学生宿舍起火的主要原因
The main reason for the fire happened in the students\' dormitory.
1、严禁乱扔烟头It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts.
2、禁用大功率电器It is forbidden to use high-power electrical appliances.
3、在使用各类电器过程中，若发现冒烟或闻到异味，要迅速切断电源进行检查In the proce of using all kinds of electrical appliances, if you found smoking or smelling, cut off the power and inspect all over your doom as quickly as poible.
4、点蜡烛It is forbidden to light candles.一些学生考试前临时抱佛脚，晚上在宿舍点起蜡烛“加夜班”，有的一不小心碰倒蜡烛，或是睡着了而蜡烛未熄，结果蜡烛烧倒地，点燃了书籍、床板等可燃物品，引起火灾。Some students cramming before the examination, at night they always light a candle to have a \"night shift\" in the dormitory.Sometimes they accidentally knock over the candle, or fall asleep while the candle is not extinguished, then the candle burning, lit

5、抽烟It is forbidden to smoke in the doom.有的同学烟抽完后不掐灭烟头，随手扔掉，万一掉在易燃物品上，很容易引起火情。Some students don\'t put out the cigarette butts after smoking, Once the cigarette butts drop on the flammable items, it is easy to cause fire disaster.
6、违章用电It is forbidden to violate of regulation of using electricity.使用劣质电器和大功率电器(包括劣质应急灯、充电器、电吹风、取暖器等)，使电线超负荷，因此很容易造成短路引起火情。
Use inferior and high-power electrical appliances (including inferior emergency lights, chargers, hair dryer, heater, etc.), make electrical wiring overload, so it is easy to cause short circuit then cause the fire disaster.
7、焚烧杂物Burning debris.在宿舍或走廊内焚烧杂物是非常危险的，如果人离开而火未灭，或是火太大无法控制，极易引起火灾。 Burning debris in the dormitory or in the corridor is very dangerous, if people leave and the fire is not extinguished or the fire is too big to control, it is easy to cause fire.
火灾逃生Fire escape 1．火灾袭来时要迅速疏散逃生，不要贪恋财物。When you facing the fire disaster, escape quickly, don\'t lust after property.
2．必须穿过浓烟逃生时，应尽量用浸湿的衣物包裹身体，捂住口鼻，贴近地面。When you must pa through smoke, try your best to use wet clothes or quilt to cover your body, nose and mouth, keep your body close to the ground.3．身上着火，可就地打滚，或用厚重衣物覆盖压灭火苗。Once your body is on fire, you can roll on the ground, or use thick clothes or quilt to cover your body to put out the flame.4．大火封门无法逃生时，可用浸湿的被褥、衣物等堵塞门缝、泼水降温，呼救待援。Once the escape door is locked and you can not escape from the fire, you can use the wet quilt and clothing to plug the crack of the door, water cooling , then waiting for aistance.

16 kinds of measures to prevent Campus security hidden dangers 防火灾伤害Prevent fire damage
一、严禁学生吸烟玩火，宿舍内杜绝使用明火，如点燃蜡烛和蚊香，以免造成火灾。It is strictly forbidden to smoke, play with fire and use open flame, like light candles and mosquito-repellent incense in the dormitory, in case of causing fire disaster.
二、禁止学生携带烟花、爆竹、火柴、气体打火机等火种和易燃易爆
品进校。It is Strictly forbidden all the students to take fire and Inflammable and explosive goods such as fireworks, firecrackers, matches in our campus.
三、废纸、旧书本和枯叶、垃圾等，不要随便乱烧，如非烧不可时，也要远离建筑物，并要有专人负责看守，等余火完全熄灭后再离开现场。Waste paper, old books and dead leaves, garbage, etc, don\'t burn at random, if they must be burned , keep away from buildings, and there must be a specialist who is responsible for the fire.Before you leave, make sure that the fire is extinguished.
四、电器使用完毕后，要自觉切断电源，做到„人走电断‟，牢记规范使用一切电器。
After using electric appliance , you should cut off the power and keep in mind that use all appliances carefully.
五、不在教室或宿舍内乱接电线，不在宿舍使用电褥子、电炉、热的快、电热杯、煤油炉、酒精炉、煤气罐等禁止在宿舍使用的器具。Wiring is strictly forbidden in the claroom and doom.Do not use the electric mat, electric furnace, heat fast, mug, kerosene, alcohol furnace, gas canisters and other instruments of prohibited to use in the dormitory
六、发生火灾，万一无法从楼梯道、楼梯逃生，可关紧房门，用湿被单、衣物堵住门缝，打开窗户求救。如发现浓烟进屋，尽量用湿布捂住鼻子趴在地上，匍匐爬行，千万不可直立闯浓烟区。Once the escape door is locked and you can not escape out from the stairs , you can use
the wet quilt and clothing to plug the crack of the door, open the window for help.If you find the smoke come into the house, you can use wet cloth to cover your nose.Keep yourself lying on the ground, never straight run into the smoke area.
七、高层逃生，不要使用电梯，更不要盲目跳楼。楼层不高的，可用绳子或床单、窗帘等撕成条状，连接起来，紧拴在门窗窗档上，顺势滑下。或者利用竹竿、室外的落水管等逃生。
If you live in the high-rise building, do not use the elevator and not jump off the building blindly.If floor is not high, you can use rope or tear into strips with sheet, curtain, etc, and connect them in one line, tightly tied to doors and windows, Slide down the building with the rope or strips.Or you can use bamboo pole or down spout outdoor to escape from the fire.
十、“报警早，损失少”， 一旦发现火情，要及时向消防部门报警，拨打119火警电话，尽可能讲清楚是什么物质着火及火灾的范围。应讲清楚着火地的具体地址。电话挂断后，应派人在路口接应消防车。\"Alarm early, le lo\", once you find the fire, call 119 to give the alarm to the fire department, tell them the range of fire、what kind of material is on fire and the detailed addre as clearly as poible.After hanging up the telephone, you should send someone to meet the fire brigade at intersections.
灭火10招Ten ways to put out a fire
1、发现着火要大声呼喊并迅速打火警电话119，讲清路名、门牌号，然后派人在路口迎候消防车。Once you fine the fire, you should shout with a loud voice, then call the fire police 119 and tell them the detailed addre.After hanging up the telephone, you should send someone to meet the fire brigade at intersections.
2、扑灭火苗要就地取材，如用毛毯、棉被罩住火焰，然后将火扑灭。
You can use local materials, such as with a blanket, quilt cover fire, to put the fire out.
3、也可及时用面盆、水桶等盛水灭火，或利用楼层内的灭火器材及时扑灭火头。
You can also use basin, buckets to take water, or use of fire extinguishing equipment in the building to put out the fire timely.
4、个别物品着火，要赶快把着火物搬到室外灭火。
If individual items are on fire, move these individual items to the outdoor and then put out the fire.
5、油锅起火，直接盖上锅盖灭火。
If pan is on fire, cover the pot directly the fire fighting to put out the fire.
6、家用电器着火，要先切断电源，然后用毛毯、棉被覆盖窒息灭火，如仍未熄灭，再用水浇。Once the household appliances catch fire, cut off power supply first, and then cover the household appliances with a blanket, quilt, if they are still burning, with water again.
逃生10策 10 kinds of escape strategy
1、平时要想好几条不同方向的逃生路线。Think about escape routes of several different directions in your daily life.
2、躲避烟火, 不要往阁楼、床底、大橱内钻。Avoid the fireworks, do not hide in the attic, under the bed and in the big cabinet.
3、不要留恋财物，尽快逃出火场，千万记住，即已逃出决不往回跑。
Don\'t lust after property，and escape from the fire as soon as poible.Remember that never run back after escaping.
