X:Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen,welcome toHenan economic and trade vocational college College 2010 English Speaking Competition.Y:尊敬的各位领导，各位来宾，亲爱的老师们，同学们，大家（合）下午好！欢迎来到河南经贸职业学院2010英语演讲比赛决赛现场。
X:Well this Competition is organized byHenan economic and trade vocational college College and
undertaken by Foreign Language Department.In today\'s Grand Final,there 30 finalists;they are all the winners of the preliminaries.These contestants have given very impreive performances,
Y:本次大赛由河南经贸职业学院院团委主办，外语系承办,在今天的总决赛中共有30名选手，他们都是初赛复赛的胜出者这些选手将会为我们带来一场激动人心的比赛，相信今天的比赛一定精彩纷呈。 X:Firstly,let\'s introuduce today\'s honorable leader and judges and guests.

X:Once again let\'s welcome all the teachers and students.Now Please welcome profeor----------to give us a speech.

X:Thank you ,profeor------now let me introduce the regulations of this final.TheFinal consist offour parts, namely showing myself,prepared speech, impromptu speech, and questions and answers.
Y感谢的讲话，首先介绍一下:本次大赛组成部分：指定主题演讲、现场问答两部分。
X: In the first section each of the contestants will have 3minutes to deliver a prepared speech.This section the full score is 50.
X: And after that, two question masters in the judging panel will be responsible for raising questions to the contestant according to the prepared speech or the impromptu speech (one question master asks one or two questions).That will be around one minutes.This section the full score is 50.
Y:第二部分：现场回答，针对第一部分评委老师进行提问（1-2个问题）。回答时间总共为1分钟。这部分满分50分
X: When the contestant’s time for each part is used up, a staff member will raise a yellow cardboard to remind the contestant of the time.The contestant must stop within15 seconds, otherwise his or her timing score will be deducted.
Y:每部分的演讲，时间不足酌情扣分当选手每部分时间用尽时，计时员将用会举黄牌提醒选手，选手必须在15秒钟内停止演讲，否则扣分。
X:The judging panel will give scores on the spot.In this round, after 3 contestants finish the speech, the score of the previous 3 contestants will be announced together.After all the finalists finish the speech, the scores of all the speakers will be announced.
Y:评委老师当场打分，每3人公布一次分数。最后三名选手的成绩和最后的排名一起公布。 X: The places of the contestants will be arranged according to the scores.Y:选手名次按分数排序
