的这学期我穴道了很多做人的道理跟知识！

两个月的实习生活马上要结束了.感觉收获了很.有为人处事.有专业知识在时间中的应用.这两个月的生活也还算是充实.对社会有了个初步的认识.明白了校园和社会的不同.公司这周还带我们出去玩了.去了海边.感觉还不错.老板和我说了很多.感觉真的很好.公司的人也对我很好.不论这两月争多少钱我决定都很值得.我收获的不仅是金钱.我收获了友情和知识.这样我觉得就够了。

工作已经快四个月了。在这四个月的实习生活中，收获很大，感触也很多。当然。面临的各种问题很多,压力也很大。公司的要求很严格，要的就是：在最短的时间内创造最大的利润,这就是唯一的目的。

在面对顾客时,就算很不情愿或是很不乐意,也要面带微笑的去对待每一位客人,有时甚至不断的回答客人很多无理取闹的问题。总之就是要让顾客在购买产品的过程中，不但了解我们的品牌质量好，而且要让顾客觉得我们的服务态度是一流的，正如那句口号：售出不是结束，服务才刚刚开始!

和刚开始工作比较，自己的真的沉稳了许多。处理事情不像刚开始接触时那样慌张，遇到棘手的事不会觉得很难过。我想，对于现在的我来说，这可能是最大的财富吧！

我的实习马上就要结束，当中学到了很多东西。这段日子下来，已经和公司的人都熟悉了，平时在工作上不明白的事情就会问，他们都会很细心的教我，现在一想到我的实习快接近尾声，还有两周的时间，心里真的有点难过！很舍不得他们！

本以为几个月的时间会很漫长，很难度过，可是转眼就到了实习结束的时候，还真有点舍不得这个我奋斗了几个月的地方，这里的人、这里的一切现在对于我，都是那么熟悉，而我就要离开了，真的真的很舍不得。

大学第二年已经结束，我必须总结在这一年的得与失，才能展望以后在校这几年该怎么发展，才能看清未来的路怎么走。

在学习方面，首先是端正了学习态度。从最初刚刚进入大学只想放松在重压解放下到现在只想通过学习强化自己的专业知识的理念发生了彻底的变化。在学习过程中一直以“独立思考”为座右铭，从中锻炼到自己的耐心与解决问题的决心，让自己的心智有了质的飞跃。自己在专业知识也有了很大程度的提高。使我体会到学习的乐趣，我与身边的很多同学建立了良好的关系共同完成各个项目。

在过去的一年里我一直注重英语方面的学习，但是自己英语基础不是很扎实。但这个不重要，四级成绩也证实了我是有能力也有信心在下一次考试一定通过，从大一到现在参加三次英语考试，成绩一直保持在400以上与合格分数线仅仅是几分之差。我相信在这几次失败中我总结出自己在那个方面的缺陷，例如听力方面分数明显偏低，今后要强化这个模块的训练。

在这一年我还学习自己专业之外的技能并且获得许可证—驾驶证利用周末或者空余时间。在这一年一直想追求人格魅力齐全的人，所以常常阅读一些名著来开阔自己的视野，崇拜具有思想独立的人—韩寒。为着自己的梦想一直追逐，这是我这一年感悟最深刻的。自己的一片天空要自己一个人支撑起来，做一个有思想独立的思考者。

第一周（2012年2月1日~5日）

一周的时间很快就过去了，在这一周里，我尽量让自己更快地去适应环境，更快地融入这个大集体中，因为只有和上司、同事都处理好关系，才能有利于自己工作的展开。

第二周（2012年2月6日~10日） 时间过得真快，转眼第二周已经结束了，因为刚进公司的缘故，一些重要的事情我都没有涉及，但是我并没有灰心，也没有觉得大材小用。我想只有从最基本的开始干起，一点一滴地积累，做好我负责的每一件小事，让领导和同事放心，将来才能成就一番大事业。\"不积跬步，无以致千里\",\"江海不拒细流，方能成其大\"\"一屋不扫，何以扫天下？\"说的就是这个道理。

中午的时候，我会帮同事一起订饭，按他们各自的口味叫了不同的饭菜，同事也对我订的饭菜挺满意。下午，公司有学生的时候，我会负责联系财务和其他领带，受到了领导的好评。

这一周基本是在忙碌和琐碎中度过的，不过虽然是一些琐碎的小事，却和学校里一直和书打交道很不一样，我感觉有一种新鲜感，每一件小事都需要我亲历亲为，通过付出自己的劳动换来的成果很有价值，也很值得。 第三周（2012年2月13日~17日）

三周时间就这样来到，我明白如果你不想让自己在紧急的时候手忙脚乱，就要养成讲究条理性的好习惯。“做什么事情都要有条理”，这是经理给我的忠告。这绝不是一句空话。办理合同，如果不讲究条理，一定会让你忙得手忙脚乱却效率低下。企业人员来了，准备许多资料，如：营业执照、企业证明、申请表等等。我们必需一项的检查过、计算过、是否合理。一位有成就的总经理讲过这么一个故事：他当部门经理时，总裁惊讶于他每天都能把如山的信件处理完毕，而其他经理桌上总是乱糟糟堆满信件。师兄说，“虽然每天信件很多，但我都按紧急性和重要性排序，再逐一处理。”总裁于是把这种做法推广到全公司，整个公司的运作变得有序，效率也提高了。养成讲究条理的好习惯，能让我们在工作中受益匪浅。

工作总会有忙的时候，忙到一定地步，你就会感觉到烦躁，这是很正常的，不过，一定要以一个正确的心态去面对才行，毕竟你怎么样闹心到头来不还得必须去解决那些问题么。

在这三周里，每一天我都过得很充实，因为我接触的人和事都是学校里未能接触过的，我也深深体会到把书本上的知识转化到实践中去的重要性。只有理论和实践相结合了，所学来的知识才不是纸上谈兵。我相信下一周我会过得更充实，也更有意义。

第四周（2012年2月20日~24日）

不知不觉就第四周了，在这里大家都在抓紧时间学习，边学边干。这种刻苦的精神下，给我们一种特别想融入他们其中的感觉。这将对我们以后的人生路上一种很大的推进。只有坚持学习新的知识，有一个热爱工作的心才会使自己更加提高，而这里就有这样的气氛，每个办事人员都热爱自己的岗位和工作。这是在学校里好难学到的，如果一个人不敬业的话，他的工作是不会长久的，可能做几个月就走了！这样的工作还不如不干！要知道兴趣和热情都是可以培养的。所以工作需要一颗“敬业”的心。

虽然说工作是可以混的，不过，“混生活”毕竟不是积极的举动，“混生活”最终会让你的工作变成机械化的，所以不要去“混生活”，而要积极的面对生活，面对工作，这样才会越来越好，不是么。

第五周（2012年2月27日~3月2日）

转眼间来到了第五周。还是还按部就班的工作，不过在这一周田老师听了我一堂课，她让我讲综合主题课程模式的训练，很抽象，所以接到命令后我便开始认真的准备自己要讲的内容。

在书上学过教课首先要教学生，助教要从学生的兴趣点和重难点入手，所以说要把第一节课安排的井然有序，对于我们这些新老师来说，备好课是至关重要的。为了讲好这堂课，我把教案反反复复的看了好几遍，并且把整个的教学过程也在脑子里过了好几遍，知道我觉得应该没问题了为止。

对于自己要讲的内容我已经胸有成竹了，但是对于这个班的学生我还是有些担心，因为她们太不积极了，上课不喜欢发言，所以我觉得要想上好这堂课必须得想办法让她们配合我，这样才能顺利完成所要讲的内容。

周四上课，在这之前我有她们班的仔细，课后我便故意接近她们与她们，最后我发现她们有厌学情绪，说是不想上课就想玩。我觉得处于十

八、九岁的孩子贪玩很正常，所以我跟她们说\"我这个年龄的时候也贪玩，但是咱们应该学会从玩中学到东西不能瞎玩，不能把这段美好的时光虚度过去\".我们谈的很投机，感觉我们之间并没有距离，学生们把自己的 想法都说了出来，应该说她们都是一群懂事的孩子。到了周四上课时，同学们表现的出乎意料的好，很积极，很配合我。

第六周（2012年3月5日~9日）

六周时间，我渐渐明白，一节课应该说轻轻松松的就上下来了，也许是和田助教和学生们太熟了吧，讲课时我一点也不紧张，完全按照教案有条不紊地进行着。课后听田老师对我这堂课的评价，她说总的来说非常好课堂气氛以及教学的组织都非常不错，但是也有不足的地方，那就是提问一个问题后没有给学生们留思考的时间便提问，当时我真没意识到，现在知道了。的确，如果不给她们思考的时间就提问那么其他的学生就不思考了，那么提的这个问题就不会达到预期的目标就没有意义了。

\"台上三分钟，台下十年功\",站在讲台上只有四十五分钟，但课下的准备工作则有n个四十五分钟。精心准备的确可以使自己从中学到很多东西，讲完课通过老师的评价更能吸取不少的经验。我们说：从教的技能要经过反复的实践才能形成，并非一朝一夕之功。只要多锻炼，我坚信我们的从教技能肯定能够得到进一步地提升。

第七周（2012年3月12日~16日）

在慢慢的学习与进步中，我的实习周期也已经两个月了。在这一周里，我收获颇丰，不但把以前所干的事情干得越来越好，越来越熟练，和同事之间的关系也相处的越来越融洽了，另外，带我的高老师还带着我跑了银行，教我支票的填写规范，现金日记账，银行日记账的登记方式，填错后如何更正等等。虽然这些大学里的老师都有教过我们，但经过高助教边讲解边操作给我看之后，我掌握的更好，理解得更深刻了。

这一周开始，我慢慢开始接触了一些真正意义上的会计知识，并将其转化到时间中去。但都是高老师在做，我在旁边慢慢地学。下周高老师说会让我实际操作。这周我还帮公司收发了很多快递，由于我及时地联系快递，正确地填写单子，为公司提高了办事效率，也受到了公司同事的赞许。

这一周又是这么快过去了，每天忙忙碌碌却很开心。大家各忙各的，互相合作，每一个都是不可缺少的，各司其职，各尽其责，相处得也很融洽，我觉得很有收获。

第八周（2012年3月19日~23日）

八周了，时间告诉我，软件助教老师并非那么容易当。几乎没能想她学习什么，问及她听课后的感受，她只是说，觉得可以，声音小了些。两周下来，给我的感觉便是：她在剥削劳动力。

没有跟跟班的软件老师商量时间，连续两节把一个新课讲完，虽然自我感觉良好，没有收到建议是没进步的，毕竟一点经验都没有。如果先上一个课时，给些意见和建议，再去上第二课时可能效果会更好一些。

尝试上多媒体一定要对教案十分熟悉，因为更多时间你要学会如何控制课堂纪律，闹哄哄的一节课，真不知道学生能学了些什么！还好是略读课，而且是一首诗歌，倘若是精读课，最好还是乖乖在教室里一步一步来„„

第九周（2012年3月26日~30日）

作为一名学生，太多的是知识的增长，而作为一名老师需要的东西太多。不仅在工作生活上，还是在人际交往中需要的东西都太多了。

生活上独立了。我们三个实习老师一起承担着生活的各个方面——买菜，做饭，提水，洗衣服等等都要自己安排。我们一起商量并不断探索，生活由乱到稳。愉快的合作给我们的生活带来了很多便利，为我们更好的工作提供了保障。

工作上，自己是由一名学生刚刚转变为一名助教，虽然有扎实的学科知识，还有一些助教的理论知识，可这远远不够。通过一周的备课，给学生上课，与老师的沟通，认识到了自己的不足：课的重难点的把握，课堂时间的把握等等。自己带着一腔热情来到这里，也曾经畅想过自己上课时的情景，可实际往往与想象有一定的差距。实际情况告诉我：一定要成长！我渴望成长，希望自己能把工作做好。我告诉自己一定要多看书，多学习，多向其他助教请教，多研究。

自己虽然和学生年龄只差五六岁，不会有太大的代沟，但还是不能调动学生学习的积极性。对学生的了解不够，自己对这一年龄段的学生的共同点有所了解，要和学生在课下多沟通，多交流，去了解他们，提高课堂学习效率。再有一点就是助教的教学经验这一很大的财富，让自己叹服，应多学习，我想这会让自己受益匪浅。

第十周（2012年4月2日~6日）

周末行里再次组织出游。天气雨加雾，去到那边，先是在一家亲饭店吃午饭，感觉这个城市就像12年前的我家一样。虽然整体也和老家一样干净。然后听这次开车的师傅说，今天边界对面的越南和50年前一样，一点都没变！我和同行感叹，社会主义好阿！在边境还看到，中国这边不断有集装箱货物运送到边境，而那边则是用老式手推车来把卸载的货物运回去。

所以，我认为，金融业，在东盟组织的带动下，在广东地区，大有前途！

一路颠簸〔其实我们走的是高速公路〕，在想行里人力资源太牛逼了！通过两次出游，我们可以达到以下几个目的：

1,迅速发展同事之间的友谊！这个在北海当天就达到了——男生在车上与身边女生都交换联系方式

2,培养新员工对光大银行的感情。吸引人才留住人才〔当然我们只还是潜力股〕的最好方法，就是优待人才！给予他们好的环境使其安心工作！

3,观察各个人的性格特征，团队精神等综合素质。路遥知马力，这两次出行路程耗时均超过3小时，可以将个人一览无余！

第十一周（2012年4月9日~13日）

这一周心中一直有点郁闷。有时候出来社会做事或多或少可看到一些比较现实的社会现象，感受到某些事情的无奈。这周就在前天上午，正当我坐着无聊的时候，一个中年男人走了进来，我看到了就很热情的招呼他，并为他又是倒水，又是请座。本以为是来想报名学习软件的，不想他问我老板在不？我说老板出去了，有什么事就找我吧！当我回答后，他没说什么就起身说等老板回来再说。 当时就觉的很蹊跷，事后才知道是过来想找老板拿回扣。这对我来说简直是无法接受的事，但老板还是给了，说现在生意难做，同行竞争厉害，不给助教点回扣，他就找理由说教学质量不行，不能用，故意跟你刁难，使交易不能达成。为了生意有时候也不得不牺牲点利润，我想这就是社会黑暗的一面吧，然而我却无可奈何。

第十二周（2012年4月16日~20日）

实习差不多接近尾声了。心中也已经有了更多的关于工作，人际上的了解。

这周开始，就经常在琥呆了，因为老板经常出去了。还常常出去考察了，因为那些团要求要我们经理来带。小吴要去长隆休假了，我只好呆在公司了，公司里没有几个人，就我在，经理有时也会来。所以，要学习怎么接待客人，介绍我们公司。在公司里要是闲的话就会闲的要命，整天都不知道要干什么了。

只好看看行程，这时候就特别希望有学生电话能接一下，有客人来问一下行程，哪怕是随便问问的。这周就是这样，很无聊，很闲。小吴回来时，真是太高兴了，终于可以不用一个人了。兴高采烈的问她关于这次去武夷山的感受，虽然她说都是爬山，没有很好看的。但我还是很遗憾我不能去。希望下次有机会去吧。

第十三周（2012年4月23日~27日）

又来到了周五时间。到了这里才发现在学校里面学到的知识是少之又少，而且公司主要经营的是设计方面。而我在学校里面主要以设计学习为主，理论知识学了一堆却没有实践经验。经过从学校到实习公司这一段过渡期，我发现实践经验比理论知识重要的多了。像我们这样的也只有在考试的时候会发挥点作用吧！

这一个星期来我主要是以学习软件为主，像PS、犀牛等等。虽然在学校里面这些软件都学过了，像CAD我们在学校的时候就学过了，但是因为时间过得太久了，所以都忘光了。还有AI，这是我们在这个学期刚学习的一套软件，但是接触的却不多以至于对它束手无策。这些对我来说打击很大，感觉好象自己什么都不会。但是我昨天听老板说了在我们这里的一位老员工的工作经历，说他根本不是学习这个行业的，但是经过自己的努力有了今天这样的成就。我感觉自己又了新的动力，只要相信自己能行外加努力，就一定会成功的！希望下次写的时候，比今天有进步吧！

第十四周（2012年4月3 0日~5月4日）

但当我深刻的去体验了上班族的生活以后，我才知道工作是多么的辛苦，才知道自己之前的想法是多么的可笑和幼稚，我现在才感觉到读书是多么的美好，你不用去考虑生活上的问题，因为父母会为你考虑，我们只要读好书就是对父母最好的报答。所以我们要珍惜现在读书的时光，读书是很苦，但它是创造美好未来的基础！

在实习中,我学到了很多,工作中跟学习上是有很大的差别的,在学校里是一个好学生,但在工作中不一定就是一个好的员工。但是这也让我明白了一点,什么事情,只要你认真了,努力过了,没有做不好的。最后，我想说，在今后的生活中，我将用十足的勇气面对挑战，用百倍的努力取得收获，用千般的热情追逐梦想，用万份的真诚希望您的肯定！无须惊艳四座，无须学富五车，只要用一颗真诚、平和的心灵去交流、去学习，就会获得属于自己的掌声和喝彩！ 第十五周（2012年5月7日~5月11日）

时间飞逝，转眼十五周过去了，回头看看，真的觉得实习好累，好苦。但算算自己的到的收获时又觉得实习是一个让我们成长，让我们学习的必经的过程。

人在社会上要保持学生的心态是不可能的，以往，只要我们一说是学生总是会得到一些照顾，而现在，不行，说你还是学生或许会得到他们对你犯错了的谅解，但是，也同样的，他们也不会再信任你能做好，也不愿意原本一件简单的事被你做复杂了。

老板那些都对我很好，我也知道她在用心的教我怎么做，即使犯错了，也会原谅我的生涩，但客户不会，他们追求利益和效益。社会就是这样的。想要适应它，你就要先吃苦。或许这就是实习的目的了，让我们提前知道社会，以便更好的适应社会，很感谢天琥给我这个培训机会，感谢这一段时间陪我一起度过的同事朋友！

第12篇：大学毕业生实习周记

一、走近你,让我充满向往

当我在毕业生人才交流会上向海程邦达国际货运代理有限公司投出我的求职简历时,我并不知道,这一份简历会把我带进一个怎样的世界,我将走上一条怎样的路。心底的自信强溢在脸上,又带着那样的迷惑,不安和好奇,参加过三次面试,见到的始终是充满干劲的脸。我获得了参加公司培训的机会。也曾有过很多故事,但命运还是让我走近了你，海程邦达，走近了你,也更让我充满了向往和渴望。

短短的五天培训,像一个小小的切口,通过它,我看到了什么是优秀,什么是爱岗敬业,什么是邦达的好员工。五天里,从海运到空运,从报关到报检,那么多优秀的主管熟练地讲着自己工作中的经验。谈到公司,谈到工作,他(她)们眼睛里闪烁着自信的光芒；谈起未来,谈起我们,他(她)们言语里尽是关照。

从1993年的仅4名员工到今天的500多人,这样传奇的创业经历,怎能不让我这样即将走出校门、踏进社会的的学生心生敬佩呢！十年啊,短短的十年,从4人到500多人,再到组织机构健全、社会口碑良好的公司,这一切就像一块磁石一样紧紧的吸引了我。

是的,就是这样, 仅仅三次面试, 五天的培训, 就让我对你充满了向往, 邦达, 你是好样的!

二、走进你，让我斗志昂扬

4月12日，星期一，我来到公司开始实习，实习部门是海运部。带着些许敬畏和几

缕惊慌，我踏进了海运部的办公区域。第一站，4月12日至4月17日上午，定舱部；第二站，4月19日至24日上午，拼箱部之美西航线；第三站，4月26日至28日，美加整柜；第四站，4月29日、30日，美东、加拿大拼箱。

a 一步一步走向前——专业技能的学习

作为一个即将毕业的的大学生，我很清楚的知道，眼高手低是我们的通病。所以，在自己动手能力还很弱的情况下，我更乐意从最基本的东西学起、做起，比如发发传真，接接电话什么的。4月12日，实习的第一天，我就在从座位到传真机，从传真机到座位的脚步中度过了。但是我的心很平静，尽管头上一直冒着冷汗，但那是怕耽误师傅们工作的谨慎。

从4月13日，也就是实习的第二天到4月17日上午，我在定舱部实习。这条代号为06的航线工作主要是从接受定舱委托书开始的。大致流程为：接受定舱委托后向船公司定舱，主要是通过传真、电话或者edi等途径。然后等船公司回传定舱确认书，收到船公司的确认后，给客户发入舱通知。这期间要注意船公司的舱位以及运价情况。

4月19日到24日上午和4月

29、30日，我是在美西拼箱及美东、加拿大拼箱实习的。在这两条航线上实习，主要是学习了如何准备报关资料，打印下货纸4-6联；怎样检查shippingxx里已输入的资料，特别注意货物的件、重、尺，然后给客户发提单确认；制作入仓通知、国内账单、预配单及舱单等等。应该说在这两条航线上我动手实际操作的机会最多，当然出错的时候也不少啊。

4月26日到28日，实习范围是美加整柜。这条航线上需要发的传真比较多，但是我学会了不少东西。比如，我学会了写派车单，还知道写派车单时，“装货时间”一栏一定要写明白什么时间到什么地点，是工厂还是贸易公司。我还学会了定舱单的制作和更改的书写，留底文件的整理、

归档等等。

总之，在上述四条航线上的实习，基本上完成了“实习指导书”里应该实习的10条内容，像了解航线基本情况，接受与审核委托书，缮制下货纸，制作集卡联系单等。我就是这样一点一点地学习和请教，一步一步地向前走的。本着积极上进的态度，认真、努力地学习了海运出口操作的一些最基本的常识和技能，并且理论结合实际，锻炼了自己的动手能力。

b 一点一滴的温暖在心田——实习指导人的关照

十四天，短短的实习时间，却让我拥有了无数位师傅的关心和关照。

首先是牛兵和肖国暄师傅。他（她）们两个工作挺认真的，在指导我实习的时候也比较有耐心。

其次是万娟娟、贾丽红和郑蕾蕾几位师傅。她们几个都很鼓励我大胆地动手操作，不要怕出错。尤其是万娟娟和郑蕾蕾，她们俩教会了我不少东西。

最后是吴梅和张家两位师傅。因为她们这条航线一直很忙，所以，我的吴梅师傅每天都要加班，她和张家两个人工作认真负责，有点工作狂的味道。在我实习期间，吴梅还给我补过课，给我系统地讲解了操作整柜时易出现的问题和解决方法等等。

总之，那些个日子，每位师傅对我都能尽心尽力地指导和帮助，都尽可能最大程度地容忍我的很多欠妥之处，一点一滴的温暖让我很感激她们。

三、海程邦达，我能为你做些什么

实习期间，除了浅层次地学习了专业技能外，我还感受和体会到了很多技能之外的东西。首先是邦达人的敬业和那种生机蓬勃的工作氛围。走进这样的一个集体中，你的心会不由自主地年轻起来，你的脚步会不由自主地跟着大家快起来，而你的工作态度更会变得努力、认真，再认真一些，再努力一点。也许，这就是一个集体的凝聚力，这就是一个企业写在书面之外的“特殊文化”！

短期的实习，让我学到了不少东西，自己呢，也有一些不成熟的话想说。实话实说，“物流”算是一个比较年轻的词吧。目前，物流运输仿佛处在“战国时代”，足可以用一个“乱”字来形容。其实，打价格战、无序竞争已经使物流业成为一个微利行业了。也就是说，中国物流业发展的现状是不容乐观的。但是

，要想长久的留住客户，绝对不是靠压低价格，还要靠品牌和实力，服务和硬件才是创造品牌、增强实力的途径啊！竞争如激烈，我们靠什么胜出？最简单的道理就是企业要跟随市场的发展，市场需要什么，企业就要提供什么，我们必须提供给客户１＋１００个最优的服务

第13篇：大学实习支教周记

为人师表

“ 师者，所以传道授业解惑也。”教育是以心育心，以德育德的伟大光荣职业。教师是个力气活，劳力、伤脑、又劳心。教师也是良心活，教得好坏多少，得用自己心中的那杆秤来衡量。在今后的教学中，我会更加注重自身道德素质的培养，做好模范带头作用。在教学过程中不仅仅是简单的知识讲授，还要注重对学生德育的培养，让他们在德智体美劳方面全面发展。在学校的教学中，教学相长，不断学习，听取学生和家长的反馈意见及要求。努力增强自身的人格魅力，不断提高自身的知识水平，不断改善教学方法，朝着成长为优秀教师的方向不断努力。

教法方法

经过两个多月的实习生活，渐渐感觉学生的新鲜感没了，有的学生上课注意力很难集中起来。我也想过解决的方法，前几天尝试的办法都是效果甚微，今天呢，我又想了些其他的办法，我在讲课的时候常插入这个单词很重要，这个单词发音的难点在那里，这个句子如何翻译等等之类的话。发现效果还不错，每当同学听到这些，都会条件反射的集中注意力。这也算是实习过程中我在教学方面积累的一点点经验。课后我时常反思还有什么创新的教学方法能让孩子们认真听课呢？

学会与家长沟通

两个多月实习今天我遇到了一个问题，就是如何和学生家长沟通。和家长沟通的内容有两个方面：一是学生的安全，二是学生的学习。家长和老师最担心的是孩子在上学、放学途中安全得不到保障，其次是担心孩子的学习成绩提上不来。很多小学生会骗家长说学校其他安排提前放学了，结果却是回家或者跑去打游戏了。所以我们一旦发现有学生没有按时来上课，就会立即告知家长，了解情况及时掌握孩子的动向。每次和家长交流我都要尽量做到落落大方，表现得成熟些，免得让家长对自己不放心。

教师感想

实习支教期即将结束了，如何才能作为一名优秀的人民教师？我想到：当教师得讲策略，要想教好学生，要想学生信服自己，必须和他们交友，不断琢磨学生的心理，才能更好的管理自己的学生。有过同样经历的几位朋友告诉我，她们当了几个月的教师就开始厌倦这份工作了。可是，我觉得我的教师瘾还没过够呢！虽然支教中我累过也抱怨过，甚至有几次晚上我做梦都梦到那帮让人省不了心的学生。可我觉得为他们付出值得的，每当站在讲台上,被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时,作为一名教师的优越感和成就感就油然而生了。不过，要想学生从心底里喜欢上你的课，喜欢你这个老师，我们要做的就远比这个多。

兴趣培养

今天上课的时候有几个学生在睡觉让我心情很不好，但是我自己想了想英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿意学成绩就自然不能提高。后来我认真地反思上课的时候应该尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，让孩子们能够更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。只有兴趣提高了，他们才会积极主动的去学习，这样才能让成绩和能力有所提高，学生依靠兴趣学习，主动去学，比填鸭式的教学更让老师事半功倍。

支教感悟

时间过得好快，转眼间四个月就要结束了，自己在玛纳斯凉州户学校的实习支教生活就要画上句号了。在支教的过程中，最大的感悟是自己学会了敢于去思考，敢于去做。万事开头难，但有些事情总是要开头的，关键在于自己去做了，去尝试了，去一次一次努力了，你会发现，原来自己也可以做到，原来自己也很棒。只有去做了，才能发现问题，只有去想了，思考了，才能想出解决的办法。

支教生活短短的四个月，让自己懂得了很多东西，不管是教学经验，还是与人交流，或是做人的道理，觉得自己在支教中得到了锻炼，苦累之后是硕果累累。

篇1：毕业实习周记 20 篇 第一周：

通过紧张的面试，我终于如愿进入到xx公司实习，实习期为三个月。学习相关的专业近3年了，但这是我第一次真正的接触相关的工作。因为这是我的第一份实习工作，心里难免有些忐忑不安。怕自己没有能够做好相关的工作，给该企业带来不好的影响以及麻烦。在该企业安顿下来的时候，我们首先进行了为期5天的培训。在这5天的培训当中，我们对该企业的环境以及企业理念有了初步的了解。但由于我初来乍到，对我们的工作流程还不太不熟悉，幸好我们实习的负责人耐心的给我们讲解了一些需要注意的地方。在他的引导下我们的实习工作也逐步进入正轨。这一周学习的内容不是很多，但是最主要的还是尽快适应单位的节奏以及熟悉各个部门的工作，以便在工作中能很好的协作。 第二周

在这一个星期里，我们结束了我们的培训。正式开始了我们的实习生活。我们的工作就是在基层里做一个普通的工人，起初不能理解该企业的用意。后来慢慢就想通了。只有下放到企业的最基层才能让我们更好的去了解该企业的运作、了解该企业的企业理念。而对于我们个人来说，我们之间的大部分人都是第一次参加工作也许只有这样才能让我们更好的贯彻吃苦耐劳的精神。这个社会不缺少聪明的人，缺少的是能在困难中顶住压力的人。只有在最艰苦的工作里才能培养我们的抗打击能力，从而使我们更具社会竞争力。不过由于是我的第一份实习工作，而且是刚完成了从学生到工人角色的转换，特别是在如此艰苦的条件下所以难免觉得有些无所适从。但是，我会尽量调整心态，希望能够圆满完成这次的实习工作。 第三周

有时候我们觉得时间过得很慢，但时间又总是在不知不觉中过去了。不知不觉，来到这里已经有3个星期。在这3个星期的实习生活里虽然觉得很辛苦但还是觉得有所收获。经过了那么长的时间总算觉得自己已经进入了实习的正轨，不管是在工作上还是在生活上都在慢慢适应。我们的工作相比较学校生活来说还是有些枯燥，只是每天重复着一样的步调一样的工作。毕业和想象中的工作生活有所出入！在我的想象里，每天的工作是充满着活力以及挑战的，也许每天会忙忙碌碌，没有时间吃饭没有时间好好的休息，但是至少是充实的。我向往着那样的生活。但是生活总是事与愿违的，但即使如此我也不希望让这稍显枯燥的生活消磨掉我原有的对生活的向往以及激情。除了，调整心态我们别无选择。 第四周

到单位已经有一段时间了，但对单位的了解紧是片面还需要进一步的了解。我本是个不善于交际的人，这也一直是我的障碍。所以我到单位这么长时间了，交际圈只限于我们部门，对于部门的同事也是了解得甚少，由于平时的生活除了上班和下班没有多大的交集，因此每次一下班之后和同事之间也就没有了什么交流。由于一些老员工彼此相处的时间比较长，对彼此也要更加的了解地多，在他们之间的友谊会比我们新来的同事要深厚，于是我明显感觉到了新老员工之间的区别。我努力尝试要改变这样的状态，但是即使遇上面熟的同事也只是偶尔打个招呼，有时候我只是不知该如何开口，我做过很多这方面的努力，只是效果不佳。我希望在接下来的日子里这种状态会有所改变。我也会更加努力的融合进这个部门 。 第五周

在这一周了，我尝试了很多的方法让自己融入这个部门的圈子。于是我尽量找他们感兴趣的话题、尽可能的在上班的空闲时间里和他们有更多的交流。在工作上，当我完成我的工作之时我也尽可能的去帮助他们。下了班以后，我并没有像以前一样整天呆在宿舍玩电脑，更多的我选择了和同事出去打打球或者是吃吃宵夜。有时候我们不得不承认有很多的感情都是在球场上以及饭桌上产生的。经过这一个星期的努力，我和部门的同事对彼此之间的了解也越来越深。对于我，他们也少了刚开始的一点点尴尬及隔阂。也许这个世界上的人形形色色，但是没有人会拒绝善意。只要你拿真心去和别人交往，你一定会得到相应的回报。在这个社会上我们不能总是太过于被动要自己去掌握与人交流的主动权，只有这样我们的未来才不会处处处于被动的状态。 第六周

由于与老员工之间相处的越来越好，于是在工作上也给我带来了很多的便利。他们很耐心的给我讲解了一些工作上的注意事项，以及他们多年来的工作经验。我们不得不承认好的人际关系对我们自身的反正来说存在着重要的意义。不仅是个人也好还是企业也好，只有在良好的人际关系下才会有良好的合作。良好的合作往往有助于我们工作的高效完成。能让我们事半功倍而不是事倍功半。这些体会都是在实习过程中所得到的，我终于明白在我们真正踏入社会之前为什么要进行实习。因为学校所教与我们的知识毕竟有限，只有在实际的工作中我们才能学到更多的知识及体验。而这些体验是我们花再多的钱也不能购买的。因为这是只属于我们自己的，不会随着时间的流逝而被遗忘。 第七周

工作中，我们难免会犯错所以挨骂也是在所难免的。当这件事发生在我的身上的时候我才深刻体会到解释就是找理由，据理力争是没有用的。你对领导解释得越多结果就会变得更糟，所以主动承认错误是关键。由于认错态度良好于是领导也就随便骂骂也就算了。我们常常会做错事，也常常会被误解。在工作中不管我们是犯错还是被误解，我们首先要做的不是跟上级阐述我们犯错的理由首先要做的是承认错误。当被误解的时候我们不要忙着去解释，当领导处于愤怒之时，过多的争论只会让事情往更加恶劣的情况发展，倒不如听他说完然后道个歉。其实对于我们来说认错只不过是一件很简单的事情。而且关于误解，总会随着时间的的推移而水落石出的。所以没必要和上级激励力争，因为你们之间本来就是不平等的！ 第八周

幸好上次的错误没有给领导留下太多的坏的印象，由于这阵子的工作完成的还算是比较好，于是领导在大家面前夸奖了我，也算是这阵子辛勤工作的回报吧。所以下班的时候觉得心情特别舒畅。我想这也许就是为什么马斯洛把自我价值的实现放在人类需要的最顶端的原因吧。每个人都需要自身的价值被肯定，当我们的价值得到实现的时候我们就会觉得愉悦，而当我们的不能得到他人的认可的时候我们就觉得难过。虽然这只是一个小小的夸奖，但对于一个实习生来说，能在众多的老员工之间得到夸奖也算是小有成就感吧。因为不是我们所做的努力都是能够被人们所认可的，这就是为什么那么多人不能得志的原因。但是我相信上帝都是公平的，我们的努力一定能够得到回报的除非我们所做的努力还不够多。因此，不要放弃的太早不走下去你不知道你接下来遇到的是什么。 第九周

这一周我们的工作比较忙，大部分的时间里我们都是在加班。加班的时间多了工人的工资也就比较高了。虽然很累但是大部分的员工还是很高兴，也许对于我们这些刚出社会的人来说不太能够理解。在加班的过程中和一位老员工闲聊，在闲聊的过程中我得知原来他已经在这个厂里面工作了

7、8年。我很冒昧的问了他一个问题：为什么，在这里工作了那么多年还是一个普通员工。他没有责备我如此唐突。而是跟我说：那也没办法大字都不认识几个呢，怎么能去做那些工作呢？我突然觉得知识是多么的重要，虽然我们不能说一个人的学时就代表了一个人的能力，但是在如此功力、竞争如此大的社会。在一定的程度上一个人的学历代表着一个人的水平。因为没有企业有时间、而且愿意花时间去验证你到底有没有能力。所以只能通过一个人的学历来判断了。第一次觉得原来知识是那么的重要。 第十周

相比上一周，这一周的工作就稍微轻松一点了也没有忙了。所以下班以后我们就有了更多的时间做自己的事情了，一般在下班的时候我们都会选择去运动运动。尽管上班也有点累了，但是至少能做一些自己喜欢做的事情也算是一种放松的方法。突然在运动中觉得学校的生活已经离我们越来越远了，好好像从来没有如此的怀念过我们的校园生活。当我们还在学校的时候我们曾拼命的想要逃离我们的学校生活但是真正步入社会以后才能明白，校园的生活是我们一生中最美好的时光。在上学的时候我们常常觉得压力很大，但是现在才明白原来上学所带给我们的压力是人一生中所有的压力中最小的一部分。不得不说一句很俗的话：每个人都是这样，只有在失去的时候才会觉得可贵。 第十一周

由于学校还有一些重要的事情要做的的原因，这个星期我们领导给我们批了几天假让我们回去学校处理一些事情。当我们走进学校，那种熟悉的感觉迎面而来。这种熟悉的感觉让我们每一个人都觉得心情特别的愉悦。虽然以后还不知道还有多少次机会踏进我们的校园，但是每个人都要成长，而成长中总伴随着得到与失去。所以我们不应该只看到自己失去的那部分，而忽略了自己得到的那一部分。还记得刚上大学的时候对这个学校的种种嫌弃。突然想起一句话：学校就是自己在心里骂一千遍但不允许别人骂一遍的地方。对啊，我们总是对我们的母校带着如此复杂的感情。我们很快就办完事情在学校多呆了一天以后我们就回到了工作的地方。不知道为什么的，从学校回来突然觉得好像觉得没有那么的累了„„ 第十二周 不知不觉中，来这里实习已经快两个月了，虽然时间已接近两个月，对工作也是越来越熟悉，但是有时还是会觉得力不从心。而且也失去了刚开始来实习的那种兴奋与好奇，觉得心情总是处在低谷当中，总是振奋不起来。在和领导的偶然闲聊的时候他很友好的跟我说：只要我用心地做，就会左右逢源。越做越觉乐趣，越做越起劲。听他说完顿时觉得茅塞顿开。有人说过：凡职业都具有趣味的，只要你肯干下去，趣味自然会发生。切忌不要粗心大意，马虎了事，心浮气躁。做任何事都一样，需要有恒心、细心和毅力，那才会到达成功的彼岸！对啊，每个职业都会有它的趣味所在的，像我之前所说的不走下去，我们不知道接下来会遇到什么。所以耐心等候吧。 第十三周

在上一周和领导的闲聊之后，在这一周我反省了一下这阵子的工作状态。我突然意识到与其自怨自艾还不如干些别的事情来充实自己，于是我主动要求在空闲的时间去帮帮别的部门的忙。一方面我可以打发打发自己的时间，让自己变得充实而不至于自己的觉得生活无趣。另一方面，既然我们实习是为了学到更多的知识那就趁着实习的期间尽可能的去不同的部门感受一下不同部门的工作。也许这样对我们真正踏上社会的时候也是有所帮助的。即使是生活无趣，其实我们也是可以让它变得有趣的。其实大部分的原因不在于生活，而是取决于我们带着怎么样的心态去看待生活。 第十四周

由于这一周领导批准了我提出的要去别的部门帮忙的请求，在这一周我也正式到别的部门去帮忙了。所以会比以往更加的，忙碌一点。虽然如此，但是和以往的生活相比我倒是更加喜欢现在的生活忙忙碌碌的。通过在别的部门帮忙，我发现每个部门的工作都是紧密相连的，而每个部门的价值也是相同的，只有在每个部门的互补之中才能使整个企业的利润达到最大化。相反的只要任何一个部门稍有差池都会让整个企业的利益有所下降。因此，我觉得不管是哪一个企业都好，都应该加强企业个部门之间的联系，才能让企业在这个竞争强烈的社会生存下去。才能让企业立于不败之地。 第十五周

慢慢的在别的部门的帮忙工作也慢慢熟悉了，得到了上级领导的好评及赞扬。相比刚进入这个公司的时候不管是在为人处世上还是在工作的处理能力上也有所提高了，慢慢觉得一个人不管工作能力有多强要是不懂得怎么去和别人相处一切都是空谈的。这个实习教给我们最多的不是让我们去如何运用我们的专业知识，不是让我们去获得更多的知识，而是让我们明白何如去生活。相信没有一个人不懂的如何生活，但是却不是所有人都懂得如何在这个社会上生活。通过在这里的观察我发现一般个性太强烈的人都不会再这里呆的太久，反倒是一些较为平和的人留了下来。我想了很久，也许是因为较为平和的人更加适应这个社会的发展趋势吧。 第十六周

在这一个星期里，我还是像往常一样工作一样下班。没有什么特别的事情发生。有时候没有什么事情发生也是一件很好的事情。虽然生活没有什么惊喜但是却也是至少没有什么不好的事情。突然回过头去想在这里的那么多个日子，慢慢的好像已经很习惯。习惯这里的生活、这里的工作。日子好像也比之前想的要过的快一点，刚开始的时候曾经想过要快点结束现在也觉得还好。有时候我们觉得可能会很艰难的日子其实也是很快就过去了。所以我们总要对生活充满希望。 第十七周

这个星期又犯了点小小的错。虽然领导没有过多的责备但是心里还是觉得又些许的过意不去。人都是这个样子难免会有过错，首先要自己学会原谅自己。如果自己一直处于纠结之中不愿意给自己宽恕，那么别人又怎么来宽恕你呢？我们可以犯错但是不能一错再错。于是我这样安慰自己。在这样想之后自己也觉得心里好受一点，既然过去的事情已经不能再挽回了，那至少从现在开始我们还可以好好把握，避免下一个错误的发生。也许生活没有必要太过于纠结。

第十八周

我们都说社会这趟水太深。有时候和朋友闲聊都说说起诸如此类的事情，比如上级的什么亲戚被提升为了什么什么„„经过在这个企业那么长时间的实习，我不得不承认：不管是在任何一个地方都会有太多的潜规则。可是即使是这样我们还是不能被潜规则。我始终坚信只要是你有能力，只要是你能让企业有所发展，利益有所提高，不管是什么潜规则都会给你让步。与其抱怨还不如让自己更强一点，强大到有一天你会被别人看到为止„„ 第十九周

来到公司陌生的环境、陌生的人和事，让我感觉有点拘谨，努力让自己的微笑减少言语上的笨拙。第一天并不像我想象的那样，由人事经理带我们熟悉公司的环境，结识新的同事。大家似乎都很忙，可能现在是业务的旺季吧。

实习的第一周，并没有像我们想象的那样，有什么业务性的工作让我们着手。我们只是简单的分配到一些事务性的工作，如整理文档、记录一些旧的文案等等。然后利用中午休息的时间结识了一些新的同事，熟悉了公司的环境。

实习的第二个星期——小有收获

经过一周的实习，对公司的运作流程也有了一些了解，虽然还没有具体的操作过，但是在接触到新的事务不再不知所措，学会了如何去处理一些突发事件。比如在接到一些投诉电话的时候，懂得如何安抚客户的情绪，如何进行前期的一个简单处理等等。而且从工作地过程中明白了主动出击的重要性，在你可以选择的时候，就要把主动权握在自己手中。相信大家刚开始实习的时候，都做过类似复印打字、整理文档等的“杂活”，因为刚开始对于公司的工作内容、流程还不了解，所以做“杂活”成了实习工作必做的工作。虽然工作比较繁杂但是从中也学到不少的东西。所以说事情是不分大小，只要积极学习积极办事，做好份内事，勤学、勤问、勤做，就会有意想不到的收获。

实习的第三个星期——初试牛刀

在经历了一周的打杂工作，让我对公司的运作流程以及业务有了一个整体的了解，因此这一周我们的工作内容也有了一个小变化，除了进行简单的客户资料整理，还开始负责对一些客户的回访工作，在这之前一直认为这是一个很简单的工作，因为在学校的时候都已经学习过电话营销的技巧了，但是在真正操作的过程中，发现中间还是有很多小细节需要我们注意的，比如在初次的回访中，尽量不要拖太长时间，一般控制在3-5分钟，就应该结束谈话，要不会让客户产生厌烦心理，同时在交谈的过程中，如何自报家门，如何进行一个产品的推介等都是一个小技巧，因为只有你站在客户的角度去思考问题的时候，客户才会愿意继续下次的谈话，如应明确你为它带来什么利益、做这件事对它有什么好处等，如有可能尽量约见见面的时间，因为很多时候，很多问题通过见面的交谈效果会比仅仅通过电话的交谈会好的多，一个可以通过面谈了解到客户的一个真实的想法，在一些问题的说明上更具说服力。

实习的第四个星期——现场操作

一周的电话回访，从陌生到熟练，从一个电话到n个电话的成长，每天来公司上班就是整理昨天的客户资料，看哪些客户的信息是需要继续回访的，哪些是今天重点客户，要通知其他人员去实地拜访的，接下来就要开始一个接一个不断地电话回访，回访的过程是漫长的，结果是令人心寒的，也许你打了100个电话，只有一个客户是正面的消息，其他的客户都是委婉的在拒绝，有的甚至是态度恶劣，而那一个正面的客户也可能随时的泡汤。终于开始理解前辈们了。

经过一周的电话洗礼耳膜开始有了职业病的征兆了，也同时对于电话产生了恐惧心理，相信这是每一个电话营销人员在自己独当一面后，所要面临的第一关吧！繁杂、枯燥的电话回访，但是却又是必须经历的。只有在克服这个经历后才有可能有更大的进步。

实习的第五个星期——意外的收获

时间飞逝而过，转眼间已经实习一个多月了。回首过去的几个星期，学到了很多，虽然中间有些小小的抱怨，但是功夫不负有心人，总算是没有白白浪费过去的光阴。这要感谢在我最困难的时候同事给予的鼓励和帮助，让我克服了电话恐惧症。在他们的帮助下，我学到了很多课本上所没有知识，相信这会是我今后生活工作中的一块宝藏。

有了这一个多月的业务接触，感觉在拿起电话来也比较上手了，也比较容易调整好心态了。根据每个月的工作任务，开始给自己制定周计划，开始按章执行，对于自己的每一步都做出了一个明确的规划。看似简单的工作计划，却涵盖了很多内容，一个工作计划必须是可实施的，每一个工作目标不是空话，必须是可实现的，这不仅仅是做给上级看的，更是做给自己看的，只有在实现了一个个目标之后，工作才会更有动力。

实习的第六个星期——新的锻炼

经过将近一个月的电话回访工作后，除了汇报之前的工作情况，以及对此的一些小结，这一周我们有更艰巨的任务——跟老员工一起去拜访客户（而这也就是我们下一个阶段的工作重点了）。

在出发地前一天我们就要将材料准备好，不仅仅是书面上的材料更重要的是你脑袋里的材料，在了解清楚客户背景资料后，要明确我们交谈的内容要点，这次我们交谈所要达到的结果是什么等等都要在心里有一个简单的规划。当然这些只是一些要点，更重要的是交谈的技巧等等。

当然以上所谈的那些，老员工是不会告诉你的，比如他这次要谈什么之类的，要如何与客户切开这个话题等等，只能通过几次旁听总结他们与客户在交谈时候的内容要点。在做足功课后，最重要的也就是实战的演练，因为只有通过不断地演练才有可能有一个进步，要不就只是简单的纸上谈兵了。

实习的第七个星期——小的进步

经过一个月的锻炼，发现自己进步还挺快的，这一周仍然做通过电话跟客户沟通的事情。偶尔也出去跟客户面谈。

由于自己向来比较内敛的缘故，首次与客户面谈显得比较紧张，也不大顺利，不过有了一次经历之后，进步了不少，再加上经理和同事的鼓励，自己尝试大胆的去应付，慢慢的好了许多。不再会在陌生的场合怯场。今天下来，面对经验比我丰富的阅历比我深的多的多的客户，也能够通过简练清晰的表达让对方熟悉我们的产品，让他们对我们的产品产生更浓厚的兴趣。 人往往都是这样，没有经历过的话，永远都不知道事情到底是怎么一个样子，是真的那么难，还是并非如此，所以，不管怎么样，即使是自己完全陌生的事情，只要有机会，都一定要去尝试，努力去做好。因为没有经验，那么就需要做更多的准备工作。另外就是不要害怕失败，只要用心去做就可以了。等到熟练了，那么成功将是水到渠成的事情。比如我的第一次跟客户面谈，虽然我做得不够好，或者可以说失败了，但通过这次的尝试，却令我获益匪浅，对我之后的几次任务的成功都起到了极大的推动作用。自己也通过不断的经历和尝试检验了自身的水平和适应能力。

只有通过不断的努力，不断的尝试，不断的积累经验，才能够发现自己的不足，然后在弥补不足的时候，我们便实实在在的提高了自己。所以，不管怎样，努力去做吧，告诉自己，只要用心，就能做得更好！

实习的第八个星期——新的认识

在公司里和在学校里是完全不一样了，每天紧张的工作状态，完全没有时间考虑其它事情。于是不知不觉的，就发现原来我短暂的2个月的事情就快要过去了。学到的了不少的东西，比如如何快速的适应公司的环境，融入企业的团体，如何更好的跟同事沟通，更好的完成既定的任务。这些都不是信手拈来的。都需要一个逐步的从点到面的认识。

展览是个很泛的概念，包含了很多很多的行业，展览最直系关系的是主办，承办，搭建（分主场搭建和特装搭建商）。旁系关系的有媒体，酒店，交通，饮食，医疗，农业，旅游等等。 展览的承办单位也是多得数不胜数的，搭建商更是多如牛毛。之间的关系也是相当复杂的。承办的和搭建的联盟，和酒店，媒体，交通等合作，而搭建的和农业（花卉），建材等行业合作。所以，在展览中，有很多相关的行业，并不是我们在展会现场所看到的那一些相关的行业。在展览现场看到的背后，还有很多的行业?? 实习的第九个星期——回顾

通过这次的实习，我对自己的专业有了更为详尽而深刻的了解，并且把它结合实际的经济生活中。面对许多非常棘手又无奈的问题，通过过去大学里所积累知识的，是远远不够的，因为那只是理论而已，我体会到了实际的工作与所学知识是有一定距离的，与应用知识的距离就更为遥远。今后需要针对处于实际环境进一步学习相关的知识。特别关注现在的趋势，也许别人机会当作陷阱，但是自己一定要理智。。我感到对自己感触最深的是，提高自己交际能力，跟别人合作。一支真正的团队是一个能够真正为他人付出汗水的而不是虚伪在表面上做功夫。交往的目的是得到他们的认可与他们的信任。如何做到呢？这些完全取决于自己的言行之中需不偏不倚，需以身作则，需修身养性。因此待人要真诚，时时为人着想，处处为人行事。能够把自己溶入群体，而不耻向工人群众学习。要想立于不败之地，要吸收新的思想与知识，不断更新观念，趋于完善。这样才有利于思想与实际行动真正地结合，只有在思想演练，才能在最短的时间里把自己要从事的行业中处于领先的地位进而起着不可替代的作用，因为我将会为它比其他人付出更多创造更多价值。我也应该得到我应得到的报酬与珍贵的经验。

实习的第十个星期——总结

经过了将近三个月的实习对于展览会我认为企业一般存在着两种截然不同的观点与做法：有的企业，包括国内一些知名的大型企业，仍无法脱离粗放式的营销管理，常常仓促应战，展会营销工作缺乏针对性，组织策划尚停留在模仿阶段，缺乏对自身品牌独特的风格、独特的销售主张等方面的深入研发与创新。另一类企业则在参加展会前较早的时间内就制定了严密甚至苛刻的展会营销计划指导其工作的开展。但在大多数情况下，原计划工作与展会的实际情况、消费需求、社会潮流脱节，因而，展会所产生的效果也就大大打了折扣，展会营销没有发挥应有作用的原因

反观展会营销工作做得比较出色的企业，总有一些共性存在：第一步就是根据公司的发展规划及营销目标，对企业的优势资源（产品、信息、技术、服务）或需求进行分析，之后再斟选出适时对路的展会推广，最后再从策划的角度考虑资源如何出奇制胜。

其次，制定的展会计划实施组织工作要有弹性，包括对未来变化与竞争的思考，有必要地反馈与调整机制。

最后，展会组织以及展览策划应有严格的流程与职责分工，并有专人负责项目，强调企业内部的协调，企业与外协单位的协调作业。经常听到一些企业主这样抱怨：本来的想法是这样的，可外协公司给我的展位及活动方案却与品牌及产品脱节，而更改方案则由于时间的紧迫而变得不可能，让企业主感到沮丧。部分企业内部组织很松散，以致展会上该收集的信息没有收集，该做的推广没有做好。篇3：施工员实习周记24篇

大学大学会计实习周记第一周

今天非常的开心，我工作实习的第一天，我怀着惴惴不安的心情，之前听过很多关于实习生的传闻，说他们在单位要么被当成透明人，要么就净干些杂活，于是有点担心自己会和他们一样。

踏进办公室，只见几个陌生的面孔。我微笑着和他们打招呼。从那天起，我养成了一个习惯，每天早上见到他们都要微笑的说声早晨或早上好，那是我心底真诚的问候。我总觉得，经常有一些细微的东西容易被我们忽略，比如轻轻的一声问候，但它却表达了对同事对朋友的关怀，也让他人感觉到被重视与被关真诚，换取了同事的信任。他们把我当朋友，也愿意把工作分配给我。

所以待人一定要真诚，做事也要真诚。做事必需按部就班，不能说是死板那是做事的程序必须遵守。事实是怎样就怎样，不要不心。仅仅几天的时间，我就和同事们打成一片，我担心变成透明人的事情根本没有发生。我想，应该是我的懂装懂，这不同于作业错了可以一改再改！这就是我第一个星期的收获。

刚开始公司的人并不安排我做会计先是让我感受如何做销售，公司也知道对于销售，我是一个很新的新手，让我主要是通过电话跟客户沟通。

现在开始便需要跟客户交谈，要能够很好的领会客户的意图，同时准确的向客户传达公司，以及公司产品相关的信息。这就要求我对公司本身的一些业务流程和产品特点有相当的熟悉。于是每天上班我都会比同事去的早一些，准备一些资料在身边已被随时查阅，当然如果这次信息能够放在脑子里那就更好了，于是我一有空就多看几遍，慢慢的熟记在胸。

工作进行的还是比较顺利的，通常每天都要接受好多个电话，电话通常都较短，只需要简单的作一些相关的介绍即可，当然也有些客户需要更详细的信息，于是我需要对全局都做一番描述，力图让对方更深的了解我们的产品，最重要的是让他们觉得我们的产品是非常出色的。虽然自认为口才并不好，但我能够把事情描述的比较清晰，如此也令客户满意。而每次让客户满意的挂电话的时候，自己心里都会觉得很踏实，虽然已经讲的口干舌燥了，但一想，也许我刚才一番话就搞定了一笔生意，即使再辛苦也是值得的。

工作都是辛苦的，特别是周末前的一两天，电话特别的多，似乎大家都想在周末前做完一些事情，等到放假的时候可以安心的休息。电话一多就容易乱，幸好有同事在旁边一同应付，更多的时候他们帮我，有时候我也帮他们。大家互相帮助也使问题容易解决得多了。

我慢慢适应了上班的生活，慢慢适应了公司的环境，曾经的孤独似乎逐步淡化。那天部门经理安排我去税局帮忙，我好开心，我终于可以有有关会计事情做了。到了那，了解了本年应缴未缴的企业所得税的基本情况，主管安排了应收票据、长期待摊费用、管理费用、财务费用等科目给我。面对着那些我从来没有见过的表格、从来没有见过的凭证、从来没有使用过的软件，我似乎被打倒了，突然感觉自己什么都不会做，感觉自己学的都是理论，真正使用起来谈何容易。可想而知，那天我是怎么窘迫的度过的，当然那天我甚至连一个科目都没有完成。没有办法，不会也要硬着头皮做，我相信自己会慢慢学会，于是我遇到不懂的地方就问邰老师和张老师，一开始还觉得不大好意思，后来脸皮好像变厚了不停的问，呵呵，都不知道两位老师有没有嫌我很烦阿。慢慢的，我有了点思路，每个科目我要首先获取或编制明细表，然后根据编制的程序表实施一些审计程序，主要是抽查凭证、分析性复核，再根据抽查的结果填制检查情况表，最后再完成审定表。仔细想想这个过程最起码从表面上看也没有什么复杂的，不过对于一个什么实务也没有接触过的我却被它困扰了一周。

税务局规定每月申报纳税期限不得超过十日，今天负责报税的人员教我如何网上报税了。看似简单倒有点需要耐心去计算。我们公司是核定征收的小规模纳税人。随着这几年发展，公司月开的发票几乎都超出定额范围外，这就要求我们这些做财务的在报税方面认真仔细的做好，当然我也只能从头学起，毕竟没有经验选择网上办税，然后点击纳税申报，登录后，开始填写计税依据一般在没有超额的情况下每月扣缴的税额是一样的，当然也有个别税种是按季缴纳比如:堤防税分别是在1月、4月、7月、10月申报缴纳的，也有半年缴纳一次的比如城镇土地使用税分别在4月、7月缴纳。若是超额的情况下除了缴纳固定每月应缴的税额外，城市维护建设税、地方教育费附加、教育费附加、印花税-购销合同、以及个人所得税-利息股息红利所得均分别按照它们的计算依据一一计算填写申报，如未按期申报缴纳的话，将被罚交滞纳金。国税也一样，虽不用网上申报，国税局会自动从我单位开户银行划转税款，但是如果本月超额的话，应当填写增值税纳税申报表上门申报。且税局规定企业所得税从今年起按季缴纳。

逐步适应了这里的工作，每天似乎在重复着做一些事情，可这一切却仍然对我充满了新鲜感。抽凭的时候，我接触了大量的记账凭证和原始凭证，我对会计的认识也得到了进一步提高。编表的时候，我逐步掌握了一些技巧，操作的速度也越来越快，怪不得别人说在事务所干上一个月Excel水平提高很多呵！那天，我被经理安排到他们厂房去进行存货和固定资产的盘点，当时真的是又害怕又兴奋。我害怕我会做不好，因为我从来没见过别人怎么做，这对我来讲是一个挑战;但我我又因为这种挑战感而兴奋。在他们相关人员的陪同下，我们来到了他们的厂区。面对那些我从未见过的机器设备，大概我也最多看看上面的标签而已;还有那成堆的产成品，当时我就顾着他们在跟我说，我真不知道怎么去盘那满屋堆放的东西。就这么糊里糊涂的盘点完，出来感觉好失败，感觉都是他们在说，他们要是真想掩饰点什么，我根本发现不了的。也许是第一次做吧，有点紧张哈，不过感觉也就是那么回事。

前一阶段的时间主要是完善各式各样的电子表格，主要包括程序表、审定表、明细表、会计报表调整系统表、财务决算表、财务报表附注等。对前面三张表还是比较熟悉的，至于后面三张我又陷入了缓慢的学习状态。现在看来其实也并不复杂，只是完成任务的时候只顾着做，事先缺少了一些指导与思考，以至于大脑混乱、做事没有条理。现在来看这些表格，觉得在质量控制上还是有些帮助的。会计报表调整系统主要是通过填列本年和上年的试算平衡表来对资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表等进行审定，最大的优势在于编制调整分录来对报表进行自动调整，不过感觉该系统在某些方面还不够智能;财务决算表的数据其实是从会计报表调整系统中审定数中直接获取的，它是最终附于审计报告之后的报表，财务决算表工作簿里面自带一张审核表，对会计报表之间的钩稽关系进行了一次审核;财务报表附注工作簿中主要有财务报表和个附注项目明细，工作簿中自带的审核公式对表与附注的钩稽关系进行了很好的自动审核。下一阶段的工作便是打印整理复核工作底稿，对于从来没有完整接触过一个项目的我，这些底稿对我来讲还是充满了挑战性。

大学会计实习周记第七周、八周、九周

这三周的我在负责公司工商年检的任务，于是公司给我专门安排了培训人员教我如何进行营业执照工商年检的事前材料准备，年检需要的材料主要有验资报告、营业执照副本、公章、公司章程、资产负债表、损益表。前四者都是现成的，主要要做的就是编制资产负债表和损益表了。翻出之前的税单以及各类凭证，算得我头晕啊，这么多数字，都看傻了。培训人员告诉了我如何编制的技巧之后，其实编制财务报表其实不难，难怪有人说会计是一门艺术，我现在总算是领会一二了，就这样连续培训了三周，也基本掌握了，收获了知识不少的两周啊。

工作对我来讲似乎总是充满了新鲜感，最近主要在帮忙对会计报表审计报告进行复核。复核工作主要包括对报告正文、报表以及附注的核对，看起来比较容易，不过我却觉得这项工作非常具有挑战。发现了问题，尝试着去查找原因，然后修改，过程中总是充满了成就感。而且，这一过程中也使我对报表之间的以及报表和附注的钩稽关系有了更加深刻和直观的认识。通常存在的一些问题主要包括：报表中的其中栏填写不完整或不正确、坏账准备的计提与会计政策不符或未披露完整个别认定法计提的坏账准备、附注中现金流量表补充资料各项目填列不正确等。尤其是现金流量表补充资料的问题，通常出了问题后会很麻烦，最近正跟一位同事学着编制现金流量表呢！

This week, the temperature here was decreased a lot.I had a cold and my nose was uncomfortable last a long time.If it was at home, my parents would take me to hospital or buy medicine for me, they could care me.But now, I must take care of myself.

This week we have a select which is called “Planted plan”, and we should take 3 examinations.3 examinations were differentiate arranged in the evening on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.The first examination was English writing, it was greatly different from English writing in senior high school.In senior high school, English writing was just requiring us to write an article, and the number of the words were limited in 120 to 150.But this time, it was not just requiring us this, it also need us to read a paage and fill in the blanks.The second examination was English reading, it was also different from senior high school.I think it was difficult.In senior high school, English reading is several articles and questions, we would select an answer from A B C and D.And this text we also had this form, but there were another forms to exam us.The third text was English listening, I have’t done English listening test in a long time and I think it is a bit difficult to do this now.

On Friday, we had a English listening and speaking test, oh my god, why do we have so many test!
