王梓涵是一个乐于助人的人。班级里只要有那位同学遇到困难，第一时间站出来的就是她。3年级上学期时，的那次谢老师的数学测验来说吧!老师要求我们每位同学必须要用黑色水笔答题。当我打开铅笔盒的瞬间，顿时傻了眼。糟了，黑笔忘带了。我的心“咯噔”一下，着急地寻找起来。可是，我翻遍了整个书包也没有找到水笔的踪影，怎么办?此时的我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁，黄豆大的汗珠顺着额角直往下淌，泪珠在我的眼眶里不停地打转。但生性胆小的我又不敢跟老师提起。就在这时，我的同桌王梓涵见到我这副模样，便小声地问道：“陈柯宇，你怎么了?””我忘带黑笔了!”我沮丧地说道。“你就用我的吧，我正好带了两支笔。”王梓涵悄悄的说道。只见，她边说边迅速打开铅笔盒，从两支水笔里挑选了一支成色更新的送到我的手里。我连忙向她投去了感激的目光。下课了，我连忙向他道谢。而她真诚地说：“不用谢!我们是朋友，朋友间就应该互相帮助，而且在生活中每个人都会遇到困难，帮助别人的同时也等于帮助了自己，难道不是吗?“话音刚落，坐在我后面的那个叫啥来着(反正是一个公的)拍了拍手，说：“对!说得好!陈柯宇借我油画棒的时候不要那么小气咯，我们是朋友嘛!~” “借你?你要付钱1块买借物卷10天有效!” 我们欢笑一堂。
是的!朋友像一支蜡烛在黑暗中为你照亮光明，朋友向远方的船支为你护航保驾。生活中每个人都需要朋友，而我非常庆幸能有一个像王梓涵这样的好朋友，虽然有时会受一些皮肉之苦。不过没有关系!
2、朋友
朋友不曾孤单过，一声朋友你会懂„„”歌是这么唱没错，但为什么我一看到你们——我昔日的兄弟，我认为我最好的朋友的时候，却感觉到分外孤单„„突然间，我明白了。玫瑰花的葬礼，请让它埋葬我们从前的友谊。——题记
我如往常一样的提前下车，如往常一样准备走一段路作为消遣，如往常一样的向他家门口看一眼。这是平常的一天，但那一眼使这一切变得不平常起来。是他！我最好的朋友！我的眼眸闪现出兴奋的光彩，却又黯淡了下去，呆呆的看着他远去，因为，我又想起了„„ 那是前几天，在公交车上，我遇到了我的另一个好朋友，正当我打完招呼准备和他一起像以前一样高谈阔论之际，突然发现他看着我的眼神，好像是在看„„陌生人？对！就是陌生人，我惊愕的看着他，回头望望，正好看见曾经一起留下童年痕迹的那棵大树，一种强烈的物是人非的感觉涌了上来。
为什么我的朋友，都离我而去？看着他远去的背影，心里泛起一阵孤独，在回家的路上，我一直在想这个问题，我曾经视他们为我最好的朋友，曾下了山盟海誓，不管怎样，都要永远的做朋友，一切都是假的，昨日的兄弟变成了今天的陌生人，强烈的反差使我极度不适应，我现在也拥有许多朋友，但谁知道会不会再次发生这种情况。
离去„„突然间，我明白了，再好的朋友也有离开你的时候，没有人能伴你到永远。你自己也不能，又如何强求别人呢？旧朋友离去，新朋友到来，这是一个无法阻止的轮回，就如周杰伦的蒲公英的约定，蒲公英会飞走，约定会消失，朋友会离去，你无力阻止，只能顺其自然，你所能做的，就是珍惜彼此在一起的时光。
回到家，放一首《蒲公英的约定》，来缅怀我们曾经的友情。

如果说生命是一首美丽乐章，那朋友必定是那音符，友谊必定是那旋律，只有相伴永远，生命才能绚烂。
朋友是失意时的相伴。不觉已是夜深，倦意似潮水般袭来。东坡方解衣欲睡，却见月光穿过门户洒入屋中，难得好月，既无心安寝，不如趁此良辰美景，好好欣赏一番。门外空空荡荡，又有谁有闲情逸致顾及月光呢？忽然想起被贬黄州已第四个年头，不觉忧从中来。罢了，走些路去看看张怀民吧，却果然同是天涯沦落人，二人会意相视一笑，多少贬谪的悲凉和人生感慨尽付笑谈。在那个积水空明的庭下，“藻荇交横”的夜晚，是朋友的理解和鼓励带给东坡慰藉与关怀，渐忘乌台诗案那段铭心刻骨的伤痛。因有朋友，失意时不再痛苦。朋友是思想上的相通。1918年，当李叔同毅然告别繁华喧嚣的俗世，由儒入释，遁入空门，在杭州虎跑泉出家为僧，引人千般猜疑，万般思量，惟有国学大师陈寅恪这位挚友明白：“他是把人生的悲剧看的更深更广，那种决绝和无情恰是因为对人世太有情，通过别离俗世，引发了他对涉及到生命与时间、时间和空间、人与自然、人与人之间许多重大问题的思考，从李叔同到弘一法师，他彻底地完成了他人生的全部思考。”从这一点说，李叔同无疑是幸运的，人生得一知己足矣。
朋友是人生中的鼓励。1859年11月，达尔文经过20多年研究而写成的科学巨著《物种起源》终于面世，但由于他从根本上否定基督教义，不幸遭到教会打压。而此时，他的朋友赫胥黎挺身而出。为了捍卫达尔文的进化论，他于1860年在著名的牛津大辩论中有力驳斥了大主教对达尔文学说的诬蔑，他自豪地称自己是达尔文的“斗犬”，并改变了自己的研究方向。因为朋友，我们怀有希望，因为朋友，生活充满阳光！
月亮的光华倾泻，缕缕幽辉，是因为星星的陪伴；鲜花的光艳美丽，缠绵芬芳，是因为绿叶的衬托；人生长路，喜欢有朋友相伴。
4.朋友
滚滚红尘，芸芸众生，能在同一时空相遇，已是一份机缘，若能相知进而志趣相投，那便是朋友了。
人生不能无友。孔子说“无友不如己者”所以“有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎。”在生活旅程中，朋友就像生活的阳光照耀着我们，温暖着我们。当我们满怀疲惫时，朋友的关爱似柔情的月光，给了我们甜蜜的慰籍和生存的坚强；当我们面对失败时，朋友的鼓励，给了我们拼搏的信心和向上的力量；当我们欢呼成功时，朋友的祝福，给了我们真诚的喜悦和前进的动力。从古到今，传诵着多少朋友情谊的佳话：俞伯牙和钟子期，嵇康和阮籍，李白和杜甫，鲁迅和瞿秋白等等。尤为令人称道的是管鲍之交，几千年来，论知心之交，必曰：管、鲍。春秋时，齐国有两个人，一个叫管仲，字夷吾；一个叫鲍叔，字宣子。两人自幼时以贫贱结交。后来鲍叔先在齐桓公门下信用显达，就举荐管仲为相，位在己上。两人同心辅政，始终如一。管仲曾有几句言语道：“吾尝三战三北，鲍叔不以我为怯，知我有老母也；吾尝三仕三见逐，鲍叔不以我为不肖；知我不遇时也；吾尝与鲍叔为贾，分利多，鲍叔不以我为贪，知我贫也。生我者父母，知我者鲍叔也！”我每背诵此段话，都不由心生感慨，既感慨于他们那份难得的相知相与的友谊，也感慨于管仲对这份情谊的珍惜，更感慨于当今交友之道的世风日下。
古人结交惟结心，今人结交惟结面。明人陈继儒在《小窗幽记》里谈到交友之道时说“先
淡后浓，先疏后亲，先达后近，交友道也。”而在当今，或素未平生，交谈不过顷刻，完全不知底里，便视为“知心朋友”；或歌肆酒廊生意场相识，点点头递支烟酒杯一碰，醉意朦胧之中，便为“莫逆之交”；或旅途聚首，乍感气味相投，凭一时高兴，便当作“割头不换”的生死朋友。这样的朋友正如古人所言“世人片言合，杯酒结新欢，生死轻相许，酒寒盟亦寒”用我们现在的话说是酒肉朋友是经不起时间的蒸发更经不起时间的蒸馏，是绝难长久的。
有位哲人说：“好朋友是山，一派尊严；好朋友是水，一脉智慧；好朋友是泥土，厚爱绵绵。”是呵，当我们寻找尊严、智慧和爱的时候，一定会遇到可以靠背、可以并肩、可以共荣辱同患难的好朋友。
5、朋友
我有个亲密的朋友，就是那先进的电脑。它可真是个良师益友啊！
外婆日复一日地做着成堆的家务，长期呆在家里，因此对天气预报比较“热衷”，我们就用电脑在网上看。妈妈也比较“贴近生活”地让我去找一些关于饮食购物等多种多样、五花八门的生活“小百科”，虽然她不能完全记住。老爸呢，更是愿意走在前锋，总是在空闲之余听听流行音乐，看看新闻。而我呢，则是一个超大号的网虫了，用电脑查资料，不亦乐乎！方便快捷之优恐怕再无能及。
今天我就有一个重要任务了――找有关“诗圣”的资料。这个“烫手的大山芋”，只能暂时送给电脑了。开机，联网，上线，我已是第n次“光荣上岗”了。动作之娴熟麻利连我自己都要惊讶。“嗒嗒嗒嗒„„”我的手指在键盘上跳跃，在鼠标上敲击，在我看来，这种颇有节奏感的声音已揉合成了一种美妙的乐曲。大概也只有我这种“E网情深”的人才能有如此感受吧，真是独树一帜啊！
当然，我可不是被那些网上垃圾所引诱的。 现在我的眼明手快已练到了炉火纯青的地步，很多问题皆能“大事化小，小事化了”了。做语文综合练习等实践题时，也就是我的功夫派上用场的时候了。瞧，整个搜索引擎中相关网站数不胜数，稍往下拉，整片的版面令人眼花缭乱。丰功伟绩！好，下面是第二关，粗挑，找找有没有不搭边际的内容，然后把它们通通丢开不管。最后，就是精选。拮取其中精华，达成目的。这样就完成了，很简单吧，但很麻烦。这就是练眼力啊！
有人说：“万物皆有两面。电脑当中有许许多多上乘之作，但低劣之物也是不计其数。游戏有益身心，沉迷影响生活。电脑给了我们一个在虚拟中演绎梦想历程的殿堂，但同时，它毒害了我们的心灵，攀升与堕落仅隔一步之遥！”但我要说：“不以一眚掩大德！”让电脑成为所有人的朋友，而不是敌人吧！
现在有了电脑，书本是我们的老师，而电脑才是我们真正的朋友。
6、朋友
有人说：“书是人类进步的阶梯”“书是人类的良师益友”。我要说：“书是我的朋友，我前进的航标。”也许，没有你，我的生活将是平淡无齐，是你使我的生活变得这样丰富多彩。
书，是我生活中最好朋友，每天陪伴在我的身边，帮助我学习知识。
我上小学一二年级时，每天就喜欢玩，不喜欢看书，妈妈在书房看书时，总想让我进去看书，让我能爱上书。可是我总是不听妈妈的话，还跑出去找小伙伴玩。就这样到了三年级，开始写作文了，第一次写作文时，我写的全是流水杖，每一次，我写的作文都在全班到数，因此老师和妈妈都伤透了脑筋„„
在一个星期天里，妈妈把我关在书房里，而且只留下了一本《三国演义》和一本《格林童话》，我坐在椅子上，随手拿起一本《格林童话》，翻了一下，突然，我看见书里面有一个
名叫灰姑娘的故事，一下子，我被这个故事吸引了，我一遍一遍地读这故事，我翻到下一个故事看得津津有味，我如醉如痴，忘了时间，到了吃晚饭的时间，妈妈打开门叫我吃饭了，我这才反应过来。在饭桌上，我对妈妈说，“没有想到书这么好看，我以后可要多读书”。妈妈笑着对我说：“只有多读书，你的作文才能写好。”从此我便爱上了读书，每天下午，写完作业，我就会看一个多小时的课外书，还会把书中的好词好句勾出来，并把它背下来，现在我的作文大大的提高了不少，这一次，我的作文在全班第三名了。妈妈见我的这作文水平提高了许多还表扬了我。
读书是一件有趣的事，还可以帮助我们学习知识，让我们在快乐中学习，不爱读书的朋友们行动去来吧！读书很有趣。
生活中若没有朋友，就像生活中没有了阳光一样。书，你是我的阳光，你是我的终身伴友。在失败中，又你的鼓励；在成功时，有你的提醒；在无聊中，有你的陪伴；在忙碌时，有你的等待„„让我的生活充满阳光。 书--我的朋友！

体验挫折
在我们必经的人生道路上，不时穿插崇山峻岭般的起起伏伏，时而风吹雨打、困顿难行;时而雨过天晴、鸟语花香。不可能一路平坦，一帆风顺，这样的人生枯燥乏味、寂寞无趣。有了这些困难和挫折的伴行，又将是另一番充满刺激、五味俱全的景色了。
面对困难与挫折，许多人选择逃避，没有挑战它们的勇气，而是低下头做一名地道的懦夫，甚至把自己逼进死胡同。其实困难只不过是带刺的玫瑰，只是貌似尖锐的荆棘花，与之接触，难免会被锋利的针刺狠扎几回。但这并不妨碍我们采花的热情和勇气，因为被针刺扎着的教训本身就是一笔宝贵的财富，它将为我们积累必不可少的阅历和经验。我曾阅读过一本杂志里的一个故事，故事说的是一家有名的公司将招聘优秀的人才，在众多应聘的人当中，有一位非常优秀的青年，表现得很出众，众人都向他投来称赞的眼光。在他非常自信地认为自己能成为这家公司的一名职员时，他被告知被淘汰了，这无疑是一个沉重的打击。然而半个月过去了，这家公司的负责人说:“由于面试那天的电脑软件出了点问题，那位优秀的青年的资料弄错了，造成他被淘汰的后果，他们对此感到很抱歉，希望重新招聘这位优秀的青年到他们公司担任职员。”可是他们寄出去的通知书被退了回来，并被告知在半个月前，那位被淘汰的青年由于经受不住那沉重的打击跳水身亡了。公司的负责人惋惜地说:“人生在世，不能因一时的挫折退出战场，如果半途而废，将会懊悔一生！虽然那位青年很优秀，但他是那么的不堪一击，受到一点点挫折就站不起来了，我们公司也不愿招收这样的职员。”
面对挫折，有的人以它为友，勇敢地接受它的挑战，体验它的魅力;而有的人却以它为敌，面对强大的敌人，他们放下自己的武器，向敌人投降。人生就像走路，抬头是阳光，低头是阴影，不必在意一些个人得失、过错或失败，它们只是人生成长路上的一段插曲。失败不是大的悲剧，失败了不再与命运进行下一个回合的较量，那才是大悲剧。与挫折不期而遇，应当面带微笑地与它们打招呼，接受它们的挑战，体验那段回味无穷的插曲，你会感受到它们的无穷魅力！
谈谈教师的终身学习
我们究竟需要什么样的教师？这个问题太大了，不是三言两语就能说清楚的，但我想，有一点是很重要的，教师应当是终身学习的楷模。
谈到这一点，先说说“耳闻”和“目睹”的两件事吧！
耳闻：南京师大附中江宁分校，向全国公开招聘教师，应聘者纷至沓来，其中有各省市的24名特级教师。但是竞争的结果，特级教师们全都落马，一些应届大学生反倒竞聘成功。此事看似蹊跷，但招聘方的解释开诚布公：那些特级教师的教学观念相对落后，课堂教学表现不尽如人意，因此不能唯名是举，而要唯才是选、唯实为用、唯适为可。
目睹：前几年我应出版社之约编写一本面向中学生的历史文化通俗读本，邀请了几位工作在教学第一线的青年骨干历史教师参加编写，他们态度积极，对编写工作充满热情和勤奋，但是我在审阅稿件中，却发现他们存在着共同的问题：历史学科的基础不够厚实，对史料的运用缺乏严谨性，尚不熟悉学术写作的基本科学方法。于是，我与他们见面畅谈，发现他们竟无一人通读过《史记》原文，更不要说《汉书》、《后汉书》、《三国志》了。一个历史老师如果不读“前四史”，一个语文老师如果不读中国古典四大名著，教点浅显的文史常识或许并无大碍，甚至可以胜任课堂教学，但恐怕永远不会成为游刃有余的学者型老师。
耳闻目睹的这两件事，对我的刺激很大。促使我思考包括我在内的教师队伍的现状，思考教师在终身学习的过程中“学会学习”的问题，思考中学教师的科研素质要求。
学会学习，是对学生的要求，更是对教师的要求。教师在每个年龄段会又不同的特点，一般情况下，中青年教师易于接受新思想、新观念，可塑性强，但学科知识积累尚不够深厚，这一时期要特别注重知识储备，夯实学科素质，提高专业水准，力争当一名学者化的教师；“功成名就”的老年教师，教学经验丰富，但可能教学观念滞后，与学生的亲和力减弱，因此要注意学习教育教学理论，解放思想，更新观念，加强与学生的情感交流，师生实现共识共享、教学相长。总之，应该找准薄弱环节，“及时充电”，提高自身修养，确保教学的可持续性的“均衡发展”。
时下中学盛行搞教科研，但科研究竟是什么，一定要有准确的认识。科研不是某一种具体的教学方法，更不是为评职称而紧急撰写论文，科研是对学科素质的综合要求，是衡量教师学者化的重要标准。教师拥有了这种科研意识和科研能力，才能给学生以精神和空间，培养学生的人文精神和科学精神。
终身学习不是一件容易做到的事，除了个人的自觉主动外，还需要环境和机制的辅助、推动（甚至需要“强迫”）。例如，现在许多地方开始实行的职称聘任升降制、特级教师的考核淘汰制等等，这些看似“残酷无情”的举措，其实是有益于教师终身学习的“催化剂”。
孔子有句名言：“唯上智与下愚不移。”世上的人，世上的教师，上智不多，下愚很少，绝大多数都是“中人”，他们若能坚持终身学习，刻苦努力，就有可能跃升为上智，否则就有危险沦落为下愚。
道理摆得明明白白：除了学习之外，任何名誉、头衔、职位都不是终身制。

朋友
印家小学四年级二班岳儒光
我有三个要好的朋友，他们是爱逞能的岳家星、爱钓鱼的岳继斌和喜欢打架的李林昌，寒假里我们经常一起玩。
又一次，我们又聚到了一起。我向三个小伙伴提议：“我们来跑步比赛吧！’’他们三个举起六只手赞成。哈哈，高票通过。
于是，我们一起来到公路上。我选定目标：从北边跑到南边，我们三个开始起跑了，要想一口气憋住跑到南边，是相当大的困难。
我第一个跑上前去，眼看要跑到终点了，我已经累坏了，在往前跑实在没有力气了。可是后面的小伙伴们目不转睛的盯着我呢，跑到一半就下去他们肯定会笑话我。为了不丢丑，我只好紧咬关牙，加把劲继续往前跑。忽然下一滑，不好，我吓的腿直打抖。但为了不让他们耻笑，我又鼓起勇气，尽力往前跑。费了九牛二虎之力，终于跑到了终点。大家一起为我鼓掌叫好。
其他小伙伴就不行了，岳继斌跑到中间就没力气了，李林昌跑着跑着绊到了，只好两人认输下来。
最惨的要属是最喜欢逞能的岳家星了，开始他跑得很快，也很顺利。可是跑到中间路上时，问题来了：他只顾跑步了，没有之一裤子掉了下来。
当跑到终点处他才看见了自己的裤子掉了下来，他大声喊道：“不好，我的裤子掉下来了！”他这一喊，更引起大家的注意，看到他的裤子掉了下来，露出肉来了，我们忍不住哈哈大笑起来。
看到大家都在笑，他脸羞得通红，灰溜溜的从跑道上溜下来，一个人生气地走了。事后，我想想：今天玩得本来不错，但是岳家星裤子掉了，我们不应该嘲笑他。毕竟我们是要好的朋友呀，遇到了问题，大家没有帮他，反而嘲笑他，他多没面子啊。
