实习心得体会（AP模具部）
7月18日及7月22日于AP模具部实习两天，此次主要的目的是了解模具修模的作业流程，加深对本公司产品制备的了解，同时认识相关的负责人，为后续热处理积累基础。此次实习的收获与体会如下：
收获方面：
第一，清楚了模具修模的作业流程。
(1)模具零件依设计图纸检验，检验项目包括长、宽、厚及硬度等尺寸；
(2)模具零件备品钳工加工倒角，装配组立加工步骤： 模具倒角研磨油沟、模板厚度测量、冲头装配、模板组立； (3)模具组立步骤：
①所有零件及模板作消磁动作; ②上下垫板组立于上下模座，轻敲定位销作配合定位，螺丝锁紧; ③母模板组立于上下模座，螺丝锁紧，检查模板闭合后进行下步动作; ④组装母模板入块，透光检查落屑孔; ⑤装好脱料板入块后背板锁紧组立于上下垫板; ⑥组立于上下夹板; ⑦组装冲头待装备合模; ⑧组立于上模座，先锁夹板螺丝，等高套筒，切边冲头等合模检查模具闭合不可大于一个料厚; ⑨组立上模盖板及其主标准件等; ⑩模具组立完成。 第二，明白了精冲模具基本零件的作用。上下模板：垫高用机台锁固；垫板：防止冲头后退；夹板：固定冲头；导板：导正脱料板；脱背板：固定脱料板内零件；脱料板：亚料/脱料/冲头固定；母模板：固定下模零件；母模背板：防止下模零件退后；保护套：保护模具内零件。
第三，认识了主要负责及操作人员。
体会方面：
第一， 当某几个事物或人相似度很高时，我们经常说它们简直是一个模子里刻出来的。这里的模子就相当于模具。精冲零件首先必须要有模具，可见模具对于冲压的重要性。所以要保证产品的质量，必须要保证模具的质量不会出问题。
第二， 在加工或者处理零件时，要准备备品以防止不必要的投入。 第三， 车间内一些设备具有一定的危险性，所以必须要注意安全问题。 第四， 搞设计必须要有工作现场的经历才能最大限度地降低所设计产品的不合理率.

Firstly, clear the mold repairing of the mold proce.
(1) inspect mold parts according to design drawings, inspection items including size such as length, width, thickne and hardne; (2) bench work procees chamfer for spare mould parts, aembly proceing steps: Mold chamfering, grinding oil groove, templates, thickne measurement, the punch aembly, template aembly; (3) the mold aembly steps: ① All parts and templates for degauing; ②Top and bottom plate aembly in upper and lower die holder, hammered out a pin gently to make match positioning, locking screw; ③Aembly template in the upper and lower mold base, screw lock, close template for the next step; ④Aembly mother template into pieces, pervious to light to inspect exfoliation hole; ⑤Packed into the stripper block type back lock and aembly on top and bottom plate; ⑥Aembled in upper and lower splints; ⑦All landowners aembly punch, wait for equipment or mould; ⑧Was aembled in the mold base, the first lock clamp screw, such as sleeve, trimming punch, such as clamping check mold closing not more than one material thickne; ⑨Pet-name ruby upper die plate aembly and the main standard parts, etc.; ⑩Attending the mold aembly is complete.Secondly, understand the role of fine blanking die basic parts.Template: padding machine locking; Plate: prevent the punch back; Plywood: fixed punch; Guide: guide stripper; Backboard: fixed inside the stripper parts; Stripper: the material/stripping/punch fixed; Mother template: fixed the under mould parts; Button back: to prevent the lower die parts back; Case: protect the mould parts.Thirdly, knew the head people and main operations personnel.Experiences: Firstly, when certain things or people’s similarity is high, we often say that they are out of simply a mold carved.The mold is equivalent to die here.Fine blanking parts must have mould at first, so mold is important visibly for stamping.We must ensure the quality of the mould don’t have problem, making sure the quality of the product.Secondly, in the proceing or proceing parts, to prepare spare parts in order to prevent the unneceary spending.Thirdly, some workshop equipment has a certain risk, so we must pay attention to safety problems.Lastly, the designer must have the experience of working site to minimize the failure rate of designed products.
