公平竞赛引领我前进 Leaded by Fair Play Good evening, ladies and gentlemen.It must be the great honor for me to stand here to give the speech, that is “Leaded by fair play”.
足球是世界第一运动，其影响力最大，参与人数最多，球迷数量也最多。我相信在座的也有很多足球迷，专业一点的球迷关注球队的技战术打法，女性球迷更多的关注的是球员的帅气。但一场足球比赛中，还有一个角色是不能忽略的，那就是裁判员。应该说，裁判员是足球领域的一支专业强、素质高的队伍，他们的努力付出保证了各级比赛的顺利进行，对足球比赛质量的提升和现代足球技术水平的提高发挥了积极的推动作用。
Football is the first game in the world, it influents most widely and involves the most fans.And I am sure there must be so many football fans here, some of you are more profeional focusing on the tactics of the team, and some lady fans focus on the handsome appearance of the players.However, there is another indispensable team in a match, they are referees.In fact, the referee is a profeional team with the high quality in football field.Their efforts guarantee the smooth progre of the game, and they play a positive role in improving the quality of the football match and the modern football technology. 现在的我是一名国家级足球裁判员。在我第一节裁判员培训课上，讲师讲解的第一个内容就是公平竞赛。其实，不管是对于刚入门的初级裁判员，还是执法世界杯比赛的精英裁判员，在裁判员培训班学到的第一课永远是公平竞赛。公平竞赛也是足球竞赛规则的基本精神，是最基本的竞赛准则。前国际足联主席布拉特曾说过：公平竞赛是体育运动不可动摇的基石，要把公平竞赛精神贯彻到所有体育运动中去。基于此，从1891年开始，足球比赛开始使用持中立态度的裁判以确保比赛的公正性。从1994年美国世界杯开始，每场比赛开始前，双方队员和裁判员都会在公平竞赛旗的引领下，踏着国际足联公平竞赛曲的节奏走进球场。
Now, I am a National-Cla Football Referee.At my first cla of the referee course, the first content taught by the referee instructor is Fair Play.Actually, no matter for the primary referees, or the elite referees giving performance in the World Cup, what the learnt in the first cla of each referee course must be Fair Play.Fair Play is the basic spirit of the laws of the football game, also the eential competition rules.Blatter, the former president of FIFA has ever said: Fair play is the unshakable foundation of sports, so all sports must follow it.Based on this, since 1891, the neutral referees have been used in the football game to ensure the fairne of the game.And since the World Cup 1994, there has been a solemn entry ceremony before the start of each match: the two teams and the referees march into the pitch guided by the Fair Play flag and surrounded by the rhythm of FIFA Fair Play Anthem.从第一次接触足球裁判到现在，大约已经十年了。在这十年的裁判生涯里，见到过很多不公平的竞赛，有的甚至就在我身边。当然，也见过媒体上报道过的很多因此而锒铛入狱的裁判员和官员；更面对过来自球队的各种各样的诱惑。但是自始至终，我却没有越雷池半步，因为我深知：公平竞赛是一名裁判的基本道德，业务水平低，可以通过学习来弥补，如果没有了公平竞赛这个基本道德，那就不配是一名裁判！我不一定是一名优秀的裁判，但是我必须是一名公平的裁判。
It has been about 10 years since I was a referee for the first time.During the 10 years career, I have seen so many unfair plays, furthermore, some of them appeared by my side.Of course, I have read some reports about the referees and officials jailed because of this.I even faced all kinds of temptation from the teams.However, I have never deviated, even if a bottle of water or a meal.Because I recognized that Fair Play is the basic moral for a referee.If he is not skillful or experienced, it can take him some time to be the such referee.But if there is no fair play, he mustn’t be a referee! Maybe I will not be an excellent referee, but I must be a referee with fairne.当裁判十年了，公平竞赛一直引领着我前进。在未来的日子里，它必将伴随着我继续前进。
In the past 10 years, I was leaded by fair play.In the future, I will still be with fair play.
