Normally,school education aims to cultivate students ‘abilities to learn and think .But more and more people realize that without the cultivation of moralnormsand ethics .we can hardly expect a society to be nice enough for being a harmonious one .As a result ,school attach more attention to develop students’ character education .such as qualities of honesty and filial piety .
Character education plays an important role in the development of future society .It meet the need of emphasizing and developing the students’ all-round qualities .In the long run ,it protects students from being selfish .indifferent ,conceited as well as impolite in their daily lives .What’ s more ,it teaches students how to learn efficiently ,how to live colourfully and how to do thing seriously ,for their own future ,and also for the future of their motherland .
素质教育

(2)New Part Jobs
With the rapid development of information society , a large number of new part-time jobs emerge ,such as cyber writers , shooter rectifiers and so on .Since young people tend to accept new thing ,many university students employ these jobs .However ,some are afraid that these part-time jobs will distract students’ attention form their studies and influence their academic achievements .
AS far as I am concerned ,taking on part-time jobs can partly relieve students’ economic burdens ,especially to those from poor families .Almost all these new jobs meet the real demands of modern times ,the can ensure college students to keep pace with the times and get self-improvements according to the needs of society .
What’s more , when compared with tradition ones ,these new ones show characteristics of novel forms ,diversified styles and flexibility .So if college students can balance their study and part-time jobs well ,they are sure to get enough knowledge as well as working experience ,so as to get ready for their future succe .
(2)新的兼职工作
随着信息社会的快速发展，大量的新兼职工作机会出现，如网络作家，枪手整流器等。因为年轻人倾向于接受新事物，很多大学生聘请这些工作。 然而，有些人担心这些兼职会分散学生注意学习形式和影响他们的学术成就。

（3）My View on Major-hopping
People’s opinions are always different once they talk about major-hopping.those whose never change their major throughout their life maintain that they have been loving their major for years and dreaming of applying what have learned to their future work ,so what’s the point in changing to another major? They also believe that anyone who wants to excel in this specially has to work hard in the same field for years to acquired skill and knowledge.
Many people think otherwise .on the one hand, if they are not interested in or satisfied with their major at college, they decide to make a change when they pursue postgraduate studies .on the other hand, they are also likely to make the transition because they want to find a satisfactory job in the future.
My own opinion is that major-hopping,in this fast-developing information era, has become more that common and acceptable .if we want keep pace with times, we have to change for the faster, the higher, and the stronger .if we are sure that the major fits us better and will add meaning to our life, why cannot we make a new beginning?

This strange phenomenon not only reveals the immature of young adults , but also discloses that those cadres haven‟t realized the nature of the students, union.The following factors can account for it .firstly , self-cultivation of college student cadres is not good enough .because they lack spcial experience , they make mistakes easily with the desires for quick return .secondly , the check up system in college overemphasize their performance in students-union , so student cadres only focus on pursuits of outstanding performance .
All things considered, universities should reinforce guidance and education for college cadres and help them build up a stronger sense of service.

In my opinion ,their harmfulne can be summarized in the following three respects.In the first place ,the rights of the original holders are cruelly violated.In the second place, people will lose the impulse to create if there is plagiarism here and there.Last but not least ,plagiarism will lead to the degradation of the whole academic circle , when includes not only the publication, but also people,s minds.
In my mind ,the government and the citizens should join hands to put an end to plagiarism .on the one hand , he government should punish the plagiarism severely lest they harm the authors again.On the other hand ,common citizens should report such harmful phenomena as soon as poible .only by the joint efforts of the government and the common people can do away with plagiarism.我认为剽窃的负面影响 现在我们每一个人都可能碰到有人复制他人、书籍、文章或其他作品不时为自己的利益。这一现象是最有害的学术界，甚至整个社会。

（7）No pain, no gains
The well-known proverb “no pains ,no gains ”has been accepted by all of us .it tells us that we have to make efforts whenever we want to be succeful in a certain field.
Let,s take English study as an example.If we want to improve our listening ability , we have to keep on listening to different materials and make records from time to time.It is also true with spoken English .listening to teachers attentively in cla and reading books are far from enough –you should practice talking with partners every week.
Another good case in point is acrobatics.Nobody is born a good acrobat, and one can only become a skilled one after countle failures.All of us excited when they win grand prizes in international competitions, but who knows how many hardships they have endured?
Judging from the examples given above, we may safely come to the conclusion that no pains, no gains .so why not try our best to learn our specially well? I am sure we will become experienced and skilled if we never give up.

（9）Whenever we talk to others , we should not hesitate to complain in two situations.First ,if a matter is not done properly , we should complain .otherwise ,the wrong practice will go on and on , until it becomes such a serious matter that nobody can overlook it any longer .to make matters worse,the most appropriate time for solving the problem may have paed .second ,if the matter is dishonest or even report to the police , or it will harm the interest of other people or even the whole society .
Many people don,t complain when they should ,mainly for two reasons .in most cases ,they put up with the wrongdoings because the matter is not too serious .it is also likely that they do not want to seem to make fu about trivial matters .neverthle ,when they choose not to complain , they do nothing to prevent wrongdoings from spresding.
If people don,t complain when they should ,illegal actions even crimes will be on the rises .every one of us should learn to form the habit of complaining whenever neceary
