According to the chart, we clearly learn that there has been a sharp rise in the number of people use cell phones.As early as in 1999, the number of people using cell phones was only about 200 million.Then only 3 years later, it increased to nearly 500 million.And by 2005, the number had reached over 900 million, which was more than four times as many as six years ago.
There are many reasons accounting for this change.Firstly, it is due to the increase of people’s incomes.People gradually accept mobile phone.Secondly, old new homes, a big part of man is playing mobile phone, this is very serious in first-tier cities and the price of domestic factors, copycat cheap price, multiple functions.Finally, in the era of progre, now more and more people use cell phones to telephone others and to make sums to another people.Price is cheap As far as I am concerned, the increasing number of people using cell phones might have both its advantages and disadvantages.For one thing, using cell phones has a great help on our contact and communication .For another, the number of students using mobile phone increase, this has a bad effect on the students’ study.Therefore, we should appropriately use mobile phone to make more advantages.
