4.教学环节安排合理，使学生上课集中注意力培养学习兴趣。好说、好动是孩子的天性，而当他们在做自己喜欢的事时，会表现出极大的兴趣。根据这一待点，让他们自己动手操作，如在教学英文字母的时候，用橡皮泥捏字母、火柴棒摆字母，让他们以自己的思维方法，用直观的、灵活的学习方式掌握英语字母的书写使所学内容易学易记，起到事半功倍的效果，在较短的时间内获得好的学习效果。再次，课外活动的开设也是提高学生学习英语兴趣的重要手段。

课外活动要灵活多样：

4 赛”，请学生当评委，并把比赛结果及获奖作品张贴于班级墙上或学校教学楼下，供全班全校师生展览，树立典型，从而激发学生爱学英语的热情。中学生对初次看到的、听到的事物常留下深刻的印象，新奇有趣就更让人难以忘怀，教师善于利用“第一次”，会使之成为学生学习的有效动力。想一想，英语教师第一次走进课堂，就对孩子们说：“同学们，今天我们开始学英语。”给孩子们的印象是多少的平淡。而换一种方式，在黑板上用优美的英语字体写上“Welcome to English！”录音机里播放欢快的英语歌曲；再来一段教师的英语自我介绍；请学生谈谈英语在我们生活中的用处（如有各种英语说明书，长大后可以出国留学等）。这样的效果会深深地印在学生的脑海里，使他们感受到英语离我们的生活很近，学英语是一件多么有趣而又有益的事。

教师对学习材料和内容的处理，一般是由易到难，逐步深入，同时要考虑到对学生学习兴趣的一定刺激程度，使学生的思想始终处于积极状态，使他们的兴趣逐步升级。其次增加教学环节中的趣味性，教学手段的多样化也有助于使学生的兴趣得以保持。呈现语言材料前，教师要想办法为学生创设新颖可信的情景，由此吸引学生注意力，再由该情景过渡到课本所展现的情景中，同时，合理地运用实物、图

启发学生观察和总结,力求使学生亲自发现兴趣教师应该把中学生看作是具有成长潜能的生命体，其内部蕴藏着主体发展的机制，认识到教学的目的在于开发学生的潜力，驱动其主体的发展机制，使之成长、成熟。“以人为本”的理念在教育界越来越深入人心。在教育过程中，以学生为中心，充分发挥学生的主体性已成为广大教师所热衷的教学方法。母语习得研究及外语学习研究均证实：外语教学中

7 的重点不再应该是 “我们该教些什么”，而应是“我们如何在课堂教学中创造这些条件” 。新课程标准强调的是学生“能干什么”，因此，我们在教学过程中应充分体现学生的主动性和创造性，增强学生使用英语的能力。

1.教单词学谚语音讯如果不融会于句子当中是很难记牢其含义的，这了便于识记，我教单词时，都力争用上通俗易懂、妙趣横生的谚语或词组帮学生理解，识记这个单词，效果非常好，很受学生欢迎。

2.启发学生去发现问题，并解决问题，以此来增长知识。在学习颜色时，许多学生都发现外国人惯用颜色来作姓，我首先表扬这些学生善于观察和总结，并告诉他们“black tea ”（红茶），“green tea ”（绿茶）等等。这些知识激发了学生无边的兴趣。有讲授动词时态时，我通过中英文对比，启发学生去找出异同，让学生懂得时态的含义，了解英语动词中有人称、数和时间上的区别，而这些区别是中文所没有的，以后每学一个动词都应抓住它的这几种变化作为学习的重点。

3.鼓励学生寻找并掌握我们身边的英语，深化所学内容改革开放给人们吹来了不少“洋”味，广告、商品游乐场所、酒店、旅游胜地、电视广播媒体等等，对学生产生了极大的影响，我总是鼓励学生去搜索这方面的资料，并联系所学的知识，去深化吸收。学生对自己发现的英语知识都十分感兴趣，更爱英语这门学科了。这时我就会

中学生好胜心理比较强，喜欢通过比赛来获得老师的表扬，学生的羡慕。在英语教学中，开展各种形式的课堂竞赛活动，激发学生强烈的表现欲和参与意识，学会团结协作、相互交流,充分发挥学生在学习活动中的主体作用，让所有的学生都品尝到成功的喜悦，大大提高他们学习的兴趣和效率。如把学生分为几个竞赛小组，小组以“red blue yellow green”或“apple pear peach orange”等名字命名，小组竞赛可以贯穿全课，也可运用于某个游戏中，也可通过角色扮演，让几组学生上台做示范表演，同学们和老师当评委，看一看哪一组演得比较好。让学生展开竞争尝试成功，使其有一种成就感，从而激发兴趣，增强自信心。这样能强化所学的语言知识，强化听说训练，使学生变“要我学”为“我要学”。小孩子天性好动，乐于参与游戏活动。若能将知识溶于游戏之中，让学生在情趣盎然的游戏中练习所学的知识，在蹦蹦跳跳中学习英语，学生是非常愿意接受的。虽短短几分钟，但却能活跃课堂气氛，激发学生的兴趣。例如，我在教人体部位的单词face,mouth,nose,ear时，可以将几个学生叫到黑板前，让他们做“Touch your face /mouth/nose/ea”等动作，做对的，下面的同学说，“Yes!”做错了，下面的同学就说，“no!”也可以由教师说:“Touch your face.”让全班同学做动作。通过这一游戏，学生就很容易地掌握了这些单词。又如在练习26个字母时，可预先将26个字母的卡片分别放在26个同

随着现代教育技术的逐步普及，投影的使用给学生提供了视觉新感受；录音机的使用不仅令学生兴趣大增，而且可帮助他们形成良好的语音、语调；VCD的使用将画面由静变动，加深了学生对语言的理解和情景的把握，也是学习变得轻松有趣。课件的制作也成了家常便饭，可以自己随时动手了。除了用图片、实物教学外，还要充分利用现有的电教设备服务于教学。教读课文时，可用录音机播放课文，让学生仔细听音，认真模仿，学习标准的语音语调，还可利用录音机的录音功能，自制符合课文内容的录音，供学生学习。有条件的话，甚至可用录像机拍下与课文内容相符的景象，进行录像教学。例如，在教学有关介绍汽车的内容时，教师可预先在马路上、停车场拍

六、建立新型师生关系，以情施教，情感交融

在我的课堂教学中，“微笑”是贯穿始终的表情，通常我面带微笑环视教室走进课堂，随着一声“Good morning”或轻松的“Hi”，便开始了课堂教学。随着课堂教学的开展，自然的运用身体语言来配合教学，如通过面部表情去吸引学生，用点头或幽默动作给学生以鼓励、勇气或提示。教get up ,go to sleep这类词组时，教师先用夸张的动作引出，使学生很快就理解了，然后再让学生在边学边动中操练，而在教授happy, sad, angry时，我则充分利用了面部表情，夸张的表情和动作，既加深了学生的记忆，又创造了轻松的课堂气氛。在英语教学中，为了培养学生的实际交际能力，往往有许多的小对话、小故事供学生表演，而这些对话中也总是含有一定的情感因素，教师应把这些内容的情感通过自己巧妙的加工、提炼而展示出来，给学生以情感上的感染，使学生在接受认识信息的同时，接受相应的情感因素的影响，达到以情生情、以情促知的效果。实践证明，教与学是师生间的双边活动，教师的主导作用与学生的主体作用是决定教学效果好坏的

首先，要培养有效的认知策略，教师可以从以下几个方面入手：有针对性地分层次地布置一些预习任务，帮助学生根据自身的需要进行预习并养成习惯；督促学生在学习时集中注意力，积极思考，并请求家长的配合；借助联想，帮助学生有效地学习和记忆知识，主动建立相关知识点之间的联系；在听和读的过程中，要求学生能够借助情景和上下文猜测词义或推测段落大意；在教学过程中充分发挥学生的主体作用，可以让学生总结要点重点并做好笔记，培养学生记要点的能力、发现并总结所接触的语言材料中的语言规律并运用规律举一反三的能力以及利用推理、归纳等逻辑手段分析和解决问题的能力；定期要求学生对所学习内容加以整理和归纳，培养学生主动复习的习惯；创设合理的情境，让学生能够更多地使用英语，并在使用的过程中意识到错误并进行适当的纠正；必要时，可以借助图画等非语言信息以及母语知识对英语进行理解或表达；通过竞赛或者定期的任务布置，要求学生尝试阅读一些英语的课外读物，增加知识，培养语感。

其次，要培养有效的调控策略，教师需要帮助学生明确自己学习英语的目标和需要，并制订切实可行的英语学习计划；帮助学生在学习的过程中，把握学习的主要内容；要求学生通过自己的作业和阶段练习，注意了解和反思自己学习英语中的进步与不足，评价自己的学习效果，探索更加适合自己的英语学习方法；创造良好的英语学习氛围，提供机会让学生积极参与课内外的英语学习活动，甚至主动拓宽英语学习的渠道；建立良好的师生关系，多与学生交流学习英语的体会和经验，让学生知道在学习遇到困难时应当如何获得帮助。每个学生的学习基础各不相同，学习目标和学习需要也有所差异，因而每个人的学习体验和适合的学习方法都可能是不同的，作为教师要引导和帮助学生承认这些差异并给自己恰当地定位，循序渐进地调整好自己的学习。

再次，在交际策略的培养方面，教师应当要求学生在课内外学习活动中积极地用英语与他人交流和沟通，抓紧甚至创造各种机会用英语进行真实的交际；在交际的过程中，根据教学目的可以请学生多把注意力集中在意思的表达上，在必要时可以借助手势、表情等非语言方式进行交流，从而提高交际的效果；在交际中，教师应当提醒学生注意中外表达和文化习俗方面的差异并能够遵守英语交际的基本礼仪；当学生遇到困难时，教师应当提供各种有效的方式以便学生寻求到帮助，以达到维持交际的目的和效果。

最后，在资源策略的培养方面，教师应该首先是信息时代中的探路人，在自己能够熟练获取并恰当使用图书馆或者网络上文字、音频和视频学习资源的基础上，引导学生以正确的方式获取这些学习资源来丰富自己的英语学习；帮助学生正确有效地使用工具书等资源来查找所需要的信息；结合日常生活，要求学生多关注生活中所使用的英语，培养日积月累的习惯。

作为一名教师，要做好指导者、引路人、激励者和观众等角色，积极创造条件，让学生参与制订阶段性学习目标以及实现目标的方法；引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅或询问等方法进行学习；设计探究式的学习活动，促进学生实践能力和创新思维的发展；引导学生运用观察、发现、归纳和实践等方法，学习语言知识，感悟语言功能；引导学生在学习过程中进行自我评价并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。在英语课程实施中，帮助学生有效地使用学习策略，不仅有利于他们把握学习的方向、采用科学的途径、提高学习效率，而且还有助于他们形成自主学习的能力，为终身学习奠定良好的基础。

所谓学无定方、教无定法，只要我们在新课程理念指导下去不断探索，不断实践，不断改进，就一定能全方位地提高学生的整体素质，大面积地提高英语教学质量。

教育家叶圣陶在《教育与人生》一书中说过：“教育就是培养习惯。”“凡为教，目的在达到不需要教。”叶圣陶的话表明：教育过程就是培养学习习惯的过程。培养良好的学习习惯甚至比传授知识更重要，教师在传授知识的同时也要培养学生学习的习惯，最终达到一个目的：在没有教师的情况下，学生也能够完成学习任务。应该说，培养学生学习的良好习惯，是教学工作中极为重要的一环。那么，应该怎样培养学生良好的英语学习习惯呢？

笔者认为初中英语教师培养学生良好的学习习惯应从以下几个方面着手：

一、培养听的好习惯。

学习任何一种语言都要求初学者认真听，弄懂语意。课堂是学习的主阵地，教师首先要培养学生认真听、会听的好习惯。认真听就是专心的听，注意老师的发音、口形，听懂说的内容。刚刚进入初中的学生比较好动，教师应当采取一些措施来迫使学生注意听讲。培养学生认真听老师或者录音里面的示范发音，用心的去听和揣摩他人说的英语内容。只有听得清，听得懂，才能说得准、说得好，用心的多听、多模仿，有助于培养学生对英语反应的敏捷性。比如设置与学生关系密切的问题，激发学生听的积极性，如提问一位学生：“What does your mother do?”“Where does she work?”待这位同学回答完毕，教师转而提问其他学生：“What does her mother do?”“Where does she work?”这些问题与学生生活关系密切，学生必然感兴趣，就能集中注意力，

认真听讲。其次，要使学生熟悉每课的磁带录音。为使学生弄懂录音里人物都在说些什么，教师可以设置一些填空题或选择题让学生完成。通过多种练习形式，既可以使学生专心倾听，又可以培养他们捕捉信息的能力、专心思考的习惯。

二、培养读的好习惯。

刚刚进入初中的农村孩子，对于英语感到既陌生又新奇，教师应紧紧抓住这一点，鼓励学生大声朗读，读单词、读句子、读对话、读短文，尽量读熟。古语说得好：书读百遍，其义自现。读英语，也是如此。朗读可以帮助学生记忆和积累词汇，发展语感。生理学的研究表明，大声朗读可以刺激大脑，促使神经兴奋起来，通过反复的读，可以增强语感，提高记忆效果。在朗读的过程中，教师应该提醒学生注意升降调、重读、爆破、语速、节奏、停顿等。要使学生发音到位、不拖调，可以通过多种形式进行训练，如跟全班齐读，分角色读，磁带录音读，比赛读等。用心培养学生良好的朗读习惯。另外，还应注重“默读”习惯的培养，“默读”就是不出声的读，尤其适合于读一些语言篇章。进行这类阅读时，一般要求学生抓住要点，快速阅读，多读几遍。早几年，读书侧重于应试，笔者以前的一位英语老师总是说：读、读、读，多读几遍你就会做考题了。老师的话说得甚是道理，至今让人受益。

三、培养说的好习惯。

“说”就是把所思所想表达出来，让人知道你的意思。“说”与“读”关系密切，“说”其实是把“读”的内容转化为内在的东西并

表达出来。所以，只有读得好，才能流利地说；说得自如了，读英语也就变成一种乐趣。用英语说出自己的意念是学习英语的一个目的。如何培养说的良好习惯呢？笔者以为可以从以下三方面进行：

(1)教师本身要有良好的说的习惯。作为一名初中英语教师，应该在课堂上创造“说”英语的氛围。如果教师本身满嘴的普通话，甚至方言，那带给学生的影响是可想而知的。英国的菲尔丁说的好：“典范比教育更快，更能强烈地铭刻在心里。”可见教师的言传身教有多么的重要，每一个英语教师都应尽可能的“说”英语，特别是课堂上。这样学生就会自然的感受到应英语的氛围，久而久之就形成了“说”英语的习惯。

(2)课堂上教师要鼓励学生多读多说。在“说”英语方面农村的学生大多缺乏自信心，教师应鼓励学生不怕犯错，大胆的把自己的所思所想表达出来。英国教育家布卢姆认为：一个人学习成功的次数越多，他的自信心就越强。学习成功是建立在学习自信心的基础上的。所以，教师要善于创造宽松的氛围，多表扬学生，哪怕他们只是取得一点点的进步，也要及时的给以鼓励。

(3)教师要充分备课，利用一切教学媒体，创设情景，精心组织教学。课堂上，教师要精心组织教学，优化教学方法，利用一切教学媒体（图片、实物、玩具、幻灯、录像、录音等等）创设情景，寓教于乐，让学生身置语境，有意识或无意识地开口练说，最大限度地发挥学生说英语的主动性和积极性。教学中注重对话练习，对话表演。学生在表演时，应尽量不要去打断，给学生创造一个轻松的氛围，让

他们自由的，大胆的表达。形式尽量生动，有趣；内容尽量贴近学生的生活。例如，教师给个 “问路” 情景，请三位同学来表演，其他同学要注意听，表演之后，要来进行适当的评价。

S1: Excuse me, could you tell me how to get to the shoe shop?S2: Sorry ,I’mnew here..S1:Thank you all the same.(转向S3)Excuse me .Could you tell me where’ s theshoe shop?S3: It’s over there .S1:Thank you very much.S3: That’s all right .待三位同学表演完毕，教师可由衷的赞赏：You’ re all excellent! 并要求其他同学给予掌声。在这样的情形下，表演的学生普遍会感受到鼓舞，体验到说英语的成就感，并会对英语产生更大的兴趣，与此同时，教师要指出学生在表演过程中出现的失误，令学生感到有所收获。最后，鼓励学生课后随时的说英语。见到老师、家长、同学，尽可能的用英语互相问候，特别是同学之间，更应该说英语。把课堂上所学到的英语搬到生活中来，问候、介绍、告别、感谢、购物、就餐、打电话„„无时无刻，无处不在，都可以用英语表达，久而久之，就会把用英语表达变成一种习惯，像吃饭、睡觉一样不可缺少。

四、培养写的好习惯。

“写”包括两个方面的内容，一是书写，二是写作。

首先，说书写。具有良好的书写习惯是英语教学的重要内容之一。英文是拼音文字，与汉字截然不同，与汉语拼音字母也有许多差异，教师要让学生及早要了解这一点，严格按照英语的书写要求写一手正确又漂亮的英文。需要强调的是，部分学生在书写时容易忽视具体的

要求，如大小写混淆、单词间无间隔、标点符号漏写或错写、增减单词中的字母等，从而造意思混乱的现象。教师还需在课堂中花费一些时间引导学生书写字母、单词并逐步过渡到句子，要讲清书写规范、正确示范，让学生充分练习，经常性的举行书写比赛，在班上形成写得好写得快的良好风气。书写训练应持之以恒。在课堂上、在家里，也无论是考试，还是练习，都要坚持不懈，久而久之，自然养成良好的书写习惯。俗话说得好：字是人的脸皮。拥有良好的书写习惯，字写得好了，一个人也就有面子了。教师应让学生明白这一点。

其次，培养良好的写作习惯。写作的考法多种多样，近几年来，中考的写作题普遍是给一些关键词和必要的提示，要求学生写成短文。不管题型怎样，写作时都应该抓住重点，语言精练，使用正确的句式表达。要想写好一篇英语短文，还要靠平时多锻炼。对于学生的习作，教师应认真批改，及时反馈，多给以肯定的评价，以激发学生的写作兴趣。

总而言之，良好的英语学习习惯的培养不是一朝一夕就能养成的，作为一名英语教师要把培养学生良好的听、说、读、写习惯当作一项长期的任务来抓，必须课堂和课后双管齐下，这样，无论对于学生日后的学习或者教师自己今后的教学都必然能收到事半功倍的效果。

初中一年级学生在刚接触英语时，出于对这一科的好奇和兴趣，很愿意学这一科。由于在学习上遇到一些具体困难得不到及时解决，以致问题成堆、积重难返，天长日久，便由喜欢到畏惧到厌恶以至最后放弃这一科的学习。

心理障碍是掉队的重要原因。造成学生掉队的原因可归纳为如下几个方面：

1．中学一年级的学生对母语的语言、语法、词汇相当熟悉。当他们接触一门与母语表达方式迥然不同的新语种时，由于两种语言的三要素相差甚远，在接受外语教育时，心理上产生一些障碍。这种心理障碍首先表现在语言转换过程的不适应：汉语为方块字，英语为拼音文字；汉语的字有四声，英语每个词有重音，且有连读、失去爆破、辅音同化等方面的问题；汉语的词基本上是双音节，而英语每个词的音节不一。初学者不掌握外语这些特点，一部分学生常常是用学习汉语的规律来指导自己学习英语，因而产生心理上的不适应。所以，初学者学习外语的过程，就是他们不断克服这种旧的认知习惯，建立新的认知习惯，克服母语的干扰，不断扫除心理障碍的过程。这个过程过渡得越快，外语学习效果就越好；难以克服，则掉队。

2．教师对如何克服学习的心理障碍研究不够，指导跟不上去。由于教师不掌握学生心理障碍，单从技术（知识和技能）上指导，没有收到预期效果。方法的不力，使这些本来可以争取过来的“同盟军”，没有争取过来。掉队生队伍的不断扩大使掉队生在心理上也得到“安慰”。他们觉得既然有这么多人都不学英语，我何必勉强跟着学，我倒不如把这个时间用到数学、语文上，用到这些学科上还能有点效果，用到英语上是白费时间。这种情绪一旦在班里蔓延开来，则愈加不可收拾，甚至会影响到一部分“意志不坚定的”中等学生。

3．现行中学英语教材每节课的份量很重，对听说技能要求较高。听说能力的培养也和读写能力的培养一样，不能单靠听、说这两项能力的训练就能使学生获得，还要其他方面知识和能力的佐助才能培养出来。在课堂上教师既要讲，又要引导学生练，还要考虑如何克服学生的心理障碍等问题。由于教学内容多，时间紧，很多学校甚至完不成课时教学计划。为了解决这一问题，有的学校采用加课时的办法，有的采取赶进度的办法。加课时导致学生负担过重，赶进度造成学生消化不良。

所以，为了帮助这些学生必须给他们以特殊的照顾，用特殊的方法，其中包括消除心理障碍的方法在内。

5．有的学生已抱定初中毕业后不继续升学的打算，?他们觉得不值得在英语学习上花费那么多时间和精力。这一部分学生是不大好争取的。但这部分学生毕竟是少数，他们的影响力在学生中不大。英语教师可以在课后协同班主任去做这些学生和他们家长的工作，多给掉队生讲一些身边有远大志向的学生的事例来开导他们。有的掉队生就是在一念之差的驱使下便索性和英语“告别”的。对这样的学生，教师应该做些个别工作，使他们回到学习英语的队伍里来。

二、全面、准确地贯彻大纲克服心理障碍，对学生进行有针对性的心理治疗是防止大面积掉队的重要措施：全面、准确地贯彻教学大纲，对防止大面积掉队有重要意义。

大纲把九年义务教育英语教学目的定为“打好初步的基幢。把中学阶段的英语教学视为实现真实交际的准备阶段，而不是要求学了英语立即用英语去进行真实的交际。

中学英语教学有其自身的规律和特点，这就是在初级阶段要重视听说训练，在高级阶段要重视阅读训练。在初级阶段如果不抓听说训练，学生把英语学成聋哑英语，在后两个阶段便无法学下去。初级阶段重视听说训练并不意味要放弃读写训练。一些学生在初级阶段往往练了嘴皮子，但在学的时侯没有入脑入心，一动笔，则“全线崩溃”，因而掉队。

现在不少中学的英语教学迫于升学的压力，不是按大纲要求进行教学，而是跟着升学考试的指挥棒安排教学，即考什么教什么，暂时不考的项目（如语音、会话等）受不到应有的重视。大纲虽然提出考试应包括笔试和口试两部分，但因一些技术方面的问题没有解决，在一些学校，口试尚未纳入英语考试的轨道上来，因而使这些学校在教学上对听说训练在表面上重视，实际上重视不够，措施不够得力；加之中学班大，学生多，教师照顾不过来，造成了当前英语教学质量不高、学生大面积掉队。当然，还有一些学校教师质量不高也是一条重要原因。

一、调查目的

了解初中学生现有的英语学习现状，和影响他们英语学习的各方面因素，在把握具体情况的基础上，有针对性地采取一些相应措施，促使教师真正改变教学理念，切实改进教学方法，加强教学的针对性和实效性。同时，也增进学生英语学习爱好的进步和发展，变学生消极被动的学习为积极主动的学习，教学共进，力求到达教学的最大有效值，终究改变初中学生英语学习的不良现状。

二、调查方法与对象

根据本课题的研究目的，本次调查的方法主要采用问卷调查、学生座谈和教师座谈，其中问卷调查中设计了41个选择题、1个开放性简答题。对象为本校初

一、初二年级，共提问卷102份，有效问卷102份。

三、调查结果和缘由分析

此次调查有41个题目，触及到影响学生英语学习的缘由主要有两大类：其一，来自于学生本身的因素，即内因包括学习英语的爱好、自信心、态度等方面;其二，外部的环境因素，即包括家庭、社会、学校等方面。

现就调查的现状分析以下：

(一).学生本身对英语学习的爱好

大部份同学对英语学习爱好不浓。如在调查你对英语学习感爱好这个题目时，选A.特别感爱好的只占20%;选B.比较感爱好的占35%;选C.不太感爱好的占25%;选D.一点也不感爱好的却占20%。

又如在调查你利用课余时间参加爱好班一题，选A.有的占31%，事实上在这百分比中按自己的意愿主动报名参加的占的百分比估计还得打折。这是影响学生英语学习质量的一个重要因素。

(二).学生对英语学习的自信心

整体说来，学生对英语学习的自信心不够。如在调查你现有的英语基础与水平一题时，选C.中等的占51%;选D.差的占13%。固然一方面反映出学生自我评价的客观性和公正性，另外一方面也反映出学生的自信心不足。这是影响学生英语学习质量的另外一个重要因素。

(三)学生对英语学习的态度

学习爱好和自信心决定学生对英语学习的态度，在调查你对你的英语学习满意吗一题时，选A.很好的占18%;选B.一般的占16%;选C.不好的占50%。大部份学生对英语学习热忱不够高。

(四)学生所处的家庭状态：

1.学生中农村户口占90%以上，不同户籍的学生有着不同的生活环境，存在着生活习惯、方式及个性的差异。2.父母文化层次不够高，大约80%的父母都是初中毕业。职业情况大约80%的父母务农，另外20%左右是自由职业，这就决定了一定数目的父母忙于发展家庭经济，疏于与孩子交换和对孩子的管束，又缺少教育投资的意识，对教育还存在着模糊的熟悉，造成子女物资生活的充裕和满足，精神生活的空虚和荒凉。3.有些家庭的教育方式有待改进。溺爱型、放任型及独断型家庭仍占40%的比例，在调查中你的家长辅导你英语吗一题时，选D.历来没有的占82%。

(五)学生对教师的熟悉

1.现实中的英语教师：

(1)大多数的英语教师对教学工作认真负责，尽心尽责;

(2)多数英语教师讲求民主，尊重学生，愿意听取和接受学生公道、正确意见和公道建议;

(3)部份英语教师能根据学生实际水平进行教学，并与学生的生活联系起来，用补充材料丰富英语课堂教学;

(4)部份教师能正确对待学生，不偏爱某些学生，不轻视差生;

(5)少部份教师在课堂上公道分配讲授时间与学生的活动时间;

(6)极少数部份教师在平常教学中能常常性地使用多媒体技术教学。

2.理想中的英语教师：

(1)具有幽默感，善于调理课堂气氛;

(2)具有亲和力，善于与学生沟通，用童心贴进学生，微笑时时挂在脸上;

(3)具有吸引力，善于捉住学生学习的兴奋点，使学生学而不倦;

(4)口语流利，水平一流;

(5)***博学，多才多艺。

四、对调查结果的思考

(一)影响初中生英语学习成因分析

1.社会的影响：由于高等教育招生和分配制度改革的影响，社会对人才的需求标准的变动，使部份德才兼备的学生感到迷芒和失看，并逐步淡化对学习的爱好，失往了学习的积极性。

2.实施素质的影响：素质教育是一种突出生存能力的教育，其对学生的积极是使他们熟悉到了具有真才实学、一技之长的重要意义，而英语这门学科具有学术性较强，实用性不强的特点，这使得学生缺少学习英语的内驱力。

3.家庭教育的影响：当前，初中生中有大部份是独生子女，处于一种相对优越的生活环境中，备受家人的宠爱，他们一般表现为意志不坚强，缺少进取精神，耽于生活享受。值得留意的是，我在接触众多的学生家长后，发现很多家长侧重于对子女纪律方面的要求，而对学生学习不是特别关注，从而在学习上对学生构成了一种内家庭松外学校紧的矛盾局面。

4.教师的影响：在诸多的影响因素中，我以为，教师对学生的影响最直接、最持久、最有效。但当前的题目是，信息和数字时代的今天，由于教师行为滞后，所以使教师的教育和教学工作对学生学习产生的制约和负面影响愈来愈大。

(二)改变初中生英语学习现状的对策

1.学生要了解社会不同职业的特点、现状和发展趋势，从而使他们在学习期间确定自己的学习目标，在毕业时选择自己合适的就业岗位。

2.学生要把握正确的学习方法。学生要有计划、有目的、有步骤地学习，同时也要学会预、温习，做完习题后善于进行知识的梳理，回纳和总结。

3.教师要建立学生是学习活动的主人的思想。最大限度地调动学生英语学习的爱好，使每位学生都有机会当教学活动中的演员，而不是观众。

4.教师要活化教材内容，使之生活化;活化教材语言，使之口语化;活动化教学手段，使之直观化。另外，用学生脍炙人口的补充材料丰富英语课堂教学。

【no.1】现在进行时的构成

现在进行时由be+v-ing构成。be应为助动词，初学者最容易漏掉，它应与主语的人称和数保持一致。

【no.2】现在进行时的应用

在实际运用时，现在进行时常用以下几种情况：

(1)当句子中有now时，常表示动作正在进行，这时要用现在进行时。如： they are playing basketball now.现在他们正在打篮球。

(2)以look, listen开头的句子，提示我们动作正进行，这时要用现在进行时。如： listen！she is singing an english song.听，她正在唱英语歌。

(3)表示当前一段时间或现阶段正在进行的动作，且此时有this week, these days等时间状语，这时常用现在进行时。如：

we are making model planes these days.这些天我们在做飞机模型。

(4)描述图片中的人物的动作，也为了表达更生动。此时也常用现在进行时。如：

look at the picture.the children are flying kites in the park.看这幅图，那些孩子正在公园放风筝。

肯定句式：主语+be( am, is, are)+现在分词+其它. 否定句式：主语+be(am, is, are) +not +现在分词+其它. 一般疑问句：be(am, is, are) +主语+现在分词+其它？

特殊疑问句：疑问词+be(am, is, are)+主语+现在分词+其它？

对现在进行时的特殊疑问句的回答，它不可以用yes或no直接作答，要根据实际情况回答。动词现在分词的构成：

一般动词直接在末尾加ing,特殊情况如下：

1.以y结尾的动词（不管y前是辅音还是元音字母），直接加ing。2.以e结尾的动词，把e去掉再加ing。

3.以r音节结尾的动词，双写末尾的r再加ing。4.以ie结尾的动词，将ie变y再加ing。

5.以重读闭音节结尾，且末尾只有一个辅音字母的动词，双写末尾的辅音字母再加ing。所以说，直接加ing就ok了！
