It is cool in autumn.So autumn is a good season to travel.National Day is on October 1.Lots of people go out for a trip during the holiday.We can learn a lot about the history of our country from the trip.I want to visit Beijing, the capital of China, with my parents this autumn.People also do many different kinds of sports in autumn.For example, children often fly kites in the park.The young like climbing the hills and having a camping trip at weekends.The old can go out for a walk and do some exercise.

4The plan of my summer holiday The summer holiday is coming soon.I\'ll go to Beijing with my parents.There are many places of great interest there.

I think healthy habits are very important for us .
As we know , we must have enough food to keep us healthy.Breakfast is neceary.It gives us energy for the morning .We must also have the right kind of food.Remember to eat more fruit and vegetables but le junk food.Don\'t forget to wash your hands before meals.Staying up late at night is bad for our health .If we can\'t get enough sleep.We may have a headache .We should go to bed early and go to bed early.Of course it\'s neceary for us to take exercise .Exercise will keep us active and strong.

9My Free Time
I have lots of things to do in my free time.
Usually I take exercise after school.I like basketball and volleyball very much.Sports help me to keep healthy and studybetter.I often watch TV or do some reading in the evening.Sometimes I listen to the music for a while.I find it is a good way to relax myself.Of course , I help myparents with the housework at the weekends .I clean the house, wash clothes and learn cooking.
