背景介绍:

此教案针对译林牛津版《牛津高中英语教材》模块10第4单元的Project第一课时设计。教材中提供了一篇阅读文章,其中谈到了知识产权的定义、种类、保护知识产权的紧迫性和建议等,属于知识普及类文章。旨在通过本文章的阅读与理解,了解目前知识产权保护方面的现状,了解尊重知识产权的重要性和必要性,呼吁广大同学在日常生活中尊重知识产权并积极与违法行为作斗争。

教学目标:

1、通过阅读文章、分析文章框架、理解文章细节,使学生理解文章内容,锻炼阅读理解能力。

2、通过对知识产权相关话题的讨论,普及知识产权相关知识,引起学生对于知识产权的重视,呼吁其尊重和维护知识产权。

教学方法:

1、小组合作式自主学习:学生在课前预习文章,到互联网上搜索相关资源并做好笔记,为课堂作好准备。

2、课堂交流展示:学生在课堂上交流展示互联网上搜索的成果,结合教材中提供的素材,互相质疑、沟通,拓展知识面,提高相关法律意识。

3、小组合作式探究学习:学生在课后到互联网上搜索更多相关案例,小组合作将搜索到的素材整理成文,并据此撰写相应的演讲稿或倡议书,呼吁全社会行动起来尊重与维护知识产权。

教学思路:

1、《新课程标准》中的总体目标要求学生“能主动扩展和利用学习资源,从多渠道获取信息,并能利用所获得的信息进行清楚和有条理的表达”。故在本课时的教案中,设计了课前和课后学生利用互联网搜索相关学习资源,布置了相关信息处理的任务,提供了课堂和课后学生口头和书面表达的机会和平台。

2、《新课程标准》要求“优化英语学习方式,使学生通过观察、体验、探究等积极主动的学习方法,充分发挥自己的学习潜能,形成有效的学习策略,提高自主学习的能力”。故在本课时的教案中,设计了课前和课后学生利用互联网搜索相关学习资源的预习和复习拓展环节,充分保证了学生合作探究式的自主学习的机会,并且通过课堂展示环节增强了学生的自信心,有助于学生形成自己的学习方法与风格。

3、《新课程标准》的基本理念要求“使学生在英语学习的过程中,提高独立思考和判断的能力,发展与人沟通和合作的能力,增进跨文化理解和跨文化交际的能力,树立正确的人生观、世界观和价值观,增强社会责任感,全面提高人文素养”。本课时的教案设计中,通过素材的收集、小组的讨论、班级的展示、课后任务的布置等环节,充分提供了学生独立思考、沟通交流的机会,有助于学生树立正确的价值观,增强其社会责任感,提高其人文素养。 第二届全国中小学“教学中的互联网搜索”优秀教案评选活动参赛作品

教学过程:

Step 1.Prevision

Students are required to surf the Internet for some related information about intellectual property.

The following websites are recommended to help them finish the prevision task.① http://www.daodoc.com/

③ www.ipd.gov.hk/

Students are supposed to take notes about what they find on the Internet for communications on cla.Step 2.Warming up

Start the cla with the following questions: 1.Do you think you’re an honest person? 2.To be honest, have you ever done anything against the law? 3.Have you ever bought any pirated books/CDs/DVDs? 4.Have you ever downloaded any music, film or software from the internet without permiion? If students answer “Yes” for question 3 and 4, say “You are breaking the law! ---- the intellectual property laws!” Step 3.Brain storming

Ask: “What do you know about the intellectual property laws?”

Collect students’ ideas since they have found much information on this topic from the Internet.Step 4.Reading

I.Read as quickly as poible to find out what aspects about the intellectual property laws have been mentioned.(Divide the whole paage into several parts and sum up the main idea of each part.)

II.Collect students’ ideas and write hints on the blackboard.

教学反思: 学生的预习工作完成效果较好。通过互联网的搜索,学生基本了解了知识产权的概念和范畴,了解了保护知识产权的困难所在和目前社会各界在此方面的努力。因此,在课文分析和处理环节,进展顺利。学生对内容熟悉,阅读起来比较轻松。通过课堂上的小组预习效果展示和对当堂提出的问题各小组竞赛抢答这两个环节,有效地调动了课堂学习的气氛和学生参与课堂的积极性,增强了学生的自信心和荣誉感,有效地刺激了学生学习的内驱力。

课堂的拓展环节,各小组都提出了一些关于知识产权纠纷的案例,但对于那些案例的来龙去脉多数语焉不详,所以影响了讨论的广度和思维生成的深度。因此,课后作业布置各小组继续进行互联网的搜索或报刊杂志信息的查询工作,以期能够更全面、更深入地了解知识产权保护目前所处的困境和社会各界的努力所取得的成果。学生通过课后的探究工作,积累了大量的详实的素材,拓宽了视野,增长了见识,同时也提高了自主学习、合作学习和探究学习的能力。

综上所述,本课的教学环节完整,思路清晰,容量丰富,节奏流畅。无论是预习、课堂还是课后,都完美地体现了新课程改革的基本理念,教学目标达成度高,很受学生欢迎。
