童年的记忆

难忘的旅行

1、72米的个头，方形脸，高鼻梁，两笔浓黑的大眉毛，再配上他常穿的黑色的大西装，看起来挺威武神气的，人们都叫他“酷哥”。我和他是在一次偶然的机会中认识的，我们都在同一所学校读书，当时他读高中，我读初中，有一次在饭堂打饭的时候，由于人多，并且拥挤，“国哥”一不小心碰掉我刚打出来的饭菜，他便立即蹲下来拾起碗筷，连说了好几声对不起，并且执意帮我重新买了一份饭，然后我们便在一起吃饭，边吃边聊，当时我就觉得他挺和善的，说起话来也很风趣幽默，后来，我们就渐渐成了好朋友。我初中毕业后，考上了南宁的一所中等技术学校，令我高兴的是他也在南宁读大学。在那里，他就像大哥一样给我无微不至的帮助和关怀，每逢周末，他经常过来跟我聊天，教我学习，有时还给我讲人生道理，偶尔，他还给我买上几本好书。在那段时间里，我是过得非常开心。现在我们都各奔东西了，有空的时候，大家总忘不了给对方打个电话，相互问一声祝福，但这已足矣。我想，能交上这么一个知心朋友，真是终生难忘。

我喜爱的文学/其他艺术形

我喜爱的文学艺术形式是小说。小说有趣、好看、吸引人，许多人都很爱看，我也很爱看，因为它能以细致而鲜明的人物、完整而多变的情节、细腻而丰富的感情，完整地向人们展示一个既来源于生活而又高于生活的复杂世界。首先说细致而鲜明的人物描写吧。小说中的人物不仅有神态、语言和行为的外在表现，而且有思维、意识和心理的内在活动。小说的特点之一就是作者能对各种各样的人物作细致而鲜明的描写。就拿曹雪芹写的《红楼梦》来说吧，书中描写的人物，个个性格各异，细腻鲜明，像柔情似水的贾宝玉、多愁善感的林黛玉、聪明泼辣的王熙凤等等。第二就是小说中情节的描写是完整而多变的。小说的情节一般按照开端、发展、高潮和结局这四大步骤来编写的，是一个完整的整体；小说的情节又是多变的，它可以不受时间和空间的限制，偶尔半路杀出个程咬金，出乎意料，扣人心弦，总想方设法吸引住你，让你爱不释手地把小说从头看到尾。第三就是小说中感情的描写丰富而细腻。小说中对感情的诉说有时细腻得让你感同身受，如同亲临其境一般；其主人公的遭遇有悲有喜，有时会让你哭得死去活来，有时会让你笑得肚子直发痛，有时还会让你哭笑不得，心里憋着直难受，真可谓感情丰富也。世界生活是丰富多彩的，现实的人是多种多样的，我可以通过小说去了解丰富多彩的世界生活，可以透过小说去洞悉现实中各种各样的人，这就是我爱看小说的最好理由吧。

谈谈卫生与健康

要说卫生吧，其包括许多方面的内容，如环境卫生、饮食卫生、运动卫生、心理卫生等等，一个人要想拥有健康的身体，就必须注意各个方面的卫生。首先说环境卫生吧。个人的健康状况与我们所赖以生存的环境是息息相关的，一般来说，环境污染严重的地方，人们的患病率都是比较高的。环境卫生又分为公共环境卫生和个人环境卫生，有些人非常注意个人环境卫生，然而却忽视了公共环境卫生。为了唤醒民众的公共卫生意识，中央电视台现在就常播放着这样的一则公益广告：在一辆公共汽车上，有一位男乘客漫不经心地将刚喝完的饮料瓶，乱扔在车厢里，车上的一个乘务员看见了，就赶忙走上前去，拿起饮料瓶对着男乘客，怒气冲冲地说“这是公共场所，你怎么乱扔东西呀？”然后便不假思索地把饮料瓶往车窗外一扔。每次看到这则滑稽的广告，我就忍不住要笑起来，难道车外的公路就不是公共场所吗？可见，还有许多人的环境意识是极其狭隘的。再说饮食卫生吧，要保持健康的身体，还须合理膳食，营养搭配平衡，有许多人为了减肥，拼命吃什么减肥药、减肥茶呀等等，不但减肥不成功，还摧残自己的身体，这又何苦呢？只要改变不合理的饮食习惯，长期注意节制高蛋白和高脂肪的食品，平时多吃蔬菜和水果，这样人就会变得既苗条又健康。要保持良好的身体状况，还要坚持每天适量的运动，长期保持一个积极良好的心态等等，以上这些就是我对卫生与健康的一些个人认识。

我的业余生活

我是一名小学教师，在做好本职工作的同时，还喜爱参加丰富多彩的业余生活。我喜欢读书阅报与。它成了我业余生活的主要内容。“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉”。这虽然折射出明显的阶级铬印，但也明示着书籍对于我们人类的巨大作用。我爱鲁迅的“横眉冷对千夫指，俯首甘为孺子牛”，我爱朱自清的情感和理性，我爱徐志摩的“轻轻的来，轻轻的走”，我爱李逵的双斧，我爱血战长板坡的赵子龙，我爱孔孟之道，我爱沙士比亚，我爱古今中外一切知识营养。我爱书，正是因为它早已成为我的知已。我还喜欢种花。家里种活的几盆花功劳全归于我。别人说一朵美丽的花，要凭精心浇灌而得，我认为这句话并不全对，因为我最喜欢的太阳花就不必精心浇灌，却照样能开出美丽的花来。我衷爱于网络文明。近来，网络几乎成了我生活的伴侣。大千世界，无奇不有。网络世界，更是超越你的想象，使你折服。信息、网络是21世纪的代名词。网络已占去了我三分之一的时间，我与它结下了不解之缘，可以毫不夸张的说，电脑网络是我的至爱。以上这些，就是我的兴趣爱好，它包容了我的生活，充实了我的时间。

我喜欢的季节/天气

人们常说“春天孕育希望，夏天燃烧热情，秋天收获成熟，冬天蕴含无情。”我不喜欢春天的温柔，不追求夏天的炽热，不向往冬天的寒冷，只在乎秋天的成熟。秋天是收获的季节，是蕴藏着金黄色的梦。在我们的城市里，夏天显得是那么的漫长，天气酷热难熬，蚊子到处叮咛，人们总盼望着秋天的快点儿来临，为了让那凉爽的秋风早点吹走夏日的烦闷，从而尽早品味到那秋雨的甘甜。两年前的一个秋天，也就是我毕业后在家闲置着的那年的一个秋天，我从城市来到山村的田间小路上，看到田野里金灿灿的稻谷在随风摇曳着，似乎在向人们点头致意，等待着人们来把它收割，远处传来了轰隆隆的收割机声，袒露着肩膀的人们，正弯着腰在收获他们的劳动成果，山坡上的菊花开得异常殷盛美丽，一阵秋风吹过，散发着阵阵扑鼻的清香，好一幅美丽的收获图啊。我穿过田间的小路，走到了一条通往乡村的小山路上，一片片树叶簌簌地往下飘落，偶尔有几片枯叶从我肩膀上滑下来，如同一股忧郁的伤感飘落到我的心田，我不禁慨叹又是一个秋天了，我还在寻找着我的梦，我一边走一边思索着，迎面来一个村民，我指着那棵快要落光了叶子的树木，问他说：“这树叶落光了，明年什么时候再长出来呢？”那个村民笑着说：“大概是明年春天的三月吧，到了秋天它还会结果呢！”我忽有所悟地点点头。是的，秋天，有着春天的孕育，有着夏天的成长，收获是迟早的事儿了。我感谢秋天，它让我懂得了如何使自己成熟起来。

学习普通话的体会

普通话是我国的通用语言,是我们日常交流沟通的工具。我认为学好普通话很重要,尤其是在我们教师的行业中则更重要。那么什么是普通话呢？普通话就是以北京语音为标准音，以北方话为基础方言，以典型的现代白话文著作为语法规范的现代汉民族共同语。要学好普通话，我觉得有这么几条要领：第一，就是学好拼音字母，掌握发音部位，对于局部个别的方音要反复练习直至完全到位为止。第二，多读些拼音报上的文章等，锻炼说普通话的感觉，或者看到一个字后，就是暗暗地朗诵其标准音，并注意与方言音的对应关系，争取举一反三，触类旁通。第三，不懂就查。字典是我们很好的老师，若有不懂，要虚心请教，直至完全正确为止。尤其要注意一些字的多音与多义等。第四，读辞典，翻开现代汉语辞典，一字一字、一词一词、一句一句、一页一页地朗读，极为有效。另外，坚持用普通话进行日常会话。有人说：语言取决于环境。在一个大家都说普通话的环境中，耳濡目染，近朱必赤。即使你方音浓重，逐渐逐渐你也会受感染的。总之,只要努力，就一定能把普通话说好。

通过普通话的学习,使我受益非浅。上课用普通话，课下与学生交流也尽量使用普通话，自我感觉，我的普通话水平在不断提高。

谈谈服饰

人们常说，“人靠衣装”“三分长相，七分打扮”。由此可见，懂得穿着打扮自己是很重要的。懂得穿着打扮的人总是能给人以美的享受。否则，就可能惹来别人的取笑。那么，我们应该如何选择合适的服饰打扮自己呢？这是一个值得我们考虑的问题。下面，我就谈一谈我的一些想法：首先，我们得先了解一下自己的体型、肤色以及性格等因素，然后选择适合自己的服装样式、颜色以及风格。其次，服饰要大方得体。我们应该根据自己的年龄、身份来选择服饰。如果一个年轻人穿着一件老年人的衣服，不仅会显得很老气，还容易给人一种丧失了年轻人的蓬勃朝气的感觉。如果一位老年人穿着一件年轻人的衣服，可能有人就会说，“人都已经这么老了，还来扮嫩呢！”。再次，我们当然要知道在什么样的场合穿什么样的衣服。适当的服饰不但能让别人看着赏心悦目，而且也能让自己身心愉悦。当你在家里，穿着舒服的家居服时，你就会觉得很放松；当你穿着合身的套装出现在工作场合时，你就能为成功做很好的铺垫；当你穿着清爽的运动服出现在运动场上时，你就能成为运动场上一道亮丽的风景线。最后，穿着打扮要展示个性。如果穿的衣服太过于花俏，那么反而会让人觉得太俗气。在选择服饰时，我们应该充分展现自己特有的风格。这就是个性美。爱美之心，人皆有之。选择适当的服饰，能给人带来好心情。成功的着装要和穿衣人的风度气质搭配和谐。一款漂亮的时装可以让你神采奕奕，气度非凡。同样，优雅的风度、高贵的气质也可以赋予一款普通的衣服以特别的魅力。因此，除了选择合适的服饰之外，我们更应该培养自己的气质。当然，也别忘了人本身的自然美和内在美。我相信选择适当的服饰永远都会是爱美的人们心中孜孜不倦的追求。

我的假日生活

我的假日生活虽然不是很丰富多彩，但也过得挺充实的，非常有意义。我的假日时间主要分为家务、学习和游玩这三个部分。平时有空的时候，我总会走进厨房，炒上两个好菜，或者做一些自己力所能及的家务活儿，这样既可以帮助家人，又能使自己舒展筋骨，真是一举两得。另外，学习又是我假日生活中的一项不可缺少的内容，因为人只有在不断的学习中，才会不断地提高，看看书、练练字、或者上网等等，这些都是我在假日时间里学习的方式，我看的书多为讲述人生道理、处理人际关系、卫生保健等方面的书籍，另外，人们常说字如其人，为了练一手好字，有空的时候，我还会写写字；或者通过上网来看新闻，多了解社会最新发生的事情，这也是丰富自我阅历的好办法。学习之余，我还安排了游玩的时间，比如看电视、逛街、打球、探访朋友等，如果假期较长的话，我还会偶尔做一次短途旅行，看看别的地方的美丽风景和风土人情。总之，家务、学习、游玩将永远是我的假日生活的三部曲，我的人生也正是因为有了这三部曲子才会变得如此充实而美丽。

我的成长之路

在我的印象里，我的成长是在读书中渡过的，至于我上学以前的事儿，我都不记得了，只记得一直伴随着我成长的，是一路漫长的求学之路。我六岁开始读学前班，读了一年，便上了小学。读小学的时候，我非常贪玩，学习很不勤奋，只是凭着半点小聪明，总是能拿到好成绩。从一年级到四年级期间，我都是在村办小学读书，五年级时，我被学校选送去镇上小学读重点班，当时全校每个年级只选送两名学生，我却是其中之一，我高兴极了，因为我想，镇上肯定有更多好玩的新鲜东西。就这样，我在镇上小学混了两年后，我便上了初中，由于面临着中考的沉重压力，整个学校的学习气氛很浓厚，我也变得不那么贪玩了，毫不自觉地投入学习的热潮中去。初中毕业后，我的父母因考虑到家庭经济问题而不同意我读高中，我只好把读高中上大学的梦想悻悻不舍地收藏起来，上了一所中等技术学校，读了一个我根本不感兴趣的专业，好不易熬过了四年的中专生活，真是度日如年呀。毕业时，由于社会毕业分配体制的改革，不包分配了，只好自谋职业，可是找来寻去，最终无法找到一份合适的工作。后来，我不得不重新调整人生的方向盘，思索自己未来的人生之路，决定继续接受教育，读了英语专科，然后又自考了英语本科。在我中专毕业后的这段学习时间里，我学习的积极性一下子由被动性上升到了主动性，由原来的贪玩变成了现在的爱学习，这也可算是一种学习热情的升华吧。我相信我的这种学习热情一定会持续不断地保留下去，我会让学习永远一起伴随着我的成长，因为人只有在不断的学习中，才会不断地进步。

谈谈科技发展与社会生活

不管人们有没有意识到，科学技术已经深深的影响着我们的日常生活，在经济社会发展扮演着不可或缺的角色。21世纪以来，科学技术，尤其是计算机网络技术、电子信息技术的飞速发展，使得手机、电脑那些昂贵的奢侈品步入寻常百姓家，成为我们生活的必需品。想象一下，如果没有手机，我们如何随心所欲地与亲人保持联系呢；如果没有网络，我们又如何与远在异国他乡的朋友谈天论地；如果没有高清晰的电视技术，我们又如何享受华丽的好莱坞电影？当然，我们也必须承认，科学技术在一定程度上也改变着我们的生活方式，改变着我们的文化。正是因为科学技术具有如此的重要性，我们的国家领导人也在多种场合提出大力发展科学技术。我国在改革开放以后取得了很大地进步，步入了科技强国之林。但是，我们还应该认识到，我国很多技术都受限于发达国家。所以，我们应该奋起直追，迎头赶上。作为当前社会的一员，我们不仅应该认识到科技的重要性，还应该努力学习科学技术，用科学技术来武装我们的头脑，具有献身科学的勇气和决心，具有用科学技术来发展全人类的博大胸怀。更重要地是，我们还应当教育我们的后代，要热爱科学，尊重科学！

我知道的风俗

说到风俗，中国最有特色的应该就是春节了。对古时候的农民来说正是农闲的时期，而且广大农民正可以庆贺一下三百六十多天的收成，歇一下这许多日日夜夜的辛苦，亲友们相互走动一下，老人们看着儿孙们的成长，孩子们向老人们尽一些孝敬的心意，邻里们其乐融融地聚一聚，确实是一个大好的时机。“年”在古时候传说是一种凶猛的野兽，所以除夕夜有放鞭炮的习惯，目的就是赶走年。“拜年”是个大礼，小孩子拜年还不白拜，大人总要给一点“压岁钱”的，或多或少，总得有这点意思。这也算是个民俗传统。剪窗花、贴福字门神也都是民俗习惯。关于两个门神还有一个典故呢，据说是唐朝的开国皇帝李世民老是梦见鬼魅呼叫作祟，日夜惊恐。于是元帅秦琼与大将军尉迟恭二人每夜披甲持械守卫门于宫门两旁，果然无事。然久而久之，太宗怕秦琼，尉迟恭二将日夜辛劳，便让宫中画匠绘制二将身穿铠甲的画像，挂在宫门两旁。这个故事流传很广，影响最大，至今长盛不衰。这样的民间广泛流传故事其实很多有教育意义，像岳飞、戚继光等民族英雄的故事。最后我想说现在很多民风习俗艺术都在消失，我们应该珍惜和抢救这些民族性的东西。世界经济越来越走向了一体化，但风俗文化应该是多元的，各民族应该有自己的特色。保护它们不只是为了记录一种文化形态，一种充满情感的美，更是为了见证与记载祖先赋予我们的民族精神。

我和体育

我和体育有着不解之缘，我很喜欢体育运动，如乒乓球、羽毛球、跳远、跳高、跑步等名种各样的体育活动我都喜欢，其中跑步是我最喜欢而且最擅长的一项体育活动了。记得，在读初中的时候，每天早上，全校学生都要按班级进行集体晨跑，每次晨跑的时候，我和班上另外一名体育较好的同学跑步的速度很快，总要冲到班级的最前面去，有时还超越好几个班级，总之回到操场的时候，自己班的队伍还不知道在哪里呢？体育老师看见我擅长跑步，有一次，就让我参加了市中学生体育比赛中的女子3000米跑，出乎我意料，居然还拿了个第二名，这就是我在体育比赛中拿的第一个奖，从那以后，我就常参加各种各样的跑步比赛，也拿了不少奖。别看这奖拿得容易，可是背后却流下了不少的汗水。我记得著名作家冰心曾说过这样的话：“成功的鲜花，人们只惊羡它现实的明艳，然而它当初的芽儿，却浸透了奋斗的泪泉，洒遍了牺牲的血雨。”通过参加各种各样的跑步比赛，我悟出了一个道理：任何事情的成功都是靠坚持不懈的努力换来的。我非常热爱跑步运动，因为它能锻炼我的毅力，让我在生活和工作中变得更坚强，更加懂得奋斗，我爱体育，我愿永远和体育交朋友。

我的家乡或熟悉的地方

我熟悉的地方是我的母校,我的母校也就是我现在工作的地方,运江中心校.记得那天,我的母亲告诉我,明天就是你上学的日子.怀着既激动又神秘的心情,我走进了我的母校,开始在知识的海洋里畅游.在这五年的时间里,我从一个不懂事的孩子,到能掌握许多文化的小学毕业生,我的老师们又费了多少心血在里面啊!人们都知道,小学是基础,不管将来要从事什么职业,一切基础都是小学打下的.当我逐渐走向社会的时候,我发现,母校给我的是如此之多,令我难以忘怀而将终身受用不尽!忘不了,操场上,同学围坐一处,一起玩游戏!忘不了,在课堂上,那一位位辛勤的教师;忘不了,同学们在看似漫无边际的你言我语中,撞击出了思想的火花,滋生出了兄弟姐妹般的情谊!虽然这么多年过去了,但母校的模样记忆犹新.小学所教过我的老师,我还能清楚地记得他们的名字.那几位老师,把全部的心血都投入到我们这些既可爱,又调皮;既聪明,又好学;既懂事,又惹祸;即可气,又好笑的孩子们身上.今天,我在自己的岗位上,取得的成绩,和他们当年的辛勤耕耘是分不开的.我要真诚地说一声:谢谢我的老师!谢谢我的母校!运江中心校是我熟悉的地方,也是我永远不能忘记的地方.

谈谈美食

常言道：民以食为天,兰缪内衣，对于美食我没特别的研究，只能是姑妄言之。现在的我估计厨师是当不成的，但做个美食家还是有些底气的。平常虽然吃的只是小菜几碟，但风味和惬意还是领略到了些。中国的小吃包罗万巷，仅就我所知道的几个就觉的不比麦当劳差。可能只是由于我们只把它们当作吃食而没有注意到当作文化来宣传，所以价格低廉很多。譬如中国人喜欢喝豆腐脑，豆腐脑配料简单，酥香可口，入口回味无穷，而价钱却极为公道。记得小时侯每天早上提前半小时去上学多半时候就是为了去城墙根下惬意的吃碗豆腐脑，当时的感觉就好象喝了珍珠翡翠白玉汤一般，觉得那真是世间少有的美食。直到现在吃中饭的时候竟会想起去吃豆腐脑。谈到中国的美食就不得不谈中国的菜品，我最喜欢吃的是小葱拌豆腐，您或许会笑，这种小菜还值一提，但我觉的越是小菜才越见风味，才越见惬意。这就如我们做人一样，越是一清二白才越发堂堂正正。我很不欣赏现在的所谓烹饪名师动辄用极昂贵的主料，做出极罕见的佳肴以为能事。我觉的平中见奇才能显出难能可贵，才能显出水平。说了这么多吧，其实我对美食可没有什么研究。至于美食的做法那就更不要来问我。总之，我觉得中国的美食博大精深，如果你想真实的体会，除了做一个美食家之外还应该做一个厨师。如果您觉得您还有心机，完全可以做足中国美食的宣传工作，让中国的美食也能象麦当劳一样发扬光大。

我喜欢的节日

中国的传统节日很多，春节、元宵节、中秋节、端午节、重阳节等等。我最喜欢的应当要数春节了。春节是中国最热闹的节日。到了这天，大家张灯结彩，互相祝福着来年的好运。我是个爱美的女孩，到了这天，我便可以穿上巴望了许久的漂亮衣服，然后和家人走访亲戚朋友。贴对联是每家都要做的事情，将大大的“福”字倒过来贴，就预示着福到了。到了晚上，到处一片炮烛声声，看着五彩缤纷的烟火和各种各样希奇古怪的花灯，心中也是一片灿烂。还有中央电视台大型春节联欢晚会，一家人围在电视机旁，嗑着瓜子，欣赏着精彩的节目，其乐融融。过春节也称过年，过了年便长大一岁了。新年新气象，大家都盼着来年有更好的兆头。另外，过年的时候还可以逛庙会。到了大年初一，就要很早起来冲茶换盏，做斋菜，拜天神，土神，然后一家人吃斋菜，吃过后，人们就从四面八方湖水般涌上街头，同时各大公园也举行各种庆祝活动，晚上还有半小时的烟花汇演。到了大年初二就开年，开年同样是像团年饭一样，要做很多菜，吃过开了年饭之后再去亲友处拜年。随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的家庭选择上酒楼或酒店吃团年饭和开年饭，免去自己动手做饭的麻烦。还有，我还喜欢过的是中秋节。我也是个谗嘴的丫头，各种馅做的月饼总是让我流口水，到了晚上，一轮又大又圆的皓月挂在空中，和家人坐在月下，品着月饼，谈论着总也说不腻的嫦娥奔月的故事，是一件多么幸福的事啊！有一年的中秋，吃着月饼看着月亮的时候，我突然想到了一个问题，人们常常在说月亮上有嫦娥和玉兔，看月亮时也可以看到月亮表面有一个兔子模样的影子，而且从传说中我们也知道了兔子在月亮上是做锄药的工作的。那么，兔子究竟捣的是什么药呢？后来，我查阅了许多书籍，终于在《台湾岁时记》这本书里，找到了答an，原来那只兔子是有名字的，叫做石臼，它捣的药，人吃了之后可以飞上天。瞧，这过节不仅可以使人心情舒畅，而且还可以增长知识呢。

我所在的集体/机关单位团体

我所在的班集体是一个充满活力、团结互助、温暖快乐的大家庭。我们班同学大多数来自农村，一样的装束，一样的朴素，一样的乡村风俗，使得我们在一起生活、学习相处得很融洽。没有高贵贫贱之分，有的只是平等，互助友爱。我们的班集体是团结的，学校每学期都分年级开展体育比赛活动。有蓝球赛，排球赛，足球赛，羽毛球赛等。无论是哪项比赛，只要有我们班参加的，都会看到我们班男女同学在赛场旁观看，做拉拉队，队员们出来休息马上会有同学递给一杯矿泉水。递上擦汗的毛巾。正因为场外同学的团结一致，鼓舞了赛场里的队员们，每次比赛，我们班的男女队总会获得奖状。男同学还多次得了蓝球赛的冠军。当然，取得比赛的胜利，很大程度上决定于队员们的球技，但如果不能团结一致，赛场内的队员们彼此矛盾，不互相配合，胜利的结果能得到吗？所以，班集团结的力量是巨大的，而我们班的团结友好是取得每次胜利的一个保障。团结、和谐、友爱的班集风气，还让每们同学的心里都感到踏实、温暖，哪位同学有自己不能解决的问题，他(她)首先想到的是班集体，找同学们帮助共同解决。哪位同学有了困难首先向他(她)伸出支持之手的是我们自己班的同学，哪位同学的成绩落后了，班里的同学就组织大家帮他(她)把学习赶上。总之，我们班是一个充满活力团结、互爱、互助、温暖快乐大家庭。

谈谈社会公德/职业道德

社会公德是人在社会生活中的行为准则，是维护社会生活正常进行的一种行为规范，表达了人们的共同愿望和要求，得到社会大众的认可，它要求社会全体成员都要遵守。社会公德的内容和要求一般都十分明确、具体、清楚，执行起来也不复杂。所有社会成员都可以很容易识别公共场合不随地吐痰、不吸烟等，这些行为规范都能够在社会生活中逐步转化为社会绝大多数成员的行为习惯，成为人们的自觉行为。社会公德的内容不是一成不变的，它也随着社会的发展而更新内容，创造新形式，在新时期的社会生活中起着举足轻重的作用：

说起喜欢的明星，好象很多，好象又没有，因为象我们这个年纪，说大不大，说小不小，因为工作忙，几乎没有追求明星的时间了，觉得还是老歌好听．周华健真的是一直不能忘记的，真的太喜欢他的歌了，他的声音让人陶醉。最喜欢的一首就是《朋友》，朋友一生一起走，那些日子不再有，一句话一辈子一生情一杯酒，歌词写的非常美，太温暖人心了，我喜欢。人的一生会有很多朋友，年少时的小伙伴、学生时代的同学、老师，工作中的同事等等，一提起朋友我就会想起周华健的这首歌，朋友，想起和朋友在一起的点点滴滴，想起大学时代和同学们在一起的时光，想起在寝室熄灯后，我们还一起听朋友的情景。还喜欢他的另外一首歌，歌曲的名字叫《亲亲的我的宝贝》，我的学生也会唱，这是周华健专门为他的孩子写的一首歌，亲亲的我的宝贝，我要越过高山，寻找那已失踪的太阳，寻找那已失踪的月亮；亲亲的我的宝贝，我要越过海洋，寻找那已失踪的彩虹，抓住瞬间失踪的流星，可见周华健对自己孩子的那份爱，真真切切，都融会在美妙的歌声中了。近几天都市快报一直在寻找周华健的歌迷，因为8月21日周华健将会来到杭州，来到杭州举行个人演唱会，这真是我梦寐以求的事情，但是我给自己定了一个目标，如果我通过浙江省普通话测试员的考试，如果我能通过普通话的等级考试，我就一定会去看演出。

我喜爱的书刊

谈谈对环境保护的认识

首先就是收拾卫生。听到此，您可能会哑然失笑，这算什么假日生活?如果连收拾卫生也算假日生活的话，那么岂不是天天都是假日了!不过，对于我们这些上班族来说，平日里没有时间清扫，只有在假日里才有充足的时间。所以这竟成为了假日生活的一个必要组成部分。也许有人会说，好容易休息休息，请钟点工吧。唉，尝试过了，一是钟点工的素质良莠不齐，另外一个是婆婆她老人家特别节省，被她知道了一定会唠叨一句的。我宁愿自己辛劳，也好少伤些脑筋!

当家里变得洁净后，就可以出去游玩了。一般都是全家进行短途的一天之内可以完成的旅游活动，活动内容随季节的不同而有所不同。春天万物复苏，到公园里走走是很惬意的事情。再暖和些时还可以到海边走走，当然海风吹起来还是挺凉的，所以外套是一定要带一件的。夏天到海边是经常上演的节目。带上帐篷及游泳装备，备些吃的喝的，时而海边戏水，时而帐篷里小憩，有时还会带上本书读一会儿，感觉好极了!秋天与春天的节目差不多，冬天大多为室内景点游玩。每次游玩过后都会感到运动过后的疲乏，不过，心情是永远都明朗的。

我最尊敬的人

从小到大，在我接触的人中，我最尊敬的人就是我的爸爸。 爸爸给我的整个感觉就是严肃、认真，不过他才不是那种老板着脸，别人不敢靠近的人，有时爸也爱笑，笑得比谁都开心，活像个小孩子，天真无邪。我尊敬爸爸，欣赏爸爸为人处事的那份执着，稳定，还有极负责任的态度。 爸爸是一乡之长，可算是个父母官。平时大事小事都得找他，如果是工作中的正事，爸爸肯定会卖力地完成，但如果是些私人的琐事，爸会坚决拒绝的。为什么这样说呢?下面请听我给你说两件事： 第一件事，记得是去年冬天的一个晚上，我和家里人准备了一桌丰盛的晚餐，正等爸爸回来，因为那天是爸爸的生日，一会儿，爸爸回来了，刚坐下来，突然又站了起来，他只说了一句话“你们先吃”，就出门了。后来才知道，原来那天在分发五保户救济品时，差了一份没发。爸爸突然想到，今晚天气会很冷，就连饭都没有吃就出去了。 还有一件事，我的姑丈因为赌博被派出所抓了，家里人让爸爸出面说情，爸爸听了，气极了，他说：“我这人最恨的就是赌博，既然是给派出所抓了，该怎么惩罚就怎么惩罚”，爸爸就是这样一个人，从不利用权力为家人办事。爸爸对我们姐妹要求很严格。我小时候就因为做错事而被爸爸狠狠的批评过。不过我还是很尊重他。

我的校园

步入校园，一阵幽香，一切都显得如此美好。我们于清朗的早晨诵读，在晨风中开始一天紧张的生活，这里记录着我们充满活力的岁月。它，便是校园故事。

初三的生活是紧张而充实的，所以就要“沉浸浓郁，含英咀华”。同学们常常围坐一团，攻克难关，当困心已久的难题被解开时，同学们都笑了，仿佛清风吹走乌云般的爽朗。有名同学填的《江城子》写得好：“少年自有少年狂，渺昆仑，笑吕梁，磨剑数年，今将试锋芒……”这样的豪情壮志，使我也心潮澎湃，信心倍增。“之乎者也”、“加减乘除”、“ABCD”、“力电光声”，一个个知识点仿佛也充满活力，微笑着向我们走来。

我爱做的一件事

我最爱做的事就是画画。每当我有空的时候，我就会去画画。因为我喜欢画画。

那一天，上美术课的时候，美术老师叫我们画画，想画什么，就画什么，我一听到画画就很高兴。

我想画一张家乡的新貌，我开始画了，先画上蓝蓝的天空，白白的云，再画上高高的楼房，楼房前是宽阔的马路，可是我忘了怎么画汽车，我想了想，还是想不出来，忽然看见了老师，就想去问老师怎么画汽车，我的胆子小不敢问老师，但我又想不出来办法来，没办法，只好壮起胆子去问

老师。老师来了，我就问老师汽车怎么画，老师告诉了我，我就会画了，再把风景画上去，又涂了漂亮的颜色，我把画交给了老老师，老师看了，笑着说：“你的家乡真漂亮，你画得很好。”

我心里想：“做任何事都不是那么简单，一定要用心去做才能把它做好。” 从那以后我尝到了成功的喜悦，我越来越喜欢画画了。

我喜欢的一门课

我最喜爱的是历史课。原因是它能够把我们中华民族的历史非常完整的叙述出来。而且在历史课上，我们班的历史老师总像给我们讲故事似的传授书上的内容。她让我们在历史课上既得到了休息又学到了知识。一堂历史课开始了，“同学们，上节课我们讲了曹操挟持了汉献帝，然后借天子的名义来号令天下，这叫做—”“挟天子以令诸侯！”同学们异口同声地回答。“这节课我们接着讲：官渡之战。”老师说着便在黑板上写下了题目。“话说曹操挟天子以令诸侯之后，势力逐渐强大起来……”只要你在我们的教室里，你就会不难发现，全班的同学都在聚精会神地听讲，没有一个同学走神，教室里除了老师讲课的声音以外，根本没有其它声音。

在遇到了重点的、需要我们记住的事件时，老师总是先叫我们把这个事件的关键字句先说出来，然后让我们根据关键字句来记住这个事件。

在课堂上，我和几个“历史迷”们总爱提出这样那样的问题。老师每次都能给我们一个满意的答复。

当一些重点年代和时间很难记住时，老师就编一些顺口溜来使我们记得更快更准。如：元谋北京蓝田人，三者皆属原始群。三顶洞人母系始，繁荣典型半坡村。大汶中晚贫富分，原始瓦解奴制临。

这就是历史课——我最喜爱的一门课。

我最爱看的体育项目

我爱读的一本书

说起自己最爱读的书，每个人肯定都有。我最爱读的一本书是中国古代的四大古典小说之一——《水浒传》。

《水浒传》的作者是明代的施耐庵，它讲述的是农民起义，官逼民反，逼上梁山的故事。梁山好汉有一百零八个人，人称“一百单八将”，这些梁山好汉个个都爱打抱不平。因此，当晁盖阵亡后，

宋江接替了晁盖的位置，坐上了第一把交椅，把梁山好汉的栖身之地“聚义厅”改名为“忠义厅”，还树上了“替天行道”的旗子。

在施耐庵笔下，那些几千年前的人物栩栩如生，活灵活现，特点鲜明，有足智多谋的吴用、文武双全的燕青; 还有一介莽夫李逵、身手灵巧的时迁；更有人尽皆知的浪里白条张顺、打虎英雄武松，侠肝义胆的林冲。有贪官，有好汉，两者产生了鲜明的对比，这正是水浒吸引人之处。总体来说，施耐庵塑造的形象每个有每个的特点，我最喜欢的就是这一点。下面，我就给大家讲几个我印象深刻的人物。

宋江，字公明，他原是朝廷的一个小吏，但在晁盖智取生辰纲时，他不顾一切，冒着生命危险通报了晁盖等人，让他们顺利出逃，没被朝廷抓住。因为宋江醉酒后在浔阳楼上题反诗，被打入死牢，后被梁山好汉们救出，所以才一起上了梁山，做了第二把交椅。但他上了梁山以后，心里还是想着朝廷，想着成家立业。所以等到凑齐一百零八位好汉后，无论好汉们怎样劝阻，但宋江还是回到朝廷，做了一位忠臣，却被毒酒赐死。正是因为宋江只把梁山当做一个临时的栖身之地，并没有彻彻底底的造反，所以才落了一个悲惨的下场。

吴用，字学究，他可以与诸葛亮相比，同样都是军师，同样都有两个共同的特点，一是忠贞，一是智慧。像在计赚卢俊义中，用他的计谋，把卢俊义“骗”上了山，而在智取生辰纲时，他说服了阮氏三雄，一块去帮助晁盖。这充分说明了他的智慧，他的忠贞。他是一位不可或缺的人物，正是他的智慧，让梁山好汉们在一次又一次的战争中，取得了胜利。

关胜，是关羽的子孙，他长得英俊潇洒，和关羽相貌相似，常用的兵器是关羽流传下来的青龙偃月刀。他有勇有谋，在一次战役中，他被俘到梁山，但被宋江亲手松绑，因敬佩宋江的仗义，从此归顺梁山，在以后的许多战役中立下了大功。

燕青，他吹、拉、弹、唱、舞、无所不能，骑马、射箭、棍棒、拳脚样样精通，所以多才多艺，机智勇敢的他常常能完成别人完成不了的任务。他忠诚于卢俊义，在卢俊义危难时，他常常挺身而出。

在《水浒传》中的人物，像智多星吴用，花和尚鲁智深，黑旋风李逵，大刀关胜的形象呼之欲出，家喻户晓。而倒拔垂杨柳，智取生辰纲，武松打虎，燕青打擂的故事更是妇孺皆知。所以说《水浒传》为人们诉讼了人间的正气，是一曲正义的颂歌！

我最喜欢的季节

一年有四个季节，因为有了季节的轮回，我们的生活才会变化。然而，我更相信，只有运动着的，有生命力的季节才是最让人喜欢的。春天，是个适合郊游的季节。在春暖花开的时候，和三三两两的好朋友，一起去踏青，放风筝。秋天，树木萧瑟，但我们却收获了一年的累累果实。有时我们会想起思念的人，然后很寂寞。冬天，很冷,我们什么地方也不想去,懒懒的跺在被卧里，直到太阳晒进了我们的房间。即使是这样，我最喜欢的季节还是夏天，因为这时我可以自由的参与体育运动。

在我业余的时间里，或者假日里，我喜欢到处去旅行。不论是小桥流水，还是花红柳绿都有一份简单的美丽。另一个景点就是厦门的鼓浪屿，它所具有的深厚的文化底蕴，和丰富的风土人情都深深的吸引着我。(然而我最难忘的一次旅行是)/(然而我最向往的地方是)——厦门的万石植物园。

万石山，是厦门市城区的一座风光秀美的山，在万石山中，有着著名的厦门万石植物园，始建于1960年。植物园的一个特点是：它40多年来有规模地引种非洲、美洲、澳洲和东南亚诸国的热带、亚热带植物5000多种，建成20多个专类园区，享有“植物王国”或“植物博物馆”的美誉。另一个特点是：植物园也是厦门城区的一片肺叶,不懈地改善城区的生态环境,为城市绿化服务。植物的观赏和实用价值深深的吸引着我。

我最喜欢的是植物园中的万石湖，围绕万石湖有松杉园、棕榈岛、百花厅、和南洋杉广场等众多游览点，汇聚着许多热带、亚热带的珍稀植物品种。诸如市树凤凰木、市花三角梅，唐僧西天取经路上曾喝过蕉叶水的旅人蕉。更有数不尽的竹子、苏铁和名称奇特的异国花木，把万石山装点得苍翠欲滴，满坡皆绿，潜行其间，宛如进入原始森林!这里尤为珍贵的是1984年邓小平同志视察厦门时亲手种下的千年香樟，现正郁盛繁茂，已长成参天大树了!

植物园中另一个引人注目的就是多肉植物园圃。它为巨型透明螺壳，有盆栽仙人掌、仙人柱、仙人球、仙人鞭等。其中仙人柱高达 3米，算是全国罕见的一种。据说，厦门仙人掌科植物有500多种，名列全国第一。

万石植物园是厦门旅游观光、认识热带和亚热带植物、最为集中的地方。(因此，这一次旅行使我受益匪浅，在感受大自然的美丽壮观的同时，也学习到了很多园林知识。)(这些都是我所了解到的万石植物园的情况，希望在将来我有机会踏上那块神奇的土地。)利用业余和假日的时间四处旅行是我执著的追求。

从小就有这个很理想的理想，即使在现在的的此时此刻，如果能给我一个机会，我还是愿意去做一个老师。
