If I could get everyone\'s attention? Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.It\'s a great honor to be here today to give you a speech.I am Zhaohui, a profeor who has spent many years working on the relationship between various factors and job satisfaction.Today, I want to share with you my recent work on work-life balance and job satisfaction.The topic of my speech is: Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction: How Relevant Are They? I will elaborate on the following sections, including introduction, literature review, methods and finding and discuion.Then I will draw relevant conclusions at the end and I also want to acknowledge a few of people.I hope my topic today will give you a new understanding of work-life balance and job satisfaction.It will also help you to better manage your own work and life.If you have any questions you can bring it up at the end or contact me via email later.Introduction:

First, I\'d like to tell you that why we did this research.Modern organizations are treating their employees more humanely, which makes them satisfied with their jobs.In the organization, the trend for employee satisfaction is changing, by identifying other factors and effects of employee life, not just their time in the office.However, while it\'s important, most organizations don\'t realize the importance of work-life balance in their job satisfaction.At the same time, the current global economy is very complex, which requires the efficiency and productivity of employees.Stre and work-related stre, family responsibilities make it difficult for individuals to find a balance between work and personal life.The flexibility, motivation, social support and welfare of the job all affect job satisfaction.However, few people emphasize the role of work-life balance in job satisfaction.In addition, the question of how work-life balance and workplace culture, social support and motivation interact with work still requires further research.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the iue and to review the relationship between staff of the medical institutions.The study was tested after the medical system, especially in hospitals that are considered streful.Lecture review: After clarifying the purpose of the study, we carried out relevant theoretical research.Here is a summary of my literature review.First, what is work-life balance? Work-life balance has many definitions and perspectives.Different people may have different opinions about work-life balance, depending on their understanding and experience.In general, work-life balance refers to the situation where employees are able to undertake both work and other responsibilities.

As for workplace culture, companies should take into account the existing cultural differences and brand themselves as \"employer\'s choice\" while striving to improve their work and life balance.Incentives ultimately motivate employees to be more effective than they otherwise would be.Then, job satisfaction varies from person to person.People who are more satisfied with their jobs are more likely to be satisfied.Introduced by Luks, when employee is getting autonomy in decision making, then they will have highest level of job satisfaction and lower job stre than other workers.Finally, the relationship between work-life balance and life satisfaction indicates that employees with more work-life balance were more satisfied with their jobs than those with le work-life balance.To sum up, based on the above theories, we conclude three hypotheses.H1: Workplace culture is positively correlated with job satisfaction.H2:Social support is closely related to job satisfaction.H3: Motivation is related to job satisfaction Method: After familiar with the above theories, I would like to introduce to you our research methods.Our data comes from management staff from four healthcare organizations in Malaysia.The study used questionnaires.A total of 205 questionnaires were iued during the investigation, of which 205 were recovered and the completion rate was 100%.The study\'s questionnaire included five parts, with a total of 35 questions.The first part is the participant\'s population distribution, the second part is the participants\' workplace culture, the third part is the social iues related to support project, the fourth part is the motivation for the influence of the respondents and the last section requires the user to answer questions related to job satisfaction.At the same time, we also characterized the relationship between work life balance and job satisfaction through other methods.A five point Likert scales ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree to each construct used as a measurement tool.A reliability test was conducted to measure the construct validity for the respondents.The data indicates that the questionnaire is a reliable research method that can continuously measure the level of the variables of the study.Finding and Discuion: Next, I\'d like to show you the results of our study.Firstly, analyze the data of questionnaire survey briefly.Based on the study conducted, the researcher had concluded that the majority of respondents were government employers.The majority of the married respondents had partners who were employed.Fortunately, the majority of the respondents were able to balance their work life.The researchers found that all factors contribute to a manager\'s job satisfaction.First, the highest level of job satisfaction is motivation.There is a negative correlation between motivation and job satisfaction.Then the mid-level work-life balance in job satisfaction is workplace culture.There is a positive correlation between workplace culture and job satisfaction, but the correlation is very weak.At last, Social support is the lowest job satisfaction of managers.There is a positive correlation between social support and job satisfaction, but the correlation is weak.Conclusion: To conclude, workplace culture, social support and motivation affect work-life balance.The researchers have a big limitation in investigating only one specific group of subjects, and should be extended to clinical staff.There are differences between management and clinical workers\' views on work-life balance.Attitudes, spiritual beliefs, and cultural functions can also be used as a good variable to explain the study.In order to balance the needs of workers\' responsibilities and family stability, the study is eential to be conducted out.As a result, we suggest that in order to improve the job satisfaction and improve productivity, the organization must take into account the work-life balance of the staff, while the staff should be more positive and positive.May I thank you all for being such an attentive audience.I’d like now leave you with a couple of thoughts.If there are any questions, please feel free to ask.
