In Harmony with Nature
Good evening everyone, my name is Yellow River.I come from grade one of resource and environment.Worth mentioning is that the topic of my speech is in harmony with nature, which is closely related to my subject.
As we know, under the guidance of President Hujingtao, what we are striving to do is to build a harmonious society, among which one of the most important point is to live in harmony with nature.I\'m not sure how many people have noticed the giant change in the ecological environment, but I do.I clearly remember when I was 6 years old, the marvelous scenery in my hometown.A swarm of fish swam happily in the crystal water, and the air was filled with a taste of water.However, last time when I returned to my hometown, a totally different shocking scene was presented to my eyes.What a discouraging change! A large number of newly emerging factories had sprung up like mushrooms, resulting in the discharge of pernicious gas.Besides, the rise of the sea level, the whole world is becoming warmer and warmer, all points to the fact that people are not living in harmony with nature.As the saying goes, once we human beings overexploit nature, upsetting its balance, nature will take revenge on us.Thus what is urgent at this moment is to take some measures to protect the environment.Otherwise, our next generation will suffer the pain that we are giving rise to.
To achieve an accordant relationship with nature, we can do following things.On the one hand, the government should make strict rules about the discharge of exhausted gases to make sure they are treated and minimized in pollution.On the other hand, we should encourage people to plant more trees.Increase in forest coverage will surely purify the quality of the atmosphere.Last but not least, try to imbue the awarene of the important of environment protection.
The world is in the hands of all people.If we join our hands to protect our environment, we will surely live in harmony with nature.
