As the Grade 2008 counselor of electronic engineering college managing 1048 students,I am mainly responsible for the idealogical and political education and daily behavior management of the students for the whole four-year university life,and guide the students to take part in the postgraduate entrance exams and take up an occupation.For the four years,I have witneed her growth from a green girl into a bold,strong,outstanding,innovational practitioner.On the job interview of the counselloraistant in October 2008,XXX who first entered college performed high paion to the student work and made a deep impreion on me.So,I immediately decided to hire her.And in the later contact, her hardwork and persistence are beyond my expectation.At the first, she is not a talent-excellent student.And at that time,she did not master the use of Office Excel, and the speed of the words input also was only 30 words per minute,so that the other counselors questioned her ability.She still teether insisted and said: \"Give me some time, I will let you see my progre.\" God helps those who help themselves.After a-week self-study and practice,her input speed increased to 120 words per minute, and she could quickly make perfect student data storage form.So,she wined affirmation and praise of the whole counselors\' in the office.In the next work of the aistant,she learned in face of the difficulty to find the problem quickly and orderly,and put forward the ideas of the solution to the problem and organize everyone to do their own work in together.In 2010,after my commending,she became the aistant of the practic branch of teaching affairs department.However,she is not only outstanding in the office,but also in the competition field of literary sports.As the leading singer of the chorus in the school chorus competition,she got the first prize scholarship and defeated the 17 colleges.she is the champion of the three women basketball game of Electronic Science and Technology University and the third place in the women volleyball match.And she was succeful to be the site commentator for Fifth National University Western Division of Freescale Smart Car Competition,and wined a round of applause for her humor explanation and rich experience.
The most surprised me is her humanities concern to the society.She grew up in Shanxi province where is the coal mines province of China,and witneed the frequent explosion accident of the mine.Growing in the strong culture of Yellow River,she profoundly understands how valuable of every fresh life.In the summer of 2009,she took part in the consolatory practice for the post-disaster reconstruction to help the victims to establish the confidence to live,and then she got the prize of the outstanding individual in the university summer practice.She also established a good interpersonal relationship network for her optimistic,humourous,honest personality.
