二是文件和文字信息得到充分交流与共享。在原始的手工操作管理中,企事业单位由于不能做到信息共享,使得大量信息闲置在文件柜中,不仅造成资金和资源的浪费,还造成文件和信息查找困难。运用计算机技术对档案进行管理后,档案管理由案卷级深入到文件级,由单途径管理发展为体系管理,由对档案外部特征管理到内、外部特征合并管理。随着计算机及其网络技术的进一步发展,实现档案信息与载体分离利用,可与其他信息系统建立共联,提供信息的横向与纵向、历史与现实记录,从而极大地提高档案利用工作的质量和效率,可以对所调阅的信息资源作出适时响应和脱机处理,可以保证很高的查全率和查准率,可以不受空间的限制。并且通过网络服务这个宽广的平台,了解其他档案工作部门概况、工作的重点和最新、最快的档案管理信息动态。

三是.电子文件保存的稳定性。与纸质档案载体相比,电子文件载体材料的寿命要长得多。纸张的耐久性取决于纤维素的性质,纤维素在一定的条件下容易受到破坏:如高温、高湿、酸、酶、氧化剂等情况下,可发生水解和氧化反应,在档案工作过程中稍不注意就可能发生不可挽回的损失。而电子文件则不同,随着电子技术日新月异,贮存、读取电子文件的设备日趋成熟,我们可以根据不同的需要,选择不同的电子载体,如VCD、DVD光碟,小容量的闪存U盘,大容量的移动硬盘等等。这些载体的普遍特点都是存、读方便快捷,易于传递,且贮存时间长,受外部环境影响小,不易损坏,具有很强的稳定性。

四是提高了文件传递的速度和安全性。日常公文办理过程中,办理人员私存文件或文件在传递过程中丢失的情况时有发生,文件传递的传统手段是靠邮政系统传送时间受距离长短的限制。同时,文件还可能因为其他原因造成丢失或延误,给档案人员归档和其他人员检索利用造成很大不便,在应用计算机网络技术下,直接通过网络进行传递,大大提高了文件传递的安全性和时间性。

其次,应用信息电子化的文书档案管理存在的问题。

一是电子文件保密性受限制。电子文件的内容不仅易于变化,而且失去了固定的形式,使得文件保密性变弱。电子文件易于修改,而且改动后可以不留任何痕迹,虽然已有一些技术可防止伪造电子文件和在“原稿”上增删改,但其内容发生变化的可能性总是比纸质文件要大得多,从而使人们感到把握其内容原貌的困难。电子文件不再具有特定的字迹,人们可以根据需要以不同的字体、字号将电子文件输出,无法从字迹上分辨其原始性,而且不能为每一份电子文件盖印或亲自签名,也就无法借助印章或签署的字迹来判断一份电子文件是否为原件。以上的种种问题都对电子文件的保密性提出了严峻的考验,随着网上窃密技术的不断完善,进入网络中的任何文件都再难以做到绝对保密。

二是对档案综合管理人员要求高。对电子文件、电子文件归档及其归档后形成电子档案的管理,绝不是仅仅懂得纸质档案管理理论、原则、方法和技术的管理人员所能胜任的。也不是仅仅懂得电子计算机技术或数据通信技术的人员所能胜任的。这就对管理人员技术和素质水平提出更高的要求。实现档案信息电子化,首先要有现代化的人,管理人员要有较高的知识层次和先进技术水平,不能仅仅满足于一般的计算机操作水平,从目前看,许多档案部门缺乏现代高技术人才,其中档案信息处理复合型人才就更奇缺,大部分档案人员现代技术水平。

总体来说,虽然文书档案是档案工作的重要组成部分,但是它既存在有利的一面,也存在坏的一面,因此我们只有正确的对待才能得到很好的利用,才能够使其在当代社会发挥应有的作用。

A篇:记叙文,夹叙夹议,描述作者的省钱之道,语篇易于理解。题目设置以细节题为主,57题、58题较容易,59题考海亮学校dongding查主旨大意,易把握,56题干扰项较多,产生干扰的主要原因是原文第一段有几句话都是回答这一题的,可是学生只注意到其中一部分或者因为一个生词overbook受到干扰,所以这一题有难度。

B篇:科技说明文,一项在婴儿身上所做的实验,证明新生儿就有判断力。题目设置以细节题和推断题为主。虽然是大多考生最不喜欢的文体,但是由于题目设置简单,易得分。

C篇:社科类说明文,内容围绕很多人在谈话过程中会假装他们读过某些书、理解某些作家展开,分析了其中的原因及作者的看法。文章难度略微提升,题型涉及细节信息、推理判断和作者态度。这篇文章的细节题设置也需要逻辑推理,不是简单地从文章里找到原句就可以的,所以有一定的难度,比如64题、67题考查作者情感态度,需要考生很好地运用最后一段括号里的内容。

D篇:应用文,介绍了英国国家美术馆,设置了3个题,都很简单,基本不需要读完全文,可以先看题再回到文章里查找所需信息,这篇文章可以为之后的答题争取更多的时间。

七选五这种题型是第3年考,总体难度不是很大,学生通过抓住关键词、分析语段的结构、意思的顺延等基本上能定位答案。两个干扰选项句子可排除性很强,干扰力度不大。学生答题的正确率应该比较高。

五、短文改错

今年短文改错难度较大,学生容易下手但得分率不高。考点虽分布均匀,但不易察觉地考查了介词、代词、连词、名词、动词、副词、冠词的固定搭配,都是细小的知识,稍不注意就漏掉了一个点。因为改错更加考查学生综合运用语言的能力,在改错题上,学生还是会拉开一定的差距。

六、书面表达

书面表达的设计继续沿袭了近几年的风格,贴近学生生活,给笔友写信寻求其帮忙接机。选题合乎情理,符合考纲中贴近学生生活这一要求,这种题目让90%以上的考生有内容可写,下笔容易。主要内容的提示给学生一个纲要的指导,使考生有发挥水平的空间,虽下笔容易但是得高分不易。

从整个试卷来看,考生的语言基本功扎实与否,直接关系到能否得到较理想的分数,因为本套试题突出了基础知识和基本技能在英语学习中的地位,而且基础知识的考查非常细化,在单选和改错中考查小词的比重加大了。此外,考查考生运用语境解决问题的能力依然是重中之重,考点在语境中的贯穿非常明显,关键在于能否发现他们之间的逻辑关系。因此,我个人认为,在今后的英语学习中,学生还是必须加强对基本功训练,夯实基础,从听、说、读、写四方面培养自己综合运用英语的能力,还要培养从题干中体会隐含语境的能力。

2.阅读方面要求考生能读懂书、报、杂志中关于一般性话题的简短文段以及公告、说明、广告等,并能从中获取相关信息;备考阅读理解训练时,要注意限时训练,至少要在15分钟内做两篇,或35分钟内完成一套题中的阅读部分。在备考中,要注意完形填空训练必须与阅读相结合,培养语感,体会语义,体会上下文的逻辑关系,强化对阅读材料中推理判断题的训练。注重阅读的“量”和“质”。到高三了,一方面要多读往年的真题材料和好的模拟题材料。课外阅读材料的选择不能光凭兴趣了,要注意高考阅读理解文章涉及的各种题材和体裁,比如科技类的说明文等,以备考试中遇到相关题材时对背景知识和相关词汇不至于一无所知。所谓“质”是指读材料不能一目十行,读完拉倒,要有独立的思维,要考虑一下文章的结构、主旨、长难句等。针对阅读理解题的错误也不应该对完答案就算结束,应反思是思路的错误还是相关单词、短语、长句的理解不到位。 3.写作要注重交际效果和情节构建。针对不同的交际对象采用不同的交际语言,对尊长者客气,对朋友同学热情„„。情节构建要合理,有条理。词句不要一味追求高大上,准确恰当最好。英语写作的要求可能和中学生的日常生活相关,写作要依据试题中提示要求,要体现出所学过的语法句式,注意语言得体以及适当增加细节。不少同学反映:“我也想照着这方面做,但我就是想不出来好的词句和表达啊!”这就需要同学们在一开始备考时就积累好词好句,并试着在自己的作文中有意运用。

一、主办单位:钩深书院

二、承办单位:德才双馨家教协会

三、活动时间及地点:2012年04月16日至05月16日(周一至周五(1:00~2:00))在城区是一小学举办长江师范学院钩深书院爱心助教实践活动。

四、活动对象:钩深书院在籍学生,城区十一小学全体小学生。

五、活动科目:语文、数学、英语(及其它对学生有帮助的科普知识)。

六、活动简介:长江师范学院钩深书院将开展第四届爱心助教实践活动。届时,我们将通过赛选,一共委派24名同学到城区十一小学,为十一小的学做生无偿的辅导(辅导方式可根据各班老师具体安排)。

七、活动学生的基本条件:

(一)、具备教师的基本职业道德,热爱学生,严谨治学。

(二)、具备一定的知识基础:

1、本体性知识,即学科知识(教师对所教科目的掌握)

2、条件性知识,指教师所具备心理学和教育学知识。

3、实践知识,指教师所具有的课堂情景知识及与之相关的知识或者教学经验。

(三)、具备一定的教学能力:

1、运用教科书教辅教材的能力。

2、运用各种教学方法的能力。

3、维护教室常规的能力。

4、组织学生参加各项集会及活动的能力。

(四)、身心素质:

不仅要掌握调节学生情绪的方法,更要掌握调节自己情绪的方法,善于控制自己的情绪,在面对工作中突如其来的偶发事件时,保持冷静,处置得当。

八、活动注意事项:

(一)参与活动的学生必须有人生意外伤害保险。

(二)参与活动的学生必须穿戴整齐;

(三)参与活动的学生必须遵守学校提出的相关要求,有任何建议或者想法必须报告家教协会,待家教协会讨论后再行决定。

(四)助教学生必须按时到校助教

九、参加办法:

(一)以辅导员所带学生为单位,每个单位不超过2人。

(二)参加活动的学生必须身体健康,学习进步,适合参加本次活动。

十、报名、报到:

(一)报名:各单位在各属班级自由报名,班内塞选,最终由辅导员确定名单(04月15日之前)。

(二)报到:各最终参与活动人员于04月15日19:到三教楼212报到。
