Speech draft Hello, everyone.Now, Let’s learn about Rapid Prototyping together.I\'m the keynote speaker : Li Xiaolong.1.This is several aspects of the RP I\'m going to talk about.The first is a brief introduction to RP.The second is the role and characteristics of RP.The third is the working principle of RP.The fourth is the claification of RP.The fifth is the application of RP 2.This is a brief introduction to RP.First, the origin of RP, And then the definition of RP, Finally, this is a picture of the finished product (desk lamp, camera, gear) and a picture of principle.3.This is the role and characteristics of RP.RP has a great effect.RP also has a lot of features.4.There are many claifications of RP.Here I will briefly introduce several categories of RP.3D printing technology is a general term for a series of rapid prototyping technology.Its basic principles are laminated manufacturing.The first is 3DP and its principle picture.The second is FDM and its principle picture.The third is SLA and its principle picture.The fourth is LOM and its principle picture.The fifth is DLP and its principle picture.The sixth is SLS and its principle picture.5.Here I will simply explain the basic principle of RP.These pictures show the stacking principle 6.There are many applications of the RP, and I simply introduce some of them.It has many other applications,I will not introduce them one by one.At present, RP technology still faces many problems, most of which come from the development level of technology itself, and the most outstanding performance is in the following aspects.

The RP technology is based on the principle of discrete / stacking forming, and the three-dimension CAD model is layered to convert it into a two-dimensional plane model with a very thin thickne.The NC code of plane model is used to guide the proceing, and then each thin layer is bonded and formed.快速成型技术采用离散/堆积成型原理,对三维CAD 模型进行分层,使其转换成厚度很薄的二维平面模型。通过平面模型的数控代码指导加工,再将加工出每个薄层粘结而成形。
