1.Company Introduction

XX Group is a company with more than 10 years history.XX is a comprehensive enterprise trading as investment research and development trade and manufacture.The registered capital of this company is 1 million.Although the number of employers is le than 30 people, the company is working well and quite competitive.The company specializes in garments,toys,lights and gifts.However,its toys are very famous.For example,they have positive cooperation with many international brand,included Microsoft,IKEA,P&G&DISNEY etc.Meanwhile,also cooperate with International retail giants and big department Store, includes,Wal-mart,K-mart, Falabella and Carrefour.

XX Group is a sourcing company headquartered in XX, China.The total supply chain and production management solutions give companies the edge over the competition.Its multiply value for clients’ businees by effectively managing all vital aspects of their supply chain.

Today’s increasingly competitive market requires businees to think globally.Many companies look to China for low-cost, quality manufacturing, but lack the proper expertise to capitalize on this huge opportunity.However, XX provide customers with the safest and most cost-effective sourcing through hands-on project management in China.This allows the company to deliver higher quality products,lower costs,shortened lead times,as well as the transparency every customer needs.

2.Content on Internship

At the beginning, I need to be familiar with the company background,product,and the developing circumstances.Work as a full-time interns ,I have to try to accomplish the task given to me, meanwhile I should be responsible for the daily work such as tiding the office, copying files,sending fax etc.When the guest come,served the tea actively consciously.

Several days later, my leader-Mi Anne,brought me some documents, such as B/L,

invoices, packing list and quality certificate and some related documents copy.I have learned those documents in university because those are related to my major.However, I found it is really difficult to link theory and practice together.Those documents greatly strengthened my practical ability.Besides, I also learned a lot about how to fill out that kind of documents profeionally and correctly.

Therefore, I not only learn how to make foreign trade documents but also improve my capabilities.As an foreign trade salesman , one of my responsibilities is to sort out the material of purchase.From the beginning to the end of purchase project, what I have learned during the proce is unprecedented.It is neceary for me to have a good command at the knowledge in Finance, also I should get touch with something I did not have any idea before, such as comprehend Contract Law and appraise products.

In my routine job, firstly, I should search the suppliers who can offer the raw material to out company according to our demands.Then I will give a consideration to the quotes and other index of every suppliers.Then, I will choose several companies as the candidates,the suppliers will have an inter-competition, and we will get the lower price and reduce the cost of out company.Secondly, I need to

What makes me impreed is when I suffer some difficulties, I have to try my best to solve it independently, for example, I always search on the Internet first to know more details about the difficulties .Unle I really cannot deal with them, I will ask colleagues for help modestly.What is more, during my internship, I also learn that cooperation is a way to succe.Only communicate problems and situations with each other regularly, could you reach your goals more easily.

Several weeks later, Inot only need to finish my routine jobs, but also manage some busine independently, such as searching supplier information in Alibaba or Global Source, doing inquiry ,doing counteroffer.According to the clients\' requirement, I also need to make the product details in invoice, packing list etc.Thanks to my major is foreign trade, I can present my knowledge in practice correspondently, which lets me feel confident to finish the jobs succefully.However, I am the newcomer, still have a lot of things to learn.Therefore, I have to arrive the

company earlier than anyone so that I can make a good preparation and I can finish the new aignments smoothly.

After several weeks, I am familiar with the whole busine procedure and the working role of every colleague.One day, my leader asked me to negotiate busine with American clients, I was so exciting but also nervers.The reason was that this was my first time to do busine face to face with foreigners.Before the busine negotiation, I had made perfect preparation and perform perfectly and my leader is very satisfied with my performance which gave me a lot of encouragement,Besides, thanks to this cherish opportunity, I can show my ability and capability to my leader, and I also have establish my reliability and credibility among my colleagues.

3.Comments on Internship

Nearly two month full-time internship enrich my social experience.I really have learned a lot during this period .On the one hand, the combination of personal ability and cooperation spirit is another fruit I drew out from this work.In the office, I managed to use the office facilities independently, such as the fax, the photocopier, the printer.Also, I enjoy an operating skill in Window Office, Excel and Power point, photo shop.I am familiar with the proce of document collecting and filing.After a whole day’s work, our secretary made a conclusion of the personal amount of phone calls and the group amount of phone calls.The work result is directly related to our symbolic salary and bonus.Obviously, the more clients I made, the higher salary I would get.I also realize that one tree does not make a forest.In a team, we should always make conclusion and plans, we should always discu and share the good ideas with other members, we should propose the new methods, we should point out the shortage.In this way, we can finish aignment effectively and smoothly.

On the other hand, this internship experience not only let me understand how to overcome fear and uncertainty in my working life, but also to accept my failure, embarrament and depreion .To me , this job is not only a chance, but also a challenge.It is a cherish opportunity for me to improve myself, either in my external ability or my inner quality.What is more, I can face all kinds of difficulties under the

high work preure.As the work goes on, many difficulty appeared, however, through my great effort and the aistance of my colleagues, we overcome a lot of trouble and made achievement.I also learned many sales skills,\"The most important ability an employee should have is the ability of learning and innovating.\"Mi Anne said.This sentence shocks me and will be kept in my mind forever, which will push me to keep studying new knowledge to catch up the fast development.

After this period, I realized that the trade busine work is pretty complex, and need our persistence, faith.The international trade, the intermediate links broad, except transaction both parties outside, still involving commodity inspection, transportation, insurance, financial, station, port and customs departments, various middlemen and agent.A little problem, it will affect the whole transaction normal.In addition, in international trade, both trade volume usually are greater, and trade goods in transit may suffer all kinds of natural disasters and accidents and other foreign risk.So the company usually need to cover various kinds of insurance, in order to avoid or reduce the economic lo.

4.Conclusion

To sum up, I have learned some precious experience during the internship as a Foreign Trade salesman.Firstly, people should change their attitude before going to work,Try the best to treat everything in the work in a calm attitude, and to deal with the relationship between colleagues and leaders.Secondly, do everything with a plan.Only people have a definite plan,could they have a clear aim.And they will not be confused in the job.Thirdly, people should be carefully in everything during their job.They could not be perfect, but try to observe others carefully when they meet something unknown, Do not rely on others , do not fail to do good even if it is small,and do not engage in evil even if it is small.If someone wants to be succeful, he should be serious to every small thing.Last but not least, teamwork is the most important thing.Without teamwork , people can not reach achievements.
