The choice of career is a tough problem which troubles most of us.When it comes to the choice of career, someone would like to choose a job with a high salary; however, others prefer to choose a promising job.On my view, I will choose the latter one without any doubt.The reasons why I choose it are as followings: First and foremost, a promising job may be not well paid when we begin to take it, but it must be full of worth in the future.To be fair, a high salary job does be very attractive, not only can it provide enough money for people to satisfy their various needs, but also it brings a sense of achievement that you are so great when compared with those who earn le than you.But it can not provide us a better profeional space and a permanently living security.On the contrary, a promising job will give us more opportunities to get a raise and promotion.And if we are diligent and persistent, it will bring the high salary to us and make our life security finally.
What’s more, job with a bright future will bring us honor and sense of pride in recognition of our long-term and unremitting efforts.On one hand, the reasons why do we work are differ from everyone.As for me, it not only for money but also for sanity.I expect to be compensated in nonmonetary ways.Personal pride is one of them.When we are proud of our job, we will become an active employee.So we will make full use of opportunities to learn、to improve ourselves which would benefit us eventually.On the other hand, a job with promising future is more likely to gain social experience and enrich ourselves.It can also improve our abilities which lay the foundation for future career development.And these are more worthy and more significance.In fact, the secret of succe it to choose a promising job.Take Ma Yun for example, When Ma Yun, who is the richest man and the most succeful busineman now, set up his well-known website Taobao in the early period, Tencent, which was the largest company at that time in China, invited him with a extremely high salary.But he turned down, and he joined a small group with dream that they want to develop the website to the biggest one in China.After few years, they made it.In my opinion, whatever it is in logic or in reality, there is no doubt that a promising job always is the better one.
