First time I hear about Atlantis hotel, I still in high school.I saw news about the opening ceremony of Atlantis hotel.How glorious.Oprah Winfrey, Robert De Nero, Michael Jordan, and Kylie Minogue even sing the song ‘Better the devil you know’.At that time, Atlantis hotel is a dreaming place in my heart.Could I find a better place as for my first step in my career path? Why you want to work in Front Office? As you can see, my face always full of smile.I like make friends with other people, offer them an enthusiasm service.Smile can reduce the distance of people.And frond desk is a dept which need hostility.I am sure front desk in Atlantis is my best choice.
Could you tell something about your first internship? My first internship is the front officer in Westin Beijing Chaoyang.During the half a year’s work, I develop my work skills in front office: How to check in/check out quickly, offer latest information for guests.In sum up, I should make sure the guests get the most comfortable service and have a renewal trip.I like the job and I got commendatory letter many times.So, I full confidence I can finish a good job in your hotel. How about the second internship? As for our school’s learning enterprise, we need work in operation dept and supporting dept various.So I choice work at reservation dept in holiday inn.At there, I learned more than reservation knowledge, some soft skills are valve than that.Like commutation skills, ability to learn new things.Of course, my new colleagues are also like my smile and we get along well.How about your career plan? My career plan will always belong to hostility industry.First of all, I will choice a high standard hotel as my first step, just like atlantics.I will absorb operation skills from my daily work.Maybe three or four years later, I can become a supervisor in your hotel.And then, I will decide come back to china or still work in bubai.To be honest, I really really want to work in atlantics for a long time.What would you like to do in your free time? I am an open mind girl and I like go shopping, watch movies with bosom friend.And of course, traveling is also taking a big part in my life.I am looking forward to enjoy my free time in Palm Island.
