And I want to say someting about it.Here, I stand on the stage on whatever sides I turn my eyes I see nothing but a crowd of people who are full of energy and faithfull.I know everyone here craves for a better life in the future, so we must be well prepared for the real world now, but how to do it well? there are surely many factors related to this matter, among which are bravery and diligence.In the matter of courage we all have our limits, there never was a hero who did not have his bouds, but it\'s not reason for us to be fear at hardship.Bravery, in my opinion, is the first and foremost element for us, and here, I must say ,in the real world,there can\'t be full of flowers and laughters, sometime it\'s filled with hardship and darkne which will make you down, but never to be fear, No matter how troulb the matter will be,no matter how hard the life will be,you must face it with courage.I say conquer your fear, and I promise you conquered everything!
diligence, to some extent, is also of great inportance contributing to the problem how to be ready for the real world if you want to be well adapt to the real world and make a difference,I suggest you shall live a strenuous life from now on, as an old saying goes:no pain, no gain!To preach that highest form of succe which comes not to the who desire mere easy peace but to the man who does not shrink from hardship and from bitter toil,never forget it,the early bird catch the worm.

In a competitive society like today\'s, every person needs to be well-prepared for the future.Without being so, he or she is much more easily to be replaced by other qualifying people.Here are some tips to help everyone to be well-prepared.First of all, education is the most important tool to succe.So, in order to not fall behind other people, it is eential to be as educated as poible.One should not only learn the basic courses taught in claes, but also be well-informed about the various social changes in the society.Knowing the things going on around one can dramatically improve one\'s communication ability and social ablility.Also, language is an important skill to learn.Knwoing a foreign language, especially being fluent in English, can help one stand out in a crowd of applicants.Not only should one be very educated, he or she must also be know how to communicate with others efficiently.One should learn to abtain better speaking skills, environment adaptivity, and ablity to affect others in one\'s speech.
With these skills mentioned above, one will be well-prepared for the future even in today\'s competitive world.

This term, I\'ve been heard a lot about our clamates who were working out with a
part-time job, some were working as a home teacher, some were working as waitre in the Dongxin Hotel.I had have been thinking about a part-time job very seriously.too.Why are we colleage students want a part time job?
For one thing, the salary maybe a interest for us .Because we earn our own procket money can loose some preures for our family and also make us try to save money
reasonably by using it properly.If we know the difficulties in making some money ,we can understand our parents better, too.
However, another important reason is that we can gain our future carrer\'s ability through working for someone.We can live out the campus and get to knowpart of the real society .Things may sometimes goes not very smoothly, but by dealing the matters depend on oneself is a important living skill for us.We should make it out that no one will be like our dear mama ,papa and friends ,can be so tolerent our mistakes and
weaknees .
Maybe I should hurry up in finding ajob during the winter holidays, and I should read the article so carefully and avoid to be a cynical new worker in the workplace.It’s best to be serious and low-key in the workplace.What\'s more ,learn from others in a humble attitude should never be forgot.
