旅游管理专业酒店实习之我见
2010年8月至2011年2月，我们旅游管理专业的学生在学校的安排下，像历届旅游管理专业的学生一样在大三上学期开始我们半年的酒店实习生涯。我们通行的有21人在绍兴开元名都大酒店实习。清晰的记得2010年8月15号那天，我们专业的所有人都聚集在学校门口，每个人都是大包小包的拎着或者拖着，脸上的都是很开心的表情，期待着即将到来的实习。八点钟左右几辆大巴把我们送往不同的酒店。当然，这些酒店都是4颗星以上的。当天下午两点钟的样子我们就到达了目的地。大巴直接把我们拉到了酒店的正大门，映入眼帘的是一栋30层的金碧辉煌的大楼，我们无不惊叹于酒店的豪华。然后就送我们去了酒店的员工宿舍，二者的巨大差距令我们很失望。住宿条件很简陋，几张床加一台电视机、一两个衣柜，卫生间基本上都是摆设，马桶不能用。整层宿舍只有一个公用的卫生间，只有一个开水器，夏天还好，冬天热水压根就供应不足。酒店给我们发了被子和水瓶，安排好之后我们的实习生活就正式拉开了帷幕。
第一个星期，酒店主要给我们进行理论方面的培训，其实主要的内容在学校的时候老师都已经讲解过了，其次就要学习酒店内部的规章制度了，这些东西在课堂上是接触不到的。这让我们对酒店内部的管理及运行有了初步的印象。一个星期之后，酒店培训部门以理论考试的方式检测了我们前一个星期的理论学习成果，大家都通过了这个考试。接着，酒店对我们21个人分了部门，不是在餐饮部就是在管家部，对于这种分法，我们没有选择的余地。分好部门后我们就开始实战练习了。我们四个同学被分在了管家部，酒店安排我们跟在老员工后面，以“师傅带徒弟”的方式对我们进行培训，让我们跟着师傅学习，两三天的时间我们就掌握了主要的工作流程，酒店就开始安排我们单独上岗，每天给我们布置一定的工作量。刚开始的时候每天只用整理四间客房，后来与日渐增，每天至少要整理十间客房，其实那时候我们早就学会了所有的工作内容。而酒店只是让我们每天重复同样的工作，为他们创造效益。餐饮部的同学也是如此，我们最多只要花费两个月的时间就完全掌握了酒店的工作内容。 所以我认为，酒店实习是完全有必要的，但这个时间跨度可以缩短，我们实习的目的是去学习书本上学习不到的东西，过长的翻译结果（中 > 英）复制结果 Tourism management hotel internship I see

So I think, the hotel practice is absolutely neceary, but this time span can be shortened, we practice the purpose is to learn the book learning thing, too long in outside practice waste of time at school.
