“民以食为天，食以安为先”，人类生长、经济腾飞、社会进步、时刻离不开食品，离不开安全、卫生、营养的食品。 常听爸爸、妈妈说起：“现在吃什么好？”。妈妈说：“是啊，吃什么好呢？猪肉中注水，蔬菜中残留农药，制造火腿喷洒敌敌畏，生产泡菜使用工业盐，喂奶粉吃出大头娃娃，喝黄酒丢了性命。”一种种假冒伪劣食品不断被揭露，被曝光；一起起触目惊心的制假售劣案件被查处，被打击；一条条鲜活的生命被残害，被扼杀，一颗颗善良的心灵被愚弄、被震撼。广大群众不禁要问：“究竟，我们还能吃什么？”

我从网上知道：“食品企业、良心事业”，食品生产经营企业是合格、优质食品的生产者，是功臣，也是劣质有害食品制造者，又可能成为罪人，因此说，食品生产经营者是食品安全的第一责任人，决定食品质量的关键因素既不是技术，也不是管理和设备，关键在人关键在于食品生产经营业主和从业人员的职业操守和道德水准。死猪肉生产肉制品，使用工业石腊制造火锅底料，使用氢氧化钠泡发水发产品，难道他们不知道这些东西有害吗？非也，让我们听听生产蛋白质含量仅为2%奶粉的生产企业主在听到长期喂食奶粉导致大头娃娃死亡时是怎么说的，“啊呀，这种奶粉是不能一直吃的，反正我们从来不吃，我们都到超市买几十元一听的进口奶粉吃”。“哀莫大于心死”，这些人是何等的冷漠，何等的麻木不仁，何等的丧尽天良，这些人怎么能生产出合格的食品，怎么能做出负责任的事。在投次主体逐渐多样，生产方式日益灵活，食品贸易不断繁荣，价值观念呈现多元化的大背景下，在深化和完善社会主义市场经济体制的同时，通过教育扶持、打击、监管等多种手段，倡导营造诚信、公平、负责任的食品安全生产氛围，显得犹为重要。
“没有规矩，不成方圆”，食品质量的根本好转，有赖于政府部门的有效监管，虽然，很多部门在食品监督方面做了大量的艰苦的工作，但与广大群众的要求仍有很大差距。目前，从田头到餐桌，食品安全监管的法律分别见于《食品卫生法》、《产品质量法》等很多部法律法规，监管职能分属于农业、环保、林牧渔业、卫生、技监、经贸、工商、海关、检验检疫等很多部门，造成既有监督越位和监督重复，又有监管缺位和监管空白，形成“九龙管水，不如大禹一人治水”的尴尬局面。在政府加大协调监管力度，各部门各司其职、各负其责、密切配合、齐抓共管、严格监管的同时，亟待出台更加权威，更加统一，更加严格的类似《食品安全法》等法律法规，调整、整合现有的部门职责，组建职责明确、责权统

来，背街小巷，寻吃牛肉汤猪头肉等特色美味。此时他们都全然不顾肮脏的环境、脏污的碗筷，反复使用过的洗碗水、裸放的，长时期间存放的菜肴，和摊主滴到锅里的汗，闲时抠脚丫的手，消费者已成为不法经营者的利益共同体和同盟，还谈何食品安全，何谈自我保护。我们要摒弃贪便宜、图方便、随大流等不合理的消费习惯，培养进名店、购名品、看日期、查包装的科学消费习惯；要留意识别优劣食品的知识，不断提高鉴别水平和自我保护能力；还要放弃老好人思想，增强维权意识，积极为有关部门提供线索，并主动协助监管部门的工作。形成人人远离不洁食品，个个打击伪劣食品的良好食品消费环境。 我们是二十一世纪的雏鹰，是祖国未来的接班人，我们的生命就像一朵朵含苞欲放的花儿，只有健康才是我们生命唯一的选择，决不能让危害健康的食品在我们身边有一席之地！垃圾食品问题相当于冰山一角，可这一角不留意了也能撞沉铁达尼号，我们在卫生监管部门的大力整治时，也要擦亮自己的眼睛，毕竟，我们管不了别人的良心，只好先管住自己的嘴巴。
“以人为本，安全第一”，为了母亲的微笑，为了孩子的笑声，为了更加阳光灿烂的明天，让我们携起手来，让食品企业、政府部门、消费者共同努力，打造安全、卫生、有质量的生活 。

我们身边的食品安全

俗话说:“民以食为天”，食品安全重如泰山。关于食品安全的事情我们听说过很多，如红心鸭蛋加苏丹红、制造地沟油等等，严重危害了人们的健康。说起食品安全，我就会想起我的姥姥。她对食品安全最讲究了啦，最爱看的电视节目就是山东电视台生活频道的生活帮，什么牛奶质量出问题啦，什么苹果抹蜡等等，每天都要用小本记上。
有一次，我和姥姥一起到百货大楼去买东西。一走进超市，我迫不及待地奔向了卖零食的地方，挑起零食来。超市里的东西可真多哪！看得我眼花缭乱。我随手拿起一包冰雪杨梅正准备放进购物篮里，这时后，姥姥走了过来，和蔼地对我说：“这东西不卫生，还是别买了吧！”“好，我不买了，姥姥！”“走，我们买别的东西去！”牵着我的手向卖牛奶的地方走去。来到了卖牛奶的地方，我兴高采烈地奔了过去，拿起了一袋酸奶放在篮子里，姥姥拿过来前后瞧了一瞧，突然眼睛一亮，对我说：“你看，这里保质期是14天，它已经过期了，吃了对人身体不好，换一袋吧！”姥姥又拿起一袋酸奶看了看，说：“拿这袋吧，这袋没过期，你瞧！”“哦，我知道了，以后我会记住的！”我附合着。我们又到了卖牛肉干的地方。这里的牛肉干可真多呀，各式各样的，我看着就垂涎三尺。我挑了一袋大包的牛肉干拿在手里，姥姥一看这牌子，就摇摇头，说：“这种牌子不好，上回不是电视上说，这牌子不卫生，不要去买，你忘了吗？”“哦！”我惭愧地点了点头。我又拿了一袋上面标着“绿色食品”的牛肉干，放进了购物篮。姥姥看了微笑着点点头。
这次跟姥姥购物，让我学会了很多关于食品安全的知识。购买食物首先要看好生产日期，认准品牌，还要看它是不是绿色食品，杜绝垃圾食品，更不要买三无食品，更要懂得食品安全重于泰山

食品安全，食品安全，天天讲，年年批，就是杜绝不了，老生常谈，耳朵都起老茧啦。随着社会的发展 ，生活水平不断的提高，人们的健康意识也越来越强。因此，食品必须讲安全。只有安全的食品才能给我们带来勃勃的生命力。
走在大街上，随处可见小贩摆起的摊档，摊档上摆着大大小小的小朋友喜欢的油炸类的食品，譬如；炸鸡柳，烤鸟蛋，彩色棉花糖等等。可是谁又想过“ 三无 ”产品会给人体造成怎样的伤害呢？先说那炸鸡柳吧，那都是病死鸡，用药物喂起来的。还有炸鸡柳用的油，垃圾油，就是电视上常说的地沟油。炸出来的鸡柳确实好看又诱人，让人直流口水，可是，又有多少人知道它的危害呢？它里面含有很多对人体有害的化学原料和一些不知名的调料，吃多了容易致癌。还有我们常吃的胶囊药，都是塑料胶皮做出来的，就连我们吃的救命药都作假，真可恨。三聚氰胺奶粉事件，假牛肉，苏丹红等等。可见生产厂商们昧着良心挣黑心钱。
记得上次期末考试，成绩比较突出，爸爸妈妈为了奖励我。我们一家人去吃了烧烤，看着金光闪闪，油光发亮的翅中，还有那香喷喷的羊肉串，真是迫不及待啊。吃着正香的时候，肚子咕噜咕噜响了起来，说着说着，就想去厕所，紧接着就想吐，这时我在想，不可能是食物中毒了吧？真么这么快？现在想起，真的好可怕。所以，我想告诉我的同学和朋友，有些食物好看，可真不好吃，请远离它们。
食品安全，关系你我他，食品质量靠大家。来吧！让我们一起呼吁：杜绝有害食品，倡导绿色食品。还我们一个健康的身体，健康快乐地生活。
