一个寒假转眼间就过去了, 新的学期又将开始, 为了更好地搞好七年级英 语教学工作,特做以下教学计划:

(一)指导思想:依据学生上学期掌握知识情况和学生的生理和心理以及发展需求,本学期我们英语课程的教学目的是如何培养学生的口语表达能力、听力水平和语言表达能力。教师要激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极态度,使他们建立学习英语的自信心;培养学生的语感和良好的语音、语调基础,使他们形成初步运用英语进行日常交流的能力,为进一步学习打下基础。

(二)基本情况:经过一学期的学习体会,我所教的这个班,大部分学生学习目的明确,学习态度端正,掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法,能够积极主动认真地学习,学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的,缺少学习的热情和主动性,自觉性和自控力都较差,相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣,学生觉得英语学习是一种负担,而不是一种乐趣。学生的听力也还有待提高,在这方面失分也较多。主要是听的时间太少,接触英语的时间不多。针对种种问题,在本学期的英语教学中,教师一方面应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练,让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能,为进一步学习英语打下坚实的基础。

(三)采取的措施:

1.培养学习兴趣,引导学生掌握正确的学习方法和策略,提高学习效率;采用课前2 分钟语言展示,值日生报告、讲故事等方法培养学生学习英语的积极性;

2 .发挥学生主体和教师主导作用,课上采取生生互动、师生互动的教学策略进行教学,培养学生的独立自主学习能力和创新能力以及逻辑思维能力;

7.有条不紊地对学生进行单元检测,对优秀和进步学生仍然进行奖励评价。

(四)教学内容和教学要求:初一下册共有12个单元。全书采取任务型语言教学模式,融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构,形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目与语法结构,需要学生掌握的基本词汇,并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有self check部分,供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识之用。通过确定language Goal,采用听、说、读、写,自我检测等手段,有效提高学习效率,体现了以学生为主体的思想。

自6月4日开始复习,7月9日考试,中间共有五周的时间,针对七年级学生英语学习特点和目前的学习状况,我们准备分为三轮复习。

第一轮:基础分类专项复习,把好单词、短语背诵关(两周)

1、每天早晨利用早自习15分钟的时间,检测四课单词背诵,同时布置检测短语背诵,每周小老师活动进行二次检测。

2、课上以单元为单位搞专项复习,分为词汇、单选、连词成句复习课;完型、阅读、任务型阅读复习课;听力、话题、写作复习课。以单元知识点为基础,以考试各种题型为对象,提高学生综合运用知识的能力。需要教师做好知识点的总结和各种题型的选择。

新目标英语七年级下册,英语教学内容共有12个单元,教学内容涉及面广,词汇量大,学生学习自觉性差,所以教学进度较慢,以至于今天(XX-6-17)才我勉强结束新课。期末素质检测已定在6月底二天,也就是说我只有10天复习整理时间,共18节课。

我准备用4节课对后半部分(Units7-12)的内容进行整理。梳理各个单元语言点;用7节课来讲评单元试题题;用4节课来评讲本书前半部分(Units1-6);对他们的错处进行认真评讲,最后注意进行考试技巧的指导,然后进行一次模拟测试,让学生熟悉考试题型。

具体措施:

1、利用早自习时间将所复习的单元过一遍。

2、快速提炼本书的语法内容和重难点。

3、狠抓学生们的语法结构,单词的记忆,每天不定时抽查。只有这样,学生的单词关才能把握。会说不会写的弊病才可以得到解决。背诵部分所学过课文的对话和短文,对语法点与知识点巩固和落实。提炼知识点突出重点与难点,一抓住主干,就重点强化。

4、同时,把作业本,所做单元试卷让学生再次去复习,鼓励学生,积极发问不懂的知识和要点,一点点地把所要求掌握的内容消化。优秀的提高层次,基础薄弱的把主要的首先掌握。学生的层次要求不同,但目的明确,每个学生有所进步。针对个别偷懒的学生加强监督。

5、对所讲的内容,要求学生做好笔记,必要时对要点进行抽查。

一、学生情况分析:

初一的学生经过一个学年的锻炼,已经具备了一定的分析问题和解决问题的能力,但是在学习和复习方面还没有形成自己的方法,效率较低,那么在复习阶段主要的精力除了放在基础知识的记忆上,还要着重知识应用方面的培养。同时仍然有部分学生不能够自己自觉的学习,特别是单词、句子的背诵等基础问题,所以在复习时还应该加大基础知识的检测。而针对有能力的同学,应该充分发挥他们的能动作用,对基础知识进行拓展练习。学生的另外一个特点就是记忆的快,但同时忘的也非常快,因此对基础知识的检测要反复进行,变换不同的方式检查。

二、教材内容分析:

初中英语第一册下册一共有10个单元,词汇量比上册书又扩大了许多,每个单元基本上都有30~~40个单词,而且增加了大量的短语,但主要的还是一些句型,特别是一些问句的问与答,有询问生日、活动的时间、地点等、人们喜爱的电影类型以及原因、某人能和不能做的事情、一天的活动时间、喜爱的科目以及原因、笔友的居住国家、城市以及所讲的语言、正在做的事情、建筑物的位置、喜爱的动物以及原因、如何订购食物、某人的职业、理想中的工作以及原因、喜爱的音乐种类以及原因等这些话题。句型上有一般疑问句、特殊疑问句、否定句;动词应用方面有be动词,助动词do, does的使用,是考查的重点。

三、采取的复习策略:

整册书的内容比较多,单词多、句型复杂,难度较大,但是前5个单元的内容在期中考试的时候已经系统的复习了一遍,所以这次复习我打算以Unit 6---Unit 10为主,在每节课都有基础知识测试和能力应用拓展两个大的方面组成。具体到每一节课中,我主要采取以下措施和步骤:

1、课前坚持口语训练,为听力打基础,做准备;

2、每节课都有一个环节叫做单元必背,包括重要的五个重要的单词或有词性、词形变化的单词,五个重要的词组,以及五组重要的句型,特别是围绕每个单元话题的一问一答的句子,让学生把基础知识掌握牢固;

3、利用课本前面的目录,把每个单元出现的重要语法项目、句型以及词汇再讲解一遍,让同学们做好记录,整理好笔记,为课后的进一步复习做好准备。课本前的目录设计的非常好,有本单元的基本话题,主要句型,主要单词,而且单词还根据情况进行了分类,还有拓展的内容,以及在这个单元中复习到的以前的知识、词汇等,因此一定要让学生好好的利用。

4、继续沿用上学期的一个有效方法,即每节课都针对本单元的重点和难点以及考点给学生一份学案,题目的容量要大,但是题量小,要求学生按照考试的要求,当堂完成,并且尽量当堂批阅,然后再根据学生的答题情况进行适当的讲解,及时发现问题,及时的处理。学生通过做题也发现自己知识上的不足之处,再进行必要的复习巩固。同时增加书面表达的训练,指导写作方法。

5、每节课都要留出3或5分钟让学生把自己不懂或不清楚的内容找出来,大家共同讨论解决。

6、在复习完每个单元的内容之后,开始综合复习,做与考试的题型和题量接近的套题,综合题目,培养学生的综合运用能力和思维迁移的能力,特别是阅读理解题目的完成。

按照这个复习计划,我认为学生能够扎实的掌握每个单元的基础知识,即单词,词组,和句子,能够正确应用语法,特别是动词的变化,如非谓语动词的应用:to do, doing的正确形式,能够灵活的运用日常交际用语,能够提高综合理解、阅读能力。

一、学生情况分析

本学期继续担任43.46两个班的英语教学工作,43班39人,46班41人,上学期英语考试成绩不甚理想,其主要原因是:对新教材还没有很好的适应,学生们没有培养好英语的学习兴趣。

二、教材分析

这套教材采用任务型语言教学模式,融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构,形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。与原教材相比还增加了文化背景和学习策略等部分,并增加了任务型学习成份和语篇的输入。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的,对于我们农村学生来说,由于小学基础不好,到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力,光是一千多个单词就吓退了不少学生学习英语的兴趣。但我们还必须知难而上,为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。

1、加强词汇教学。包括单词拼写,词义记忆,语用功能的训练,在平常的教学中一定要常抓不懈。词汇是文章、句子的基本单位,词汇量的大小,将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期期末考试所反映的问题看,在今后的教学中,在加强拼读与拼写的同时,应帮助学生进行有意识记,应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解,要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力,逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句,这样,学生在学会了单词的同时,也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。进行语法操练时,要坚持

“四位一体”,即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题,联系语境,确定语法结构,明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用,又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

3、加强交际用语教学。用英语进行交际是英语教学的根本目标。在教学语言功能项目时,要尽量避免格式化,不能限制学生的思维能力,要培养学生灵活运用语言的应变能力。

4、进一步培养阅读能力。阅读能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时,应着力帮助学生分析语言材料,而不是核对答案。

当然这只是计划,每天的教学还要根据实际情况灵活掌握,只有付出了,才会有回报,才会取得班集体各方面的长足发展。

一.本学期的指导思想:

二.教材分析:

《新目标英语》各单元话题灵活有趣,贴近学生生活实际。本册书将学习的一些语法知识点。同时每个单元都增加了文化背景知识和学习策略,并增加了任务型学习成分与语篇输入,提供了一篇具有跨文化内容的阅读文章及相关的练习,用以训练学生的阅读能力,扩大学生的阅读量。

三.学生情况分析:

我班共有36人,学生英语基础参差不齐。班级中上学生约三分之一,差生总有六七人不及格!确立抓两头促中间,提高培优辅的力度是应对的首选方法。

四.教学达成目标:

教师职业决定了自己的乐趣和追求是荣誉而不是金钱!工作虽轻却感觉责任重大。为了孩子们的前程也为了学校的重托,力争优质圆满完成教务处制订的各项教学达成目标!以最饱满的竞技状态引领学生考出优分,创佳绩,差生不拖后腿!

五.教学策略及措施

1.教学应面向全体学生,注重对学生进行运用英语能力的培养,力争人人都有进步;

2.对学生因材实教,尊重学生个体差异,力争让不同学生全面发展;

3.采用“任务型”活动教学,鼓励学生参与体验与交流,力争让学生增强对英语的学习兴趣;

采取的措施:

1.认真钻研教材和课标,利用备课组的集体智慧精心备课,明确每堂课的基础内容和拓展内容,满足不同层次学生的不同需求,做到上好每一堂课。正确对待文章中的生词和难句,要学会根据上下文判断其意。对于文章中一些较复杂的长句,只要抓住重点和关键,问题就明朗了。

2.做完题后,要重新检查一遍试题,对文中关键词语及重要语句一定要细读、读透。有时题目难度大,仅从字面理解还不够,要跟根据上下文和中心思想进行归纳和推断。

3.做听力测试时要注意以下几点:1。拿到试卷后要快速浏览选项,确定听音重点并进行猜测,带着问题和线索听录音能准确快速地理解内容。2。不管是对话还是短文,要将注意力集中在对整体内容的理解上,无须强迫自己听清每个单词,应把重点放在关键词或与问题有关的答案上。

4.利用多媒体教学设备,加强直观教学,提高课堂教学效率。

5.多与学生沟通,了解学生学情,及时得到反馈信息,以利于改进教学中存在的问题和不足。

期末试卷质量分析

一、总体情况

本次我乡七年级共有369名学生参加考考试,从考试成绩看,平均分数为32 分,最高分 96 分,最低分 0 分,优秀率为 4,及格率 8 %,成绩两极分化严重。中下等成绩居多,使得整体分数不够理想。

二、试卷分析

本次试卷总分120分,考试时间为120分钟,分为听力和笔试两大部分,试题面向全体学生,试题难度稍适中,试卷考查较全面,按大纲要求,围绕新课标,紧扣教材,对学生的听、说、读、写进行检测,题型注重培养学生的语言运用能力和综合技能。所有考试的知识点来源于教材但不拘泥于教材,立足基础,注重运用、强调语言的交际性和实用功能。

试卷在考查英语语法和固定搭配时,将创设情景和语境考查结合起来,主要体现在听力和单项填空中,对学生语法、词汇知识的落实融入到完成句子和补全对话,从而避免了单纯考查对语法知识的机械记忆。书面表达是英语试卷的一个灵活发挥题,可以测试学生平时语言基础和对书本知识,课堂知识掌握的程度,是一个综合能力的全面考查题,本次书面表达是要求学生能用一般过去时态来描述周末所做的事情,从而提高学生的知识运用能力。

三、学生答题情况

1、听力部分分为四部分,Ⅰ出现了关键词“transportation””和“had better” ,对于农村学生来说属生词,学生几乎丢分。II出现了“howoffice”,学生回答几乎错误,III、IV听对话、短文选择最佳答案,失分较多,由于平时训练不到位,学生综合能力差,不能听懂对话、短文大意,选择答案是五花八门、乱选,因此在平时教学中应加强听力训练,培养答题策略。

2、单项选择共15道题,学生得分率为50%,问题多出于第26题。

3、完形填空也是本次失分较多的一题,由于学生读不懂短文,不能完全根据前后内容的衔接去整体把握本短文的时态和语法,大部分学生在没有完全把握短文所表达意图,就盲目凭感去选择,所以失分较多缺乏英语综合运用能力。

4、本次阅读理解内容新颖,难度适中,学生的得分率为50%以上。

5、词汇题是农村学生最怕的一题,学生读不懂句意,完全不会写,还有部分同学对话意思懂,但不会写单词,完成句子时,知道用哪个单词,但不能选用正确的形式,如时态,单复数动名词等,所以应加强基础知识,改变一知半解的情况。

6、书面表达从试卷上看给出知识点很多,学生有一部分存在照搬照抄,甚至连开头、结尾、连接词都没有,而且书写混乱,无主句,汉语式英语的现象普遍存在。

四、阅卷情况

全体教师在阅卷时,知识点把握很严格,依据中考得分标准来评判试卷详细、工整。没有一处原则性错误,阅卷总

体情况公平、公正。

五、存在问题

1、农村中学相对城市学生来说,起点低,基础还是比较薄弱(七年级相当于一年级),总体上大多数学生不能灵活、恰当掌握单词的用法,个别学生更不会用。英语语言运用能力,任务型阅读都不乐观。

2、分数差距大,两极分化明显。

3、书写急需加强,字母不规范,导致单词,卷面书写乱而无序。

4、学生们没有养成良好的学习英语习惯,没有平时读、写,就不可能在考卷上发挥的游刃有余,没有营造良好的英语语言学习氛围,就不能在短期内提高学生的综合能力,所以应在学习习惯和学习语言氛围上动脑子,想办法来提升质量。

六、改进措施

1、继续学习和领悟新课程标准的精神,重视和加强词汇,基本语法的教学,通过“听、读、说、写”坚持每节课的单词、句子循环使用,增强单词识记的效果也为语法教学提供便利。重视和培养相关语言材料学习,设计相关练习,为学生提供有观、有序的比较事物、帮助学生综合技能和辨别能力的提高。

2、书面表达是英语综合能力的一种体现,在试卷中占分比例相当大,这部分应从平常做起,让学生能将课文中短文转化角色变成易于理解的,容易掌握的内容来识记,在写每一篇书面表达时,审清文体,选准人称,用好时态,突出

要点,避免使用“Chinese English”,平常多读、多背、多积累英语语言素材,形成英语语感乃至英语思维写作时就会自觉避免使用不地道的英语了。

3、创造语境尤为重要,各位教师应鼓励学生大胆说、主动说、培养学生听取和读取信息的能力,在教学中采取“以背助写”、“以说促写”、“以读导写”的方法,让学生由基础知识的运用达到综合技能的提高。

七、目标

英语教育是一项长久之计,需要全体教师能把这门语言作为一种交际、交流工具,广泛推广使用,全面提高我县英语教学的质量。使我们的七年级英语教学做到四个有利于:

1、平时英语教学要求做到有利于全面贯彻国家教育方针,面向全体学生,缩小两极分化的差距,体现七年级英语教学的性质,培养全体学生的学习兴趣,养成良好的学习习惯,真实全面地做到七年级学生在学完本阶段英语课程后要求达到的水平和目标。
