针对今年12月份的四六级考试，除了热点问题之外，还有常考的话题，因为四六级不一定考最热门的话题，四六级写作一般只考两种题型，一种是应用文，一种是论说文。我们应该全面准备。
应用文重点准备三种，第一种是书信，这是四六级考试的重点，书信分为很多种，建议信四六级考过两次，投诉信，四级考过一次，六级考过四次。关于邀请信，新大纲明确提出要求掌握的，详细了解一下书信的写法，在我提供的范文当中提供了一些书信的范文，大家可以参考。书信一般先写一个称呼，称呼有两种情况，一种是写给机构，是尊敬的先生或者女士。如果是写给个人，就是dear后面加上人名就可以了。但是需要注意的是后面要使用逗号，而不能使用冒号。书信的第一段一般就写两句话，第一句话就是自我介绍。四六级考生一般都是大学生，上来介绍自己是哪个大学、那个专业大体的学生，但是需要注意不要出现自己的真实姓名，出现大学专业是可以的。
第二句话，写作目的，写这封信的目的是什么，要开门见山，这是英文书信的写法。
第二段的写法一般就是改写三点提纲，无论是四级还是六级，一般都会有两到三点提纲把它改写一下，可以放在书信的第二段，第二段就不能再写一些废话了。
第三段，一般来讲第一句话就是表示感谢，但是需要注意假如私人建议信就不用表示感谢了，你给一个朋友写一封信，建议他怎么选专业，怎么度假，不需要感谢对方。但是假设考到公务建议信，比如你给图书馆、书店写一封信，建议它改进服务，还是需要感谢对方的。07年考研写作考的就是一封公务建议信，给图书馆写一封信建议它改进服务。图书馆没有得罪你，而且图书馆改进了服务对你也有好处，所以公务建议信甚至是投诉信也需要表示感谢。
比方2002年1月份四六级考过一个题目，给大学校长写一封信投诉食堂，食堂的问题不一定是校长的责任，所以投诉信也需要感谢校长。
其实表示感谢这种句型是应用文或者是书信最重要的一个句型。
第三段第二句话是期待回信，无论是去信还是来信都是可以期待对方回信。所以，书信我们总结一下就是三段，第一段自我介绍写作目的。第二段，改写两到三点提纲。第三段就是写表示感谢和期待回信。最后来一个落款，落款首先写一个结尾客套，就是“您的真诚”，但是需要注意后面使用逗号。另外，签名四六级、考研一般叫“李明”，高考一般叫“李华”，不要写错了。
第二种就是告示。告示这种题型四级写作已经考过两次，06年6月17号，四级写作让你写一个海报招募志愿者，而07年6月份，四级写作再次写一个告示，写一个社团的招新启示。告示的写法有的同学不太了解，格式应该分为四个方面，这是新大纲明确要求的。第一个方面是标题，告示一定要写标题，你看到题目当中有几个大写字母就是标题，把它写上。如果实在找不到就写notice或者是aouncement就可以了。第二个格式就是日期，写在标题下一行右下方月日年。第三个格式就是正文，正文一般是给几点提纲就写几段，而且时态一般使用
将来时、现在时为主。我们知道四六级考试一般是写作时以现在时为主，而不是过去时，尤其是一般现在时为主，让你现在写一封信或者是议论文。告示的第四部分就是落款，假如是机构应该牢记从小到大，比方中文系学生会，应该先写学生会，再写中文系，写成两行做对齐。这是第二种应用文告示。
第三种应用文就是致词，也就是口头作文，四级考过两次，04年6月份考过一个导游词。假设你是一个导游，针对游客发表一段话怎么说。05年1月份考的是竞选演讲，假设你要竞选学生会主席怎么说。
口头作文需要注意的是一般可以写一个称呼，比如女士们、先生们。另外，

A post of volunteer recruiting
A voluntary activity in the summer vacation will be organized by the University Students Union.The Student Union will open free English claes for the youngsters in S.O.S Children’s Village.The claes will last for a week.
Currently, we will recruit 5 volunteers to work as English teachers.The volunteers are requested to speak fluent English.Those with English teaching experience are preferable.Besides the English skills, we expect the volunteers to be patient, open-minded with a loving heart.The Children’s Village will provide the volunteers with three meals a day and transportation from and to the university during the cla days.
