Nowadays, with the rapid social development, people are facing a variety of stre.Such as high study stre on students, work stre on adults, family stre on parents and so on.President Obama have stre, because China and India become more and more powerful and stronger; our handsome teacher also have stre, because he don’t know whether it is a good way teach us! Therefore stre is so ordinary, it is just one part of our life.So we must know how to deal with it.
As we all know, heavy stre not only seriously influence on our physical health, but also our mental health.Owing to high stre , we can't get enough sleep ,the appetite for food will decreases .Much more disease like headache, stomachache will appear.The quality of life and study decrease as well.Once we failed, heavy stre let us feel nervous, upset, dejected, depreed, and even more streful.What's more, because of the moodine, we can't get along with others, including family members, friends and relatives.All in all, heavy stre makes
us lack of confidence and feel more tired.
So, how to manage and reduce stre has become more and more important.The most crucial point is to facing the stre, admitting the stre instead of escaping it.First, we should have a right evaluation of ourselves so as to make use of advantages and avoid disadvantages.Second, we should set a clear aim of a struggle.The aim can give us motivation, and make us become active.Third, attending collective activities is an effective way to relieve preure and attempting to take breaks from the busy work or study.Doing sports, listening to music, watching films, chatting, traveling are ok.Finally, if you find preure is nearly beyond your control, you’d better turn to profeional psychological guidance.
Overall, I wish everyone can correct understanding of stre and take appropriate measures to deal with it.
