I think a succeful English course should at least have two basic elements.Most importantly, a succeful English cla should be thought-provoking, which means students can really learn something useful in the cla.Thereby they could think the cla they have attended is meaningful and deserve they precious time and attention.Second, a succeful English course should be lively.
A dumb and dreary cla could never be regarded as succeful, however knowledgeable the teacher is.An excellent teacher should know how to efficiently communicate with his students, so that they could always have their attention and fully absorb what their teacher told them.

Yes, I agree on this saying.Every single student has his unique personality, so of course there would be no fixed approaches in English teaching.Moreover, the teaching proce is unpredictable; a teacher should know how to adjust his teaching approach according to the current situation.But this does not neceary mean that there is no way in teaching.If a teacher just talks wantonly in the cla, he cannot ensure the due order and discipline of his cla.

I appreciate thought-provoking and communicative teaching approaches.A teacher should know how to evoke the potential interest of a student.And in the cla, there should be enough communication between teacher and students.
6.Why do some students prefer certain subjects rather than others?
That depends on personal interests.Different students always have different identities; thereby their interests often lie in different subjects.Once they have interests, they can probably do a better job in learning, which in turn motivates and enhance their interests.

I think the faith of devoting into education should be placed at the first place.Once a teacher has faith to his work, he may pay his heart to his students, and never abandon anyone.

The most evident characteristic of student memory is that liability to forget.Owing to the lack of scientific memorizing tactics, students often easily forget what their teacher told them.Or, they feel satisfied when catching the meaning of a certain word, and leave it there without any intensifying memorizing work.In this case, what they have memorized can be easily forgotten.
To solve this problem, in the proce of preparing a leon, a teacher should pay attention to the reviewing and testing of the contents.For example, a teacher can regularly arrange some quiz every certain period of time.
9.What do you think is the scientific way of preparing a course? What’s your way of preparing a course?
To prepare a good course, a teacher should first poe a solid foundation of this subject.If he is about to teach a text, he should first read it many times or even recite it, otherwise it will not be convincing to instruct his students.After intensive preliminary work, the next step is to ponder and work out the principle lies in the seemingly tedious teaching contents.Finally, a teacher should pay attention to the interaction between students and teachers.He should create certain tricks to activate the atmosphere in the cla and motivate students’ learning interests.

Yes, I think it is right.We don’t expect that a student should surely be outstanding in terms of academic records.As long as his aptitude and potential are fully developed, he could finally realize his life value.However, as to detecting the merits implied in a student and lead them onto a right way, it really requires reflection.If a teacher fails to do this, he could not be deemed as a qualified teacher.
10.How do you think about the system of preparing course in groups? Does it have advantages?It’s a good way of improving teaching quality.We know that the power of group is much stronger than that of a individual.We can communicate our creative ideas with other fellows.Also it can save a lot of valuable time wasted in doing the same simple things respectively, and leave more time to the innovation of teaching approaches.
11.Is teaching a kind of craft or a kind of art? Which idea do you prefer?
I think teaching could be a mix of both craft and art.Educating a student is a noble job.When reviewing the endeavor I have paid and appreciating the current achievements of my students, I really feel myself like an artist.My students are just like my crude materials in my hands, and my work is to change them into excellent art works.The whole proce is sort of art, but it requires delicate craft, which means the appropriate teaching approaches and, most importantly, a dedicatory heart to the education career.
