我们对中国的小学生做了一个社会调查，发现70%的孩子们都睡眠不足，睡眠不足会影响孩子们的身体发育。而影响他们睡眠不足的最主要的原因就是他们身上的压力。来自父母的压力、学校的压力、社会的压力，最终转换成自己给自己制造的压力。

听了以上专家的说法，我觉得中国的孩子真的是太可怜了。他们承载了父母、老师、乃至这个社会给他们的太多的期盼，他们的目标就是：“好好学习，天天向上”、“永争第一”。他们没有自己自主的娱乐时间，他们有太多的补习班要上，有太多的压力要去承受。

在我们小区里，星期天到星期四的晚上是看不见大一点的孩子们出来玩的，都是那些幼儿园的小朋友在游乐场玩耍。有时候吃过饭带儿子出去散步，偶尔看见几个大孩子在篮球场玩耍。不一会儿，他们的家长会过来把孩子叫回家写作业。边走还边骂孩子：这么大了，还不知道自觉，作业不晓得做吗？一天到晚就知道玩，你以为你还小啊！甚至有些粗暴的父亲看见孩子放学没有回家而是在外面玩，他们会动手打孩子。每次看到他们这样对待孩子我真的很无语。我们的孩子也需要尊重，他们也需要有自己的娱乐时间，不都说要劳逸结合嘛， 难道他们除了学习就不能有自己的娱乐时间吗？他们毕竟还是孩子，是孩子就会贪玩。我们做家长的要正确引导他们，而不是一味的去责骂他们。
