Dear profeors, Good afternoon!
My name is xxx.First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me
this opportunity.I am from xxx city of xxx province.I came to
xxxmore than 10 years ago and I have worked and lived in this beautiful
city since then.
I graduated with a bachelor degree of engineering from xxx in July, xxx.From xxx, I have been working in xxx industry for
xxx years on different roles, engineer, team leader, and developing manager.
Currently I am a senior manager in xxx.
When I joined xxx three years ago, there was no client team which I am managing.
So at the beginning, my responsibility was mainly to manage outsourcing activities.But step by step, I helped the company to create and grow the team from scratch to 15 people.Now
we are able to support our customers by our own team.We have encountered
great challenges in the past three years but we have succefully turned
them into opportunities.For example, we have helped one of our biggest
customers, xxx, to transform from traditional busine
platforms to Internet platforms.The products we developed are generating the
revenue of more than one million RMB for our customers every day.In last year, our
team alone helped to bring contracts of more than 8 millions to our company.
Because of my hardworking and achievement, I received the title of distinguished employee of the year in 2010 and 2011.And in 2012, our team received the title of distinguished team of the year,and I was awarded stock options by my company.
The main purpose of applying for MBA program from xxx is
to improve myself through systematic management education and help me to
grow further in my career path.The MBA program will benefit me in a few
ways.I will be able to learn from MBA tutors and other MBA students, who
are elites from different industry and have different background.
The communication with them will inspire me and allow me to
think in different ways.(The theoretical management education will help to
guide my management practice in work.It will give me a chance to reflect my practice
and prepare me for my future work.)
And I believe my extensive experiences and know-how in xxx
industry will also help me to contribute to the cla and the group
discuions.I will be happy to communicate with other students and make
friends with them.Now I am ready to start my MBA education and I am expecting a fulfilling journey in university.
