视听说实训感想

这一周的视听说实训，。老师分别从 “视，听，说”三个方面进行训练，意图加深我们进行英语操作的实际感受。
实训的最初，老师给我们安排了这一周的实训内容。先开始是看一段英语短视频，来后通过小组合作来给视频配音，然后自己在英语趣配音上选择一个自己喜欢的视频进行配音。最后通过小组合作，表演一个英语话剧。期间，老师还让我们做很多有趣的小游戏，将几个单个的单词用英文编程一个故事，读一篇英语文章让自己的搭档听写，来后叙述处故事。都是比较有趣的游戏。
通过老师的游戏，配音和团队合作的话剧，充分的锻炼到了我的英语表达能力，也让我了解到，学英语还是要说，只有说出来，英语口语才会提高。老师的这些训练让我受益匪浅，感谢老师。

2008--2009学年第2学期，我承担了商务英语专业三个班的《英语听说技能实训》的教授任务,实训时间共4周,具体实训安排为:

本门课程为高等职业教育的一个有机组成部分，是高职高专学生的一门重要的专业技能实训课, 是以英语语言知识与应用技能、学习策略和跨文化交际为主要内容，以外语教学理论为指导并集多种教学模式和教学手段为一体的教学体系。
实训任务为结合真实、典型和实用的听力材料，对学生进行各种听力技能的系统训练，培养学生的快速反应、准确辨别、分析推理、归纳总结、信息处理及记录和记忆等听力理解能力，为培养学生全面的英语交际能力奠定良好的听力基础；结合听力教材内容，展开口语练习，逐步培养和提高学生用英语进行口头交际的能力，让学生了解英美等国家的文化背景和生活习俗。
具体实训内容包括英文对白训练, 英文短剧表演, 自编对话, 面试模拟,听力集训,影视赏析及观后感讨论等.这些活动不仅提高了学生说英语的兴趣,使课堂教学和学习不再枯燥.而且使学生能够将掌握的知识应用起来,给了他们一个模拟现实的环境.,提高了其用英语表达的积极性,也给了他们展示自己的舞台.
此外,在实训过程中,结合实训内容及专业特点,介绍了不同国家在外贸活动
中由于文化差异所表现出的特点,引导学生课下对相关现象进行调查,积累.这次实训教学使我积累了宝贵的经验，同时一些不足之处.
如有的学生对实训认识深度不够,重视程度不够;实训场地如果为具体需要用到实训内容的场所将更好;实训教师在接受实训任务前,应该接受实际的实训训练;实训内容应该有连续性,如可以借鉴前几届的实训经验,以便使本门实训课程更好地发挥作用.

本下学期，王老师依然带领我们进行了英语语音室视听说的实训。在这一学期的时间里，我对英语仍旧是感触颇深。
记得上半学期英语实训刚开始时，王老师首先给我们介绍了了本次实训的目的和内容，以及我们会从中学习到什么实用的知识，我们都怀着迫切的心情，跃跃欲试。从王老师的讲解中我们知道语音室实训是以学前英语为大的框架，围绕基础英语的“听，说，读，写，译”。实训分别从“视，听，说”三个方面进行训练，意图加深我们进行英语操作的实际感受，同时也为我们本下半学期将要进行的B级考试打下一定的基础。明确了实训的目的后，我们的心中都有了共同目标，每上课时，王老师都让我们做一些热身练习，包括词性变换题，语法题和介词填空的练习题，题型紧紧围绕B级考试的真题拟定，对我们的英语基础知识进行了一次复习和小测验。再下来就是阅读练习，和B级考试题型相同，既要求我们对文章所表达的内容进行高度的概括，还要理清下文之间的关系，更准确的从文章中找到有用的信息以完成后面的练习题。在做题前老师为我们补充了一些重要的英语词汇，如果能更好的掌握这些词汇，将对我们的英语考试会有巨大的帮助。在之后做阅读题的时候，我明显感觉到了我们对英语的词汇量的缺乏，积累的英语的词汇太少，做题阅读速度也大打折扣。改错题也是比较令我们苦恼的题型，这道题的正确率很难提高。但这种题型要考查的并不着重于英语语法，而是一些常用的口头交际中容易出现的错误和固定搭配的考察，看得出来这也是对我们阅读量的一种变相考核方式。所以实训的重中之重之一是听力的练习，与我们平时听的英语听力不同的是这是在日常工作环境中的英语听力，就像我前面说的那样，对英语的词汇以及熟悉程度要求较高，尤其是英式英语听起来有点别扭，但我们知道在B级考试中听力占了很大的比重，所以必须加强这方面的训练，最好的办法就是多听，多做真题。实训就是从每天的学习和感悟中结束的。
实训中，王老师每次都检查了前日发下来的模拟试题完成情况。由于语速较快，以及之前提到的英式英语的关系，我一次听下来并没有能够顺利完成课后的练习题，方法只有一个，那就是只有反反复复地听。总的看来，视频听力的难度并不是很大，关键是耳急手快，把听见的信息记录下来。例如听力填空这种题，可以把听到的信息点用关键词的形 式记录下来，或用几个字母把一两个关键词记录下来，只要自己能看懂就行，最后在把没完成的句子补充完整，没写完的词写完。听力的训练贵在坚持，不是一朝一夕就能提高的，关键在于坚持，看来这学期的B级考试，最重要的就是尽快提高我自己的听力能力。
语音室的实训也是很有意思的，王老师还经常给我们观赏一些精彩视频和欣赏一些好听的英语歌曲。每次我都带着好奇心，静静的观看一些视频，从视频中我们也学到了很多东西，团队协作能力，交流沟通能力，和领导能力等等，也从音乐的欣赏中，消除了每天学英语的烦躁感。口语表达也是实训的一个重要内容。口语表达，首先，要选好一个主题，选择好主题后，就开始根据自己所学的知识加上了一些自己的看法，写出一篇演讲稿。
在这一学期的英语视听说的实训中，自己学到了很多以前没有学习到的东西。虽然我相信我的英语水平不可能就这一学期时间就有了极大的提高，但我确实认识到了自身还存在的不足和缺点，也同样发现到了属于自己的闪光点，这都让我坚实了学习英语的信心，也使我有信心去迎接接下来的英语的B级考试。

Alfred Hitchcock
Alfred Hitchcock was a British director.His movies frequently show innocent people caught up in situations beyond their control or even understanding.
Hitchcock preferred the use of suspense in his movies.In surprise, the director provides the viewer with frightening things.In suspense, the director tells or shows things to the audience which the characters in the movie do not know, and then skillfully builds up tension around what will happen when the characters finally learn the truth.Hitchcock had a great sense of humor.Once at a French airport, a suspicious customs official looked at Hitchcock’s paport, which was marked simply PRODUCER.The curious official asked, “And what do you produce?” “Gooseflesh.” replied Hitchcock.
Alfred Hitchcock always managed to make a brief appearance in his movies: He was sometimes getting on a bus, or croing a street, pr walking in front of a store, or acro the courtyard in an apartment.However, for the movie Lifeboat in 1944, he was faced with a difficult problem.The entire movie was set in a lifeboat out at sea, and there were only a few characters in the boat.Originally, he wanted to float by as a dead body, but he was afraid he’d sink! His clever solution was to place a photograph of himself in a newspaper that one of the characters read during the course of the movie.

Before marriage, younger Americans date each other, that is, they often go out together.Casual dating usually begins in the early teens, and in the late teens a pattern of steady dating develops.There is a great poibility that one goes to a dance with one person, to a football game with another, and to a picnic with a third.Sometimes two couples go out together.This is known as “double dating.” Group dating is also popular among young people.Large groups of boys and girls may go around together.Young people may go out together for a long time, which is, in effect, a public statement of their intention to marry.Men and women go out together a great deal, especially those in cities.This is “adult dating.” They ski together, dine together, either at restaurants or in each other’s homes.The American dating system is a rather casual one.Often young Americans who hardly know each other go out on dates.It is also acceptable for them to arrange a “blind date”, that is, a date between two young people who have not met before.

AJob Ad for a Friendly Employee
A firm advertising for a “friendly” employee has been asked to change its wording because it discriminates against unfriendly people.Travelco, a travel agency, put in a request for a “Friendly employee” to provide food for its staff.But the Job Center in Bristol told managing director Harry Smith that he would have to remove the word “friendly” before the advertisement could be accepted.
Mr.Smith said he could not believe the decision and thought it was “ridiculous.” He said: “We were told we could not use that particular word because it was discriminatory against people who looked unfriendly.We thought it was ridiculous.It’s only too natural for us to specify what kind of people we want.” He added, “The people at the center have since said they thought they had been a little over the top.”
The center had made it a rule that certain words were nor allowed in ads and the words “motivated” and “enthusiastic” had been banned in the past.
An official of the center said: “We do have guidelines of not using personality characteristics in advertisements to ensure that there is no discrimination in the proce.”
She added: “We should leave the dispute to the local judges.They’ll make the final decision.It’s poible that a member of our staff has been over-enthusiastic in cutting out words in ads.”
An Intelligent Dog
A black dog walked into a butcher’s shop with a five-dollar bill in his mouth.He spent several minutes looking at the meat on display.He finally fixed his eyes on the lamb chops and barked, showing that he wanted to buy some of them.The butcher, thinking the dog wouldn’t know the difference, picked out the worst chops.The dog barked angrily and continued to bark until the butcher selected the finest chops.After the butcher took the money from the dog’s mouth, the dog picked up the chops and left the shop.
The butcher was deeply impreed and decided that he would like to own a clever dog like that.He closed up shop and followed the dog to see where it went.The dog entered an apartment house, climbed to the third floor, and began to scratch on the door.With that, the door opened and an angry man started yelling at the dog.As he did so, the butcher stepped forward to ask the man to stop.“What are you doing?” That’s the smartest animal I’ve ever seen! Surely it doesn’t deserve this kind of treatment.” The butcher then went on to explain how the dog had bought the best lamb chops in the shop.The man looked at the butcher from the corner of his eye and said, “I don’t think he’s so intelligent.You see, this is third time this week he’s forgotten his key.”

The Miniskirt
Mary Quant was a famous dre designer in the 1960s.Her main contribution to fashion history was the miniskirt.During the 1960s many young people were starting to think women could do more in life than be wives and mothers.Clothes became a weapon in the battle between generations.Anything different and daring was soon popular.During this period miniskirts attracted the world’s attention.It was teenagers and very young girls who bought short shirts that displayed their legs.Ms.Quant said that at her fashion shop, young women began demanding shorter and shorter skirts.“If I didn’t make them short enough, the girls that had wonderful legs would take sciors and shorten the skirts themselves.” She said.Eventually, Ms.Quant’s skirts, which arrived in the United States in the mid-60’s, were reduced to about five inches.In parts of Europe and North America the miniskirt represented loose morals.Members of the older generation believed good girls would never appear in miniskirts.But in Ms.Quant’s opinion, short skirts worn with heavy pantyhose would make the girl look childlike.Lately, feminists have come to see mini as a symbol of women’s liberation, as a powerful weapon against the traditional stereotype of the woman simply as wife and mother.
Story of a Miser
There was a miser who loved money more than anything else.Just before he died, he said to his wife, “Now, listen.When I die, I want you to take all my money and put it in the casket with me.I want to take my money to the afterlife with me.”
He made her promise with all her heart that when he dies, she would pit all the money in the casket with him.Then he died.He was laid in the casket, his wife was sitting there wearing black, and her friend was sitting next to her.
When they finished the ceremony, just before the undertakers got already to close the casket, the wife said, “Wait a minute!” She had a box with her.She came over with the box and put it in the casket.Then the undertakers locked the casket down, and they rolled it away.He friend said, “Girl, I know you weren’t fool enough to put all that money in there with your husband!”

一、实训内容及过程
在本学期最后两周的时间内，英语系组织了商英本两个班的实训，旨在提高同学们对商务英语进一步的认识与提高。实训的任务是对我们未来商务英语的掌握是十分必要的，有用的。在第一天的实训过程中，老师给我们发了商务英语听力测试题，在做题的过程中，更好的理解并运用了商务英语听说能力，选择题让我们做起来得心应手，正确率很高，可是填空题就不那么好运了，在填空题的做题过程中，除了要听懂段落的大致意思之外，我们还要挑拣合适的词汇填到空格里，这一过程对我来说是有些困难的，不过在听过了几次之后还是可以解决的。在做题的过程中，我也可以很好的运用商务英语的听说能力，这是一件十分有益于提高商务英语听说能力的事情。第二天的实训考试并没有像第一天那样让我们自己做题，而是给了我们商务英语听力中级的听力题，相对来说比第一天困难些，不过商务英语中级听力给我们一个很好的锻炼听力的机会，几乎整节课都没有休息，不过自己对于商务英语中级听力有了进一步的理解与认识。接下来的三天实训，老师们都是以商务英语听说能力为锻炼基础，让我们在锻炼听力的同时也对商务英语相关的词汇有了更深的了解与掌握。在第二周的实训中，老师主要锻炼的大家实践能力，这一周的实训主要是老师给同学们出题，同学们在现场即兴发挥，做一个dialogue或者是mini presentation。即兴的演讲更好的锻炼了同学们的商务英语应变能力，这几天的实训内容包括面试过程，分组讨论，等等一系列的商务英语有关能力，让我们的商务英语听说能力得到更好的锻炼和提高。
二、实训体会
（一）对商务英语和本次实训课的认识
商务英语作为现代国际化企业中最重要的交流工具，已经成为人们工作学习不可缺少的技能，成为人们工作学习不可缺少的一项技术。同时，对许多人尤其是国际化企业员工来说，商务英语是其晋升的重要砝码。商务英语的沟通技巧和水平已成为影响其工作机会，提职加薪以及事业发展的重要因素。尤其是在中国，商务英语证书是一块很好的敲门砖。在中国，商务英语证书被各类涉外企业用来作为招收职员时英语能力的证明；同时也是商务工作人员或英语学习者检验、提高自己英语水平的方式；对于即将进入职场的在校学生或已工作的青年来说，它是就业、求职的重要砝码。所以，对我们商务英语专业的同学来说，取得这样一个含金量大的证书是十分必要的。并且而在中国的市场更加深入地融入到国际经济社会之中时，国内人才市场由于大批外资公司的登陆，对商务英语的人才的需求也愈来愈大。并且而在经济全球化日趋白热化的今天，大批外资公司进驻中国市场，对商务英语的人才的需求也愈来愈大。这对我们商务英语专业的同学来说是一个很好的消息。因此商务英语拥有广阔的就业前景。这对我们商务英语专业的同学来说是一个很好的消息。
然而商务英语专业不只是简单地对学生的英文水平、能力的提高，这对我们商务英语听说能力的要求是很严格的。它更多地是向学员传授一种西方的商务管理、工作心理、如何和外国人打交道，如何和他们合作、工作的方式方法，以及他们的生活习惯等，从某种程度上说是包含在文化概念里的。因此，对于我们商务英语专业的同学来说，我们还有很长的路要走，很多的东西要去学习，因此，

（二）如何提高商务英语听说能力
作为一名商那个务英语专业的学生，商务英语听说能力对我们来说至关重要，在我们经历了为两周的实训之后，我对于怎样提高商务英语听说能力又有了进一步的认识。
首先，我们要积累专业商务词汇，只有在保证词汇量的情况下，我们才能听得清楚，说得明白。所以我们当务之急是要学习积累，在本专业之外还应该拓展自己的知识层面，接触新鲜事物，丰富自己的专业知识，尽量多积累掌握并熟练运用商务词汇。
其次，我们要坚持每天去听英语。有的时候，我们听得多了，耳朵对英语就熟悉了，逐渐也就可以听得懂了。说起练英语听力，我认为，贵在坚持，而且要认真听，用心听。坚持每天多听一些商务会话，不但有助于我们了解商务知识，还有助于提高我们的听力说平。
最后，我们要勤于张嘴去说，当我们与他人交流，以后去外企面试的时候，拥有一口流利的英语总会给他人留下好的印象。
（三）课程设置建议
在为期两周的实训中，我对商务英语有了更深一个层次的了解，商务英语不仅仅是对于听力的联系与理解，而更是对商务英语的综合应变能力与整理和整合的能力。
我在实训的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实训日子短和我并非外贸专业的关系，对商务英语有些对话的认识仅仅停留在表面，只是在做题与回答的过程中度过，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些商务英语有关的工作，所以未能领会其精髓。但时通过实习，加深了我对商务英语基本知识的理解，丰富了我的商务英语知识，使我对商务英语工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好商务英语相关的工作，既要注重商务英语理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。
通过为期两周的实训，我深感自己的不足，我会在以后的学习中更加努力，取长补短，需心求教。相信自己会在以后的学习中更加努力，表现更加出色！不管是在什么地方学习，都会努力！

一、实训内容
(1)英语听力
有老师带领我们进行一些听力练习，要求同学们能够抓住听力材料的主要内容，而相关的听力材料都是一些十分有趣的，有代表性的材料，让我们可以轻松地进入情境，从而提高了学习效率。
对话：同学之间进行对话和交流，锻炼口语表达，同时活跃了气氛，增进了同学们之间的情感交流。
新闻电视：选取了一些时事热点新闻和一些同学们感兴趣的新闻，练习大家在实际中能否准确地抓住新闻的中心思想，同时可以让我们了解相关事件，拓宽视野。
(2)英语口语
对话：对话主要在同学与同学之间进行，有老师给定的话题，也有同学们自己自由拟定话题讨论、对话交流，话题多种多样，从身边的小事到国际的一些大事件，不一而通过，主要训练的是同学们的口语表达能力和人际交往能力，活跃气氛。

二、实训收获
英语听说训练对提高我们的英语应用于表达能力至关重要，而为期两周的实训，让我懂得了如何更有效地学习英语，如何让更准确地表达和与人交流，同时提高了口语表达能力和人际交往能力，锻炼了语言的实际应用能力，并学会了一些新的英语学习方法。
英语的学习是一个不断积累的过程，平时我们应该多注意搜集材料，拓宽词汇量和知识面，多记多背，多阅读一些英文报纸和报刊，学习一些地道的西方的表达方式，这样在真正应用的时候，才不会因“词穷”而无法准确地言辞达意。

阿里巴巴实训总结
2012级商务英语本科一班 程银
阿里巴巴电子商务国际平台是阿里巴巴集团旗下的B2B贸易平台，主要有两个细分的平台---国际站平台和小额批发平台（速卖通）。 主要针对全球进出口贸易，它使得中外企业之间的贸易活动变得快捷简便而高效，更为企业开拓了十分广阔的市场和全新的贸易方式。
通过为期21天的学习使我对阿里巴巴电子商务国际平台的实际操作有了更深层次的了解，也对跨境电商有了进一步的认识。现在总结一下这些天的学习内容。
实训前两天我们进行了户外拓展训练，教练把我们分成六组比赛，实行积分赛制，一天积分排名最后的三组要接受惩罚。在比赛的过程中，我们结识了来自黄山学院和安徽工业大学国际贸易的同学们。每个小组的成员在比赛时都团结一致，集思广益为自己的组赢得比赛而努力。通过两天的拓展训练我们懂得了很多平时忽略的浅显易懂的道理：团结就是力量；注意细节；要学会换位思考；懂得与自己的竞争对手合作。尽管在烈日下暴晒两天，我们流了很多汗，一个个也晒得跟非洲难民似得，但是我们的收获远远超过在凉爽的空调教室里所得到的。这样的经验会成为我一生都会去回味的宝贵记忆。
实训第三天，张旭老师给我们简单回顾了国际贸易实务的知识，介绍了贸易流程，FOB,CIF等。第四天，沈老师开始教我们如何使用Photoshop进行简单的图片处理，例如简单抠图操作，图片的剪裁，图片优化等。接下来的四天中，我们都在学习图片处理。处理图片的基本步骤为基础处理、亮度和色彩和文字图层的运用。打开图片处理软件点击新建设置图片的大小等然后进行一系列的操作在保存图片尺寸不符合要求时，需要裁剪成指定的大小，裁剪图片——锁定长宽比裁剪通过裁剪工具是得图片更符合其要求。亮度和色彩：通过调整亮度和色彩使照片更加鲜明突出图片的主题。通过自由文字与图层添加属于自己的独特记号。
接下来，方辉老师教我们一些摄影的知识。方辉老师是国家高级摄影师，不但会摄影，图片处理能力也是很好的，让同学们都很崇拜，故大家都喜欢叫他，方大师。方大师告诉我们相机常用功能主要包括了微距、闪光灯、快门、三脚架、背景布。微距通过合理补光，逆光角度也通常能降低顺光下的大反差，得到我们想要的光影效果其主要目的是力求将主体的细节纤毫毕现的表现出来，把细微的部分巨细无遗的呈现在眼前。通过闪光灯可以改变色温、改善被摄体照明条件、反射用光，不破坏被摄体现场环境、添加眼神光和多灯组合，塑造被摄体形象等。快门的使用先按一半，相机自动对焦，继续按下，相机进行拍摄其作用为能够准确调控曝光时间、具备有足够高的快门速度，以利于拍摄高速动动全或有效控制景深。三脚架固定相机使其更加稳定，背景布价格高低不一可以用无纺布代替或者A4纸也可以，背景布的使用使其主体更加突出对光源掌握更好。而室内光源拍摄铺设其中主要包括光线对拍摄的影响，光源的角度选择同被摄体成大约45°角的侧光，可以很好地表现被摄体的形状和细节。室内拍摄注意点有：环境、布光其内容为背景环境力求单一（白、灰、黑）、多光源条件下，灯光的色温一致 （5500K/6500K）、产品越大、需要光线强度越高。灯光配置尽可能为两个以上，这样可以保证产品左右受光均匀，数盏灯光的高低远近对产品都有适当的影响。背景纸的放置方式要恰当，最好成弧形放置这样拍摄出的产品照片的背景会比较单纯，而且会出现我们需要的渐变效果光线照射的角度和技巧非常重要，同样的产品在不同的照射角度下会有不同的效果。产品拍摄时产品的正面一定要受光均匀，因为在网络上买家看到的永远是产品的正面。
学过摄影后，接下来就是阿里巴巴国际站卖家后台的操作与学习。在剩下来的实训里，我们学习了发布高质量产品信息基本步骤、提高精度让信息排名靠前、巧用图片和介绍吸引买家和信息的管理维护如何寻找买家。
通过老师的讲解和自己的实际操作发布信息的基本步骤分为以下几步：打开阿里巴巴国际站用老师给的账号登陆；进入我的阿里点击发布供应产品在新出的页面里点击我要发布；选择产品的类型再点击下一步填写详细信息；下一步填写产品的基本信息和填写产品的详细说明及设置物流运费信息（发货地址、运费设置、信息有效期）最后点击同意协议条款我要发布。而提高精度让信息排名靠前其具体的做法为一条信息只发布一个产品、产品名称必须出现在标题中、选择与产品符合的类目、发布的信息带图且填写产品属性使消费者在第一时间了解有关产品的相关内容及其用途等。 其次是巧用图片吸引买家，其内容包括图片上传的要求和方法、上传图片的标准、产品介绍如何吸引买家。在上传图片之前需要了解图片的格式、大小及图片的储存位置。上传图片的格式为JPG（JPEG）或GIF格式，图片的大小不能超过200k。产品介绍如何吸引买家，卖家通过填写产品的名称型号应用、产品的独特卖点(产品的特点，功能）、完整的规格参数、颜色等的选择、售后服务等吸引买家的关注提高其交易量。最后，如何寻找买家包括如何找您的意向客户，巧用供应信息找买家，挖掘行业上下游信息，买卖速配，买家采购标准。寻找意向客户包括，当买家要采购时会做什么？找之前合作过的供应商，发布求购信息，在网上找寻供应商。在传统贸易中，客户来店里告诉我们要买什么，而电子商务就是我们知道哪些客户要买我们的商品，完全相反于传统贸易，掌握了主动权。其实在商品的供应信息里也有我的买家，可以寻找贸易公司，主动出击。除了求购信息，供应信息外，也可以挖掘行业上下游信息，通过目标客户的主营产品名称搜索，按地域，按经营模式，按工商注册时间及注册资本来寻找公司。
我们还学习了阿里巴巴国际站的内容有：1.数据分析：效果统计曝光量、点击量、反馈量。操作统计新发产品数、产品修改次数、My Alibaba登录天数。 2.产品优化：
产品标题设置注意点.好标题 =适当简洁的特色+准确完整产品名 建议：添加行业标准、认证、专利，突出企业特色的信息有明确的产品名称=产品关键词Tips:与买家的搜索词相匹配有精确的产品定位。
老师告诉我们阿里旺旺的使用在做贸易中很重要，他是寻找客户，获得订单的主要来源之一。其主要内容为使用TM的的好处、TM的下载与安装、TM的主要功能点。使用TM有利于获得更多被卖家搜索查询的机会、买家可以及时沟通和快捷登录MA平台。TM具有多版本整合、添加好友、防骚扰、快速入口、聊天记录等功能……
一转眼为期21天的实训不知不觉就这样过去了，回想21天的实训生活虽然很累但是我过得最充实的21天。在这21天中我们学习了许多的知识和了解了许多的具体操作，在实训过程中通过老师的详细讲解和我们自己的上机操作我们学会了图片的拍摄处理和相机的使用、图片软件的应用。在实训过程中我们最大的收获就是学会了如何在阿里巴巴国际站上怎样发布产品、如何提高精度让信息排名靠前、巧用图片吸引买家和图片上传的要求和方法、上传图片的标准。实训后才知道我们所学的专业理论与实践有着很大的差异，专业理论讲的很浅显但在实训后才发现在实际操作过程中要注意许多细节，一个小小的失误也会导致出现一系列的问题。使我认识到学电子商务必须要做到专业理论与实践的有机结合那样才能更加牢固的掌握知识。

2009-2010第一学期《计算机应用基础》实训总结
本学期我担任XXXX班计算机应用基础实训的教学任务。 实训前首先按照实训大纲的要求做好实训计划，按照实训计划准备各个实训项目。本次实训共安排六个实训项目，分别为：实训一：Windows操作、文字录入与公式编辑；实训二：Word操作－文档格式化；实训三：Word操作－表格处理；实训四：Excel操作－工作表的格式化；实训五：Excel操作－数据处理；实训六：powerpoint操作。通过这六个实训项目，使学生熟练掌握windows、word、excel、powerpoint等操作。

实训总结
在这一周的实训里感觉过的非常的充实，也许我们以后不一定会从事这门行业，但是这长达一个星期的实训对我们以后可以算是一份宝贵的经历。洪老师一开始就为我们讲解了一下的常用设备有钳工工作台和台虎钳。一周的钳工实训中我学到了如何去划线、锯削、锉削、精加工、钻孔、攻螺纹等等。我个人觉得我们班的纪律情况还是蛮好的。洪老师和杨老师在实训期间一直强调安全问题，要把安全放在第一位。在实训期间可能大家都会有一个感觉那就是时间不够用，每次在老师说下课的时候总是充满干劲的，不愿停下。最后我想说老师总是最有耐心的人，因为他们把重复的东西在讲给学生时总是富满激情，让我们听起来颇为有趣。

《面点工艺》（技法项目）课的技能共分为14个实验、实训分别对操作规范、料形规格、切制方法等工艺进行演示操作训练。在教学中采用“演、讲、练、评”的指导方法，即现场演示、讲解、指导学生操作练习、总结评分等方式进行。利用课余时间能够有组织、不辞辛苦地带领、引导学生利用晚自习时间练习，这样既培养了学生组织性、纪律性，使学生有了一定的时间观念、工作的责任心，养成了一个好的习惯；又使学生的动手操作能力得到锻炼，为以后的校外实习奠定了基础。能够做好实验室的安全、卫生工作，做到室内无人及时关好门窗，并切断电源，组织学生按时进行清扫及整理物品工作，将实验室排烟罩的排油格斗拆下来进行清洗，保持实验室的环境美观清洁。按计划圆满完成教学任务，没有发生教学事故。
存在问题：
1、学生在训练过程中对操作规范、原料规格等技术的掌握比较困难，加强培养学生的动手能力和观察能力。
2、在写实验报告上不够认真，还需要进一步加强。
3、老师在上实验操作课时，学生站着观看，由于没有阶梯，后面的部分学生就看不到，也无法记观看笔记。改进措施：
1、实验室的利用率应进一步加大，多利用课余时间比如下午的
7、8节课、晚自习、早晨等都可以利用，但是没有老师带领是不行的，光靠上课时间操作学生的熟练程度是不够的。
2、将实践教学活动贯穿在教学活动的始终。
3、尽快改变学校实践教学条件，增加学生实践条件、机会。

第20篇：实训总结
实训总结
从开学之前对实训的期待一直到现在实训基本结束已经过去一个月了，时间在不知不觉中流逝，一个月的实训整个环节下来我不仅收获了知识也成长了很多，对此我想对此次的实训做以下总结：
我们的实训是由四个科组成，我所在的是四科，一个科大约有十三到十四个人组成。实训实行的是轮岗制，每五天的业务轮一次岗，这些都由科长安排而每个科的科长在整个实训过程中保持不变，这样的轮岗制可以让每一个人都可以尝试做不同的工作，熟悉更多的工作流程而不只局限于一个工作岗位，这样就很大程度上拓宽了我们的实践范围，也更有利于提高每一个人的实践能力
我从联营会计——代销会计——自营会计——外部——非商品会计——税务会计，一共尝试了六个工作岗位，这一个月的实训中以及在不同的工作岗位的过程中我发现理论与实践结合的过程真的需要我们自身学会去思考，学会灵活的运用自己学过的专业知识，有时候真的觉得自己学的那些理论知识太僵硬了，太死板了。知识是死的，只有当我们把这些东西运用到实践中的时候它们才具有生命力，才可以发挥它们自身拥有的力量。
就自己做过的这六个工作岗位中，联营会计跟代销会计的工作流程几乎是一样的，只是每个人负责的柜组不一样而已，比如说有酒水组、清洁组、调料组、家居组，联营会计跟代销会计的工作量相对来说是比较小的：就是首先要填制商品销售清单然后再交给自营会计审核，最后再等着登录明细账就可以了；而自营会计的工作相对于联营会计的工作来说稍比较复杂一些，自营会计主要的工作是对联营会计填写的商品销售清单进行审核，除此之外还要内部的商品验收单盖上货物收讫的章，还需要税务会计的增值税单据和销售清单以此来填写付款通知单和记账凭证，有时候还需要找出纳开具的支票，这些单据都是一式两份的，一份有手写的记账凭证，一份要附上击打的记账凭证，刚开始接手自营会计的工作岗位的时候还真是着实感觉有些茫然，那个时候就感觉特别混乱，但是等到做完了一两笔业务的时候渐渐地也就可以理出头绪来了，别人讲多少遍都不如自己亲自去做一遍来的清楚明白。就这样，十天的业务已经完成了，紧接着就开始十一号到十五号的业务了，这一次我做的是外部的工作，外部的工作主要是给四个科开具增值税发票而且是一式四份的，所以外部的技术性工作比较少，主要是进行大量的体力工作,这五天的业务中我就一直在开具增值税发票一直在盖客体章，在开发票的时候必须要特别的谨慎才行，一定要确保自己算出的数字的准确性而且大小写一定要保持一致，在这其中自己出过错也为此翻过功，所以会计一类的工作必须要格外的认真才行，不仅仅是外部的工作，没一个工作岗位都是一样，如果在你的这个环节出错了往往会牵扯到别的工作岗位的工作，这些都是有一定的联系的。我们不难发现会计一类的工作大多都是跟数字打交道也就是跟钱打交道，没一个数字反映在现实中的都是具体的资金，所以就算是一个小数点我们都不能出错。
慢慢的半个月过去了，一天一天的实训让自己感觉到很累但同时也特别的充实，我很期待自己没有做过的工作岗位的工作流程到底是怎样的也很希望通过全科人的共同努力、携手合作下，我们可以顺利也可以按时完成工会做任务。
总的来说这四个工作岗位的功工作自己出现的错误是比较少的，这四个工作岗位下来没有觉得什么可到了第五个岗位——非商品会计，我做非商品会计的时候感觉完全乱了套，非商品明细账简直让我头都大了。做非商品会计的那几天确实感觉挺痛苦的。
非商品会计的主要工作就是根据非商品资料首先要自己写记账凭证，而自己填写记账凭证的时候就往往比较容易出错，比如说购买储物柜要记在周转材料下的低值易耗品下，而我就把它记在了管理费用下这就出错了。填写完了记账凭证之后要在后面附上该笔业务需要的单据像现金支票、转账支票、这些需要找出纳开据，统一发票和增值税发票要找外部人员开据，此外还有很多业务需要自己亲自去填制比如付款通知单，后面需要附加的发票收据之类的单据还需要找科长和税务会计来签字，这样整个的业务流程就差不多完成了。
非商品除了以上这些比较繁琐的工作之后还有一步比较重要的就是要登非商品明细账了，登非商品明细账必须要格外的认真，登完了一级科目一定不能忘记了登下面的明细科目，我就在这上面出现了好多这样那样忘登或漏登的账，荣国漏登了一笔账就会导致下面的账全部都会出错，所以登非商品明细账的时候要特别的认真才行。
经过了做非商品会计由于自己的大意和各种各样的原因造成的很多错账之后，我发现自己学会了谨慎，学会了认真去处理事情也学会了面对问题和错误的时候如何去解决。所以在做最后一个工作岗位的时候我特别认真地去做每一笔业务避免再出现同样的错误。
我做的最后一个岗位是税务会计，税务会计的工作比非商品会计的工作要简单一些，所以之后的工作就轻松一点了。税务会计的工作主要就是要写外部给的增值税发票，然后就是等着登税务明细账就可以了。整个这六个工作岗位下来之后实训一个月了我收获了很多也学到了很多，在不断地出错中我学着去耐心面对和处理这些问题。通过会计分岗实训是自己可以更加全面的去掌握会计核算方法，熟悉企业相关的业务流程，也为自己的实习和就业奠定了基础。
我们的此次实训大致分四个周完成，第一个周主要输熟悉企业情况和会计工作规范，建账，进行1-8号的业务；第二个周主要是进行9-19号的业务；第三周主要是进行20-30号的业务；第四周主要是进行31号的业务，期末对账，结账、试算平衡，打印电子账簿，编制财务报表，这就是整个实训的安排。
保持一颗平常的心认真处理每一笔业务，又累也有收获，我想我会积累经验同时又吸取教训，让自己在不断的学习进步中得到提升。
