Step 1 organization Listen to a song Step 2 lead in 1) Show them some pictures about WENCHUN earthquake, ask them a question: when you were in that situation, what would you think? ----in my opinion, we should cherish our life now, and try to taste as much as poible.2) Question2: how many kinds of food do you know? Say some.3) bingo game 4) give them some prize.Step 3 presentation 1）show them on the screen, and get them to read these words after teacher.2）Give them some time to practice the pronunciation, and to master the meanings.3）Have a competition.Compete to answer the questions quickly.Teacher should ask four students on behalf of four groups to count the scores.4）Teacher have a short evaluation.5）Make them read these expreions together, teacher should offer some help.Chinese food:

5) Do you know which hand can get the knife, and which hand can get the fork? 6) Will you give the waitre or waiter some “tips”? How do you say? 7) Do you know the difference between “split the check” and “let’s go Dutch!” 8) What does “it’s on me!” mean? 9) What does the difference between eating pork steak and beef steak? 10) Can you make some noise when you are drinking the soup?
