部门全体成员：
此前我已发表过就本次事件的相关声明，现针对本次事件及其造成的恶劣影响，本人做如下道歉：
首先，本人大局意识不强，个性化严重。在协调本次事件的过程中，本人没有从大局出发，个人主义倾向严重，导致事态不断恶化，并且没有和指导老师及时联系，给部门工作和生活中带来不必要的麻烦，同时，给分队学生的学习和心理造成了不良影响。在此，我郑重道歉。
其次，本人领导能力缺乏，官僚化蔓延。在成员出现食宿教学等问题时，没有及时出面进行指导，一味要求队内自己解决，淡化团长角色。由于许多事情不是队员能够协调处理好的，有时需要老师甚至学院出面，导致当事人队员时常面临尴尬局面，虽然后期经过队内努力，克服了很多困难，但其中的苦痛只有他们自己能够体会。在此，我郑重道歉。
第三，本人应对能力偏差，极端化明显。出现本次事件后，本人没有及时有效解决好相关问题。一方面表明个人处理突发事件的能力和经验不足，另一方面也反映了个人应对问题过于极端化，没有换位思考，不能站在当事人的角度考虑问题，一直选择沉默应对，等待事件冷却。结果造成事件持续发酵，造成目前这种团内和队内不稳定局面。在此，我郑重道歉。
最后，本人集体观念不强，情绪化泛滥。由于本人之前处理方式不当，导致当事人和本人对立升级，在出现明显对立之后，没有当面解释道歉，直至今天上午9点38分才发布声明，而且声明中出现部分情绪化内容，对此我向当事人全体成员表示歉意。同时，个人没有表现出足够的气度和集体意识。对当事人队员不满，予以情绪化的回应；对于部长和其他队员与当事人的争执，没有及时出面制止，导致当事人与本人的矛盾转化成当事人与部长们的冲突，使问题扩大化，我要担负主要责任。本来问题可以及早完美解决，结果由于我个人的原因，导致目前这种团内不和谐局面。在此，我郑重道歉。
以上即是本人的道歉，此后我将认真履行部长义务，一切以部门和孩子们的权益为重，避免类似事件再次发生。对于在本次事件受到影响的队员和孩子我深表歉意！

尊敬的家长朋友：
您好！
首先请允许我向您表示最诚挚的歉意，因为我们的原因，可能让您觉得“妈妈放心班”不再让人“放心”了，这的确实实在在是我们的原因，如果我们做的够好，您绝对不会有这样的想法。但当您看到这封信的时候，也正是我们真正忏悔和改过的时候。
导致放心班变得“不放心”的原因主要有三个，这些都是我们做的不够好的地方。 第一：有极个别老师工作不够负责，导致孩子家庭作业错误较多。这点我们必须承认，但我们同时也敢保证，我们的老师都是从各大院校请来的，教学能力绝对有保障，只是有极个别，极少数老师不够负责。对于这种老师，我们第一次发现给其教育，如若第二次还是如此，我们坚决予以作辞退处理，绝不手软！！我们绝不能因为老师的原因而耽误孩子的发展！
第二：有些孩子在您来接他的时候，作业还未完成。我们承认这种情况是存在的，但只是极少数的孩子。为什么大部分孩子都能在规定时间内做完作业，而有些孩子却不能呢？主要原因还是因为孩子调皮，不愿做作业。小学生的作业其实是很少的，只要孩子认真做，肯定能在规定时间内完成作业。有些孩子虽然非常的聪明但同时也比较调皮，甚至喜欢顶撞老师，和老师对着干。这些都是孩子的天性，无可厚非。但放心班要做的，正是尽我们最大的努力去改变这种习惯。因为您也知道，这种习惯一旦养成，将来走入社会是非常吃亏的。
第三：课堂纪律有时不理想。这也是我们做的不好的地方，班级人数多只是一个客观存在的原因，但绝不是我们推脱责任的理由！纪律不好主要还是我们的原因，是我们的老师对学生疏于管理。但家长朋友们请你们想一下，如果同时有三四个学生围着老师问问题，那其他学生的确比较难注意到，所以还请家长朋友们多多体谅一下我们老师，老师其实也是很辛苦的。但妈妈放心班现在承诺，在今后的日子里一定会改变这种局面！
没有规矩，不成方圆。所以我们就放心班做的不好的地方出条了很多相关的规定，比如《妈妈放心班学生守则》，《妈妈放心班学生奖惩规定》，《妈妈放心班教师守则》等等（这些规定将会贴在致歉信后面供家长朋友们检视）。

承蒙错爱，二老偶知小女，便驱尊前来，探寻小女信息，左邻右舍皆替小女美言，而小女笨人眼拙，未能认得二老，深感羞愧难当。二老未嫌小女相貌不佳，学历不高，学业未成，工作未定，家世凉薄，人微言轻，小女甚是感激涕零，但内心万分惭愧自责。二老苦心安排，邻居费心拉线，欲使令郎和小女能携手相伴，互相扶持，共同进步，不枉二老这番苦心，终成一段良缘佳话。
