一辩辩言:

谢谢主席,各位评委,嘉宾,同学,大家晚上好。 我方的观点是宽松式管理对大学生利大于弊。

首先我们从宽松式管理的定义来讲

宽松式管理是一种管理者对于被管理者少加控制, 多给予自由的管理方式.主要依靠被管理者自我约束实现管理目的。

宽松式教育的优势则在于从根本上扭转了过去教育的思想。在哲学上,正如中国古代伟大的思想家老子提出的“无为”思想。老子说的“无为”,并不是说教育者什么都不做,一切都任其发展,而是一种适度教育的思想。这种教育理念是说,能不干涉尽量不干涉,当为则为,不当为则不为。在我们国家国有企业改革中,就有一个“有所为有所不为”的教育理念。抓住要害部门,只要不出大错不出问题,没有原则性的错误,那就让被教育者自由发展。从而达到“无为而无不为也!”的境界。

心理学中也有:“最高最好的东西不是根据意识的规定制作的,而是一种自发的或无意识的成长的结果。”

关于宽松式管理的利大于弊我方理由如下:

1.能够使被管理者获得多方面有潜力的思想,是组织创新、适应新的环境的重要方法

2.宽松式让管理的人和被管理的人都能够按自己当前的实际情况和个人意愿来行事,但行事的目标和效果不变。

3.宽松式管理比较强调发挥人的主观能动性.尽可能的发挥管理职能.被管理者也受到尊重.

4宽松式管理的最大特点在于在进行管理的每个步骤中,不一定要制定非常详细的要求,管理的计划只有一个大的框架,在执行管理时也有比较大的宽松度和自由度,宽松式管理不是依靠管理者对被管理者进行强力地控制,而是要靠被管者的自觉性来实现.此外宽松式管理是当今非常有利于构建和谐社会的一种管理模式.在经济企业管理中得到很好效果,在人文类学科,社会学学科中同样适用,所以对于大学生来说,利大于弊

第二点,对方辩友沉浸在大学生逃课与沉迷网络的数据中不能自拔,坚信许多大学生都不具备良好的自我约束和控制能力,却没有意识到,正是由于他们不具备这样的能力,所以,作为学生进入社会的过渡期的大学才需要用宽松式管理来引导他们获得这种能力。而进行引导的有效手段,就是一套完善的考试体制。我们痛心有多少大学生迷恋网络,但我们更应该庆幸,又有多少大学生迷途知返呢!

第三点,对方辩友还说,宽松式管理容易让同学在学习上产生懒惰和不严谨的情绪,那些大红灯笼高高挂,让学生无助,老师无语,家长无奈!不过,对方辩友可曾认识到,退学、挂科这些现象的根源是在于这些大学生自身还不能很好地进行自我组织与规划。而且,又有谁愿意不断挂科、屡次退学呢?

其实,宽松式管理通过时间的自主安排来培养大学生的自我规划能力,相比之下,即便非宽松式管理让我们的课业成绩有了些许提高,但能力上的不足却极大地阻碍了大学生综合素质的发展。事实上,当我们走上工作岗位,没有人给我们安排每天的工作,老板只会要求在规定时间内交出成绩。由此可见,让宽松式管理给我们一个良好的组织规划能力,我们才能更好地工作、更好地在社会中立足!

1.绝大部分大学生已成为法定成年人,他们的思想已接近成熟,拥有一定的自控能力,但是自控能力不足,所以才要通过宽松式管理来培养、锻炼他们的自控能力。至于宽松到什么程度我们会先给予学生们一个大的框架,让管理的人和被管理的人都能够按自己当前的实际情况和个人意愿来行事,在执行管理时也有比较大的宽松度和自由度多给予大学生们自由,但行事的目标和效果不变。

2.我认为我们经过了9年的义务教育已经具备了自控能力,如果对方辩友认为自己还没有自控能力的话那么就只好请对方辩友回到小学继续重修了

2.The time that each team takes should be calculated the total time.When one team end the speaking, we begin to record the time of the other team.

3.In the total time.It doesn\'t matter that how long and how many times a debater speak.

4.If one of the teams uses out the time, the other team can give up speaking or keep on taking turns until the time is up.Giving up speaking cannot influence the score.

Time has fleeted without trace; when reflecting on my high school experience, the memory of the unforgettable extracurricular activities flashes into my mind, among which the most glittering diamond was my miraculous journey to Shanghai High School English Debating Competition last summer.Never had it occurred to me, nor to our whole team, that we would end up with runner-up, given that we encountered so many tough and skilled opponents.

To begin with, the amazing result was undoubtedly the best reward.Dreed up in suits and ties, on the platform we stood, enjoying the standing ovation; we were immersed in a great sense of achievement and fulfillment.

In addition, despite our different grades, diverse opinions and various approach to problem solving, every team member managed to ward off our disparity, being tolerate of oppositions, agile to take action and easy to get along with.United as one, we were able to accomplish what none of us was capable of as individuals.

Furthermore, the leons we drew from the competition cultivate our willpower and compel us to explore and exploit our own potential.The ability to tackle a complicated topic, the strategies against a seeming unbeatable opponent and the poised and calm attitude towards a hard nut to crack all help us to become colorful pillars of tomorrow rather than just black and white.

To sum it up, it was a tournament about mental struggle, joint effort and skying our own limits, which dawns upon us that in the middle of every challenge likes opportunity, and the uphill battle can be won through perseverance, collaboration and optimism.

代沟是一堵高墙,将父母与子女的心无情的阻断,让原本和睦的家庭变得鸡犬不宁。然而,谁应该对此负责?有人会说一个巴掌拍不响,双方都有责任。对此,我方并不否认。但其主要责任在与谁呢?我方认为:代沟的主要责任在于父母。

首先,让我们来明确几个概念:“代沟”,既父母与孩子在年龄、经识经验、认识水平等方面差异的一种表现。“责任”在词典中有两种解释:一是分内应做的事,二是没有做好分内应做的事,而应当承担的过失;主要,既最主要的,最基本的;明确上述定义后,我方将从以下几个方面阐述我方观点:第一,父母是爱我们的。“爱之切,望之深”,可这种爱却让我们觉得沉重,他们将“学而优则仕”,自己未圆的梦想,给了我们。却忽略了我们是有思想的。我们希望去搏击风浪,父母给了我们帆船,我们希望去闯开自己的蓝天,父母给了我们摇篮。这种种的种种使我们不得不承认父母是那代沟的制造者,让这世界最伟大的爱在代沟中扭曲,让世界上最无私的爱在代沟中徘徊。第二,当今社会讲求的是“以人为本”啊!追究代沟的产生缘由,正是由于不平等、不理解和不尊重造成的。平时父母和孩子谈话,教导孩子的时候,那种绝对的领导,绝对的统治的态度尽显无疑。长此以往,必导致代沟的产生。我想请问今天在座的同学。哪个不想与父母平等对话,哪个不想得到父母的尊重与理解?

第三,时代塑造着人生,环境造就着理想。不同的环境造就不同的人,不同的境遇造就不同的思想。父母与我们处于不同的时代,有着不同的思想。过去的经历让他们尝到了生活的艰辛,他们不想让子女重蹈覆辙,所以以他们所谓的“丰富经验”来引导我们,使我们少走歪路。可往往适得其反,孰不知,每一条走过来的路都有不得不这样跋涉的理由,每一条要走下去的路都有不得不这样选择的方向。而且马克思也教导我们要用发展的眼光看问题,随着时代的发展,社会的进步。21世纪的我们已经形成了与父母不同的思维方式和处事原则,那就不可避免地会使父母与子女之间产生“代沟”。还请我们的父母要紧随时代的步伐,与时俱进啊!

我们不妨静下来思考一下,用心来感受,用生命去领悟。那么,我们便不难发现:代沟的主要在于父母。

我方认为,代沟产生的原因可以归纳为以下三层次。

第一,长辈于晚辈之间的理解与沟通不够。我方认为在此一层面上,长辈于晚辈均有责任,但长辈的责任显然更大。回忆我们的童年,每个人最初受了委屈,遇到问题的时候,第一时间想到的必然是自己的父母,但是伴随着我们长大,最初的这种信任却因为代沟的产生而遭遇了严重的危机。我们知道,任何事物的变化都是有原因的,而晚辈对长辈的心态从最初的信任发展为最后的不信任,促成这种变化的根源显然来自长辈。当我们最初美好单纯的想法遭到父母的否决与嘲笑,当我们感受着父母因忙碌的工作与社会活动而对我们的冷落,当我们发现想和父母平等沟通的愿望是那样的奢侈,又有谁能说在于长辈关系上居于弱势的我们应该承担起更多的对于代沟的责任呢?说到这里,也许我们的长辈会觉得很委屈,觉得我们不理解他们的辛劳和对我们的爱,那么,让我们进入下一个层次的论述。

第二,亲情与爱的表达方式的错位。我们知道,代沟往往存在于家庭成员之间,联系家庭成员最基本的纽带是亲情与爱,而我们也从不否认父母对于我们付出的关心与爱,但是,当这种关心与爱以不恰当的表达方式出现的时候,问题自然也会随之产生。首先,很多父母认为照顾好孩子的生活,让其衣食无忧就是对子女爱的表现,但是请不要忘记,物质上的关爱永远也无法替代精神上的沟通与交流。其次,我们承认很多父母并没有放弃与子女精神上的沟通和教育,但受到君君臣臣,父父子子的传统文化的影响,很多的家长在沟通之中不自觉地扮演起了一个高高在上的教育者的形象,而原本应该是双方面的沟通变成了单方面的灌输,而当子女自然而然地表现出了对这种沟通方式的抵触之时,大多数的父母选择了火上浇油的方式来解决,于是偷看子女日记者有之,偷听子女电话者有之,让原本已经产生的关于代沟的矛盾更加尖锐化。那么,又是什么造成了这种表达方式的错位呢?让我们进入第三个层次的论述。

第三,新旧文化背景于思维方式之间的碰撞。我们的社会每时每刻都在前进,每时每刻都有新的事物产生,新旧思想之间的碰撞,不仅形成了狭义上家庭中的代沟,更形成了广义上社会中的代沟。所以我们看到了新兴实用主义科学的先驱布鲁诺被烧死在鲜花广场,我们看到了欧洲封建势力对新兴的资产阶级代表人物拿破仑的无情打击,同样,我们也看到了新旧思维方式的交锋在家庭关系中形成的亲情与爱的表达方式的错位。而对于新旧理念的交锋,更多的是旧事物对新事物的攻击,比如我们常见上一辈的人指责周杰伦,而鲜见新一辈的人批判邓丽君。因此,在这一层次上,显然老一辈对年轻一代的生活与思维方式缺乏必要的了解和包容,所以造成的代沟的产生。

经过了以上三个层次的分析,我们有理由相信,代沟的主要责任在长辈!

正方一辩:我方的观点是父母与子女之间的代沟问题责任在父母一方。有十多年生活经历的父母都很成熟,知道的东西很多。有句俗话说父母吃的盐比我们吃的米都多。显而易见,父母比我们对这个世界要了解的多的多。但是,时代是不断向前发展的,他们所积累的生活经验在如今这个快速发展的社会里是不适用的。而我们是新时代的青年,我们在随着时代不断进步,父母的步伐跟不上前进中的我们,我们不可能停下前进的步伐来等父母跟上我们。父母不但不理解我们,有时还用他们陈旧的观点来抵制我们发展,;两代之间的代沟也就这样产生了。因此,我方认为父母与子女之间之所以存在代沟责任在父母。

中国早有句古语,“子不教,父之过”。如果说代沟的主要责任在子女,子女没有“站在别人的立场考虑问题”,那是不是说明父母的教育是失败的呢?那代沟的主要责任还是子女吗?早在几千年前的孔子就告诉我们“子以四教:文、行、忠、信”,如果一个子女没有正当的言行举止、没有知人辨事正确的判断力,那怎么能说父母是好父母呢?

好的,再让我们来看看“理”。父母是子女的长辈、监护人。但父母更是人,一个实实在在的人,父母也有面子,有心思。当子女和父母发生冲突时(不管是精神还是身体),子女难免会说出一两句气话。而父母却因为一两句气话而大打出手,造成代沟的加深。可父母没有想到,当他们生气时说出的气话,却远远比子女说出的气话还要多,还要严重。于是,在父母的“优势”下,子女不得不将自己的意见憋在心里,再从每小事上发泄出来,这就是“代沟”的体现。父母是人,子女也是人,子女做出的种种不符父母心意的事,难道能说是子女的错吗?真正的根源在子女身上吗?

所以,我方认为,代沟的主

代沟是不同的两代人,对同一事物有不同的看法有不同的理想.不同的环境造就不同的人,不同的境遇造就不同的思想.正是有了这些不同才形成了我们今天的话题.我方认为代沟问题固然父母和子女两方均有责任,但主要责任在父母.

就代沟的产生而言,本身就是由于不平等、不理解和不尊重,尽管君为臣纲、父为子纲的旧观念早被人否定,但它在那些为人父母的心中仍然根深蒂固.平时父母和孩子谈话教导孩子的时候,那那种绝对的领导绝对的统治的态度尽显无疑.这使父母孩子之间的关系之间形成一种主从关系.这种主从关系的发展,必导致代沟的产生. 我想请问今天在座的一位同学,哪个不想与父母平等对话,那个不想得到父母的尊重与理解?那么,对方辩友为什么还要以主观逻辑上的无端揣测来无理碰撞我方的观点呢?

张爱玲说过这么一句话:“小孩子不像大人这么糊涂,父母大都不懂子女和青年的特点,时健忘,才使我们流过了儿童时代,便把儿童时代的心理忘得干干净净.”张爱玲的话说明了父母对子女心理的不理解.父母是那代沟的制造者,让这世界最伟大的爱在代沟中扭曲,是父母让世界上最无私的爱在代沟中徘徊.

我们的父母一代出生在五

十、六十年代,成长在七

十、八十年代,他们世界形成的时代是和我们完全不同是时代.马克思主义教导我们看问题要用发展的眼光,那么,我们怎能用昨天的眼光来看待今天的问题呢?

由于中华民族的传统观念,由于人性的弱点,前人和今人,没有能留下可以充足说明我方观点的书面材料,可事实完全胜于雄辩,多少活生生的事例已无情地驳斥了对方辩友,可对方辩友一定要以一些少数道德上有缺陷行迹恶劣的青少年为证来否定我方的观点,使对方辩友的辩词进入了一个以局部否定整体,以片面否定全面的诡辩境地. 在世俗与前卫的摩擦中产生电火花那是必然的,难道我们能说前卫的思想错了吗?真理只会越辩越明,华丽的语言也掩盖不了对方辩词的荒谬性.

父母们不分青红皂白的训斥,不重实质的教导,才使两代人的心灵逐渐有了距离,爱逐渐有了距离.这就是代沟.我们不妨静下心来思考一下,用心来感受,用生命去感悟.那我们便不难发现两代人之间的代沟的主要责任在父母.

一、从生理上讲:父母比我们年龄大,所以无论是生理上还是心理上,都要比我们成熟。父母的经历和经验也比我们丰富,做事也比我们谨慎、周密。所以他们有能力采取适当的措施同子女进行沟通。如果父母 没有做到这些而使自己与子女之间产生“代沟”,那么主要的责任在于父母。

二、从思想上讲:父母不理解子女,不知道子女想什么、要什么?父母只是以自己特有的家长地位,强制性的要求子女做他们不愿意做的事,从而压制了子女心中的各种想法。认为自己说的话或是做的事都是合乎常理的,都是对的,这就会使父母与子女产生“代沟”。

三、从家庭地位上讲:父母是一家之主,他们掌握着经济大权。作为子女学习的榜样,而他们又始终放不下自己的架子和面子,从而不能同子女平等地交流。为了维护父母的威信和尊严,他们不愿意接受子女的各种建议,总是喜欢子女唯命是从。父母的这种“至高无上”的地位,就会使父母与子女之间产生“代沟”。

四、从现代教育上讲:子女所要接受的教育很多,而家庭教育则是子女接受教育中最为重要的教育内容之一。在谈及家庭教育必然要谈到父母与子女的关系问题。我们知道,一个良好的家庭环境必然会形成一个和睦而又温暖的家庭。如果家庭中各成员之间产生隔阂,必然会

对子女的成长造成一定的影响。父母的各种言行和品德对子女都会有耳濡目染的作用。从子女一出生,父母就成了子女的启蒙老师,从此他们就担负着培养和教育子女的责任和义务,同时也是他们承担的社会责任。而父母的失职就可能给家庭蒙上一层阴影,造成家庭冷漠不和,以及子女的悲观、消极思想。

五、从时代发展上讲:父母的生活经历大多是上个世纪八十年代的经历。过去的经历让他们尝到了生活的艰辛,他们不想让子女重蹈覆辙,所以一再要求子女接受他们的思想观念。而随着时代的发展,社会的进步,新世纪的子女已经形成了与父母不同的思维方式和处事原则,那就不可避免地会使父母与子女之间产生“代沟”,而父母又不积极主动与子女进行沟通。***同志曾说过:我们的思想要与时俱进。而他们恰恰又没有做到这一点.
