我的家乡
我的家乡是一座海滨城市——汕头。
汕头，地处祖国东南沿海，有着独特的自然和人文环境。
它是一个桥乡，游子的丝丝情愫，是鱼儿对海的依恋。
汕头更是个文化之都，文学渊源流长，内容丰富。它哺育了一代又一代的潮汕人民，其文化永垂不朽。
汕头也是个美食之都，它有多种多样的美味小吃，潮汕工夫茶更是闻名天下。再加之，汕头优美的环境，吸引着无数游人来这旅游。
而且，进入“十一五”规划后，汕头更是朝着现代化海滨城市的目标不屑努力。汕头，我可爱的家乡，它是个美丽的神化。我爱它！
My hometown
My hometown is a seashore city — — Shantou.
Shantou, lands place motherland southeast coastal, have unique natural and humanity environment.
It is a bridge town, swim the silk feelings of son Su, is fish for sea love.
Shantou is also a culture city , literature origin flows out length , has rich content.It have fed a tide of acting another generation people, its culture is immortal.
Shantou is also beautiful meal Zhi , it has the varied snack of delicious food, tide Shan congou is more famous world.
Again besides, Shan the environment with graceful head, since attracting countle visitor this travel.
after entering the program of \" 115 \" Shan head is more dynasty the goal of modern seashore city disdain with great efforts.
Shantou , my lovely hometown, it is Ge beautiful deify.

1.Be Polite 有礼貌
Everyone should be polite.Polite people show good manners.Moreover
,they are popular.On the other hand, rude people are looked down upon.Rudene shows poor education.Therefore, why not be polite? A simple “ Please, ” “ Thank you, ” or “ You are welcome, ” can make a big difference.
2． Rome Wasn ’ t Built in a Day 聚沙成塔
Learning English is like building a house.Laying a strong foundation(n.地基 ) is the first and most important step.In other words, you should read and speak English every day.Memorizing new words and phrases in also helpful.Like building a house, learning English takes some time.
So don ’ t be impatient(不耐烦的).Remember, “ Rome wasn ’ t built in a day ” .
3.Just Do It
Many people put off until tomorrow what they can do today.They always look for excuses to postpone（拖延）doing something .In the end, it never gets done.If we leave things undone, we will eventually（最后） worry.This will then cause unneceary stre（压力0.Therefore, if you have this bad habit, it ’ s best to get rid of it and do things as soon as poible.
4.Showing off（炫耀）
Many people are fond of showing off.They always insist on footing the bill when they are out with friends.They always think of impreing people with their wealth.They seem to think that money can buy friends.In fact, it can ’ t instead of trying to show off, they should be themselves.
5.Society Is Changing Rapidly
Society is changing rapidly.As a result, more and more people are suffering from stre.Those who are streed out are often nervous ,angry or ill.People must, therefore learn to deal with this “ new ” kind of problem.Regular exercise is one way.The best way, however, is to keep a good sense of humor.
6.A Balanced Diet 均衡饮食
Some people eat to live, but there are others who live to eat.To live a long and healthy life, we must learn to have a balanced diet.A balanced diet simply means a bit of everything.A diet which includes meat, fish, vegetables and fruit is, of course, ideal.If you watch your diet, then you won ’ t have to suffer the pain of going on a diet.
7.By Taxi
One of the most convenient ways to get around a city is by taxi.However, it is also the most expensive way.In some cases, tipping is expected, too.

好久没有去踏青了,不知道外面增添了多少美景,多少充满朝气的新面孔.
每一次看到广阔无垠的绿色大地,我就想,她是多么的宽怀与博爱啊.其用肥沃的土壤,甘甜的乳汁,伟大的母爱,滋润着一草一木,哺育着每一人每一物.特别是人类,日出而作,日夕而归,依靠着大地获得生命延续的养料.而且大地也会因她的儿女变得更美丽,更有风韵.我想这大概就是爱的魅力所在吧.
但在人间是找不到这样博大精深的爱的,可人间需要这样的爱.因为没有爱,人间就会像感情被冻结了的冰窟,不适合人类长期生存;因为有了爱,人间就会像一个温暖的大家庭,每一个人都可在爱的怀抱中健康长大.
所以,每个人在得到爱的同时,必须付出自己的爱.让你的爱人,家人,朋友,同事甚至未曾谋面的人都能感受到,沐浴到你的爱,是何其幸福,快乐的事.所以,我的朋友,请偶尔放下您的工作,找点时间,伸出您友爱的双手,把爱洒向每一个对之渴望的人吧.也许,此时此刻他们正等着你的关怀啊!
I has not gone out for a walk in the countryside for a long time and did not know how many beautiful scenes and new faces filled with vitality have increased outside.
Each time when I see the broad and boundle green earth, I thought, she is so broad-minded and has so universal love.That is,she uses the fertile soil, the sweet milk and the great maternal love to moisture every bit of property and nurture every thing form human to other lives .Especially mankind, rising at sunrise and turning back at sunset, depend upon the earth to obtain the nourishment for life extension.On another hand, the land will become more beautiful and more charming because of her sons and daughters.I thought this probably is the charm of love .
But such love which is broad and deep cannot be found in the world, but the world needs such love.Because if there is not love, the world will be a ice hole where love has been frozen,and does not suit the human to live for a long time; Because if there is love, the world will be a warm and big family, each people in the bosom of the family will grow up healthly.
Therefore, each person, while obtains love, must give his own love to others.Then,that Let your wife, family, friends, colleagues and even very poor people who you can not meet at once and in the future feel your love is such a happy thing.So, my friends, please put aside your work occasionally and find some time to stit.Perhaps at this moment they are waiting for your care!

自由飞翔
One windy spring day, I observed young people having fun using the wind to fly their kites.Multicolored creations of varying shapes and sizes filled the skies like beautiful birds darting and dancing.As the strong winds gusted against the kites, a string kept them in check.
Instead of blowing away with the wind, they arose against it to achieve great heights.They shook and pulled, but the restraining string and the cumbersome tail kept them in tow, facing upward and against the wind.As the kites struggled and trembled against the string, they seemed to say, “Let me go! Let me go! I want to be free!” They soared beautifully even as they fought the restriction of the string.Finally, one of the kites succeeded in breaking loose.“Free at last,” it seemed to say.“Free to fly with the wind.”
Yet freedom from restraint simply put it at the mercy of an unsympathetic breeze.It fluttered ungracefully to the ground and landed in a tangled ma of weeds and string against a dead bush.“Free at last” free to lie powerle in the dirt, to be blown helplely along the ground, and to lodge lifele against the first obstruction.
How much like kites we sometimes are.The Heaven gives us adversity and restrictions, rules to follow from which we can grow and gain strength.Restraint is a neceary counterpart to the winds of opposition.Some of us tug at the rules so hard that we never soar to reach the heights we might have obtained.We keep part of the commandment and never rise high enough to get our tails off the ground.
Do not , for one repulse , give up the purpose that you resolved to effect .(William Shakespeare , British dramatist)
Let us each rise to the great heights, recognizing that some of the restraints that we may chafe
under are actually the steadying force that helps us ascend and achieve.
