When unpack the case for inspection, both parties (A and B) should be at present to sign and confirm; it there is any objections, it should be signed and confirmed by the representative of Party at site.In the above proce, Party B’s signature does not mean that the quality of equipments provided by Party is accepted.For example, during or after the inspection, Party B found that there are some discrepancies according to the contract, Party B has the right to lodge a claim with Party A.

Article Ⅶ Party A shall ensure that all equipment delivered to Party B shall not infringe the intellectual-property at any place and guarantee that it will not be sued for infringe the intellectual-property by any third party in the course of after-sale.If Party B is accused by any third party of infringement or punished, all the legal responsibilities, charge and Party B’s lo are born by Party A.

That all these technical information,designed drawing and special technology provided by Party A should be held confidential by Party B and can not leak any of them to any third partywithout a vaild reason(except for Party A fail to fulfil the after-sale service, Party B have to ask a third party to repair the equipment and maintain it)

9)Look your Best.It is said, \"the first impreion a man or woman makes is in the first 30 seconds that counts.\" So it is wise to have a profeional look as a sales person.Men should have their hair trimmed properly, have a clean shaven face, have 3-4 sets of shirts, trousers, suits and ties to wear every alternate day.Also at least two pairs of shoes to wear alternately and properly polished.No casual drees please.Ladies should also dre properly, wear light make up in their face and what else are required to put a profeional approach.
