We always convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby, than another.Then we are frustrated that the kids aren„t old enough and we„ll be more contet when they are.After that we„re frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with.we will certainly be happy when they are out of that stage.

We always tell ourselves that our life will be complete when our spouse gets his or her act together.when we get a nice a car, and are able to go on a nice vocation.when we retire.the truth is, there„s no better time than right now.if not now, when? our life will always be filled with challenges.It„s best to admit this to ourselves and decide to be happy anyway.

One of my favorite quotes comes from Alfred Souza.He said.\"for a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin-real life.But there was always some obstacle in the way, someting to be gotten through firest, some unfinished busine, time still to be served, a debt to be paid.Then life would begin.At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.\" This perspective has helped me to see that there is no way to happine.Happine is the way.So treasure every moment that you have.And remember that time waits for no one.So stop wailting until you finish school, until you go back to school; until you get married, until you get divorced; until you have kids; until you retire; until you get a new car or home; until spring; until you are born again to decide that there is no better time than right now to be happy….

Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment.There were few people on the earth, and natural resources seemed to be unlimited.

1.Dear God,

Now that I am no longer young, I have friends whose mothers have paed away.I have heard these sons and daughters say they never fully appreciated their mothers until it was too late to tell them.

I am bleed with the dear mother who is still alive.I appreciate her more each day.My mother does not change, but I do.As I grow older and wiser, I realize what an extraordinary person she is.How sad that I am unable to speak these words in her presence, but they flow easily from my pen.

For not saying:” I told you so”, when she could have uttered these words dozens of times? For being eentially herself—loving, thoughtful, patient, and forgiving?

I don’t know how, dear God, except to ble her as richly as she deserves and to help me live up to the example she has set.I pray that I will look as good in the eyes of my children as my mother looks in mine. A daughter 2.Night after night, she came to tuck me in, even long after my childhood years.Following her longstanding custom, she\'d lean down and push my long hair out of the way, then ki my forehead.

I don\'t remember when it first started annoying me — her hands pushing my hair that way.But it did annoy me, for they felt work-worn and rough against my young skin.Finally, one night, I shouted out at her, \"Don\'t do that anymore —your hands are too rough!\" She didn\'t say anything in reply.But never again did my mother close out my day with that familiar expreion of her love.

Time after time, with the paing years, my thoughts returned to that night.By then I mied my mother\'s hands, mied her goodnight ki on my forehead.Sometimes the incident seemed very close, sometimes far away.But always it lurked, in the back of my mind. 3.Well, the years have paed, and I\'m not a little girl anymore.Mom is in her mid-forties, and those hands I once thought to be so rough are still doing things for me and my family.She\'s been our doctor, reaching into a medicine cabinet for the remedy to calm a young girl\'s stomach or soothe the boy\'s scraped knee.She cooks the best fried chicken in the world...gets stains out of blue jeans like I never could...

Now, my own children are grown and gone.Mom no longer has Dad, and on special occasions, I find myself drawn next door to spend the night with her.So it was late on Thanksgiving Eve, as I slept in the bedroom of my youth, a familiar hand hesitantly run acro my face to brush the hair from my forehead.Then a ki, ever so gently, touched my brow.In my memory, for the thousandth time, I recalled the night my young voice complained, \"Don\'t do that anymore — your hands are too rough!\" Catching Mom\'s hand in hand, I blurted out how sorry I was for that night.I thought she\'d remember, as I did.But Mom didn\'t know what I was talking about.She had forgotten — and forgiven — long ago.That night, I fell asleep with a new appreciation for my gentle mother and her caring hands.And the guilt that I had carried around for so long was nowhere to be found.

4.Mom，I love you! Mothers are great.They’re always there for you.When you’re hungry, they’re there for you with food.When you’re sad, they’re there for you with words of encouragement.And when you’re lying comfortably in your bed, mother is there...telling you to get up, telling you not to be so lazy, to tidy your room, to do your homework.And later, she’s there telling you that the style of clothes you wear is awful, and your friends are no good, and “Why can’t you be more like your cousin, the brilliant student?”

Yes, mothers are great, sometimes too great.No one in your life is going to know more about you and care more about you than your mother.In many ways, mothers are the centres of their children’s universe.We depend on them for so many things and they give us so much.That can lead to feelings of being “smothered” by mother; of being too dependent on her; of being loved too much.And sometimes we just take “good old” mom for granted.We think she has nothing better to do than take care of our every little need.That she must stop whatever she’s doing and bring us food or sew on a button.

Did the dreams she had as a young girl come true? Are you adding to her happine?

Try to think of your mother as another human being — that special human being that has given you life.And try to make her life happier by showing your love and appreciation.You can do that by remembering to say, “thank you” for the everyday things she does like cooking your meals.You can do chores without being asked to, like cleaning your room.You can buy her a small gift, perhaps flowers.And, most important of all, you can show your love and appreciation by saying the magic words that all mothers want to hear, “Hey, mom, I love you.Happy Mother’s Day! 6.Mothers
