大家好！今天我怀着激动的心情，在这里参加xxxx职位的竞职演讲。非常感谢局党委给予的这次公平竞争、交流学习与展示自我的机会。能够在此就自己的个人能力、优势以及今后的工作思路，向各位领导和评委作一汇报，我感到万分荣幸。

1、有勤勤恳恳、默默奉献的敬业精神
从教16年来，我有较强的事业心和责任感，爱岗敬业，默默奉献，虚心好问，我无论从事什么工作，都能从大局出发，干一行、爱一行、专一行，不少工作时效性、原则性都很强，我都能想方设法、准确、及时完成工作任务.2、有较为扎实的专业知识。
胜任初中政治和历史的循环教学，强势推进“学程导航”的授课范式，构建有效课堂、高效课堂，追寻和谐课堂、理想课堂，教学效果显著，历年来所任课班级平均分列学校之首，发表教育教学论文多篇。
3、有较为丰富的实践经验和较强的工作能力与管理能力。
4、年富力强，具有较高的政治素质。
我可以自信地说，年龄是我这次竞争的显著优势。作为中青年人，我思想解放，勇于探索，开拓进取，富有改革和创新精神。特别是近几年的学习和实践，使我拓宽了思路、开阔了眼界，增强了大局观念，丰富了宏观管理经验，提高了分析、综合、决策能力，组织协调和领导能力也有了很大程度的提高。我相信，拥有强烈的事业心、责任感和旺盛的精力，我一定能够全身心地投入到今后的工作中。
这次我竞争的职位是土地储备处主任,如果有幸得到各位领导和同志们的信任和支持，我将迅速找准自己的位置，尽快进入角色，认真履行职责。在今后的工作中，我决心做到：强化“四个意识”、抓好\"四项工作\"。
强化“五个意识”：在工作研究中，要有谋事意识，主动为局长出谋划策，提供可行的、有价值的参考意见；在业务工作中，要有效率意识，每项工作都要认真抓好落实，提高工作效率；在处理日常事务中，要有揽过意识，一旦工作中有了失误，主动承担责任，开展批评与自我批评，以维护国土局的权威，争取更多主动，以利于问题的解决；在管理工作中，要有“放权”意识，全力支持同志们的工作，善于激发大家的积极性、主动性、和创造性。 抓好四项工作:一是强化地对土地一级市场的垄断，实施政府对建设用地集中统一供应。严格执行土地供应权不得下放的规定，切实解决分散管理、多头供地的问题.。二是严格控制建设用地供应总量，保障土地市场稳健运行。三是大力推进招标拍卖，提高土地配置市场化水平。无论新增建设用地，还是城镇艳阳理划拨土地，除国家法律规定可继续无偿划拨使用以外，一律实行有偿使用。在土地一级市场上的土地供应，推行招标拍卖和挂牌了让，科学合理的确定地价，建立地价评估、集体决策和社会公开制度。四是认真学习借鉴**市的经验，大胆改革，勇于创新，积极推进规划、土地、房产统一管理。科学规划，科学用地，改变目前先供地、后规划，或不讲效益，大片出让土地的落后管理方式。
由于时间有限，在此，我只能简要地介绍了一下我的初步想法和打算。如果我这次有幸竞演成功，我将不辱使命，以最短的时间、最有效的办法，全身心的精力，积极投入到新的工作中去，为土地储备处的发展贡献自己的青春和力量。我想，只要有对党和人民极度负责的责任心和事业心，有开拓进取、勇于创新、埋头苦干、不屈不挠的干劲，有虚心好学、积
