顶岗实习安全教育手册
安全生产是企业与员工健康发展的永恒主题，是关系员工生命、家庭幸福， 关系公司生产与效益、发展与稳定的大事。当前工学结合背景下，保障学生生命安全和企业财产安全，是我们顶岗实习工作最根本的实践。学校印制本手册旨在动员全体顶岗实习生立足本职岗位，加强安全知识学习，从自身做起，自觉遵守实习单位劳动纪律和各项安全操作规程，牢固树立“安全第一”的意识，努力为实习单位营造安全生产的良好工作氛围，保障顶岗实习顺利进行，积极促进公司各项生产工作的顺利开展。
一、生产岗位安全
1、“安全生产，人人有责”。所有职工必须认真贯彻执行“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，严格遵守安全技术操作规程和各项安全生产规章制度。
2、对不符合安全要求的厂房、生产线、设备、设施等，职工有权向上级报告。遇有直接危及生命安全的情况，职工有权停止操作，并及时报告领导处理。
3、操作人员未经三级安全教育或考试不合格者，不准参加生产或独立操作。电气、起重、车辆的驾驶、锅炉、压力容器、焊接(割)、爆破等特种作业人员，应经专门的安全作业培训和考试合格，持特种作业许可证操作。
4、进入作业场所，必须按规定穿戴好防护用品。要把发辫放入帽内;操作旋转机床时，严禁戴手套或敞开衣袖(襟);不准穿脚趾及脚跟外露凉鞋、拖挂;不准赤脚赤膊;不准系领带或围巾;尘毒作业人员在现场工作时，必须戴好防护口罩或面具;在能引起爆炸的场所，不准穿能集聚静电的服装。
5、操作前，应检查设备或工作场地，排除故障和隐患;确保安全防护、信号连锁装臵齐全、灵敏、可靠;设备应定人、定岗操作;对本工种以外的设备，须经有关部门批准，并经培训后方可操作。
6、工作中，应集中精力，坚守岗位，不准擅自将自己的工作交给别人;二人以上共同工作时，必须有主有从，统一指挥;工作场所不准打闹、睡觉和做与本职工作无关的事;严禁酗酒者进入工作岗位。
7、凡运转的设备，不准跨越、横跨运转部位传递物件，不准触及运转部位;不得用手拉、嘴吹切屑;不准站在旋转工件或可能爆裂飞出物件、碎屑部位的正前方进行操作、调整、检查、清扫设备;装卸、测量工件或需要拆卸防护罩时，要先停电关车;不准无罩或敞开防护罩开车;不准超限使用设备机具;工作完毕或中途停电，应切断电源，才准离岗。
8、检修机械、电气设备前，必须在电源开关处挂上“有人工作，严禁合闸”的警示牌。必要时设专人监护或采取防止意外接地的技术措施。警示牌必须谁挂谁摘，非工作人员禁止摘牌合闸。一切电源开关在合闸前应细心检查，确认无人检修时方准合闸。
9、一切电气、机械设备及装臵的外露可导电部分，除另有规定外，必须有可靠的接零(地)装臵并保持其连续性。非电气工作人员不准装、修电气设备和线路。
10、发生生产安全事故要及时抢救，保护现场，并立即报告领导和上级主管部门。
二、人身和财产安全

1、要有预防的意识，保持良好的防护习惯。
2、用法律维护自己的人身财产安全。特别是面对暴力犯罪，要坚决制止不法侵害。对正在进行行凶、杀人、抢劫、强奸、绑架以及其他严重危及人身安全的暴力犯罪，采取防卫行为。
3、发生案件、发现危险要快速、准确、实事求是的报警求助。
4、留心观察身边的人和事，及时规避可能针对自己的侵害。注意防火,防盗,防交通意外。
5、积极预防不法侵害危及的人身安全。
?抢劫的预防。注意观察，及时识别;选好外出行走路线;不在陌生人面前暴露自己的行踪;保持行车途中及住地警惕;遇到抢劫时沉着冷静应付;及时报案，以便组织追捕。
?滋扰的预防。慎重处置;依靠集体力量，积极制止违法犯罪行为;注意策略，防止事态扩大;自觉寻找证据，用法律保护自己。
?性侵害的预防。正确识别性侵害;注意自身的言行举止;尽量避免在开放性场所独处;加强教育，增强性自卫能力;遭遇性侵害时，要沉着冷静对待，努力消除性侵害成功的机会和条件;加强性侵害过程中的自身防卫;积极报案，提供证据;人最宝贵，安全第一。我要安全，安全为我。互让半步，处处通途。步步小心，平安是金。
三、防盗
1、出租屋或者宿舍防盗措施。锁好门、关好窗;不要留宿外来人员;注意盘查形迹可疑人员;防止推销小商品人员顺手牵羊;宿舍内不放大量现金;贵重物品不要放在明处;安装防盗门窗; 及时修复损坏的防盗设施;保管好自己的钥匙;选址安全 ,谨慎交友。
2、现金防盗措施。现金存入银行;日常生活费用贴身携带。
3、存折、银行卡、电话卡宿舍防盗措施。设置一个既保密又不会遗忘的密码; 保管好存折、银行卡;参加体育锻炼时应锁在柜中;被盗或丢失要立即挂失。
4、发生盗窃案件的应对办法。发现被盗时要迅速叫上他人，寻找和围堵嫌疑人;保护盗窃现场，切勿出入和翻动现场物品;发现存折、银行卡、校园卡被盗，立即挂失;配合调查。
四、防抢
1、要有遭遇抢劫、抢夺的心理准备。
2、夜间不要单独到偏僻的地方行走。
3、女生注意首饰小包。
4、不要外露财物。
5、不走偏黑路。
6、乘坐有营运执照的正规车,或者出租车。
7、攻心感化作案人。

五、防诈骗 诈骗花样有合同诈骗、假金元宝诈骗、借口帮忙诈骗、利用求财求子等心理诈骗、在特定场所如银行门前诈骗、中大奖骗局、利用公话诈骗、碰撞丢钱诈骗等。针对大学生诈骗主要是求职陷阱，包括试用期陷阱，收费陷阱，工资陷阱，智力陷阱。
1、多学习观察。
2、不贪钱财，不图便宜。
3、保守自我信息秘密。
4、慎重交友，不感情用事。
5、多与同学和老师斟酌。
6、慎重对待他人的财物请求。
六、防传销
传销，是指组织者或者经营者发展人员，通过对被发展人员以其直接或者间接发展的人员数量或者销售业绩为 依据计算和给付报酬，或者要求被发展人员以交纳一定费用为条件取得加入资格等方式牟取非法利益，扰乱经济秩序，影响社会稳定的行为。
1、消除快速成功的心理。
2、正确对待就业困难。
3、学会用《禁止传销条例》保护自己。
4、杜绝非法传销渗透的空间。
5、尽快脱身，防止越陷越深。
6、主动配合打击。
七、防网络犯罪
1、互联网对犯罪心理形成的影响 ?色情信息容易导致性犯罪。?暴力游戏容易促生暴力犯罪。?网络虚拟性容易导致诈骗犯罪。
2、预防互联网对人身和财产安全造成的危害
?树立正确的网络使用意识。?慎交网友。?建设网络文明。?不登陆色情网站，不下载色情软件，不观看色情信息，不到不规范网吧。?举报网络违法犯罪。

八、交通事故的预防
1、提高交通安全意识 发生交通事故最主要的原因是思想麻痹、安全意识淡薄。遵守交通法规是最起码的要求。若没有交通安全意识很容易带来生命之忧。
2、自觉遵守交通法规 除提高交通安全意识、掌握基本的交通安全常识外，还必须自觉遵守交通法规，才能保证安全。以下两点是大家必须掌握并要在日常生活中严格遵守的。
(1)在道路上行走，应走人行道，无人行道时靠右边行走。走路时要集中精力，“眼观六路，耳听八方”;不与机动车抢道，不突然横穿马路、翻越护拦，过街走人行横道;不闯红灯，不进入标有“禁止行人通行”、“危险”等标志的地方。
(2)乘坐交通工具。乘坐市内公共交通等车停稳后，依次上车，不挤不抢。车辆行驶中不得把身体伸出窗外;乘坐长途客车、中巴车时不能贪图便宜，乘坐车况不好的车，不要乘坐“黑巴”、“摩的”，因为这些车辆安全没有保障。乘坐火车、轮船、飞机时必须遵守车站、码头和机场的各项安全管理规定。 (3)驾驶交通工具须具备相应驾驶证，严禁无牌无证驾驶机动车辆，严格遵守相关交通法规。
3、发生交通事故的处理办法
(1)及时报案 一旦发生交通事故后，首先想到的是及时报案，有利于事故的公正处理，千万不能与肇事者“私了”。
(2)保护现场 事故现场的勘查结论是划分事故责任的依据之一，若现场没有保护好会给交通事故的处理带来困难，造成“有理说不清”的情况。切记，发生交通事故后要保护好事故现场。
九、安全常识问答
1、什么是安全生产? 答:安全生产是指在劳动生产过程中，要努力改善劳动条件，克服不安全因素，防止伤亡事故的发生，使劳动生产在保证劳动者安全健康和国家财产及人民生命财产安全的前提下顺利进行。
2、什么是劳动保护? 答:劳动保护是指根据国家法律、法规，依靠技术进步和科学管理，采取组织措施和技术措施，消除危及人身安全健康的不良条件和行为，防止事故和职业病，保护劳动者在劳动过程中的安全与健康，其内容包括:劳动安全、劳动卫生、女工保护、未成年工保护、工作时间与休假制度。
3、什么是职业安全, 答:职业安全是指人们进行生产过程中没有人员伤亡、职业病、设备损坏或财产损失发生的状态，是一种带有特定含义和范畴的“安全”。

5、什么是企业职工伤亡事故? 答:企业职工伤亡事故是指职工在劳动过程中发生的人身伤害、急性中毒事故。即职工在本岗位劳动，或虽不在本岗位劳动，但由于企业的设备和设施不安全、劳动条件和作业环境不良、管理不善，以及企业领导指派到企业外从事本企业活动，所发生的人身伤害(即轻伤、重伤、死亡)和急性中毒事故。
6、什么叫轻伤? 答:轻伤是指造成职工肢体伤残，或某些器官功能性或器质性轻度损伤，表现为劳动能力轻度或暂时丧失的伤害。一般指受伤职工歇工在一个工作日以上，但够不上重伤者。
7、什么叫重伤? 答:重伤是指造成职工肢体残缺或规范、听觉等器官受到严重损伤一般能引起人体长期存在功能障碍，或劳动能力有重大损失的伤害，重伤失能损失超过105个工作日。
8、什么是职业病, 答:职业病是职业危害因素作用于人体的强度和时间超过一定限度，导致人体功能性与器质性病理改变，从而出现的相应的临床症状，这类疾病称为职业病。
9、什么叫责任事故? 答:是指因有关人员的过失而造成的事故。
10、什么叫非责任事故, 答:是指由于自然界的因素而造成不可抗拒的事故，或由于当前科学技术条件的限制而发生的难以预料的事故。
