Yuyao Tongda Transportation Electric Factory is a versatile factory contains profeional high-preure aluminum alloy casting, zinc die casting, machining, aembly, mold design, development and manufacturing.It is located in Ningbo city, Yuyao Lianghui Development Zone, 50 kilometers from Ningbo Beilun Port, 200 kilometers from Shanghai Port.It covers an area of 2000 square meters, consists of the marketing department, mold making department, production workshop, proceing workshop, aembly workshop, quality management department, warehouse, etc..
Productivity: There are die casting machines(125T, 180T, 300T, 400T, 630T) and zinc alloy die-casting machines in our factory.Equipped with automatic and semi-automatic subsequent proceing equipment, such as CNC lathes, prees, grinding machines, polishing machines, baking machines, drilling machines, etc..Otherwise we cooperated with a number of subsequent proceing enterprises including painting plants and electroplating factories to complete your needs.
Proce: products produced from die-casting machine( production supervision of profeional technicians in order to reduce the defect rate); the first product quality inspection; re-entering the proceing plant ( supervision of product quality in the proce) the second quality inspection; move on to the next one proce… Ifinvolving subcontractor, we must check the products into and out of the factory to confirm the quality; after completing all machining procees, through a final quality inspection to confirm quality;packaging.Course quality management proce can be adjusted according to your requirements.
R & D force: mold manufacturing department consists of mold design and mold manufacturing workshop.Our design team will design a production three-dimensional map and mold three-dimensional map according to customers’ provided information such as drawings or samples.Drawings and three-dimensional drawings will be sent into a mold manufacturing workshop after several projections and validation.Based on the mold three-dimensional diagram and drawings, mold making workshop will be scheduled to die frame, procurement plate, gradually proceing to complete the aembly, mold test, production.The mold division must subsequent track and maintain the mold in the production proce,
