一、出行时间、路线及人员安排
1、旅游出发集合时间：7月4日下午14:00
2、旅游地点：杭州千岛湖
3、旅游出发集合地点：元谷创意园长乐园停车场（大兜路）
二、此次旅游费用（房费、车费、餐费、导游费、保险及景点门票）此次旅行费用房费1250（两晚）+车费130+餐费（实际消费）+导游费50+保险10+门票费110元/人，员工家属愿参加本次活动的，需自行负责入团费用。儿童不占床不收取房费，餐费、车费不收取、导游、保险及门票按实际产生收取。
三、注意事项
1、成人携带身份证、请做好晕车准备及带好防晒防蚊虫用品。
2、个人自备必要的饮用水、充饥食品及常用药品，如有特殊要求应及时通知领队及导游
3、因天气变化无常，请大家自备雨具及衣物。
4、游玩过程中注意个人财物及人身安全，做到文明，安全，快乐出游。
5、各部门根据需要自行安排好工作进度并做好外出旅游防火防盗防雨的防护工作。关好门窗，关闭不使用的用电设备。

六、注意事项
１、搭乘旅游大巴时，请注意安全，不要随意走动，坐前排者应系好安全带。搭车时请勿任意更换座位，头、手勿伸出窗外，上下车时请注意来车方向 1 以免发生危险。
2、行程中或自由活动时若见有刺激性活动项目，身体状况不佳者请勿参加。患有心脏病、肺病、哮喘病、高血压者切忌从事水上、高空活动。
3、如需排队等候时，请遵守现场秩序，听从工作人员指挥。
4、不可擅自脱队，单独离队时请征得小分队负责人同意，并随身携带手机及必备物品，以免发生意外，手机需充满电量。

6、切勿在公共场所露财，购物时也勿当众清数钞票。注意防盗，保管好您所携带的行李物品。

温馨提示：
登山是一个愉快的身心舒展旅程，但在登山途中若能注意以下一些事项，相信你的旅途将更加愉快：
（1）登山时应多喝一些含有盐份的水或饮料，补充体内的电解质，增强能量。 （2）登山时每走50分钟，应休息10分钟，避免过度劳累。休息时应选择坐在石椅或枯木上，血液才不至于会完全降到臀部，再次出发前可做些简单的屈伸运动。
（3）登山过程中可能由于运动量太大，造成饥饿过度、血糖降低，出现全身昏沉无力的情况。这时候只要补充高热量或含糖的食物，或饮用热开水，即可迅速解除。

（7）在山中遇到雷雨，不要到山顶或高树下躲避。以防雷击伤人，也不要在山沟低洼处躲避，以防山洪伤人。

公司组织的“*******”一日游活动定于2014年12月31日早上6点20分在行政部办公室门口集合，准时到达集合点，6点30分准时出发，过时不候，车程来回共约5小时。
各旅游车辆带队主管把车上所需物品提前安排装上车，分管队长清点人员名单，请所有参加旅游人员携带好本人身份证件，保持手机正常通讯，不能关机， 为了让大家有个愉快的旅程，请参加旅游人员仔细阅读以下相关规定： ①参加旅游人员需在12月31日早上6：20以前到达公司集合，集合后按车辆编号名单排队乘车，不准乱乘车。过时不候，报名不参加的，要从工资中扣除公司所交旅游费用。

炎热酷暑，公司为大家准备了清爽热辣的海边旅游，让大家在工作之余，感受身在大海畅游的凉爽。吹着海风，让我们一起卷起裤腿光着脚丫走在沙滩上。
公司定于7月11日、12日和13日、14日分两批出游（名单如下），时间为两天一夜，地点南戴河仙螺岛，所有行程时间请大家严格遵守，具体行程和注意事项如下：
第一天行程安排： 1.第一批11日出发，第二批13日出发，二店集合时间为6点10分,6点30分车辆准时出发去一店，一店集合时间为6点40分，7点车辆准时出发进军南戴河；各店面人员在各自店面集合出发，车辆准时出发不等候，以免耽误行程；
2.车辆大概在11点左右抵达南戴河，由每批领队安排大家住宿，请大家服从领队安排；
3.安排好住宿后大家稍作整理，领队会提前告知大家用餐时间，12点准时到餐厅吃中饭（由于下午去海边，中午不允许喝酒）；
4.用餐后休息1小时，14点30分由领队带领大家到仙螺岛游玩（岛上有海上缆车等游乐设施）；
5.海边游玩到17点结束，大家回宾馆整理后，18点由领队带领大家到另一个海边，18点30分开始享用我们海边烧烤大餐，大家尽情的吃尽情的喝;6.20点开始沙滩篝火晚会，让我们围着篝火，听着动感的音乐，任性的放肆的跳起来，唱起来，届时会有小游戏互动环节。
7.22点篝火晚会结束，领队组织大家回宿舍休息，美美的睡一觉；
第二天行程安排： 8.早上9点准时餐厅用早餐，请大家准时用餐，早餐结束时间为10点钟；
9.10点30分所有员工准时结合出发，去往位于昌黎的“圣蓝海洋公园”；
10.车辆在11点左右抵达圣蓝海洋公园，由领队安排购买领取门票，大家集体进入园区（每人领取一本园区宣传册），进入园区后大家尽量不要分开以小组形式开始游玩。
11.13点在园区大时代餐厅集合用中餐。12.用餐后大家可以继续参观至16点，16点在进园的大门口准时集合，回京；
注意事项：
1、夏天海边旅游人数较多，请大家遵守注意事项，不得出现单独行动情况，以免出现不必要的情况。
2、整个行程坐车时间（单程约4小时）较长，乘车时不要把头、手伸出窗外，保证人身安全。
3、有晕车自带防晕车药品，晕车药需提前30分服用。
4、旅游旺季各景点游客很多，在旅游过程中，认清公司队旗、领队。
5、按照领队的安排路线走，自由活动时间多人一起，并最好和有联系方式的人在一起，注意集合时间和上车的时间。
6、员工可以带相机，在有代表性的景点或有意义的地方，我们会给大家留有时间统一拍照，在其他地方不要随意停留过久。
7、旅途中不可擅自离队，避免出现意外事件。
8、天气炎热，预防中暑：自带防晒用品，太阳伞、防晒霜等。（别把咱家人都晒黑了）
9、旅游期间尽量不带贵重首饰和物品，注意财务安全，出现问题及时通知领队。
10、卫生:无论在旅游车、景点都应该维护周围的环境卫生。
11、宾馆提供个人用品：毛巾、牙刷、牙膏、头梳、拖鞋等；请大家自带平底旅游鞋或休闲鞋、太阳镜、游泳衣等其他个人用品（游泳圈请大家提前准备好）。在海边，早晚温差大，请注意带好衣物（长袖）。
12、在海边游泳一定要在指定许可并有专人看管的地方游泳，海边游泳时，请注意不要离海岸太远，随时观察情况。
13、在景区，禁止乱丢垃圾，以免罚款。
14、公司会备有药品：风油精、藿香正气、创可贴；
15、不要在非游泳区游泳、游泳前勿喝酒、上岸后要防止暴晒、忌剧烈运动后游泳。
16、忌长时间曝晒游泳、忌游泳后马上进食、忌游泳时间过久、忌高血压患者游泳、忌心脏病者游泳、忌患中耳炎游泳、忌患急性眼结膜炎游泳。
