I think it\'s best to be a volunteer.I can go there in summer holiday.I am going to take some school things there.I know they don\'t have enough money to buy these.
I am good at English and computer.Maybe I can help them with these two subjects there.I can also help them do farm work.I think it must be very interesting.I can not only help them but also entertainment.To be a volunteer is really a good idea.

Most of us paid little attention to protecting our eyesight, so the examination report is not good.Two thirds of the students spend too much time on TV, computer games and their eyes are too tired.A quarter of us are reading while lying in bed or walking.And a few read books in strong sunlight or in the dark light.
With the time paing on, the eyesight becomes poorer and poorer.We’ll regret if we are shortsighted.It’s important for us to form a good reading habit.Let’s take good care of our eyes.

It’s very important for us to keep healthy in our everyday life .But how ?Here is some advice for you to follow (接受）First, you should have a healthy diet.It’sneceary to eat plenty of fruit andvegetables .You should not eat too muchfat ,such as cheese , butter or anythingelse too fatty.Eating a lot of sweets can be bad for your teeth, so you had betternot eat too many sweets or chocolates.You should also drink as little coffee as poible .Second, doing exercise is certainly agood way to maintain your health.Finally , after a day’s work you shouldtry to get eight hours of sleep , and you’dbetter not work or study too late.

English Online made a survey on what junior middle school students do in their spare time.Here is the result.After school, 60% of them study, read books or do homework at home.5% watch TV and 15% play computers games.20% do sports or play outdoors with clamates or friends.
Things are much better than before, but still about 60% of students are busy studying in their free time.Study is not the only important thing for children.Playing is important for them, too.By playing, children can keep healthy, and can learn things that they can\'t get from books.So children need more time to do different kinds of activities.

I am a middle school student.I am learning many subjects at school.After cla, my clamates and I often take part in different school activities.I\'m interested in computer science and I often go to our school computer group.I learn to get useful things from the Internet.I think it is important to larn to use computers because they are used everywhere in our modern life.I want to work for our country with computers when I grow up.
Grade 9 students should do more exercise
In my opinion, Grade 9 students should do more exercise.First,it is helpful for our PE exam.Second, we can relax ourselves while exercising.Not only can we have healthier bodies, but also our friendship will be stronger after playing sports with friends.What\'s more, exercising can help us make more friends easily and our life will be colorful.We will know an old saying \"All work no play will make Jack a dull boy \".The harder we need to study, the more exercise we need to take to keep healthy.Without taking exercise, we won\'t be energetic in study.
So I think though we have to prepare for the entrance exam, it\'s still neceary for us to do sports.
