一、总则：
1、坚持每一天，充分利用一切可以利用的时间学英语。没有持之以恒的学习和大量的时将做保障，一切都是空谈。
2、每天听写一篇文章，以此文章为中心，展开一天的学习。
3、听说读写译五项都要练，以听说为主。
4、求质不求量，把听写的文章彻底搞懂足矣，不要好大喜功，贪大贪快。扎扎实实，按部就班，是学好英语的必经之路。

6、听写是个学习英语的好方法，要继续加强。
7、早睡早起学英语。
8、抓住一套教材足矣，不要盲目的更换教材。

10、相信自己，一定能够学好英语。
二、分则：
（一）听力：

具体的时间同学们可以根据自己的学情再做调整。亲爱的同学们一定记住下面几点： 1.过好词汇关，你记住的单词、短语越多，你熟练掌握英语要走的路就越短。
《新课程标准》对高中英语词汇提出了较高要求。九级（高三学段）学会使用4500个左右的单词和一定数量的习惯用语是固定搭配。词汇量要求的提高有利于学生语言运用能力的提高。在学习过程中，你应该制定一个计划，一天记住几个单词，一天记住一两个句型。不要小看“持之以恒”的力量。要克服单词遗忘就要多读、多写、多复习回顾。
2.抓好语法关，扎实的语法会使你在学习英语中终生受益。语法是语言基本规律的提炼和总结。学习语法一定要建立在理解的基础上，理解语法形式的表意功能，避免单纯背语法。 3.狠抓阅读关，阅读能力是英语能力的重要体现，是高考成败的关键。
阅读能力的培养是高中英语教学能力的重点。《课程标准》要求高中生英语阅读量七级为23万词；在八级时应达到：“除教材外，课外阅读量应累计达到30万词以上。”方法：①从语篇角度出发，了解语篇体裁，分析语篇结构，从文章的关键词、句、段中把握语篇的内容、主旨，作者的观点、态度及意图等。订购课外阅读材料，如：英语报刊。②学会各种阅读技巧，如：预测、略读，导读，细读、猜测词义等。 4.重视写作，写作时高考拿到高分的关键。漂亮的字是关键中的关键。
中学生写英语，开始不要长篇大论，要从写简单句练起。先写一两句话，逐步发展到五句话、十句话。初学写作，主要使用小词、小句子，也就是常用词和简单句。待有一定水平了，也可以使用一些复杂结构，有一点需要提及的是不要生造中国式的英文。中国人写英语，应以模仿为主，用你听过看过的话来说，用你读过的句子来写。
5.背诵是英语学习的基本学习方法。背诵的好处很多，可以使我们熟悉英语的词汇和结构，增强语感。由于背下来的东西已在你头脑中深深扎根，这就为你在使用英语时模仿英美人达到句型打下基础。否则，如何说? 如何写呢？如果仅仅从语法规则来编造长句，那样的英语很可能不是地道的英语。背诵的另一个好处是为未来作积累。中学时期是一个人记忆力最好的时期，中学背会的东西常常能永生难忘。没有中学时期大大量背诵，将来在英语方面向更高层次发展就更困难了。
6.听力训练要持之以恒，听力分数是高考的基础分。起始阶段要格外重视语音语调，学习英语，应坚持听说领先的原则，尤其在起始阶段。在高考中各项得分率最高的要数听力了。
