一个民族，一个国家也会借花来表达自己的文化内 涵，那种花就被叫做国花。世界上已有一百多个国家确立了自己的国花，中国是唯一一个未确立国花的大国。国花的评选必须具备四个条件：一是分布要广泛；二是外观要漂亮；三是要有深刻的文化内涵；四是要具备一定的经济价值。
以往我国国花评选，牡丹、梅花各有众多呼声。 1903年，清朝赦定牡丹为国花；1915年版《辞海》载：“我国向以牡丹为国花”；1929年，前国民政府将梅花定为国花。 牡丹是大众化的，是普通大众欣赏品位的代表。相对于牡丹的群体欣赏口味，观赏梅花更多是一种个体的审美体验，因为它历来被更为敏感的知识分子所把持。梅花及其象征的精神，是由历代知识分子总结赋予的。时乖命蹇的时候，他们以梅花自我期许，并且把梅花人格化，甚至“梅妻鹤子”。普通大众在勤苦劳作之余，可怜而有限的感官之娱，必然指向色彩浓烈喜庆的东西比如牡丹，而审美意义上的梅花之“瘦”，却可能无法激起甚至无暇激起他们内心的共鸣。

世界上有很多东西，往往是越分越少，只有一样东西却是越分越多，这——就是“爱”！爱——是付出，付出就会有收获；爱——是给予，给予就会有回报！ 记得六年前，带着梦想，带着期待，带着满腔的热情和信心，我来到韩城职专，并担任春季计算机专业的班主任，原本想着本班的学生应该和班主任走的近一些，但是我错了！我发现班里的学生似乎总是和我保持一定的距离，于是，我就开始反思，细心的观察，请教老教师。反省以后我才发觉，我平日里给他们的距离感让他们拒我以千里之外。于是，我开始学着怎么和他们交谈，怎么走进他们的世界，这时我才发觉他们的心灵竟是这么的丰富多彩，他们收获了一个朋友，而我收获的却是一群朋友，何乐而不为呢？
之后，我明白了要想和我们中职学校的学生融洽相处必须要多花一点功夫，有时需要把他们当作自己的弟弟妹妹一般，有时需要把他们当作知心朋友一般，有时需要把他们当作迷路的孩子一般，有时又必须对他们严加管教，绝不能没有原则，放任自流。
身为新时代的年青教师，与我们学校的这些学生相处，我渐渐感觉到他们独特的被赋予新时代特征的个性，也许他们的言语和表现少不了几许稚嫩和鲁莽；也许他们的思维和行动欠缺几分理性和沉稳，但只要用心发现，他们其实很想与老师接近，他们以独特的方式渴望着老师的关注，企盼着老师的关爱，在意老师的关怀。身为教师的我们如果忽略了这一点，纵然我们有高深的学识，耀眼的才华，在他们心中也被打了一个大大的折扣。化解这一矛盾的奥妙，便是“师德”中的一个字——爱！
