Well, as you all know by now, we\'re going to launch a new perfume early this fall.Our market share is very healthy at the moment we can see that our it almost cover everywhere around the global.—12% of the market here in North America.So now is a good time to push further into this existing market and see if we can improve our market share.

Some of our biggest competitors are also about to launch new brands.We need to keep ahead of the game and have our product in the market place before them.We need to be prepared for the Christmas consumer rush—and ready before they are.That\'s why we\'re going to launch in September instead of October, as was the previous plan.We\'re going to call the new perfume \"Ice\".We think people will really notice the name.So now I’d like to welcome our completely new launch perfume—ice.

You may ask that what is the specialty of this perfume, and why our company invest so much of it.I concluded it as 4 factors.The first rule of marketing is to catch the attention of the potential customer..Ice is going to be for both men and women thanks to its unique fragrance.The main material of ICE is daisy, supplemented by other flowers and eential oil.Daisy is famous for its fresh and elegant flavor, which can attracted both men and women as our target custmers.

Competitive edge

Just as I mentioned before, the theme of ICE is the Christmas day, and there will be a flavor of the consumer rush at that time.And the price will be under 50 dollars per 100 ml.

Finally, we\'re going to promote Ice in stores around the country.Stores will want to sell it because we will be giving our retailers lots of incentives.Free samples, competitions for trips to the laboratories in Paris, designer acceories carrying our label free in stores holding special promotions, and so on.And we\'re going to advertise in popular magazines.People of all ages will buy Ice.We need action.We must make the customer take action.Make them go out and buy Ice.
