感谢信是一种表示感谢的私人或者公务信函。感谢信的写法与投诉信相似，只是内容正好相反。感谢信一般要开门见山的表明写信的意图 --- 表示感谢。感谢信的重点内容是详细陈述感谢的缘由，这一部分要尽量铺陈展开。感谢信的最后要再次致谢。感谢信要做到感情真挚，语气恳切，感谢之情溢于言表。
