Zhong Heng Tong (Fujian) Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “ZHT”) is strategically located in Longyan, Fujian province, which is a key transportation and commodities hub linking the provinces of Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi.ZHT has invested over 350 million yuan RMB in their modern factories and offices.The main facility covers an area of 60 acres including 60,000 square meters of factory workshops.The company specializes in the production of engineering machinery, mining machinery and auto parts.In 2008, ZHT built a second new production base in the Shifang Industry Zone, Wuping county, Fujian Province, which is only 500 meters away from the new Yongwu Expre Way connecting it to the major manufacturing hubs of southeaster China.
ZHT has a strong technology knowledge base with a group of senior engineers, engineers and other profeionals; they have also established a technological cooperation with Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, Hubei Province in order to stay current with technology trends and advances.Thecompany has introduced advanced Lost Foam Casting and Vacuum Casting techniques and procees its products by means of CNC machine tools and machining centers.The company has a comprehensive production and manufacturing capacity for mold manufacturing, casting, machining and aembling.Its annual capability for casting machine is 100,000 tons, including 10,000 tons of steel castings, 20,000 tons of ductile iron castings and 60,000 tons of grey iron castings.The company has an advanced quality control system with equipment for analysis and testing, optical spectrum analyzing, three-coordinates measuring and dynamic balance measuring systems in order to insure high qulaity during the entire proce from smelting, manufacturing, machining and aembling.At present, the company is a brake supplier with the most advanced technology and the greatest development potential in China and its products are supplied to several major car companies, such as Volvo and Mercedes Benz.The company has paed the quality management certification system of ISO/TS16949:2002, making the“ZHT” series of products popular with major customers at home and abroad.
