一、“妈妈”需要好心态
我们生下子女，就必须肩负起养育的责任。我在怀孕7个月时，辞职回家，在儿子2岁4个月上幼儿园之后才重返职场。儿子幼年的每个成长阶段都有我的陪伴！现在，儿子17岁，我对孩子的教育没有任何遗憾。虽然儿子并不完美，但我尽到了做母亲应尽的职责，让我欣慰的是，这些得到了儿子的认可。
二、家庭放在第一位
作为妈妈，我认为家庭是第一位的。在儿子较小时，我尽量不加班，如必须出差，我会优化行程时间，即便凌晨或是深夜，我都会争取当日去当日返，以便给儿子更多的陪伴。
三、营造健康和谐的家庭氛围
我不认为男人应该比女人少承担家庭责任，但事实总是并非所愿。夫妻两个人应该合理安排工作时间和家庭生 活，我和先生分担家务，包括陪孩子玩，但我们总会挤出一段三人为伴的共享时光，这个非常重要。我们家的氛围比较轻松愉快，我较少干预儿子，但教育目的非常 清晰：让他将来有能力做自己喜欢的事，健康的生活。
四、建立母爱新原则
我对儿子的爱是“了解、理解、尊重”。了解，不同年龄阶段孩子的发育特点；理解，孩子每个行为背后的诱因；尊重，孩子的选择和决定。我们需要把孩子当成一个独立的人，给他一定的自主权，让他在规则内感到自由、安全和信任，让孩子在爱中慢慢成长。
五、陪孩子做他喜欢的事
与儿子在一起的时候，我会根据儿子的兴趣，选择他喜欢的事情陪他一起做。那时，我们更像是朋友。儿子小时候非常喜欢听故事，我就经常给他讲，我绘声绘色 的讲解、夸张的动作、表情和语调会感染到他。我还会利用一切合适的机会重复这个过程，比如候诊室、候机大厅、游戏环节中、公园里，还会借此邀请其他小伙伴 一起加入。
六、愿意坚持一生的事
至今，每晚我做的最后一件事仍是给儿子的睡前陪伴。睡前，一起听音乐、说故事、做抚触等等。孩子大了可以不做全身抚触，但最好坚持每天推背，小时候半小时，大了可能就三到五分钟。然后，与儿子拥抱、道晚安，并轻轻地告诉他：“妈妈爱 你！”每天早上儿子出门上学时，我一定会将他送到门口，跟儿子拥抱后说再见。每年，我会组织一次家庭旅行。这些是我愿意一生坚持的事情而不仅仅是流于形式 或说教，它们已经成为我和儿子精神层面的活动，让我们双方都能感受到“爱的力量”。
