House-Leasing Contract
Leor (hereinafter referred to as Party A):
Leee (hereinafter referred to as Party B):
Party A and B have reached an agreement through friendly consultation to conclude the following contract.Party AThe registered size of the leased premises is square meters (Gro size).
1.The lease term will be years from (day)(year) toAfter the lease expires,under the same condition,party B enjoys the priority to renew the lease of the house.
2.the rental will be per month,Payment of rental will be one installment every season(s).the rental need to pay ahead of7 working days
3.Before the check in,party B should delivery the deposit of housing facilities,water,electricity and other relatedcost about RMB.when party B check out,Party A will return full amount of the deposit on the same day without interestwhen this contract expires and party B clears the premises and has paid all due rental and other expenses.
4.Party B must pay the cost of utilities such as telephone communications, water, electricity, cable television and gas on time during the lease term.
5.During the lease period, Party B should take good care of housing, without the consent shall not destroy or change the decoration and structure of housing;Party B shall returned the properly functioning equipment and facilities after the expiration of the lease to the Party A;If there is any damage, party B is responsible for compensation.
6.During the lease period, Party B shall be subject to the management of the authority, and obey relevant laws and regulations, shall not engage in illegal activities by the use of rental housing, storage of dangerous goods,.if party B did not pay the house rent past the 15 days,Party A shall have the right to terminate the contract and recovery of the housing,the one who breach of the contract need to compensation for one month\'s rent.
7.The period of the lease without the consent of Party A, Party B shall not sublease the house to a third party
8.The lease period shall not be unreasonably terminate the contract.either party need to terminate required thirty days\' notice to the other, and compensation for a month of breach the contract.
9.Matters not covered by the contract, the two sides can through friendly consultations and then entered into a supplemental agreement.
10.This agreement is done in duplicate,each party holds one,This contract will be effective after being signed by both parties
