我喜爱的文学形式
文学形式有很多，包括小说、诗歌、散文、戏剧。而我最喜爱的文学形式是散(san第四声)文
我最早接触散文，是在初中二年级的时候，那时的语文课本中，有一篇文章，课文题目是《背影》，作者是朱自清，文章通过朴素真切的语言，表现了父亲的一片爱子之心和儿子对父亲的思念之情。当时就很是喜欢这篇文章，老师说这是一篇散文，所以，从那时起，我就喜欢上了散文。
由于自己的喜欢，加之语文学习的深入，我也渐渐地知道了什么是散文，散文，形散而神不散，文章文笔随意，但字字句句都与主题中心有关。短小优美，生动有趣。
后来又学习了朱自清的另外一篇散文，是《荷塘月色》。不同于《背影》，他说一篇抒情的散文，写的很美，这种感觉就像是我们忙了一天之后，突然想看看古人的山水画卷一样。 他描写的荷塘就在清华园，那荷塘是一个平凡的荷塘，然而经过作者的渲染，却变得十分美丽。富有诗意。
很佩服朱自清，到底是个写散文有经（jing）验的作家，他能把黑夜中的月色描绘的那样生动，那样迷人。
喜欢散文，也喜爱朱自清的散文，后来后看了很多课外的散文，朱自清的《绿》又是一篇让我着迷的散文。作者把他心中的梅雨潭写得别样的美，甚至超出了她本身的秀丽。作者把心中美丽的梅雨潭比作小姑娘，梅雨潭美的的确像是一个小姑娘，让人看不透，又使作者苦恼于无法比拟她。可作者却把无法比拟的，简单的比作了十二三岁的小姑娘，清秀，纯净，于是，作者又称它为“女儿绿”。
就这样，朱自清的散文，开启了我喜爱的散文之旅。
我喜欢的季节
我喜欢的季节是夏天。
我知道，夏天，对于大多数人来讲，是讨厌的。因为一到夏天，天气就很热，而且还会有蚊子，让人觉得很不爽。
而对于我，夏天，从小到现在都是那样有活力，而且多姿多彩。
小时候，总是盼望夏天的到来，因为夏天到来了，就不要去上学了，放暑假了，就自由了，离开了课堂的我们是快乐的，就像在天空自由翱翔的小鸟。我们一群孩子都差不多年龄，所以很有共同语言，在喜欢玩的游戏上也差不多，最喜欢的要数在夏天树下，听着知了在树上叫，然后我们一群小孩子就在树与树之间，用一根绳子荡起秋千，对于那样简易的秋千，我们还是会玩的不易乐乎，在那时看来，那个秋千是我们全体小伙伴智慧的结晶，很有成就感，在树荫（yin）下，我们啃着雪糕，听着知了的叫声，悠闲地荡着秋千，享受着夏天里的欢乐。 跟小伙伴们在一起的夏天总是很快乐。到了傍晚，太阳下山了，我们一群小孩子就会去河里摸小龙虾，那时候的河里，没有河水的污染，小龙虾在河里悠闲的生长，他那青黑色的身影总是让我们迷恋，我们会偷偷的偶尔去一次河边，因为这样的事情如果被大人们知道了是肯定不会允许的，大人们会说，河里有妖怪，会把你们都吃掉的，那时的我们当然不会相信，所以，总会忍不住去看看河里的小龙虾。现在长大了，想想当时大人们也是为了保护我们的安全，才不得已编出这样的话，来吓唬我们的。
所以，我喜欢的季节是夏天，那些欢乐的童年记忆，充满了整个夏天。
难忘的旅行
从小到大，去过很多地方，有和家人一起的全家游，有跟同学一起的郊游，还有三五玩伴一起的小游，就在那么多的旅行中，最难忘的还是去年实习时候，跟初一
（五）班学生一起秋游那一次。
那时在去年的十月中旬，天气渐渐的凉爽了，我也在十一过后去了我的初中母校实习，在实习的第二天，正好是整个初一年级的秋游，我的带教老师李老师，很热情的邀我跟我的实习班级一起参加明天的秋游，我的心中很是开心，因为，从小到现在，都是老师带着我们去郊游的，我只是学生的身份，而现在呢，我是实习老师了，我可以带着那群稚气未脱的孩子们一起去了。
那次，我们年级组去的是杨浦区的共青森林(senling)公园，可能真的是天时地利人和，前一天还是大雨滂沱的，到了我们去郊游那天，晴空万里，心里也是满心的欢喜。
学生时代由老师带着我们旅游，心里只知道无忧无虑的游玩，真的做了老师，我终于知道了，其实，老师在郊游的时候，看的风景里，一直包含着学生，因为老师必须时刻观察好他们的安全，虽然他们已经是初一的学生了，可还是一群可爱的大孩子。
秋高气爽，共青森林公园里空气宜人，很是舒服。在接近回去的时候，竟然还发生了件让我很惊喜的事情，班级里的几位女同学，还买了漂亮的干花送给我们带队的老师，他们的班主任，数学老师，英语老师，自然还包括我。我的心里很是开心。后来在树林里排队回学校，可爱的学生们还争着要在我的相机里留下他们可爱的笑容。
虽然只是一天的郊游，跟孩子们在一起，没玩多少地方，但是由他们的身影(shenying)组成的风景，让我至今难忘，成了我最难忘的旅行
我喜爱的动物
对于小动物，我就像是有一种与生俱来的喜爱。我喜爱的动物是小猫。猫咪很讨人喜欢，相信很多人也像我一样吧。
最早接触小猫咪，是在我小时候，那时还没有上学，一个镇上的小伙伴也少，就很喜欢往外婆家跑，所以，也就渐渐的喜欢上了外婆家那只可爱的小猫咪了，每次在外婆家，到了吃饭的时候，猫咪总不忘在我旁边呆着，身子卷成一小团，就像个毛球一样，很是可爱，他也爱吃我为给他的食物，就这样，在外婆家的时日一长，跟小猫咪的感情也渐渐地浓厚起来，每次到了要回家的日子，心中总会泛起一种恋恋不舍的感情，我会忍不住地去抚摸他那光滑而柔软的毛，他也像是知道我的心思，一点也不像往日的调皮，静静地蹲在我身边。
爸爸妈妈可能也看出了我很猫咪，就在我回到家后的某一天，妈妈开开心心地告诉我，给我带来了一个新伙伴，正在我疑惑不解的时候，妈妈把放在筐中的一只小猫咪递到我的面前，我看了，高兴的又蹦（beng）又跳。筐中的猫咪很小很可爱，蜷缩在筐中，看起来有点楚楚可怜，可能觉得跟我这位新朋友还不熟。
可爱的小猫咪就在我的欣喜若狂中走进了我的家门，我的世界。在那些还未上学的日子里，小猫咪陪伴着我，度过了好些日子，我给我家的小猫咪取了一个名字，叫他 小花。因为他的毛色是在是很丰富，而且分布很奇特，连他的嘴巴也是一半黑一半白的呢。小花，跟我形影不离（xingying）,他最爱的还是吃鱼，给他喂上一条鱼，一会儿就会被他干掉了。当然，他最不喜欢的就数洗澡了 ，每次洗澡的时候，我都会花好长一段时间来安慰她，让他的情绪平静下来，不然那样子真的像上刑（xing）场差不多。
春夏秋冬，年复一年地过着。我慢慢地成长着，上学，考试地经历着，我家的小花也在悄悄地成长着，无论时日如何变化，他依旧是我最喜爱的小花。
我尊敬的人
我尊敬的人，是我学习生涯中遇到的一位老师。杜老师。
他是这样一位老师，外貌朴素，已经头发花白，就是这样一位外表普普通通的老师，对教育事业却有着无法形容的热情。

怎样进行说话教学？我们认为，要在明确说话教学意义的基础上，制定出科学而序列化的说话教学计划并分步实施。
意义
说话教学是由语文学科的性质决定的。语文的核心是语言。叶圣陶先生说：\"什么叫语文了语文就是语言，就是平常说的话。嘴里说的话叫回头语言。写在纸面上的叫书面语言。语就是口头语言，文就是书面语言，把口头语和书面语连在一起，就是语文。\"语言是人类最重要的交际工具。语言的性质决定了语文的性质--社会生活中最重要的交际工具。
在语文学科的工具性、思想性和综合性中，工具性是最根本的。说话是语文教学中一个不可缺少的重要教学内容，是综合训练中适应社会发展需要，继承与发扬我国悠久的历史文化一个重要的内容。
计划
1．说话教学、训练基本要求与较高要求
基本要求：语音准确，吐字清楚；具有口语特点，词语准确，句子连贯，用语文明；表情自然，仪表端庄大方，姿态稳重，表情真诚，内容健康具体，结构完整；思路清晰，条理分明。
较高要求：说话节奏适度，停顿适当，语速合乎要求；语言生动；能够运用各种修辞手法，措辞得体，有幽默感和艺术性，手势适宜、简要，富于变化，与所讲内容相配合；思想深刻，主题突出，感染力强；思维敏捷，逻辑严密。
2．说话训练的表达方式要求
叙述：把人物经历、事物发展变化过程的具体情况表述出来，做到平实。自然、真实可信。
说明：用简明扼要的话语，对事物的性质、特点、状态、成因、功能等进行介绍、解释，做到准确、无误。
议论：对某个问题、某件事情进行评论，表明自己的立场、观点或态度，做到态度鲜明，有的放矢，针对性强。
描写。用生动形象的语言，把人物或事物状态。特征具体描摹出来，做到绘声绘色，有感染力。
抒情。把自己的感情充分表露出来．做到真情实感，不矫揉造作。
3．说话教学、训练的安排
每节语文课开始的5分钟时间。
一个学生主说；三四个学生进行评价。教师小结，以肯定成绩、鼓励为主。
一个学期以16周课时安排，以每班40个学生计，每个学生至少可以主说两次。
4．说话教学、训练的评价方法。
依据说话教学的要求，主说的学生说话结束后，学生们进行评价，老师进行小结，打出分数登记入册，说话训练的成绩占学期平时成绩的三分之一。评分标准见表。
实施
在说话教学、训练的实施过程中，我们遵循着敢说、能说、会说、善说四个层次和步骤进行教学、训练。
说话训练开始时，学生往往不敢说，不知说什么。我们从最熟悉的内容入手，如介绍自己，我的家、我的朋友。即便这样，一些胆子小的学生一站在大家的面前还是非常紧张，准
备好的内容也不知从何说起。口头语\"回来\"、\"然后\"、\"就是\"„„多得不计其数。此时老师要鼓励他们树立信心，抓住时机，展示自己的个性，提醒他们介绍自己时的语言要富有个性色彩，符合自己的性格特征。经过几个同学的大胆尝试，讲得好的同学，博得大家热烈的掌声；讲得稍差的同学，也会得到热情的鼓励。心理障碍消除了，思想也活跃了，胆子也越来越大了，说话的能力也就越来越强了。这个时候，学生能够较流畅、自如地进行自我介绍，能把发生在身边的事，自己熟悉的人、物，清楚地说出来。与此同时，结合教学内容，加强了课堂讨论。以四个人为一组进行辩论。这样授课使学生的思维能力、说话能力得到了更多的锻炼。经过第一步训练，学生闯过\"敢说\"关。
说话训练的第二步，是达到\"能说\"的水平。为了使学生能说，这个阶段的训练要有规定的材料。在规定的时间内，完成说话的内容。老师出示的训练材料如果是记叙的人
或事，就要用概括的语言说出主要内容及主题思想；训练 材料是议论的话题，就能恰当、运用材料，设计好论点、论据、论证方法；训练材料是论据，就要求能依据材料发表自己的观点、看法。
说话训练的第三步，是要求学生达到\"会说\"的水平。此时的说话训练要求学生面对一个话题，学会求异思维，多角度、多方位、多层次看问题，对问题要有不同的见解，提高学生认识与分辨的能力。此时的训练，老师出示各种材料，如只给出材料的开头，让学生补说完整。这时的训练，学生可以说出不同的结局，学生可以说出设想结局的根据。如给出不同体裁、不同内容的材料，学生可以按照出示的要求说出答案；可以结合所给材料，准确命题，完成口头写作的练习；可以结合材料的要求，灵活运用各种表达方式来说话。到这个阶段，学生站起来就能侃侃而谈了。
说话训练的第四步，是达到\"善说\"的水平。此时的说话训练，要求学生能够根据不同场合、不同对象，恰当、得体地说话。由于文化程度和思想修养的不同，人的基本素质参差不齐，因而对说话内容的理解也不相同。这就要求学生说话要根据听话对象的身份。职业、兴趣和爱好的差异来确定讲话的内容和方式。
在语文教学中强化了说话训练，虽然不是每个学生都能达到上述四步中所要求的境界，但确实增强了学生的自信心，提高了他们的综合素质。如1997届提前招生班的学生，在参加区、市的语文统测中，100%地达标。学生在多项市、区级比赛中获得荣誉，如在\"纪念改革开放二十周年活动\"演讲比赛中，获一等奖1名，二等奖1名；参加纪念国庆50周年大型活动，获市级表彰的共有43人„„系统而科学并持之以恒的说话训练，使学生的学习主体性得以有效地发挥，激发出令人欣培的拼搏精神和智慧，为切实提高学生综合素质开拓出一条光明大道。

在英语课堂上表现得消极，不愿开口说英语，影响进行正常的课堂活动。如果不想办法改变这种状态，英语课堂教学就成了“一言堂”，枯燥乏味，就会直接影响教学效果。针对这种状况，我坚持从以下几方面下功夫。从学生的实际出发，帮助学生克服学习上的困难，逐步消除畏难情绪，建立学好英语的信心。注意研究教学方法，因材施教，进行形式多样的口语训练，来培养学生说英语的良好习惯。
一、因材施教，培养学生的自信心
针对学生英语水平参差不齐状况，在教学中，老师首先要做到心中有数，了解学生，熟悉教材。对学生进行严格要求，勤于督促检查，并指导学生掌握正确的学习方法。从培养学生用英语会话能力出发，我每节课利用几分钟从师生之间进行英语会话开始，逐步培养学生单独用英语讲一段话，如每日见闻，谈所熟悉的人，爱好、景色等。一般先安排口语较好的学生，给其他学生做个榜样，每个人都有机会。对于稍差的学生，在课前把任务布置好，帮助他们做好准备，以致能在课堂上表现得很出色。使学生感到只要努力就可以取得成绩，感到自己正在不断进步，有所收获。学生有了“成就感”逐渐消除了畏难情绪。课堂活动以口头练习为主，组织学生进行多种多样的活动。在编排练习时，应遵循由浅入深，由易到难，循序渐进的原则。把好差生搭配起来，无论哪项活动都不要放弃差生，多关心他们的学习，给他们创造机会参与课堂活动。对于他们微小进步给予及时肯定与鼓励。使他们深深感到老师无时不在关心他们，从而产生一种积极情感，促使他们变消极为主动，增强他们克服困难的信心。例如，在学习《Continents And Oceans》一课时，我课前在小黑板上画一幅世界地图，采用循环训练的方法。第一步，先请一名差生读出七大洲、四大洋及一些地理名词，再请一名较好的学生在小黑板上填词，其他学生听写。第二步，请学习稍好的学生分别用课文中的词或词组联词成句。第三步，请成绩好的学生看图复述。通过这种层层深入的训练，能因人而宜，循序渐进地提高要求，学生们只要跳一下，就会摘到果子，使学生既不能产生自满情绪，也不能让学生悲观失望。调动了全体学生积极参加课堂活动的积极性。学生们自暴自弃，羞于开口说英语的现象改变了，课堂活动有了很大的起色。
二、以学生为主体，教学方法多样化
丹麦语言学家斯帕森说过：“教学外语的首要条件看来是要尽可能地让学生接触外语，使用外语，学外语象游泳一样，学生必须潜在水中，而不是偶然沾沾水，学生头浸泡在水里，才感到自由自在。这样他们才能够象一个熟练的游泳者那样乐在其中。”外语教学最有害的缺点是讲得太多，练得太少，试图以教代学，结果是学生什么也学不到。教师利用教学艺术，根据学生的好胜心、兴趣、爱好和求知欲，把所学的内容用多种练习方式，启发学生思维，积极主动地进行创造性地学习，引导学生在大量口语练习中形成能力。使学生融汇贯通地掌握知识和运用知识。要做到这些，教师要精心设计，把每一课都导演成学生喜闻乐见的形式，创造语言情境，让学生比较轻松、自然地达到训练目的，培养学生良好的语言素质。
（１）把课文编成短剧式对话，由学生们表演。把程度不同的学生组合成一组，对白多的角色由较好的学生扮演，对白少的角色由差生扮演，这样促使同学之间在准备过程中，相互帮助，团结协作，谁也不愿因为自己而影响表演效果，学生们寓语言训练于愉乐之中，巩固了所学的知识，口语表达能力得到锻炼。
（２）复述也是口语训练的重要形式，它可以提高学生综合运用语言知识的能力。可以用不同的人称、时态、语态来表达所学的内容。老师可以按着故事的情节为线索，把重点词句投影到黑板上，或以时间顺序，类别等为线索画成表格，引导学生复述。这样做，学生们在复述时有章可循，不会感到吃力，避免死记硬背。创造语言环境、帮助学生理解记忆，有利于增强学生的表达能力。
（３）模仿课文中的部分段落来表达周围所熟悉的人或事。这种训练基于背颂部分段落之后进行的训练。背颂范文是我国传统的学习方法，它可以积累语言精华，有助于指导语言实践。如《ＡlbertＥnstaints》这一课，有一段关于爱因斯坦的人物外貌特征的描写。我要求学生模仿这一段来描述身边所熟悉的人。学生对这种训练很感兴趣，起到很好的口语训练效果。合适的多练是培养听说能力的有效方法。作为一名好教师，就如同交响乐队的指挥，他不是演奏者，而是指导学生演奏的人。他要根据所学内容，组织指挥进行大量丰富多彩的练习，时而提问题、时而重述、时而朗读，或一个人演奏或两个人合奏或齐奏，在他的指挥下，整个课堂充满紧凑而活跃的学习气氛。在这样的气氛中学习，学生会感到新鲜多样，趣味无穷。外语学习就会达到事半功倍的效果。学生不再是学习的奴隶而是主人。
通过在教学实践中注重学生口语能力的培养，学生们受益非浅。充分发挥了教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用，调动了学生们学习英语的积极性，学生们的听、说、读、写能力得到了全面提高。在2004-2005年高考中，我所教班的英语成绩在唐山市区片高中一直名列第一。
缺乏语感
语感就是对语言的一种直觉。一个人讲话像不像英语或一篇文章写得像不像英文，我们能直接觉察到，这就是语感。语感不是天生的，是在学习中逐步培养并加强的，阅读材料上如果没有一定量的积累，就难以建立起语感，而没有语感，读起文章来就很费劲，尽管每个语法都明白，每个单词都认识，但仍然不能从整体上欣赏、把握一篇文章。
缺乏文化背景
语言是文化的一部分，具有极深的文化底蕴。没有语言文化背景，英语学习者就不能真正完全读懂外国文献(尤其是社会科学类)、顺畅地与外国朋友交流，就是因为不了解英语的习俗文化、思维文
化及历史文化，存在着词汇、修饰、习用语等方面的阻碍。而文化背景的获取，最理想、最地道的方法还是通过大量阅读各种文章(著作)，通过天长日久的积累，从而消除文化上的隔膜。
不适应语言风格
每一种语言都有其独特的风格，例如英语中大量地运用被动句，而汉语则习惯用主动形式来表达，如果一个学习者只从理论层面上认识到这一点而没有大量的阅读实践，那么他在阅读过程中就不适应于这种风格，总试图首先用母语思维方式对内容进行“转换”，这样的读书效率显然是不高的，讲出来的英语也是母语式的。
通过大量的阅读，就可以克服以上几方面的障碍，这时，学习者就会发现英语其实就像母语一样可亲可近，并不是想像的那样高不可攀，在不自觉之时，水平已提高了一个层次。那么，具体怎样阅读，读什么呢？
1、精泛并举，范围要广。对于比较精彩的文章，要仔细咀嚼，不但要借助于词典等工具，对其中的主要词语、句型、语法进行透彻地分析，还要细细揣摸文章的组织结构及它的言外之意和弦外之音。这也就要求精读选择的分量不要大，重在“精”。所谓“泛”，就是大面积地阅读，在能理解文章内容的前提下，进行广泛涉猎，不必求甚解，只求扩大眼界：社会科学、历史、地理、艺术、风土人情、科学技术等都可作为阅读范围。这样，既培养了语感，又增加了文化背景知识，达到扎扎实实提高英语水平的目的。
2、尽可能地读原著文章(著作)。开始直接读原著，会有较大难度，可以首先阅读几本简写的小说或故事、英美文学名著，这类简读本因保持原作的风格，文字也多出处在原文，可以增加感性认识，培养并增强语感，再逐渐过渡到读原著，因为原著才是真正的“英语”，通过阅读它，才进入了地道的英语世界，对语汇、语法、句型及文化背景等的理解和掌握才有了生机。反观目前国内市面上的一些“阅读训练”材料，更多是汉译英的文字，一则内容熟悉，二则译文受汉语影响，不利于真正提高阅读理解能力。
3、要持之以恒。英语作为一种语言，从掌握到熟练运用需要一个过程，就像一个人不可能通过三五天的好吃猛吃，就长得膀大腰圆一样，对英语的学习也贵在坚持。有人算过，阅读水平中等的人，读一般的书，每天读15分钟，一年就可以读到20本书。每个人应该根据自己的情况，每天安排一定的时间(如30分钟)来阅读。只有通过“细水长流”，才能在英语的学习中取得质的飞跃。当有一天你读国外名著就像读《西游记》一样轻松时，那不是你用某个“技巧”取得的，而是你“滴水穿石”的结果，此时，制约英语水平提高的“瓶颈”才算真正打破。
